I MADE AN ORDER VIDE NO.[protected] TODAY 28.3.2015 OF NEW OVERLOADED BIG PIZZA ONLINE FROM MY HOUSE SITUATED 100 YDS AWAY FROM BMC CHOWK, BADRI DASS COLONY, BACKSIDE LEO FORT HOTEL.. AFTER CONFIRMING ORDER THE DELIVERY TIME WAS 9:57 PM WHICH DELIVERED TO ME AT 10:10 PM AFTER 43 MINUTRES FROM GT ROAD NEAR BMC CHOWK, JALANDHAR WHICH IS 500 YDS AWAY FROM MY HOME. I TRIED SO MANY TIME TO LODGE COMPLAINT ON THE PHONE NUMBER WHICH GIVEN TO ME BY DELIVERY MAN BUT FOR 10 MINUTES IT WAS ENGAGED. ANY HOW I MADE THE PAYMENT OF PIZZA BILL. ON OPENING THE BOX I REALLY SHOCKED TO SEE THE PIZZA WHICH WAS LESS THAN 5MM THICK HAVING TOPPING LOOK LIKE CHEESE WAS PASTED ON IT WITH A BRUSH, CAN BE COMPARED WITH A THIN RUSK. IT LOOKS THAT IT WAS WRONGLY MADE 4-5 HOURS BACK AND AFTER HEATING IN MICROWAVE DELIVERED TO ME. AS I HAVE MY GUEST AT HOME SO ALL TRIED TO EAT. IT WAS SO HARD THAT OUR TEETHS HAVE TO STRUGGLE TO CRUSH IT. I FEEL MYSELF VERY SHAMEFUL IN THE EYES OF MY GUESTS. I LODGED MY COMPLAINT AFTER SEEING PHONE NUMBER ONLINE ON[protected]. Pizza Hut — unhygienic- HOUSE FLY in pepsi

Very bad experience in pizza hut, powai, mumbai. The service was horrible. No AC. and the worst part got a houselfy in the pepsi.

    This is really sad that for the first time I am writing a really negative review. I visited the pizza hut phase 5 for the very first and undoubtedly last time. Such a pathetic food and low Standard. Neither of the A.C is working, when asked the manager he just simply said there is no approval for the A.C. On the top of that enterance door is open as if it's a roadside food point not a chain of such a big franchise. Flies are flying over everywhere, zero quality of food and minus points for the infrastructure and the management. I would to visit a local bakery rather than going to pizza hut ever again. Kindly improve your standards or I suggest you to shut it down. I demand an apology in written and compensation for the food which I have paid for.

      An amount of 305.3 was deducted from my account as I made payment(net banking) for pan pizza using pizza hut's website, but their website displayed a "failed transaction" message and hence the order was not completed. After banging my head explaining the incident to person attending the pizza hut order[protected], I was asked for a transaction ID, which is not mentioned the email I receive from the bank, whenever my account is debited . Now after exchanging emails and calling these PHD people 4 times, I have yet not received any refund even though my bank confirmed in email that the Biller had confirmed a refund. It is the process and the disregard of the Customers which bothers me . The complaints do not seem to bother these people at all, it seems .

        I had ordered for Pizza and garlic stick on 28th Feb'15. The money was debited which was Rs.744, but the order was not place. I called the customer care the same day, I was told with in 21 working days the money would be refunded. On Saturday (21st Mar'15), I called the customer care to ask the status. The call was disconnected 5 times. On the 6th times a lady picked-up and said, there was no refund initated and had raised a complaint with the number[protected] and promised a call back within 24hrs. It has been 72hours no call. Today (23rd Mar'15) when I call after 10 calls and wait on hold for 45 minutes, I get to know the same. I am very disappointed with the kind of service Pizza Hut provides for their customers.           My login ID is [protected]@gmail.com. I ordered one PIZZA cost 470/- for address IISc Bangalore. the delivary branch of pizza hut is Bel road Bangalore. I paid through Mobikwik. Mobikwik shows transaction successful but error occurred on Pizzahut site. the transaction ID is BMBK[protected]. 14/03/2015 17:17:49 hours. Kindly take the issue and refund the money. The second attempt for the order was successful. I hope for the refund. as soon as possible.

