I GAVE ORDER(no[protected] AT 8.35pm BUT GOT THE DELIVERY AT 9.22pm WHEN I ASKED WHY THE DELIVERY IS NOT IN 30 MIN WHICH IC WRITTEN ON ALL THE MENUS, I WAS TOLD IT IS DUE TO TECHNICAL REASONS, I AM NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHY I SHOULD NOT GET IT FREE AS ADVERTISED WHATEVER IS THE REASON MOREOVER THE FOOD WAS VERY COLD WHICH MEANS IT WAS PREPARED LONG BACK PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER

    I m nischal, ph [protected].I m a regular subscriber of pizzahut since we regular order from ur nfc branch to godrej @ishwar nagar. But few most of the time i use to have pizza from ur krishna ngr branch @my home.last day i ordered pizza on wednesday 21st. The pizza which was served worst pizza i ever had. It was tasteless n absolutely cold. Wher i had specialy asked to order taker to serve hot n good pizza. But seems he understood its opposite n delivered the same.my entirenmoney gone in vain.n i will never recomnd to my company also not to have pizza from pizzahut further.

        Dear Sir, I placed an Order, reference No. 97C0068049 ordered on 19.1.15 at 2.20 pm for 1 Veg Pizza Personal and 1 Non-Veg Mid-size Pizza, which billed for Rs. 570/-. When it was not delivered by even 3 pm, I made call only to be surprised that the order was technically cancelled. I had to eventually place a second Order No. C7403856 for Rs. 588/- and it was delivered . I made a call in this regard to arrange vouchers for Rs. 570/- for the "technically cancelled by Pizza Hut Order" No. 97C0 068049 and I was informed that Pizza Hut will call back in this regard. The call never came, hence this complaint. Please do the needful to send vouchers for Rs. 570/- without delay. Regards, S. N. Sai [protected]

          Your customer care team is not capable of handlig complaints, i have call recording where i'm put on hold for 10 mins and i had to drop off from the call. Your team lacks courage to cater tocustomer complaints. Next is your stupid application which does not work. Stop wastig our time we have better things to do. Go to ashes.

            I called the store to order-in pizzas on 13th january (Tuesday). Upon inquiry if there was some offer going on, the operator told me to order through the website to avail a 1+1 offer on medium pizzas. I went to the website and tried the promo code 'PHE07' several times between 9:15 pm and 10:00 pm but the code did not work. Every time i double checked to confirm if I was choosing the right category of pizza, so that cannot the the problem. Called the outlet again but the operator rudely told me that he cannot help. I had to eventually pay the full price for the 2 pizzas ordered since it had got too late to further pursue the issue. In between i also tried their app since it claimed to give flat 25% discount. I downloaded the app, registered (took me good 10 minutes) and ordered but there was no discount given! Why have these codes when they don't work? Is this a way of fooling people?

              I am Bharti Singhal Mobile no.- [protected] Order no.[protected] I ordered one mixed magic duo. It supposed to be onion capsicum, paneer capsicum, chicken capsicum and chicken tomato. But they gave us 2 onion capsicum instead of one onion capsicum and one paneer capsicum. Please take serious action, we called twice there they tells that a replacement call will be placed but no replacement call came.Our nearest Pizza Hut is in CBD shahadra in Delhi, India.

                I have pizza hut gift card of 200 rs which someone gifted me. I have sent sms on 57575500 written back on gift card to know expiry date. For that i have charged 50 rs for single sms. On gift card they have not mentioned about sms charge. This is fraud from pizza hut.

                  I placed an order online on14th November 2014, my contact no. is [protected]. The order got cancelled but my money got deducted from my kotak mahindra bank account.I mailed u earlier also but no reply is received. I called ur customer care endless times and spent almost 200/- rupees on the calls.I am always promised a call back from ur seniors but never received a call. I am a regular customer o[censored]r outlet and am really disturbed by this whole episode.This kind of approach is not expected from ur side. I demand from u to refund my money at the earliest.                     i ordered for al mexicano veg nacho pizza, apple struddle and cheese garlic bread combo..and i got completely different pizza...very soggy garlic bread. this is the third time i have to put a complaint for dilshad garden. highly dissatisfied and annoyed with the services...i returned the product on the spot! order no[protected]

                      We had placed an online order vide no.[protected] on 31st dec 2014 at 10.15 PM. The order was not delivered to us inspite of our continuous follow up at the customer care, wherein we got an assurance every time that it will be delivered in next 10 - 15 mins. To our surprise, at 11.30 pm, the customer care numbers also went off the service and we were clueless about the status or delivery of our order. The mental and emotional harassment and embarrassment before our guests is totally unacceptable. When the world was celebrating the important moment of the stroke of midnight and advent of new year, we and our guests were hungry, in despair, angry, helpless and harassed. What a start to the new year!! Courtesy Pizza Hut. !! We will ensure to escalate the matter at all forums till a satisfactory resolution is provided.

