Order No. :[protected]placed on 10/09/2014 21:13:44) This is the order I placed today at 9.13 pm, availing the 1+1 offer at the HSR Layout outlet of Bangalore. I got the delivery at 10.12 pm, 59 minutes after placing the order. When I refused to pay, the delivery guy refused to give me the pizza and got his store manager on the phone, who does not know how to talk to a customer and asked me to return the pizza if I don't want to pay. I don't think this is any way to run a business, the way you treat your customers. If you provide a service of 30 mins delivery guarantee or the pizza is free, you are obliged to give the pizza for free, not make phony offers.

I had ordered pizza on 10 sept 2014 at 9:36pm as per message received on my mobile. It was written in the message that it will be delivered in 35 minutes but the pizza came at 10:30 pm. At the time of delivery at 10:35 the pizza was up to the mark. So i called the store manager but he did not talk to me in good respect and also argued with me. I am your regular customer and i have not expected this kind of pathetic service from you people.

Firstly Delivery boy called saying we don't deliver pizza's for free (repeating twice) & came to office at 9.10pm (late by 25mins) . Then when started arguing with us saying 'I am in uniform or else I would have shown you...I stay nearby at ambedkar road thane'...It seems like pizzhut's have started hiring gangsters. I have ordered pizzas Online @Noida Sector 50 & not received delivery within 1 Hour, then I went for order status with their & my phone was put on hold for indefinite time & no response from Support center & Store Manager...

I have ordered two paneer makhni pizza at 8:29 pm, but the thankyou screen is showing my order time as 20:44. I don't expect such irresponsible behviour from PIZZA HUT, as you are a trusted brand. Kindly look into the matter, and check there is no delay in my product. If my order reaches to me after 9:00pm then i will consider it delayed, as per your policies. I live in Heritage city opposite MG Rd station in gurgaon and right opposite our gate is a fairly large pizza hut restaurant. I ordered dinner last nite at 830 and to my surprise i got a call back in 5 minutes asking me for landmarks to my residence.. I waited 1 hr the kids were hungry and at 930 when i called back found the person who took my order had cancelled the order himself as he cud not figure out where heritage city was? And to add insult to injury the call center and his supervisor lied to me that he called me and told me that the order was cancelled though i believe he cud not find my order correctly as he read out many delhi addresses of munirka etc before saying so.. net net they ruined by anniversary dinner! APPALLING SERVICE FAILURE AND THAT TOO TO A RESIDENTIAL COLONY THATS RIGHT OPPOSITE THE PIZZA HUT OUTLET WHERE EVERY DAY NOT LESS THAN 2-3 DELIVERIES FM PIZZA HUT TAKES PLACE.

While working late in office we order online for the pizzas and made the payment through the credit card. On following up with them almost 10 times, pizzas were delivered to us after 2 hours of order. After lot of arguments finally they agreed to refund Rs 500 of the total order value which was 938/- Till date that refund has not been received by me. The supervisor of the store has stopped picking up calls from my number

I ordered thought the pizza hut mobile app. And I paid the bill online through Internet banking. My account got debited Rs 513.47 but the order didn't confirm. This is sheer recklessness by pizza hut people. I have no idea How can I get my money back. I tried to find out customer care details but nothing is on the website. Please help me.

Hi, I, Bharat Lamba, would like to complain about the recent duplicate transaction by Pizza Hut, Anupam market Saket on 3rd Aug 2014. So at first when I saw my Credit card statement, it showed a duplicate transaction of Rs.1, 372, which I thought is a mistake from Standard Charted Bank. I verified from the bank through an email (Email attached) and they confirmed that Pizza Hut claimed the transaction twice. Now the issue is, I signed on only one slip and they should have realized that the transaction was duplicate before claiming it twice. Secondly, fortunately I checked my Credit Card statement and if I would not have, the transaction would go unnoticed and they would have ended up charging me twice. Please could you help me to go legally on this issue because this can be a very big issue for other customers of Pizza Hut. To top off the cream, when I claimed the duplicate transaction from the outlet. At first I was told that it was a Bank issue and they did not swiped it twice. After confirming from the bank, it ended up to be Pizza Hut's fault. I visited the outlet four times but they acted as if they were least concerned about the issue. Today after 5 weeks, my frustration reached to the heights and they say that they have done their part and insisted me to go to the bank and claim from them. Was it really my fault to have dinner at Pizza Hut. Firstly there was a duplicate swiping from their side. Secondly they ended up not agreeing to the transaction. Thirdly its been 5 weeks and the money is still not refunded. I request you to please guide me to go legally against them as this could be a big issue for other customers who are least bothered to check their Credit/Debit Card statements. I would also like raise the issue in Media so that every Pizza Hut customer should be aware of this fact. After ordering pizza Online in nearest Pizza Hut store BTM 1stage at 2.25pm Saturday 6/09/14, the pizza was not delivered. Since they provide 30min guarantee otherwise free, after telling them that i am not paying for the order they start keeping my call on hold for a long time and not replying back. Attached is the pizza Order description.