            Hi, I Ordered a Big Pizza with Garlic Cheezy Bread order No.[protected]Placed on Friday, 20/03/2015 22:08:32) in Airoli Navi Mumbai Store. Pizza Toppings was very less, Immediately I have complaint regarding this to Pizza hut Delivery Number they told me Store Manager will call you. i wait 20 min. then IVR was closed because its 11:45 PM. I have not eat Pizza and totaly loss my Money. Thank God this order was for my Own not for my Guests, else...what would be impression. Second day i again try to follow up with Pizza Customer care executive. Again same response " Store Mgr will call you in few min.) after 1 hour again i called and got same wordings i was totally out and told him want to complain on heiger level but Call Representative told me Store Manager can only do that...Saturday he is busy and you will got a call on Sunday surely. Today is Monday, No call or response got from Pizza Hut. Fully Depressed and harassed by them spend 50-60 Rs. on calls and 350 Rs. in Order totally waste..never order again in life in Pizza Hut and also try to stop ordering others too. Never expected such misbehaviour with Pizza Hut...really very bad...

              Cant imagine this type of service from pizzahut side, I was too tired today and cause of tiredness was not able to cook, then I planned to order pizza, I ordered too, below is the detail. After an hour I called customer care that still now I have not received my order, they have connected my calls to BTM PHD, they asked my mobile number and told me within 15 mins you ll receive your order but till 2 hours I have not received any calls from any delivery guy. After 2 and half hour i.e 11 30 I received a call asking my address confirmation, by that time I had something as tired of waiting for my order. Few months before also it happened in Domlur pizzahut that I got small pin in pizza there I thought its a mistake I have not taken as an issue but here I become so annoyed from the service. You promise to deliver within half an hour waited till 1 and half hour, but didnt get any response.

                I had placed an order at Pizza Hut, Profit Centre, Mumbai. I had ordered for 2 Oversized big pizzas meals - Cheese and Paneer pizza. I had checked the pizzas prices on pizza hut official website before placing my order. As per there offer the meal costed Rs 299 each As per the picture I have attached below.But the bill was of Rs. 780. Even if the taxes of 36.75 was charged my bill should have been 299 + 299 + 36.75 Which is 634.75. The bill I got I have attached a picture below. As well when I was ordering I ordered for extra cheese in one of my pizza and the customer care person reconfirmed it in my order but it was not there in my pizza. It's my request to take a look at this mistake by Pizza Hut. It is not expected from a food brand like pizza hut to give such services.

                  On[protected] I placed online order with order reference number[protected] amount rs224.57 at Bangalore location. After a while i received call from Pizza Hut that my order cannot be processed due to non-availability of certain items. In turn I requested for refund of money and Pizza Hut assured me that the money will be refunded in 45 working days to my bank account. Even after repeated follow-up and feedback with Pizza Hut customer care I am still waiting for my refund. It has been more than 4 months now since I have raised the concern but still no action has been taken from Pizza Hut side.

Sir, main riya bhagat malda gour road ki rahene wali hun. yahan jo pizza hut ki manager hai wo order place karne ke waqt phone number lete hai. bad mein ratko ladkio ki phone no. pe call karke gandi gandi bat karte hai. shif mere sath hi nehi mere sahelio ki bhi cell pe call karke ulti sidhi sexual batein karte hai. ye wohi ladka hai ke nehi ye jan ne ke liye main malda pizza hut pe gayee thi aur usse bat ki aur proof ke liye ek photo bhi le ayee. sir, apse nibedan hai . is tarah ki sexual harassment problem ko jald se jald solve karein. aur uss manager ko saja dilwayen. with your faithfully.                           I ordered overloaded meal combo with veggie pizza, and with extra cheese, no extra cheese in it. garlic bread with cheese topping, I paid 20 rupees extra but no topping was there.                             I placed a bulk order online for pizzahut confirming with helpdesk about home delivery after the order been placed. They called saying pizza cant be delivered at my place due to which the order got cancelled but i didn't received any kind of conformation that the order has been cancelled even after 4 hours. I don't know what kind of technology they are using even they stated that the money will be refunded within 25 days!!! WOW it came to such a great shock that big franchise like pizza hut keeping their name at stake . PLEASE ENQUIRE THIS ASAP. Order NO.[protected]

