PhonePe — transaction completed | |||
I have bank a/c in sbi, i made the transaction through phonepe. Both sender and receiver got the message. But sender side amount deducted and receiver not yet received. Regarding this i have contacted phonepe they are not ready to give any support. Even i contacted sbi regarding this they are not ready to accept charge back form due to third party application. Made payment of electricity bill on 29 June 19, money diducted from account and also received cashback but payment still pending to electricity board . Received msg from phone pe that problem resolved within 7 to 9 day but nothing has been done from your side till now.
