If possible, I would give this place a rating of zero. A simple order of one pizza and one pasta placed at 8 pm for delivery. 8:15 pm I get a SMS that the parcel is on its way. 8:30 pm no sign of food. 8:45 pm no sign of food. 9:00 pm (tired of waiting and really hungry) tried calling them and was told we will call you back with status. 9:15 pm (even more hungry) tried calling again as we were yet to receive a call from them. 9:35 pm the delivery boy shows up with the wrong pizza and wrong pasta. Both so cold that even a hungry us were not tempted. 9:40 pm the delivery boy leaves after trying to call his own store (and manager) and not receiving any response from either. 9:45 pm (hungry and annoyed) posting online so that others are spared of this agony.

Hi, We ordered BIG MEAL and a desert today on PHD. Order number:[protected], Date 12-04-14, POS number 125 C. Pizza was delivered from Pizza hut in Munnekolalu village, Varthur Hobli, Bangalore. Pizza was delivered in 45 minutes time. 1) Quality of garlic bread exotica was not good. It was not crispy and when we eat the bread it was becoming powdery. 2) Italian Treat pizza was soggy and they told me it was thin crust but we did not feel it was thin crust and taste was not at all good. 3) When we ate the desert, we found plastic pieces in the desert. This was the worst experience of eating Pizza from PHD. Till date our experience with Pizza Hut both on delivery and in dine service was really good. This time we are extremely disappointed. I am planning to complain even in consumer forum regarding plastic pieces found in chocolate truffle cake. Today I have book order as per Your oder No[protected] date 09-APR-2014 for this delivery pizza hut take more than 1 hour for this delivery I have not received any discount and free delivery for this order When I call to manager(Ashok Guliya), He told me that company is changing his policies every day . On monday and tuesday the max delivery time is 30 mins and on wednesday the delivery time is more . I am not able to understand this concept. The attitude of the manager was also not good . Please aks your employee to be polite with customers . Even on the box the delivery time is 30 min and when we placed the order the manager told us to deliver the same in 30 Mins.This is the worst experience. Sir, I work with pizza hut as a teammember in ganpati plaza jaipur since 10 oct. 2010 to 16 dec 2012.i leave job.when i go to pizza hut to get my provident fund accountant said come after 10 days.when i go after 10 dayes he said come after 15 days.i think pizza hut is a multinational company.that type things not happen in mnc.so please give my provident fund of 2 year. I had a worst expericence after ordering pizza online ( order number[protected], the designated store was pizza hut in Banashakari. The pizza arrived after 2 hours that too very cold and with no seasoning and ketchup. The delivery boy was clueless and did not have even store manager phone number. I complained to their call center[protected] several times their answer was "the storage manager will call you back in 5 mins" and they refused to register any compalint. even after 10 calls to call center no store manager called me nor pizza was delivered. I will never buy pizza from pizza hut again. Shameful such big global company does not have a proper mechanism to address customer greivences. Thier website Pizzahut.co.in does not even have a place to register complaint or take feedback. Worst !!!

I had one of my worst experiences with Pizza hut today. We had ordered pizza in my friend's name (Deepak Vishnu). The order no is 4818 and we had ordered from the PHD in pimpri, pune. The bill amount was 888. The order was delivered after 1 hr from the time of order. As the box contained the statement, "30 minutes or free", we had asked the delivery boy for the offer. He said that since ours was a large order it is not acceptable. Then he forgot to give us the seasonings and tissue also and went away. It was not over there also. It was one of the worst pizzas we had ever had. It was too roasted, too oily and tasted terrible. We were not even able to have the pizza, and ended up wasting a large quantity of it. Not only that the pasta also tasted terrible today. I mean can it become any more bad. Starting from delivery to the product, everything was terrible.