                              On 13th March'15 I place a order pan pizza at MALDA pizza hut but they are says that can't delivered us with in 30minutes and also they canceled that order. I totally disappointed of your service. Distance only 1-1/2 KM. Disappointed

                                Hi, I placed my order online on 13 March at 8.59 pm and received email confirmation mail that order received and will be delivered in 30 mins ( by 9.30 pm). I waited till 9.30 and then have called customer care thrice 1st agent said system issue and hung up 2nd agent Harshit said the store manager will call back but no one called and neither did pizza arrive 3rd agent put on hold for 2 mins and then asked for issue.. I asked for supervisor Supervisor siddhartha checked and said will call back in 5mins and will check with store. He did call back thankfully and updated store is having rush but again this is extremely poor service .. It's already 10:09 pm.. So 1 hour 9 mins and still no pizza. Siddhartha said it will take 10 mins more. While I appreciate his support and being straightforward but this is heights of poor service and false commitments. Exact same thing happened on previous order as well but was delivered at least in 40 mins... This time 1 hr and 11 mins now and no pizza. My order no is[protected]. Pranay Mob [protected]

                                  I placed an online order at Pizza Hut, Nerul branch ( reference number :[protected] at 10.03 for dinner and despite a prompt confirmation of order, no items we're delivered at all. I called them repeatedly but the answer of people was most annoying ... Most sounded like a trained computer on auto - answer mode. Not a concern for customer experience . Despite repeated assurances that store manager will call to discuss my concern in 10 mins . No phone call came. I feel mentally harassed by this abhorrent behaviour of all Pizza Hut people involved . As a consumer I have right to get service I have been promised or if the service cannot be delivered, a timely notification of the same . But I as a consumer feel cheated and harassed by this careless behaviour. I demand compensation and an apology for this lapse in basic consumer service .

                                    This is vijendran, from Bangalore. I ordered for one pizza online last Sunday(8th Marth 2015) on Pizza Hut India Website. Paid for the bill of Rs 360.81 through NetBanking from my HDFC Bank Account. (Transaction ID reference BIL/[protected] /POS [protected] Yum_Restaurants_ POS DEBIT) I got the msg online that my payment has been transferred, however, soon after my screen displayed the msg "Server could not be found") . After i made once again paid for the same order[protected]POS [protected] Yum_Restaurants_ POS DEBIT ) and got the success message.

                                    My question is about the first failed transaction from PizzaHut WebSite. When can i get the refund?

                                      This is the last time I have ordered with Pizza Hut because not only they delayed my order but even the delivery boy was arguing for 20 minutes although he came after 1 hour and then showing attitude saying, ''TAKE IT, IT IS FREE FROM ME'', felt like slapping him in the face. WE ARE DONE WITH PIZZA HUT NOW, WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN BASED ON THE KIND OF PEOPLE THEY HAVE FOR SERVICE, SUCH AN ILLITRATE PERSON WHO DOESNT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AND KEPT ON ARGUING. I M GOING TO WRITE THIS REVIEW ON EVERY POSSIBLE WEBSITE THAT I CAN AND MAKE SURE ATLEAST 1000 PEOPLE GET TO KNOW MY EXPERIENCE.

The delivery was made at 8 pm at GC IIT Madras (delivered from Ascendas pizza hut). The order no is 7686 and the bill was for Rd.356. To our surprise, the pizza and the gingerbread was cold and dry. Please look into this issue seriously.
