I am really surprised to find a Hair strand in the pizza which was also not on the surface but was stuck in the crust. I placed a complaint the your customer center and there was no satisfactory resolution provided for 2 days and now when I received a call back from the store that this can't be possible and is not accepting my concern. I have the slice still with me if any one wants to verify. Is this the standard that Pizza Hut maintains? I am looking for an apology for the inconvenience caused to me as well as a full amount refund.     On 31st August 2014 I made an online order for Rs 535/- for pick up of pizza from kanakpura road, bangalore, store. The amount was deducted from my account but I saw a message on the screen the there was some problem with online order. I called the call center number and they told the oder is there. I went to store only to find from store manager that he has not received order. Again called the call center and they told I can place another order and online order amount will be refunded. The experience at the store was equally bad.

    Made and paid another order and got pizza after 2 hours of making the online order. Waited for couple of days and amount was not refunded. I called customer care multiple times and I had a hard time to get to there account / finance department. One guy told that the matter will be resolved in 2 hours. . I waited for another 2 days and still there isn't any refund. I called again and got another 'wait for sometime' response. I have already waited for 5 days and have been on call for more than 30 minutes and have wasted 30 minutes on phone. This is a big loss.

    If the issue is not resolved ASAP then I will be taking stern action in the consumer court.

      Got a mail frm Pizza Hut (Buy 1 and Get 1 Free) was trying to process that Online and Order was getting stuck am thinking there was a server issue, kept on trying and trying finally I visited the newly opened Pizza Hut store next morning at Attapur I told the situation I faced and they started opposing me and the store manager Mr. Sanjeev started checking with IT and finally told me I am lying and there's no server issue. Ideally if it had been Dominos which we seriouslly trust on first and foremost important for them is the customer, they would have given the Pizza's complimentory because it was a issue I had been facing since last night I never did asked for anything complimentory and nobody even cared to help Dominos is the really the Best and thats the reason we from Co-orporate World prefer Dominos first because they trust customers and for them customer is first I also wrote to feedback.[protected]@yum.com but nobody bothered to respond My Email Id is agarwal.[protected]@gmail.com

        On the 29th of August I visited the Pizza Hut website to order the pizza online. The payment option was chosen as credit card. After the completion of Payment through the Credit Card Portal, the redirected page of Pizza Hut showed me that The Order Was Unsuccessful. The Person at the nearest outlet informed me that the amount would be refunded within 48hrs, but till now there is no refund. I have even filed two complaints but there is no response from pizza hut.

            as per your offer I have order pizza so cheesy but I don't recived bye 1 get 1 free form your nerul store, they told me we dont have such offer you order online & your not mention any thing .
            i conform with your customer care if i order any pizza by default im getting 2nd pizza free but i wont received
            this bad service i recived 2nd time in my 2nd order of pizza .
            this hope less pizza hut i will never order from you again and never recemendet to my friend for Pizza hut for bad service and wrong information receivng from you
            i m dispointing form you and never visit you store again .
            better i will go for dominos

              On 29th August I went to pizza hut we ordered pizza and juice later we ordered coco cola.
              We ordered colacola and it was served within a minute.
              The Coco Cola they served was which contains 90% WATER AND 10% COCOCOLA AND IT WAS CHARGED RS.80 FOR WATER COCOCOLA.
              The worst pizza Hut i saw till today in my life.
              Please I request to close this pizza hut Vijaynagar.

              Today I placed an order 'Meal for 2' in which I was supposed to get 2 pan pizzas(Veg feast, Corn), potato wedges and garlic bread.
              * I was provided with 2 pan pizzas (both corn), hard garlic bread and some poppers.
              * The total cost was increased saying some bla bla bla charges than the actual price
              * I had specifically asked to send the card swipe but delivery boy hadnt got instructions to carry it

              He came late and it was raining so we just paid him soon and sent him. Only when we opened the boxes did we see the whole mess. When I called back no proper response and disconnected call

              MOST WORST PIZZA HUT BRANCH...

                They have failed to deliver the pizza within 30 minutes but still they arguing on that.I had to return it back. They took 45 minutes although the place is very nearer to my home.The person name is Akhil who was trying to argue with me on this that they have some terms and conditions which doesn't mention it should be delivered within 30 minutes.the order id is 2230 and contact number is[protected].How could you trust on them.

                  I have ordered pizza today around 5.09 pm evening I have called on[protected] thrice 1st call around 5.40 pm 2nd call around 6.00 pm 3dr call around 6.20 pm Just to say if cant stay on your 30 mins pizza delivery policy then please dont fool the Public, Adrs of order - sec 49 noida
                  My order was treated as complementary order :) Its not the matter of free delivery its d matter of commitment Thanks please dont delay in future maintain your brand value

                    very very bad service. I had order for big pizza and garlic bread on last saturday st 21: 30 for which they assured we will get the order in 30mins bt to check the status we called after 40mins but they said the order was not placed due to some technical problem.I had placed the order again for which the order no was given 86c10001989 but same we didnt got the order. Very bad exprience

