This particular complaint is against the Pizza Hut center located Thane, Cinewonder, Ghodbunder Road, Kapurbawadi, Thane (W). Dear concern I would like to bring to your notice the immoral rude behavior of your Employee. I ordered for pizza and this was the worst experience of mine till date. Myself Roopesh Pandey and I stay at Thane.On Sunday 02-Feb-2014 we had a small family get together at my place. So we planned to have pizza for the same. As I was having Pizza Hut vouchers so I thought of redeeming the same. My home (I stay at Kasarvadavli) is about 7kms from your nearest Pizza hut centre, So home delivery was not possible. So in afternoon around 1.15pm I ordered on Pizza Hut toll free number for 6 medium tandoori paneer pizzas with extra mushroom toppings and confirmed him that I will pick up the same. The call center guy confirmed that my order will be ready for pick up by 1.45pm.So I left home accordingly and reached the pizza hut centre by 1.40pm.The employee at the counter named SATISH, asked us to wait for some time as our order was in progress. Around 2pm I received my order by the same employee (SATISH) and subsequently I made the payment of my total bill of Rs.[protected] by voucher & 1060 by credit card). On reaching home when I opened the pizza box I was shocked to see that the Panner pieces were not baked. Raw pieces of panner were added as a topping and that too 3-4 pieces only. As I had ordered Tandoori panner so was expecting the panner pieces to be baked rather than to be added as a topping. Same was the case for all 6 pizzas. We were really disappointed with this. As no option was left with me, so I again drove all the way to the pizza hut centre with all the 6 pizzas for replacement. On reaching the centre I asked the same employee (SATISH) who handed over me the order to check, on checking the same he told that my order was correct and there is no issue in it. So I just asked him to check the paneer pieces, for which he told that he will not be doing the same. I again requested him to please taste and confirm whether panner pieces were baked or not. Instead of accepting the fault & apologizing for giving pizzas with unbaked panner and replacing the same with fresh pizzas, he started yelling and shouting at us that nothing is wrong in it. The kind of tone he was using was showing as if the Pizzas were given free to us. In response to it even I shouted and asked him to cancel my order and give my money back. By the time one more staff named (DHARMENDRA) also came and asked me to calm down as other customers were also there. I told him the entire situation, but in vain. Instead of asking the employee (SATISH) to calm down and hand over me the fresh pizza, he PHYSICALLY ABUSED ME. He holded me by my collar and asked to get out of the restaurant. This was really not expected. I was left with no option but to leave the restaurant. I want a strict action to be taken against the employees (SATISH & DHARMESH) and would want you to do the best in action to compensate the mental agony I went & for spoiling our get together.

    This is with reference to order # 9485 that I placed through Pizza hut call center on 02/02/2014 at 4:35pm from my mobile# [protected] for home delivery of pizza. Also please note the subsequently calls I made to your call center at 5:13pm, 5:16pm, 5:51pm the same day to know the order status and complain on the order placed. Issues: 1. The order was delayed. It was delivered at 5:27pm finally (both the pizzas). 2. Placed order for 2 pizza's. Only one delivered at 5:15pm. As per delivery boy one pizza got crushed somewhere in between and he had to deliver one now and deliver the second at later stage. 3. The one delivered pizza was NOT hot, had to send it back. 4. Delivery boy brings both the pizza's back at 5:27pm and collects the bill amount. After eating the pizza's it was found that one pizza was overcooked and another one was undercooked. It seems like the first pizza which was returned initially was delivered again after heating it up in a oven. As second pizza got crushed and they had to prepare another one in a hurry, one delivered was not cooked properly. As we had some guests at home and we do not wanted to shout at the delivery boy, I had called the call c enter to raise a complain and store manager to call us and explain the issue, So for no one had called and I am still waiting to hear from Pizza hut on my complain on the above issues/concerns.