TODAY I ORDERED A PIZZA AT MY OFFICE ADDRESS AT 3:30 PM & AS I WAS PROMISSED THAT THE PIZZA WOULD BE DELIVERED IN HALF HOUR ONLY BUT THE DELIVERY BOY CAME AFTER 1HR. THE DELEVERY BOY NAMED DEEPAK CAME & DID NOT DELIVER THE PIZZA BY SAYING IN A RUDE WAY THAT THE ORDER WAS PLACED FORCEABLY AND I WILL NOT DELIVER THE PIZZA & EVEN THE STORE MANAGER ALSO BEHAVED IN A RUDE WAY & DIN EVEN TALKED. This complain is against pizza hut delivery service, today ( 20th March 2014 ) I placed an order on call at 8:45. They took my order and promise to deliver in 45mins at my Home address which is mentioned below. After 1 hr I got a Call from Mr. Siddrath Kapoor stating that they can not deliver it as Dwarka Sec 16 is out of delivery area, He said if I need I have to take it from the Outlet only. I informed him that I have delivery boy so many times in my society but he was not ready to listen. This is seriously ridiculous. If Dwarka sec 16 is out of delivery area then why they took my order and make me wait for 1 hr. Expecting Strong action against this please revert me asap. We had placed an order at 09:04 pm on 17.03.14 in PHD at rudrapur against order no[protected] token no 101. The delivery at the counter was given at 09:43 pm. When we asked for complementary or reimburse it then they refused. On insisting they gave us delivery time note on the bill. No duty manager was there to listen and lot many orders at out time were also pending for other people. This was the worst experience and if the delivery time at the counter is not manageable then you must not write delivery commitment. Tell me if my complaint can be registred and some action can be planned. Else please let me know if I have to take the route towards consumer forum. It was a most disaster day of my life!!! when we ordered for veg supreme pizza they added few pieces of non-veg particles. When we complained them about this they took back the pizza inside and removed those non - veg particles and brought back, and later when we complianed further they started saying it was an chees, mushroom, and many other stupid things and later on when we paid the bill they. guys its really an most disaster day of life loosing my entire eternity of being a pure vegetarian. I request all vegetarian peoples never to step back in pizza hut.It was in chennai and it was near chennai nungambakkam branch and the person who served me Mr.Durai. Hi, I came across this promo code "PHE01" on your web site which mentioned the message "BUY ANY MEDIUM PIZZA AND GET THE SECOND FREE" (OFFER VALID ON SIGNATURE AND SUPREME PIZZA"S ONLY). Reading this promo i ordered for a so cheezy chicken tikka medium and select the chicken kadai so cheezy medium as my options. When i applied the code the code said its applied but i could not see the discount applied. I called up the customer care and they are talking about some hidden conditions which aren't mentioned in the web site. They told me that this promo is applicable only for PAN pizza's and not so cheezy type, but my question is where is this information mentioned in the web site. I request pizza hut not to mislead customers by having separate hidden conditions on the promo code, this is the first time im using pizza hut online service and my entire experience has been pathetic. Never thought of writing such a bad review for one of my favourite places...unfortunately today I have to make sure they dont repeat for other customers. It is the thane cinemax branch of pizza hut which is spoiling the brand pizza hut. The washroom stinks like public toilet and there are mosquitoes in the joint on questioning the store manager mentioned mosquitoes are due to lack of pest control not happening recently...to top it the food quality was so bad I can bet that they might have got away with other customers who have not questioned them as the pizzas were served by reheating the ones which were either nit delvered or not served. Simple words the pizzas were not freshky prepared as it use to be..on quesyltionibg the quality they offered me a replacement as a takeaway..but I saw the point is that instead of agreeing to the mistake they tried to coverul. I would sincerely would to bring to the notice if pizza hut and the government officials from food depart f if they happen to read this complaint do visit and audit this site as it is huge injustice to the customer even after paying huge some along with the service tax. shrini

