PhonePe — refund related problem

I did a transaction to my friend with phonepe app by upi. The amount of money got debited from my account but transaction failed and when i contact with phone pe costumer care service they said
That the refund will be processed in 1 to 2 working days
But i didn't get the refund yet and when i called once again they respond very loosely like they are not intrested
What i should do
I want my refund

Amount debited from bank for booking ticket of IRCTC but the transaction failed, still there is no refund after two weeks later, hoping to get the refund soon. Screenshots of transaction included with bank message into registered mobile no(forwarded), IRCTC transaction, phonepe transaction.

Amount of failed tranction dtd.15-03-2019, but account already debited as per details attached above, not yet refunded after more than three weeks passed. Please arrange to do the needful at your earliest.

I prepaid recharge 399 on jio but tranjection failed and my money is debited from my bank account, phonepe didn't refund my money please help me.

Please Refund Rs 232 debited toward electricity bill, as the Amount debited twice from the Bank a/c on the same day.