      Complaint Against Pizza Hut Home Delivery- Gurgaon Sector 51

      Had an awkward experience with pizza hut delivery today – 1st Feb’14. I booked an order at 8:30 PM to be delivered at Orchid Island, Sector 51 Gurgaon but till 10:15PM I didn’t get my order and ultimately after an argument I had to get my order cancelled. First of all thy book the order and confirm the order will be delivered shortly - the first SMS I got at 9:07PM “Dear Customer, your order has been dispatched and will be delivered shortly. Pizza Hit Delivery” but Its 9:25pm and its not yet delivered... Called them again at 9:25PM and the person on call said will check the order status from the store and call you back in 5 minutes… BUT NO CALL but an apology SMS at 9:31PM “Dear Customer, apologies your order no.[protected] is delayed and will reach you shortly. Please accept discount of Rs 500 or the order value whichever is lesser. Pizza Hut Delivery.” Again after 15 minutes I called them again but I was kept on hold for more than 10 minutes and as usual no update. Rather than getting an update I received an apology SMS again at 10:01PM “Dear Customer, apologies your order no.[protected] is delayed and will reach you shortly. Please accept discount of Rs 500 or the order value whichever is lesser. Pizza Hut Delivery.” This was the height of our patience. Called them again at 10:09 PM and again after keeping my call on hold for more than 5 minutes they said we apologize but the store says currently your area does not fall under our delivery coverage area and will surely deliver the pizza next time on time. This was ridicules at 10:25PM they are saying your area does not fall under delivery zone and the funniest thing is the Pizza hut Outlet is hardly 2 Kmt. from our residence.
      Don’t understand if they have poor home delivery service, then why do they assure hot delivery. They should stop home delivery. Dominos is far far better than Pizza hut with regards to their commitment towards home delivery. Pizza hut home delivery is a BIG FAILLURE

        I placed an order by calling PHD at 8:35 PM (25 Jan 2014). The guy told me that the delivery will be done within around half an hour. At 9:50 PM (which is way long after the pizza was supposed to reach me) I gave a call to ask for the status. I was informed that there is a technical problem and the pizza has not even left the store. And the person will call me back. Sadly, there was no call back from anyone. I tried to contact at least 6-7 times for the delivery status and each time I was told the same. This went on till 11:00 PM. During my 8th or 9th call to the customer center, sometime after 11:15 PM, I was told that the delivery guy tried to reach me via phone (as he couldn't locate the address) but he couldn't contact me and my order was cancelled after I had waited for more than 2 n a half hours!!! (stated that my phone was unreachable, that too when I was placing a call to the call center every 10 mins). Even if the delivery guy was not able to reach me, how could not the call center tell me even once that the guy is trying to call you and you are not reachable??? I was tracking the status every since 9:50 PM and not even once did they inform me. Only at last I got the info that my order has been cancelled. I was even given the phone number of the branch manager who raised my hopes at around 11:25 PM that he will get the pizza delivered but finally he SMSed me another number who will be "responsible" for my order. But sadly the second person whom I had to call told me again that the order is now cancelled. But what disappointed me was the fact that when I had been giving so many calls to the customer center, how was not I notified even once that the delivery guy is trying to call me but is not able to reach me! ??The time span from my first status check call till last would be more than 1 and a half hours. I will be sleeping empty stomach due to this poor management and partially due to my phone network! Highly disappointed to wait for 3 hours and calling again and again and learning only after 3 hours that the pizza won't be delivered. I am a Pizza hut fan. I always prefer to have pizzas at the pizza hut outlets. This was my first home delivery try with Pizza hut and it turned out to be the worse delivery experience I've had yet. Certainly I'll place pizza hut as the last option now for home deliveries.

