I ordered under 1+1 Wednesday free pizza scheme dtd. 18-6-14 to Pizza HUT 5 To 10 & 12, Parsvanath Plaza, G Block, Sector 27, Noida at 7:30PM

No pizza has been delivered to me after 2 follow ups also at customer care[protected].
Pathetic Situation, when these people cannot handle delivery why they came up with these offeres and compete Dominos

On 18th june I dined with 12 guests at East End Mall, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow and ordered 6 starters, 6 Medium sized Pizzas and 2 pitchers of masala Lemonade. Before placing the order, I told that order should be converted into convenient offers, which was agreed. But, was shocked to see that bill was purely on alacarta basis with one west side discount which they asked for and I innocently gave. This never ever happened with us at Pizza Hut. Kindly look into the matter and get the excess money charged refunded to me. Also ensure stopping such unethical business and maintain the esteem brand of Pizza Hut. DR.       Hello, Today I went to PHD, Aditiya Mall, Ghaziabad. Ordered for crown pizza but they said it is discontinued, later came to know through friend it is available in Pizza Hut Dinner Restaurent. Secondly Seating arrangement was pathetic, AC was not working and adding to this wrong pizza's was served, So ordered delayed by 20 minute.         We have place a order on 18-June-2014 at around 18:50 PM with 6 PAN Pizza's but the rider place order 5 PAN Pizza's with the Bill of 6 PAN Pizza's. His manager says that there is no policy available regarding this wrong order. Also called to customer care 2 times and then they disconnected the call without assist us properly. We want to know the process for escalation matrix. We have wasted our 2 hours for this order but did not get any proper response from customer care as well as store manager.           Sir, I am a Chartered Accountant and a regular customer of Pizza Hut at Guwahati (Assam). Here in Guwahati we have noticed that VAT is charged @ 14.5% on value of food whereas the rate of VAT in Assam on cooked food is 5% only (sl no. 112 of Schedule III of Assam Value Added TAx Act, 2003). Hence an excess collection of 9.5% is being done by the PIZZA Hut stores at Guwahati, This is a heavy illegal collection may be due to lack of clarity on VAT rates.             We ordered for 1 Veg baked pasta, 1 non-veg baked pasta, 1 BBQ Chicken and 1 cheesy garlic bread from Pizza Hut Delivery, Cyber Hub, Gurgaon today dated 15.6.14. To our disappointment the pastas and BBQ chicken was super horrible. Pastas were made in a ridiculously spicy red sauce due to which our stomachs has gone for a toss and BBQ chicken was stale cooked in some stinky oil. We ate some as was very hungry and throwed the rest in the dustbin. We are a Dominos customer and ordered first time and the last time from Pizza Hut. Your services have detiorated over the time it seems as you guys have been serving bad quality food to your customers. Would definitely escalate my complaint and the feedback to the higher authorities. Would never ever order again. Pathetic food experience!!

              I have made an order of Mushroom & Corn Delight Big pizza, Order number 7758 at 7:35 PM 14 – June 2014, Saturday. MY order # 7758. At 8:15 I called the customer call center and informed them that I yet to get my pizza, I was also enquiring about Pizza Hut liability in the absence of meeting 30 min promise, Post that I Got the following SMS: “Dear Customer, Apologies – Your order No 7758 is delayed and will reach you shortly. Please accept discount of Rs500 or the order value whichever is lesser. Pizza hut delivery” It was around 9 PM I yet to get my pizza, I called customer call centre about three times and every time I called I was promised that it will be delivered shortly. At the third time I asked for the Location Pizza hut number (perambur). I called the location pizza hut number twice and I got my pizza delivered at 10:30 PM. I am annoyed and extremely unhappy with the service. On a personal note my daughter asked for pizza and I kept her waited for 3 Hours. I regret because every time I called I was given a promise that it will be delivered shortly. Customer service executives could have told there is a issue and due to that I have to expect a delay. I would have conveyed the same to my daughter and she could not have waited anxiously. I would request you to take appropriate action and ensure proper status is being communicated.

                oops im seeing lots of complaits here i wonder mine will be another one. so customer care is not working as well or wat...okyyyy leave it i ordered to pizza hut kharghar new bombay they didnt deliver whole order when i enquired they requested me for another day...i paid full ammnt... so guess wat they didnt delivered nxt day till 10:00 pm i called after an hr. i got my SOGGY POTATO WEDGES one can not even smell it pathetic...pizza hut guys...dominoes is faaaaaar better that u...

