Dear, My name is Himanshu and today i ordered pizza from mansarover pizza hut store and the pizzas was not upto the mark and as per there manger the pizza was well in standers. I was keep ordering same pizza from last 8 months and very well worse of the standard of the pizza but he is keep on saying the same thing . I back withouting takeing or eating my pizza .And today i am really disppoint big time by service or customer handling. Thanks Himanshu [protected]

I visited the Pizza Hut, Anupam PVR Outlet on April 25th, 2014 at 2pm. We ordered a portion of Cheese Garlic Bread to begin with. The order came in 10-15 mins. My friend and I finished one slice each and just as my friend took a bite of the 2nd slice of garlic bread there was a long black hair below the cheese layer of the garlic bread. She saw it and started feeling sick. She vomited there 2 times. I escalated this to the staff who took 10 mins to come to the table and they called their duty manager. All he said is that every member of the staff covers their hands and head in the kitchen. However maybe during the brushing of butter on the bread some hair of the brush must have come. He refused to admit that it was a human hair and not a plastic brush hair. He just apologised and offered us to eat something else. My friend felt so sick and we did not want to risk eating in a place like this. Please do not visit this outlet ever and if you do, please look closely as to what you are eating. My friend suffered from food poisoning. If this was a Pizza Hut outlet abroad, we could have sued them and got the outlet to shut down but given that this is India, everything works and everything is acceptable. Please do not visit this outlet ever as they do not know the meaning of quality and do not maintain a standard of a well known food brand in India. Their service is extremely slow and even after calling couple of times the staff would not come to take your order or help you. The manager did not even once ask if he should call a doctor or take down our number to check if all was okay. He was only interested in letting us go quickly so that this does not get escalated for his branch. Extremely bad ethics and bad service ever expected from a Pizza Hut store.

I ordered for pizza through and waited for long 40 minutes and then delivery guy come. I asked him to check time, he told me that he is just only one minute late and that due to because of me, then I told him that you are 5 minute late according to delivery time. Another excuse came from his side that this is bulk order and there is no time constraint. Can someone tell me if any one order 2 pizzas that will be a bulk order...strange. That delivery guy(Amit) show me attitude that he can't do anything and I need to except the order, he called to his senior and then go back without informing me. I called to there restaurant at sector 14 Gurgaon(worth to mention they any senior guy from Pizza hut didn't talked me) and wanted to see an explanation but the guy who picked the phone informed me that you say no to order and there is no fault of delivery guy. I got stunned to hear this..still I fought with him over the phone and finally he give me assurance of call back...but I didn't got a call back... Then I repeatdly called back at their restaurant but they didn't picked up, finally I called to there manager Shashi([protected]), but he started saying that I only trust my boys and don't trust customer, do whatever you want we work like that way only and started threatning me. Is that way Pizza hut treating there customer, it's really surprising and not acceptable at any cost. Can I get a resolution on this?

We ordered the pizza online at pizza hut and set it for delivery at 10.30pm from ashok nagar branch, chennai. The guy came in delivered hurried for cash and left. After which we opened the box of pizza (both) two medium pizza ordered. Both were like over cooked(deep red), veggies looked all dull and shrunk. and the worst part was it was cold. Generally I always like pizza hut for the their quality of pizza. Now upon seeing this I was so heart broken, with the kind of quality they had given. As we had paid already we had to eat it and while we took our first bite we saw others face in disbelief, that it was a pizza from pizza hut, horrible taste. We still have most part of the pizza in our bin. I wish I could take pictures and post it here. Its a shame to pizza hut brand that some of their outlets are spoiling their name. But my complaint here is that shouldn't they be punished for this and charging us for full and giving us .

Dear team Today I ordered pizza with an idea of sumptuous lunch with one of my colleague. However the same was undelivered till now. The order was of amount Rs 464. Unlike my previous experience this undelivered pizza gave the bitter taste. Not only this the topping was with unparalled taste ;The call center simply with all its humilit refused to receive any such order.