          HI, My self Raveenda G I have order 1 Exotica Pizza in PHD on 27 th Nov 2013 from website and paid amount 560 Rs through internet banking due to pizza web site error that transaction got failed and from banking side amount as deducted. After that again i order same thing and i collected order with Cash on delivery, that time checked with shop with my previous order they told that amount you will get within 7 days from bank only like they said.             To whomever it may concern On Sunday 12 jan 2014 I had what I can call the worst experience with pizzahut. My order was not punched in twice on that day one through the call centre and the other through the web. Afternoon at 12 we ordered the pizza from the call centre for delivery. The female was kind enough to take the order gave us the amount and said it would be delivered at 12:30 pm. We were waiting and as it was 12:30 and no one called for either delivery or conformation we called in back to the call centre and to our surprise the other associate said that there was no order placed from the given number ([protected]). When asked how the other executive confirmed the order she said that the executive who had taken the order did not punch in the order nd that we have to place the order again this after 40 mind after placing the order nd it would take another 30 mins for my pizza to arrive. As my kid was hungry we couldn't wait for longer and opted not to order. Same day evening I not trusting the call centre logged in to the Pizza Hut website and booked for a delivery. It went ok till my payment a confirmation came to my phone that Rs.494.50 was spent on ur HDFCBank CREDIT Card on[protected]:19:50:13 at PIZZA17012. But just after the payment portal completed it took me to the screen which said your order was not successfull. Hello my cc was charged and the site says not successful. I decided to call the call center and explain the problem I had. Then the executive said that not to worry the order will be placed. Just to have a confirmation I asked for the booking id so I can trace it. To which the executive gave me the id no [protected] it was 19:53 and he said the order would be delivered in 30 mins. Not trusting I called up again after 15 mins and to my shock the other executive said no order was placed from my number. I said how is this possible whn I have the booking id and provided the same to the executive. He said that the store will call me in 10 mins. Anxiously waiting the call never came so I called in after 20 mins. Again adding fire to spark the executive said no order was placed. This got to my nerve and wanted the issue to be escalated it was already 40 mins by then And again no pizza in my hand. The TL said that I would have to place the order again and it would take 30 more mins. 10 mins passed no call from the store centre. Called back again and was assured will get a call in 10 mins. Finally the call came in. And I again had to place the order with th store manager Having no option as my cc was already debited I had to go for that option but i insisted to collect it from the store so they don't miss the order again. When I spoke to the store manager Varun from Pizza Hut at SD road Hyderabad he was surprised and said that the ref if would only 4 digit number. When asked how did I get this long number more surprise dropped in and Varun said that the executive gave the number just to get my phone off the hook (wow). Never knew that buying a pizza from pizzahut would be of such a mental agony and I had to call up several times and go thorough all this ordeal I would sincerely ask you to play the tapes of Sunday the 12 if you have it recorded and go through the long list if calls and agonizing moments I had with the call canter executives Manish Kamble

              Three o[censored]s had gone for lunch to Pizza Hut today (20 Jan 2014) on 100 ft rd, Banashankari 3rd Stage, Bangalore, Karnataka. I had ordered for Italian Spaghetti Pasta. When I was chewing the last bite, something stuck in my teeth. I removed it and to my horror found they were metal pieces in the food. Looked exactly like pieces of the steel wool used for vessel cleaning. I had 3 pieces of it in that morsel. Not sure if any more were swallowed through the lunch. This is gross hygiene and medical negligence. I have given it in the feedback and I would like action taken against Pizza Hut India.

                We visited a pizza hut "Phoenix Market city, Pune" on 18-Jan-2014 and ordered a veg soup "Cream of Mashroom" and the server brought a non-veg soup "Cream of chicken" and while having it we felt something weird and we asked waiter about the pieces inside the soup then we got to know about this pitiful. A supervisor overthere asked waiter to show the order taken list but this guy didnt even note down the order and messed up with others. We didnt talk even talk about any non-veg soup (as being pure vegetarian) during ordering then how could waiter heard this. As being pure vegetarian we had a non-veg soup just becoz of their mistake and poor services. This incident hurt my religion belief and I want compensation for this insult. As a proof I am attaching here the bill and the feedback I provided to pizza hut.

                  Today I placed an order with pizza hut (Noida) around 9:10 PM on [protected], at 9:45 i rechecked the status, I got info that it Deliver in 10 minutes.. At 10 I recheck, The Customer Care Guy Repeat It Will Deliver In 10 Minutes .i Recheck at 10:15 Again He Repeat It Will Deliver In 10 Minutes .i Recheck at 10:31 He Put Me On Hold For 15 Minutes And After That he Repeat for More 10 Minutes . I Got My Order At 11:15 Pm, I wasted My 2 Hour With Them . And Pizza Was Not in Eatable Condition .

                      This is a complaint for guwahati New opened pizza Hut at Christian basti. We order one medium pizza but no one told that offer Sms today for 1 medium pizza Free. Wen we told them then the uncharge denied and refused to give and told us billing was done after showing the Sms also Why u throw the Sms wen u yourself dont Remember neither ur staff while taking the order remind us that today we are giving one Free medium. Pizza with that This is the worst service

                        I had ordered 2 medium pizzas and my order number is 5025 - in Chennai today at 9:20pm and it has not reached even at 10:50pm. I called the customer care and the Anna Nagar branch 4 times and .. They kept saying it will reach in 5 mins for last 1 hour. I had a similar experience 3 years back.. And thought of giving it a try..today.. Big mistake This is the last.. Never Pizza Hut.. Their deliveries are terrible.