                  pizza hut i had placed an order(order no: 1315) at 6.37 pm on 13th june 2014.i have been a regular customer and my address is registered on theirdatabase..firstly their delivery was sent to a wrong address (inspite of delivering upteen number of times) then instead of correcting their mistake they piled on them.i repeatedly complaint to the complain number on their hotline, repeatedly asked them to tell me whether the orders coming or not and to repeatedly tell a senior person to get in touch with me.they made me speak to a different person each time.finally my last call to them was at 8.30 at which point they told me they couldnt find my order(before that theysaid its been dispatched.one time they even told me my address is out of delivery zone(inspite of them delivering upteen no of times)its now 8.58 and although i have received a happy email saying enjoy your pizza, my pizza is nowhere to be seen.nobody has called me inspite of repeatedly asking them to.i dont even know whether my pizza will ever arrive.i have been their customer for a very long time.after this incident you can say ill never order again.not only that i will suggest other people as well not to order from their store. i am a 21 year old college student from bangalore my registered number is [protected] and incase you want the names of people i spoke to(some of them) they are mr shree and mr jitendra i am deeply unhappy and i am going to bed hungry thanks to their careless attitude
                  P.S for your info the pizza never arrived
                  You guys have HORRID customer service! There have been three instances of very bad service on your part!

                  1. This instance happened about 6 months ago. I didn't receive a delivery from your outlet after placing a phone order. When I called back, they said that they don't deliver to my address. Not one person had the decency to call me back and even INFORM me about this.
                  2. On a normal day, with perfectly good weather, Pizza Hut took 2 HOURS to deliver to my address from an outlet that was less than 2 km away! Again, no apology, no explanations.
                  3. Today, I was wrongly overcharged Rs. 100 on my order. In spite of registering for a callback TWICE, nobody from Pizza Hut contacted me. The order was dispatched and sent to my house without resolving this issue. Upon escalating it to the call center supervisor, there was no action that he proposed to take, even though it was HIS FAULT.

                  If this is the kind of service you are going to continue to provide, then it is truly SHAMEFUL. Especially when you have such intense competition. You have lost a customer in me and several more among people I know.

                    Sir I have order the pizza on 07/06/2014 online from pizza hut adress MSX mall greater noida The delivery boy name amit didn't returned money the bill amount is 232 and I have given him 500 rs note since he is not having the change he said I'll return after some time on same day and from that day he didn't returned my money even I have called him through phn and I told the store manager also but no action has been taken from manager side also

                      Yesterday I ordered from Pizza Hut, The ordered was delivered from Pizza Hut Banaswadi Bangalore. The Delivery Boy was rude, arrogant and had no sense of talking to customer. First, the order was not delivered in time, At the time of placing the order, I was told that it will be delivered in 45 mins, well, it reached only after 55 mins, That too the order was not full, when I asked to the delivery boy he said they ran out of the supplies and forgot to inform me in advance. Until here it was okay, I did not say a word. I tool the order and kept inside. When I requested, if I say I requested it means I requested by saying "Please", to call his store and ask for further instructions, he went off the way to speak to others and just said we are not going to give any discount to you. I never asked for a discount to him, what does he thin, he is the owner of Pizza Hut India and is he in a position to offer discount or so? It doesn't end here, I again asked him to call his store manager and let me talk to him, he did not say anything at this point. Then again I looked at the order and garlic bread was totally cold, he said he will replace it. It doesn't make any sense, I was hungry and was not ready for wait for another minute. I called up customer care and started explaining the situation to them, meanwhile this delivery boy said return the order, I was still speaking to customer care. I just returned the order to him and continued talking to customer care, the CC executive said he will arrange a call back to me from the store within 5 mins, I hanged up and waited for another 30 mins, no call back, called CC again and again he said I will get a call back as soon as I hang up the phone. No need to say I never received a call from anyone and ended up cooking for myself. This is totally wrong and unethical behaviour from Pizza Hut delivery. I don't want to argue a single word on this matter now, just writing my complaint. At least Pizza hut should learn how to hire and train the people who are supposed to interact the customers.                         On 11th June 2014, I visited the newly opened Pizzahut Store at Aashiana Colony, Lucknow - 226002, and asked the Counter Boy for the Menu List. He pointed towards the Display overhead to him and asked for what I wanted. I opted for Veggie Lovers PAN-MED and Garlic Bread Cheese. Even before I could see the other details, he immediately printed the Bill for Rs. 588/-. In the meantime, I could see that there is an offer "Meal for Two" which includes one Pepsi along with what I was ordering, that to in just Rs.449/-. I pointed the matter to him and asked him to add the Pepsi in my Order and reduce the amount, but he immediately refused to do so and replied in a very harsh tone that "If I was educated, why did not I saw the Offer before giving the Order. A Bill once printed is not cancelled". So, from now onwards I have decided that till such will be hired at counters of Pizzahut and if no action is taken against such rowdy fellow, I will visit to Dominos, which is located just opposite to this Pizzahut Outlet.

