PhonePe — unable to withdraw rs 8000 money after depositing it in wallet

I have earlier uploaded rs 10, 000 from one debit card in order to transfer it in my bank account. But now it says that i can't transfer it in bank account due to non full kyc. I live imn mumbai, still facing this problem. Kindly help me to either trasnfer it in my bank account or help to make my account full kyc complient. Being the customer, i am open but phonepe is taking indefinite undeclared time. My around 8200 rs is kept for non-use. My phonepe id is [protected] Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I have made two transactions of Rs 30, 000 from ICICI mobile banking app to phonepe UPI (using CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA).

The amount is debited from ICICI account, the status of the phonepe is success but the money is not reflecting in the CENTRAL BANK ACCOUNT.

By using phonepe my amount is debited in my bank saving account but amount is not credited.The bank people is holded my money in the lien account.could you please solve my problem in these criteria
