We have place a order on 18-June-2014 at around 18:50 PM with 6 PAN Pizza's but the rider place order 5 PAN Pizza's with the Bill of 6 PAN Pizza's. His manager says that there is no policy available regarding this wrong order.
Also called to customer care 2 times and then they disconnected the call without assist us properly.
We want to know the process for escalation matrix. We have wasted our 2 hours for this order but did not get any proper response from customer care as well as store manager.
We are expecting the positive response from your side.