                      Hi, Please find attached mail for order details: Ordered over phone (xxxxxxxxxx) and cancelled the order then, ordered online ([protected]) and paid the amount at 7.30pm on 1st Sep 2014. Got a call from [protected] to xxxxxxxx, i said order is cancelled. (Phone order cancelled) I got one SMS to [protected] "Dear customer, your order has been dispatched and will be delivered shortly. pizzahut delivery" at 7:41:48pm. @ 8.17pm i called[protected], only to get abused for 05:53 minutes. They asked my mobile numer, location details like "which country are calling from, which city are you calling from. When i told ramamurthy nagar in bangalore, they asked me which ramamurthy nagar is it near bannergatta? then he said pls be on hold i will connect to concern location. Then again they asked for details. @ 8.23 pm i called[protected], only to get abused for 03:12 minutes. they said your order will be delivered by 8.45pm. @ 8.51pm i called[protected], only to get abused for 10:26 minutes. I was humiliated. @ 9.05pm i got a call from [protected] to xxxxxxxxxx (not to [protected]) that my online order is cancelled, and he would like to take a new order (with laughing). I got my order delivered at 9.45pm. I will provide my call details (detailed phone bill) Note: i will have to go to consumer court. Thanks, R Ramesh. [protected]

                        Placed online order with payment at 7.30pm on 1st September 2014. They promised to deliver it by 8.00pm. When i called them[protected] at 8.12, they kept me on hold for 3 minutes and finally they cut my call, again i called them at 8.17pm, the cut the call after keeping me on hold for 6minutes. Again i called them at 8.23 pm for 4 minutes hold, and at 8.51pm for 11minutes. In total 24minutes conversation, the were asking all irresponsible questions like " which country are you calling from, which city are you calling from which number are you calling from? I was humiliated. Finally i got call from [protected](Boss) that my order is cancelled.But at 9.45 they delivered the order.

                          I have been a regular customer placing the orders from mobile ref :[protected] and today the above order reference was placed with the correct delivery address (check the recording at your end) as we have 2 address in your records. After that following events have become a history for poor customer service by Pizza Hut: 1. The pizza delivery person lands at the incorrect delivery address and calls on my mobile no.to check the delivery location and returns to stores making no delivery at the required address. 2. I call up the call center to inform the mess on wrong delivery address and they assure me that the store person will call back to confirm the delivery at the required address. 3. I receive a call from Andheri -east store cashier Shailesh/Santosh (unable to recall the name) that they do not make delivery to my specified address. This is utter nonsense behavior by the store cashier when in past orders have been delivered to this address B2/308 LOK BHARARTI by this stores. 4. I call up the call center for this mess and they inform that have the call back from stores and confirm that they will make delivery to B2/308. 5. Again call received from call center supervisor stating they no delivery is possible for this location B2/308. Here the irresponsible supervisor should have checked my previous deliveries before informing me and when i inform him about past deliveries he informs me that he will arrange a call back from stores and disappears.. 6.Having received no response i call up the call center and i am told that they are unable to reach stores and very sorry for the inconvenience and next time they will surely make delivery to location B2/308. 7. At the end no Pizza Hut pizza's were delivered and order placed with Domino's was delivered in 25 minutes . 8. Pizza Hut delivery service by Andheri stores and customer care by the call center both very poor and pathetic..

                              Exactly one month back, I placed an order for my pizza. This is usually a hassle free task. However, this one time, due to some reason, the order did not get through, yet still my account was charged. I called the outlet to check if the order was through, but it was not. So i placed the order again and got it for cash payment. At the same time, I was told that the money will be automatically refunded AFTER ONE MONTH. Despite after taking this ridiculous amount of processing time, there is still no refund. And even when I called the helpline for feedback or online queries, the IVR DOES NOT CONNECT THE CALL ANYWHERE. DO NOT TRUST PIZZA HUT ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM!!

                                Hello, My name is Himanshu Sharma from Gurgaon. My Address is H.No 754, Sector-10A, Near DAV public School, Gurgaon, Haryana. Last Night i had ordered a pizza online for Veggie Magic Solo.But Pizza had been delivered late by Pizza Hut.Pizza delivery time was 21:55:00 But they delivered a order at 22:15:00. I am really suffering from this issue.I was paying money for my order but this is not a gud service as per commited by Pizza hut delivering pizza in 30 minutes.                                   i ordered pizza hut aundh pune [protected]at 9.42 pm .order of 4 items on27 aug 2014. . i recd only two items at 1105pm.by mr manoj sonewane saying that remaining two items i forgot pl pay for full. i will send the items later. after putting the complaint to pizza hut web site no response from them .

                                    Their delivery services is as pathetic and rotten as their veggies used as toppings on their pizzas. They have the poorest coordination among their employees. They make us love other pizza places and their services more. Have the wackiest way of resolving a problem. They should rather learn from their competitors.

                                      Dear Customer service team, Today i have ordered a paneer makhani pan-med pizza and truffle cake with order number[protected] at 16:59:38 and per your delivery commitment of 30 minute this order should be deliver sharp or before 17:30, but your delivery boy deliverd this order around 17:45 and take more amount as per bill the total bill amount was 436.00 INR and took from me 452.00 INR why? At this time i have called to your customer care number for help and your executive discuss with delivey boy and told me today is delivery time 35 minutes after 2 minute he again fail to commitment and told me that today delivery time is 45 minutes. when i have ask with him to talk to manager he just hold my call and discunnect the call. Please let me know, why you people have very false commitment. you you are unable to full fill your commitment then let me know very clearly, so that i can inform the same to pulic via different ways. When I called customer care, they said the amount will be refund in next 15 days but its been a month and they haven't refund it yet.

                                        Hi, I placed my order online for Pizza Hut on 24th Aug, 2014 and made payment of Rs.551.99 using debitcard in online. But the order was not delivered. When I called customer care, they said the amount will be refund in next 15 to 21 days but its been a month and they haven't refund it yet.Please be careful while placing order in online.worst and pathetic service.Don't belive PIZZAHUT...its a worst service.they are playing games now when i called them...sometimes they are keeping me in hold for 20 min and not even responding to that call.