                      Order was delivered at 10:50 pm after 4 calls to call center (incl a 30 min call) and 3 calls directly to store.

                      No communication from Pizza Hut about delay or cancellation. When asked about the 30 mins guarantee, I was told that since it is an online payment, amount cannot be refunded. Never again will I pre-pay and never again Pizza Hut.

                      VERY BAD QUALITY (MY LAST PIZZA ORDER EVER FOR PIZZA HUT)

                      QUALITY OF RS_405 PIZZA IS SAME AS RS_100 PIZZA. DOMINOS PIZZA VEG SINGLE IS FAR BETTER THAN YOUR SIGNATURE PIZZA. BYE BYE PIZZA HUT

                        I wrote my complaint to the PHD on 29.12.2014 about the delay and behaviour of the staff of PHD 2 Haridwar on 29.12.014 at [protected]@dil-rjcorp.com Also I submitted the feedback to the counter on the same day 24.12.2014 My order was delayed and i was not served the order as per my order of booking. I have not received any response from your side. Is this your so called standard of service to the consumers

                            I ordered a Turkish veggie pizza in pizza hut and when I was eating it I found a price of plastic in my mouth then I asked the about that and he replied that it can be anything. He told me that this is fault of their h.r. department . the plastic piece ( evidence) is still with them.they are not letting us to take a picture of the evidence.

                              On 19/Nov/2014, I personally went to Pizza hut, Sector 23, Gurgaon, ordered pizza home delivery and paid amount at by my HDFC credit card at the shop itself but Pizza Hut debited my credit card two times for the same amount same day and for same item.(amount 466, date-19-Nov-2104, merchant- Pizza hut, Sector 23, Gurgaon) as that time my phone number was not updated to HDFC bank so I was not able to get credit card sms for billing.While checking my credit card bill pdf on 20-Dec-2014 I found this and called HDFC and they confirmed that two times money debited from my credit card for same amount and same day.Next I went to shop and told about this they asked me to email my HDFC credit card bill copy to "[protected]@gamma.co.in" that I have sent to them on the same day 20-Dec-2014 but still no response from them.Please look into this ASAP.

                                I had placed an order in Pizza Hut worth Rs. 499 on 26th Dec 2014, using the mobile aps. Order No is[protected]. As per their website, order value of Rs. 400 and above will get flat 25% off when ordered through their mobile aps. But this discount was not reflected in my bill. On enquiry with the PHD outlet, they refused to listen. This is a case of total fraud.

                                  I would suggest no one to ever try ordering a pizza online from this disgusting firm ever. Dominos is any day better. To go into the details, I ordered a pizza yesterday at 7.30 pm. Forget 30 minutes, I only got the pizza at around 8.20 pm. When i brought this to the notice of the delivery guy, I was informed that the timelines dont count today, as it is a Christmas holiday. Anyways, i decided not to argue on that front, as I made a horrible mistake of making an online payment at the time of order itself. Then, I found that the pizza that was delivered wasnt even the one that I had ordered and the dessert had only 1 piece (whereas there were supposed to be two). I immediately brought this to the notice of the deivery boy, who I was told is on first day of his an hence couldnt make out one pizza from the other. Hence, i made him talk to his senior to whom I myself explained the problem and returned the order, hoping that they would be courteous enough the resend a replacement. To my horror, this "professional" chain didnt deliver anything for another hour. Then, i called up their call center number where i explained the issue once again. They guy apologized to me and told me that I would get a call immediately from the local delivery center, i asked him to connect me to his senior, and I was put on hold for 10 minutes, post which I lost my patience and kept the phone. Another half hour passed, and i called them again. I was again made to restate all my problem and then i got a call from the local office who asked me again he has only just now been informed of an issue and asked me what was the problem. He didnt even know who he was talking to, mistook me for another address. I told him the problem again in furious mood and asked him to forget the order and keep the money as my donation, hoping that the guy at the other end would feekl ashamed of his unprofessionalism and deliver me my order atleast now. But guess what, I never got my order or my money back. They chose to keep my money, as if I had actually donated to a beggar. Thats the loot agency this guys are running. Hope someone takes serious note and takes action. For a moment, i even contemplated a police complaint but then decided against it for the lack of worth in dealing with such scums of society.                                       I ordered a veg pizza online and was given information that the order will be placed to the nearest store (Plot No 38, 1 Stage, 1st Phase, BTM Layout, Madivala Dollars Scheme) The money got deducted from my account but I didn't get order confirmation instead I got a message "oops something went wrong, we know this issue and will look in to it". I tried calling pizza hut but with not luck they just told we will arrange a call back from store manager. If the matter doesn't get resolved soon I will have to go consumer court, the customer service is so bad.

                                        ordered a pizza from pizza hut delivery today at 6:36 PM and received the order at 7:30 PM, but company person refused to give it to me for free. as per the company policy if i dont receive the order in 30 mins, i shud get it for free. but manager from the green glen layout, bangalore branch started arguing that he will not give it for free.. vivek [protected] [protected]@gmail.com