Respected Sir, I placed an order for Veg treat and garlic bread today around 4 pm (phone No-[protected]) through the phone no 39883988.I was told that the pizza would be delivered from Shantinagar within 30 minutes. 10 minutes after placing the order, I got a call from shantinagar Pizzahut saying that they needed to clarify the distance. Approximately 30 minutes after placing the order I was told that delivery cant be done. Instead I was repeatedly asked to avail myself of the take away service. I am not a customer of Pizza hut delivery for the first time. Pizza Hut database already has my phone number and address. Alternative arrangements could have been made if I had been told that delivery was not possible. I had been an avid lover of Italian food since I knew dining out, of which Pizza tops the list. On Sunday, 20th of April, 2014, I had ordered a family size triple chicken pizza with extra cheese at the Salt Lake, City Centre. I was asked to make the payment, which I did immediately & collect the order after 15 mins, Fair enough! When I came back after 20 mins, I was asked to wait for 5 mins, which again I did. But further to my dismay, when I was still waiting after 40 mins, I went up to the counter and enquired for a stern reply. They then made up a story of something as the pizza got ready on time but it fell off on the ground by mistake and they again were making it afresh. All this clearly showed signs o[censored]tter mismanagement. Further to my shock, the order which I opened for dinner was a completely different one. I had decided not to use pizza hut for any kind of meal and would refer the same in my circle as well. All I want to state is that, the brand failed to live upto my expectations this time.

we are ordered veg briyani (brizzia) in north country mall (pizza hut )(punjab) they gave non veg briyani... we are never eat non veg ..its strictly against for us...they firstly delivered order very late... even those are ordered them .they also got ..but we were waiting till half an our...after getting they odered non veg ..we eaten then we got knw its non veg .its against for me .

I and my friend had ordered two Chicken Mexican large pizzas for home delivery from Pizza Hut Powai, Mumbai today and we are highly disappointed with the Pizza hut service as well as behavior of Pizza hut employee "Mr. Nilesh Sawant" who received the phone call. The pizzas were 55 minutes late and even the delivery person accepted it. When we called Pizza Hut powai, Mr. Nilesh Sawant talked very rudely on phone. He first made a false excuse that today "50 min delivery or free"offer was applicable and didnt listen to anything inspite of even the delivery boy accepting that pizzas were 55 minutes late. His words were "Aaj koi offer valid nahi hai. Poora pay karo ya fir pizza return kar do." In the end we had to pay full price of the pizzas. The pizzas had become cold and we had to throw away almost one full pizza out of the two. We are highly disappointed as it was a total waste of money. Our experience with pizza hut has been very good till now but this time it was appallingly bad. Such a behaviour is unacceptable from a big chain like Pizza hut. It will have negative effect on people like me.I made several complaints to your ordering online numbers to remove my name and my mobile number but they have not bothered to do so. As I travel often abroad I am troubled night time when I am asleep. Kindly remove my mobile number from your list immediately. Asoka Chelliah

If possible, I would give this place a rating of zero. A simple order of one pizza and one pasta placed at 8 pm for delivery. 8:15 pm I get a SMS that the parcel is on its way. 8:30 pm no sign of food. 8:45 pm no sign of food. 9:00 pm (tired of waiting and really hungry) tried calling them and was told we will call you back with status. 9:15 pm (even more hungry) tried calling again as we were yet to receive a call from them. 9:35 pm the delivery boy shows up with the wrong pizza and wrong pasta. Both so cold that even a hungry us were not tempted. 9:40 pm the delivery boy leaves after trying to call his own store (and manager) and not receiving any response from either. 9:45 pm (hungry and annoyed) posting online so that others are spared of this agony.