I am really surprised to find a Hair strand in the pizza which was also not on the surface but was stuck in the crust. I placed a complaint the your customer center and there was no satisfactory resolution provided for 2 days and now when I received a call back from the store that this can't be possible and is not accepting my concern. I have the slice still with me if any one wants to verify. Is this the standard that Pizza Hut maintains? I am looking for an apology for the inconvenience caused to me as well as a full amount refund. On 31st August 2014 I made an online order for Rs 535/- for pick up of pizza from kanakpura road, bangalore, store. The amount was deducted from my account but I saw a message on the screen the there was some problem with online order. I called the call center number and they told the oder is there. I went to store only to find from store manager that he has not received order. Again called the call center and they told I can place another order and online order amount will be refunded. The experience at the store was equally bad.

Made and paid another order and got pizza after 2 hours of making the online order. Waited for couple of days and amount was not refunded. I called customer care multiple times and I had a hard time to get to there account / finance department. One guy told that the matter will be resolved in 2 hours. . I waited for another 2 days and still there isn't any refund. I called again and got another 'wait for sometime' response. I have already waited for 5 days and have been on call for more than 30 minutes and have wasted 30 minutes on phone. This is a big loss.

If the issue is not resolved ASAP then I will be taking stern action in the consumer court.

fyi: Soon I plan to start an online facebook campaign asking people to avoid online order by sharing my experience of being cheated. I would have been cheated in case I would not have checked my credit card transactions.

Got a mail frm Pizza Hut (Buy 1 and Get 1 Free) was trying to process that Online and Order was getting stuck am thinking there was a server issue, kept on trying and trying finally I visited the newly opened Pizza Hut store next morning at Attapur I told the situation I faced and they started opposing me and the store manager Mr. Sanjeev started checking with IT and finally told me I am lying and there's no server issue. Ideally if it had been Dominos which we seriouslly trust on first and foremost important for them is the customer, they would have given the Pizza's complimentory because it was a issue I had been facing since last night I never did asked for anything complimentory and nobody even cared to help Dominos is the really the Best and thats the reason we from Co-orporate World prefer Dominos first because they trust customers and for them customer is first I also wrote to feedback.[protected]@yum.com but nobody bothered to respond My Email Id is agarwal.[protected]@gmail.com

On the 29th of August I visited the Pizza Hut website to order the pizza online. The payment option was chosen as credit card. After the completion of Payment through the Credit Card Portal, the redirected page of Pizza Hut showed me that The Order Was Unsuccessful. The Person at the nearest outlet informed me that the amount would be refunded within 48hrs, but till now there is no refund. I have even filed two complaints but there is no response from pizza hut.

i conform with your customer care if i order any pizza by default im getting 2nd pizza free but i wont received
this bad service i recived 2nd time in my 2nd order of pizza .
this hope less pizza hut i will never order from you again and never recemendet to my friend for Pizza hut for bad service and wrong information receivng from you

On 29th August I went to pizza hut we ordered pizza and juice later we ordered coco cola.
We ordered colacola and it was served within a minute.
The Coco Cola they served was which contains 90% WATER AND 10% COCOCOLA AND IT WAS CHARGED RS.80 FOR WATER COCOCOLA.
The worst pizza Hut i saw till today in my life.
Please I request to close this pizza hut Vijaynagar.

They have failed to deliver the pizza within 30 minutes but still they arguing on that.I had to return it back. They took 45 minutes although the place is very nearer to my home.The person name is Akhil who was trying to argue with me on this that they have some terms and conditions which doesn't mention it should be delivered within 30 minutes.the order id is 2230 and contact number is[protected].How could you trust on them.

very very bad service. I had order for big pizza and garlic bread on last saturday st 21: 30 for which they assured we will get the order in 30mins bt to check the status we called after 40mins but they said the order was not placed due to some technical problem.I had placed the order again for which the order no was given 86c10001989 but same we didnt got the order. Very bad exprience