                        I ordered pizza on [protected] number (3 big Veg Pizza) at 7.35 PM on 17th March, 2014. Full address was noted by the attendant (603 Ronit Arcade, Opposite MTNL, SV Road, Kandivali (West). I had called from [protected].

                        I get a call from your Malad store after 20 Minutes, informing us, Pizza will be cold if delivered from Malad store. I had informed them " why order was directed to Malad, when there is a store in Kandivali Mahavir Nagar. No one could answer that and were told Pizza will be delivered but 10 minutes late.

                        I followed up again 8 44 and then at 9 PM, i was told there will be a call back from the store, and according to the attendant, pizza is already on its way. I will still waiting for the call back and the pizza.

                        I have ordered pizza on phone with PHD, Versova Layout, Kagadasapura Main Road, CV Raman Nagar, Bengaluru, India, CV Raman NagarPhone:+[protected]

                        i called the above phone no and ordered chicken kadai, chicken 65 Pizza(buy 1 get 1) at 8:50 P.M
                        The guy told that there is some technical problem and delivery will take 1hr
                        i waited till 10:05P.M and made a call again. I got the response saying will be delivered in few minutes
                        i waited till 10:35P.M and made a call again. i got the response saying order dispatched already and will get in few minutes
                        i waited till 11:05 P.M and made a call again. i got the response saying order dispatched already and will be getting call with in 5 minutes
                        i waited till 11:20 P.M and made a call again. asked them to connect to the store manager. they put me on hold for few minutes and then giving the phone no. i told him to connect to his no directly. he said ok. then i did not get any response and after few minutes call got disconnected.
                        when i try to call again getting message saying "working hours are 10:00 A.M. - 11:30 P.M

                        we(myself, wife and 2 kids) were waiting from 9:00 P.M onwards for the pizza and there is not response from these guys whethere they are delivering it or not. this is the worst response from them

                        I have ordered a pizza from PIZZA HUT. But they don't delivered as par area mention on their site. I have call three times and they said your order will receive after 10 minutes. I wait for one hours but they don't deliver pizza. They told me this area is not under our delivery area after one hour when i call them. But sir i have notice many time they delivered pizza in that area. I am sending my order reference code slip with this. So kindly take effective action this.

                        Myself Mukul Yadav.

                        I ordered Pizza online yesterday ( 8th of July 2014 ) for my client who visited me from abroad.

                        I got confirmation emails and an order number as well. Same are attached as images along with this comment.

                        So yesterday eventually after waiting for 40 minutes i called up Pizza Hut and after placing me on hold for 10 more minutes they said that there is no order by this order number. On the contrary i received a call from them today morning at 10:32 am from #[protected] which is of Pizza Hut store ( Agent Name Raj ) and he said that he wanted to confirm my order again. I was surprised that he is talking about my order placed yesterday.

                        I said I am in a meeting and asked him to call me back after 15 minutes as i wanted to give feedback about this goo[censored]p but the gentleman simply hang up the phone on my face.

                        Extremely disappointing and unprofessional behavior of this chain.

                        I truly want this to be incident to be investigated and the noose to be tightened so that customers are not harrased in this fashion. Afterall we as customers do not ask or are given any discounts when we order from them then why is this unprofessional and disgusting attitude towards us.

                        Appreciate if this can be looked upon.

                          On 10th January 2014 i had ordered pizza online and paid online as well for which i received a text message from my bank saying that Rs.570 has been debited from my account to Yum Restaurant. When i went to pick my pizza from Koregaon Park, Pune outlet the manager told me that their system is showing that i haven't paid the money and forced me to swipe my debit card again and again Rs.570 ws deducted from my account. After repeated complaints i got a call from customer care on the same night around 10:45 pm saying that Rs.570 will be refunded to my account within 72 working hours which still hasn't been done and again after complaining about the delay in refunding of money the customer care is just keeping my call on hold and not responding and not even letting me to talk to the floor manager about this issue. I would request you to take the necessary action as soon as possible.

