Sir, i am really disappointed in your services. I regret to say that your services are not upto the mark. On 10 th april, 2019 i used your app for recharging my jio phone but unfortunately it didnot get recharged even after i have paid 400 rupees from my debit card. Please recharge it by 12th april or refund my money, otherwise i will unite with other unsatisfied consers to file a case in court. An early response will be highly appreciated.

    On 4th march 2019, i have transferred amount 5000 to my friend using phone pay, but after that status goes in pending mode and after 4 days it was showing successful transferred. But when i checked with my friend, he didn't get transferred amount but he got amount credited message on phone pay. So amount is debited from my bank account but my friend did not get that amount. When i talked with phone pay customer care, they said amount has been transferred successfully to next account, but amount is not credited in friend account.
    Kindly help me out in this matter either it will be very difficult for me and other peoples to trust on this apps any more...

    I had transfered 10000 from my icici bank to Sbi bank. Money will be debited but not credited in to my account .Please resolve the isuue
    Hii i have made a transaction of 47000 on 2/4/19 from my sbi ac to uco bank at that time transaction get pending and amount got credit in uco and instantly debited but that all amount is stuck in somewhere hope i will get my money as soon as possible.

      Sir,
      My phone pe account number is [protected], i was sent rs.1000/- to my friend phone no. [protected] namely mr. Dinesh on 04 april 2019. But, the said amount could not sent to my friend and credited to hacker account namely mr. Nauri behra vide utr no.[protected] and transaction id no. P1904040842467313974233 from my sbi a/c no. [protected].

      On compliant through phone pe customer care from sender/ receiver side, the did not solve and refused to me. Also reply to me for conducted branch manager and submit charge back from. I also conduct branch manager in this regard, the amount could not credited to you due to account number not pertaining to sbi and could not reversed to account.

      My friend said mobile number used last 2 years, but hacker used /linked their bank account number. Reluctantly, the amount was transferred to mr. Nauri behra (Hacker).

      Keeping in view of above, kindly arrange to refund to my account number at the earliest otherwise i will lodge compliant from consumer court.

          A friend of mine send me rs.700 but i didn't received the amount.in my bank passbook it shows that the amount has been reversed to the actual account but niether i got the amount credited nor my friend.

            Sir,
            I had paid my electricity bill due on 18.03.2019 on 08.03.2019 from my registered phonepe number [protected]. The transaction was shown to be successful and my account was debited. On 08.04.2019, when i checked my bill payments on phonepe app, I found that a electricity bill of Rs. 316 was pending. Thinking of it to be the bill generated in April, I paid it and the transaction was successful. Later, when I checked my physical electricity bill, I realised that the Rs. 316 bill was the same Rs. 310 bill with added penalty due to late payment. This means that while my Rs. 310 bill was shown to be successfully paid, in reality it wasn't paid and I paid it once again with penalty thinking of it to be a latest bill. Therefore I would request you to kindly refund my Rs. 310 since it was not paid. I have attached the necessary screenshots for your information.

            The recharge status is still pending.
            The amount has also been deducted from my account and I have not received any refund or recharge to my account.

              I have made a transaction of 25000/- in phonepe to hdfc bank an hour ago today. The transaction is also shown successful but I havent received the amount in my bank. The transaction shows successfull. But money hasn’t been credited to my bank. My bank balance does not show that the money has been credited. Therefore consider my complaint and please resolve it as soon as possible.

                I am trying to close my phonepe wallet since 6 days. But getting same error "something went wrong in this process try again leter" i have complained a lot of time but none of them are taking my concern seriously and helping me to close my account. As my 10, 000 rupees are stucked in phonepe. Due to closing of ekyc i am not able to do transaction. So i am trying to close my wallet so i can get my wallet amount in my primary bank account. Whenever i called them they use to say that, "try after half hour, try after one hour, try after 72 hours. But none of their solutions worked after implementation.

                My 10 thousand is stucked in their app. And i tried a the things that they said to do but still facing same problem and they are not helping me anymore.

[protected], kindly return my money. they have also stopped receiving my call. Actually they had to transfer Rs.20, 000/- to my son's account for sale of some product being manufactured by us.

                          Find attachment maine 2 dec ko phonepe upi se irctc ki tickit book thi jo train cancel ho gai and jis a/c se payment kiya vo jan 2019 main closed karva diya tha but 04 april ko usi closed a/c main refund kiya aur vo bhi transaction successful dikha raha hai lekin me bank gaya to bola closed a/c main amount credit nhi hota hai
                          Phone pe is my refund of irctc is credited in closed bank a/c. How it is possible i go to bank the bank is say closed a/c do not credited any amount but phonepe is successful transaction id is t1904041612276453680750
                          I send closed a/c amount is failed?

                            I tried to book a premium tatkal ticket through irctc app on 24th march 2019 and paid through phonepe app. It got failed and gave response that it was rejected from bank's side. I waited for more than a week hoping that it would auto refund, but it did not. I contacted irctc first to get my refund but they said that they did not received any payment from phonepe and i should contact phonepe regarding the refund. I contacted again phonepe and they said that they would give me an update till 4th april. I have not received anything yet.

                              I make 50000 transaction by phone pe on 1 april 2019. Phone pe show me transaction is successful but still receiver not received any amount.
                              I'm calling to phone pe costomer care but the are not giving proper solution..

                                I transfered rs 10000 from kotak bank to sbi bank bank via phonepay with self transfer mode on 31 march 19. Amount is debited from kotak but not credited to sbi. They said it's credited within 3 days. But now it's more than 3 days and yet status is still pending.
                                It is very urgent transaction for me and my money is not transfered. Please resolve my issue. How you are doing phonepay.

                                    Phonepe is absoulty wrost & non reliable payment app. It doesn't work properly. So many times payment doesn't get transfered o[censored]sers get stucked. Even i am also facing the same problem as i've got the message from phone that you've received payment of_from _person. But that amount doesn't get transferred into my linked bank account.

                                    So i suggest every user of this not to rely on this fully & make your payment transactions...

                                    Sir, I m reshma sahu.an old phonepe customer.
                                    I transferred money by phonepe an amount of 25000/-, on dated[protected].Money debited from my account on that time..but not received to receiver...a kindly request sir...your costumer care system is very wrost.they even don't receive calls..so if you can't proceed I want my money back sir...its very urgent..Plz try to take action.
