PhonePe — upi money debited from my bank account but not credited to receiver account

On 21/01/2019 I've tried to sent Rs. 3000 from my account to my friends account through the PhonePe App. (My bhim upi Id is [protected]@ybl, my SBI account Number is [protected]) The amount has been deducted from my account but it is not yet received in the beneficiary account. i have tried to give complaint in my bank and they refused to take any action because it is a UPI transaction, and from the phonepe customer care i have recieved a message mentioning that they have recieved a conformation from my bank that no money has been debited from my account. please take immediate action +3 photos Was this information helpful?