                          I place the order in pizza hut at 8.22 p m on 11/06/2014 and pizza delivery at 10.30 p m, time slot for delivery in this case is 45 minutes
                          Pls look into this matter why the order is delivered so long, my faimily & freinds are suffred,
                          Pls tell me who is responsible, tell me his name and mobile no.
                          I did not eat the pizza because i arrane the food from any where

                          I hope that pizza hut will cooperate me for giving me faulty name & mobile no.
                          Otherwise i will mail to my complaint at higher level

                          Hi Team,

                          Today I ordered Pizza in my office from Bangalore Bellandur Branch around 1:30 PM, when I ordered I have been told that Pizza will be delivered within 45 mins, but I did not receive for more than 1 hour, then I started calling on customer care, but I did not receive any response or any call from Bellandur PHD branch that when my pizza will be delivered

                          After 1 hour and 30 mins my pizza got delivered, I ask for compentation, but PHD boy did not give me.
                          When we opened Pizza, I was shocked, most of the pizza was not hot.
                          There was no marking on which one is Veg and which is Non Veg.
                          And I ordered 4 Veg and 2 Non Veg, but they gave me only single Non Veg Pizza.
                          One of the Veg pizza was completely damaged, upper portion of the pizza was stick to Box, so we couldn't eat that Pizza.

                          I complained to your customer care, but no positive response

                              I ordered for Pan for all vegetarian pizzas but it never came ! This is not the first time this has happened with me. They have repeatedly made the same mistake! I don't think that I will ever order from Pizza Hut ever again!! I did not expect such poor service from such a "reputed" company !!! I am extremely unhappy !!!

                                We had ordered and paid for 2 CHICKEN Birizzas -to be packed. Not only were we MADE TO WAIT FOR OVER AN HOUR but also the wait was far from being worth it.After more than an hour, we were served our couple of red boxes which had red dots on them(the symbol for non vegetarian food).Vexed and expectant, we reached home too late to go back again.As soon as we opened our boxes we found PANEER Birizzas.It was highly disappointing, as you can imagine.We could offer nothing but angry words.Yes, we have been cheated beyond all justifications and explanations

I went to Pizza hut store was closed, if store was closed then why online system conformed my order. And i already got conformed order email from Pizza hut. We had guest at our house and we had been waiting for more then 1 hour. So i want proper response from pizza hut.

                                    I visited a Pizza Hut store at the North Country Mall, Mohali on 07/06/2014 at around 8:00 PM as Pizza Hut had advertised a Big Pizza at Rs. 199. But as I got into the restaurant, I had to wait for around 30 minutes for my order, the staff was not ready to listen to us at all. Moreover, when I received the Bill, the Pizza was charged at Rs.209 excluding taxes. I have been a regular visitor at Pizza Hut's other stores, but this had been my worst experience ever. If this organisation has a wee bit of self respect left, refund my money. Kindly revert for more details and scanned copies of Bill alongwith the wrong advertisements.

                                      Hello, Here I am explaining one of the worst customer care service I have ever seen in my life I have placed online order for Pizza from Pizza hut but it was failed twice but my account was debited and this happened on 9th may 2014. After that I have raised complaint using the feedback service online but no one is responding to that. I do not know if Pizzahut is having any complaint cell. Then I had called to[protected] may be 10 times and every time they are transferring calls to nearly 4-5 persons but there is no outcome. Once I had a chance to get a call from concerned branch and the person told me to get a call from account department by evening and till date there is no evening for them. I had already spent nearly 50-60 rupees for calling to Pizza hut customer care. Can anyone have any idea how to get in touch with Pizza hut higher managers and any way how to get the money back?

                                        I called pizza hut to place an order at 9:25 in the evening. The order is taken by the Madhapur pizza hut store in Hyderabad. After that I recieve the pizza at 10:35 in the evening. Then I tell the person delivering that the pizza is very late and it was guaranteed to me that it will be delivered within 30 mins. The pizza delivered is quite cold and when I bring this to the notice of the delivery person he tells me to warm it myself. I call up the store and they say that they will re-deliver my order within the next 30 mins and expects me to pay for the complete order. I refused for the order and called up the central pizza hut portal to bring this to their notice. After talking to 4 people none of whom wanted to take the responsibility they cut my call in between.