This is quite disturbing to hear that International Brand "Pizza Hut" is unable to fix technical glitches for more than 3 working days. The series of events are as follows: 13/March/2014- I rings up the pizza hut call center outlet for placing Pizza.While ordering the Sales executive denies to take order & explains that due to technical fault the said order cannot be placed.However we were said that some store manager will positively contact us within10 min & we can place the order. To our surprise no one called or bothered to explain the situation. After waiting for half an hour my husband ranged up the pizza hut call center again & enquired about the same.But to our surprise the same kind of reply was told so called "technical fault"..Ultimately we lost hope & ordered from Dominos Pizza. 15/march/2014- We wanted to place order for pizza however the same story was narrated that due to technical issues we cannot place order!! It is quite disgusting & disturbing to hear that is not bothered for customer satisfaction!Even the Sales guys are taking the matter in an easy way & ignoring the outcome. This is with reference with our order placed at NIT Faridabad, Haryana outlet on 15/03/2014. I am Ajay khandelwal Branch manager in kotak mahindra bank ordered 20 pizza for festival get together. But only 7 pizzas out of 20 were only eatable rest were not properly prepared all were burned! As i also had a talk with the manager of that outlet but didn't get any advantage! Date - 15/03/14 This is with reference to our order to the outlet of Pizza Hut at Andheri east which is the nearest to our place i.e. Sakinaka Junction Andheri East.The order no.3373 & 3374 which was 02 Non veg Pizzas and 01 Veg Pizza and 02 Choco Mousse and 02 Choco Truffle Cake which was ordered at 02:00 PM. We got the confirmation at 02:21 that the Pizzas are on the way and we had confirmed that it will reach within 30 Mins. After 02:45 PM we called up to check whether it was on the way at that time one executive named Satish informed us that it is already gone from the store and it will reach within some time.We waited for some more time it was already 03:15 PM and called again to check about the same but this time the call was put on hold stating that it will be transferred to the Manager, we waited on the Hold but no reply at all till 15 Mins. Really upset with the behaviour and the ill service, we called up the third time and this time kindly note that it was 03:45 PM.Now, we spoke to Mr. Shahzad and then the Manager Mr. Arshad but in vain.He put our call on Hold like before. NOW The fourth time we had called just to confirm that the pizzas were not sent at all since it takes only 20 Mins from the outlet and it had taken more than 02 Hrs for the people to deliver a small order like us.The person this time Mr. Pavit explained us that the Pizza is out of the delivery area and thus, it got cancelled as soon as we had ordered. THIS IS REALLY VERY BAD THAT YOU ARE TAKING THE ORDER CONFIRMIN THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED AND THEN EVEN AFTER 02 HRS OF WAIT YOU ARE INFORMING THE GUEST THAT THE ORDER CANNOT BE DELIVERED. ATLEAST IF YOU HAD INFORMED US WELL AT THE TIME OF ORDER ITSELF WE WOULD HAVE ORDERED FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. Same case with me too.. I order the pizza via foodpanda and got the confirmation via sms
from foodpanda at 10:34 pm. I got the call from the delivery boy at
around 11:05 pm about the address. I thought that fine .. Anyways he
went back to the store saying that he couldn't find the address( when
already I had order 3-4 times from the same same store). later at around 11:20 I got the call from the pizzahut
store saying that delivery boy has returned and I need to come at some
specific place to get it collected . I told them now I wont pay for it
since it has already been delayed by 30 minutes. The store manger didn't
agreed giving foolish excuses about address and saying that on wednesdays the time limit is not 30 min and is 1 hour .So I told him to cancel the order since I wont be paying for it.I got the sms therafter
that my order was cancelled and I would get discount of 500 or a pizza
free. But I never got the free pizza and the discount. I am not sure if
it an issue with specific pizza hut store, since they might be taking
the free pizza or pizzahut
just don't bother with their service guarantee (its just for cheating
customer). Any ways .. I wont be ordering pizza from pizza hut ever in

Hi I have placed an order with pizza hut on 12march, 2014 of Veg Medium BOGO ie Country feast and Paneer Makhani. My order number was[protected]. But they delivered one veg and one non-veg pizza. After 10 minutes, their delivery boy came and said he delivered non-veg pizza by mistake but till that time, I ate a piece of non-veg pizza unknowingly. I am pure veg guy. They hurt and exploited my religious sentiments. When i called their call centre, those guys accepted their mistake. I also got call from their GM named Sachin Sharma from [protected]. We had ordered 103 pan for 4 that is total of 525 pizzas along with 175 potato wedges, 145 pepsi pets & 25 garlic bread servings from BKC PHD. The order was suppose to reach at 11.30am on 07th March 2014 at Bandra Spastic Society. After many many calls & many lies by Asif the order taker the order finally reached at 12.25pm. The person from PHD Anil who dint respond to any calls was not bothered in giving the order but was bothered about the payment. The tempo guy was in ahurry to take his tempo & wanted the stuff to offload at the earliest. The quality of pizza was WORST than a 3rd grade udipi restaurant. The bread was not baked completely rubbery forget it being served hot even though the stickers were put on the boxes. The vegetables were as good as not being there on the bread. The potato wedges were sooo oily that any person would come to know that they were made one night before. The taste of both pizzas & potato wedges was like crap. We saw people having bites & throwing the rest of it. This is not at all teh standards we expect from PIZZA HUT. The staff was not at all corporative forget about accepting that there was a mistake. Anil did not pick up the call once also. Asif lied about the location of the delivery guys by saying they will reach in 5 mins they reached only after 25mins.