Hi, We ordered BIG MEAL and a desert today on PHD. Order number:[protected], Date 12-04-14, POS number 125 C. Pizza was delivered from Pizza hut in Munnekolalu village, Varthur Hobli, Bangalore. Pizza was delivered in 45 minutes time. 1) Quality of garlic bread exotica was not good. It was not crispy and when we eat the bread it was becoming powdery. 2) Italian Treat pizza was soggy and they told me it was thin crust but we did not feel it was thin crust and taste was not at all good. 3) When we ate the desert, we found plastic pieces in the desert. This was the worst experience of eating Pizza from PHD. Till date our experience with Pizza Hut both on delivery and in dine service was really good. This time we are extremely disappointed. I am planning to complain even in consumer forum regarding plastic pieces found in chocolate truffle cake. Hi This is Ayush Mehta cell no [protected]. Today I have book order as per Your oder No[protected] date 09-APR-2014 for this delivery pizza hut take more than 1 hour for this delivery I have not received any discount and free delivery for this order When I call to manager(Ashok Guliya), He told me that company is changing his policies every day . On monday and tuesday the max delivery time is 30 mins and on wednesday the delivery time is more . I am not able to understand this concept. The attitude of the manager was also not good . Please aks your employee to be polite with customers . Even on the box the delivery time is 30 min and when we placed the order the manager told us to deliver the same in 30 Mins.This is the worst experience. Sir, I work with pizza hut as a teammember in ganpati plaza jaipur since 10 oct. 2010 to 16 dec 2012.i leave job.when i go to pizza hut to get my provident fund accountant said come after 10 days.when i go after 10 dayes he said come after 15 days.i think pizza hut is a multinational company.that type things not happen in mnc.so please give my provident fund of 2 year. I had a worst expericence after ordering pizza online ( order number[protected], the designated store was pizza hut in Banashakari. The pizza arrived after 2 hours that too very cold and with no seasoning and ketchup. The delivery boy was clueless and did not have even store manager phone number. I complained to their call center[protected] several times their answer was "the storage manager will call you back in 5 mins" and they refused to register any compalint. even after 10 calls to call center no store manager called me nor pizza was delivered. I will never buy pizza from pizza hut again. Shameful such big global company does not have a proper mechanism to address customer greivences. Thier website Pizzahut.co.in does not even have a place to register complaint or take feedback. Worst !!!

I had one of my worst experiences with Pizza hut today. We had ordered pizza in my friend's name (Deepak Vishnu). The order no is 4818 and we had ordered from the PHD in pimpri, pune. The bill amount was 888. The order was delivered after 1 hr from the time of order. As the box contained the statement, "30 minutes or free", we had asked the delivery boy for the offer. He said that since ours was a large order it is not acceptable. Then he forgot to give us the seasonings and tissue also and went away. It was not over there also. It was one of the worst pizzas we had ever had. It was too roasted, too oily and tasted terrible. We were not even able to have the pizza, and ended up wasting a large quantity of it. Not only that the pasta also tasted terrible today. I mean can it become any more bad. Starting from delivery to the product, everything was terrible.

TODAY I ORDERED A PIZZA AT MY OFFICE ADDRESS AT 3:30 PM & AS I WAS PROMISSED THAT THE PIZZA WOULD BE DELIVERED IN HALF HOUR ONLY BUT THE DELIVERY BOY CAME AFTER 1HR. THE DELEVERY BOY NAMED DEEPAK CAME & DID NOT DELIVER THE PIZZA BY SAYING IN A RUDE WAY THAT THE ORDER WAS PLACED FORCEABLY AND I WILL NOT DELIVER THE PIZZA & EVEN THE STORE MANAGER ALSO BEHAVED IN A RUDE WAY & DIN EVEN TALKED. THIS WAS REALLY A INSULTED THING FOR ME IN THE OFFICE. MY ODER NO IS [protected]. ADDRESS WAS SHAKARPUR NEAR NIRMAN VIHAR METRO =, OPP V3S MALL.

This complain is against pizza hut delivery service, today ( 20th March 2014 ) I placed an order on call at 8:45. They took my order and promise to deliver in 45mins at my Home address which is mentioned below. After 1 hr I got a Call from Mr. Siddrath Kapoor stating that they can not deliver it as Dwarka Sec 16 is out of delivery area, He said if I need I have to take it from the Outlet only. I informed him that I have delivery boy so many times in my society but he was not ready to listen. This is seriously ridiculous. If Dwarka sec 16 is out of delivery area then why they took my order and make me wait for 1 hr. Expecting Strong action against this please revert me asap.