                            I, along with my two friends - Mittal Gala and Donica Trivedi - visited the Pizza Hut outlet at Oberoi Mall in Goregaon, Mumbai. We placed 3 orders - veg quesidellas (without mushrooms), veg lasagne and veg so cheesy pizza (without mushrooms ). We were first served the quesidellas WITH MUSHROOMS, however we did not make a big noise about it. Post that the Lasagne was served, which after tasting and finding it weird, we enquired whether it was Vegetarian, and a staff member told us it was Chicken Lasagne. So me and both my friends beingg JAIN, consumed CHICKEN. On enquiring with the staff who served us - NEEL - he told that he was not aware and the store manager - Mr. Sachin said that since the staff was new, they cannot differentiate between veg and non veg! Besides the staff was not bothered, we were made to wait 15 minutes for the store owner's contact details. What has been done to my and my friend's beliefs cannot be undone because an apparently international brand of repute such as PIZZA HUT does not train their staff, and does not have enough people. I have already left a complaint at Pizza Hut's CRM (Reference Number 10338) but have not been contacted by the company yet.

                              I visited your yesterday and even first called for delivery. But when I called no one picked it up. When I went to you store it was 15 past 10 pm. but even your staff we are closed
                              . And moreover your quality of food is getting worse
                              .its not like eating from pizza hut. So

When my order arrived the black dot was half black while the delivery boy was taking out the box and HOT wasn't visible and by the time it came into my hand it turned completely black. On complaining the same to the delivery boy named Akshay, he refused to entertain complaining that it was white only when it was handed and due to cold it turned black after 2-4 mins while it had only been 10 seconds since the box was out. When complained to the Store Manager of Janakpuri named Himanshu, also supported the delivery boy saying that the order won't be made free according to the commitment. On my refusal to pay they gave me the order but told me that no deliveries would be made at my address in the future. The manager was very rude in talking and was just not even ready to listen.

I got an sms that i can either accept rs 500 or the ordervalue wichever is less, but the pizza boy said that i have to give the oredr money. What is this i dont understand.                                     Dear concern I would like to bring to your notice the immoral rude behaviour of your HR manager at kalyani nagar, pune. I went to pizza hut to celebrate Christmas eve with your mouth watering newlu introduced cheezy pizza ...but to my surprise, the evening was turned into the huge disappointment by the HR MANAGER (MANU). I ordered for pasta, meal combo and cheezy pizza. The cheezy pizza was not properly baked but we didn't make it a deal and ate it but in the end my husband just wanted to bring this to the managers notice with no intention to replace it or cancel the bill . In return the manager MANU spoke in very harsh manner commenting that u have already eaten 90 percent, how are you complaining now?? Is this the way the manager should address the customer at once, he didn't hear us we were not complaining, we were just bringing this to his notice for future reference of the brand. I am myself an MBA I don't think this is how HR manager should conduct customers. Moreover he asked my husband to get out of the hut and commented that he himself will pay for us, fyi we are one of the reputed MES builders of INDIA . This statement went against the honour of my husband so in return he also reacted lilltle which I believe was justifiable as ot was the outcome of HR manager's rude behaviour. I want a strict action to be taken against the HR (MANU) and would want you to do the best in action to compensate the mental agony we went this special Christmas eve . Waiting for your reply asap

                                      I am a loyal customer of Dominos and thought of trying Pastas from Pizza hut as I heard a lot about it and hence, called up their phone no. The very first experience of talking to their customer service executive was hilarious. He was not understanding English then not even Hindi, I was telling him address but he was asking his own information, Anyways, despite all that, I asked about Pasta which he said that it is out of menu ( I was disappointed) then I asked what do you have apart from Pizza then he said” Sir, we have Potato Wedges and Italian Rolls”, I went ahead and placed order for two portion of Italian Rolls and Two potion of Garlic Bread & one Miranda half heartily . He hung up the phone after mentioning that order will be delivered in half an hour. The harassment didn’t stop here, I received a call from a lady from Pizza Hut nearby my place stating that they have removed Italian rolls from the menu. I said it is not done, I ordered after your executive recommendation and now you are saying g that too out of order. She misbehaved and relied so rudely which I couldn’t imagine even. I cancelled the order and also said that I will escalate this issue in public domain. She said “No problem, Go ahead”. This is my first & last experience with PIZZA HUT and the impression they left on me as a customer that I shouldn’t buy anything from them and not even recommend too. I think Pizaa Hut should change their name to PIZZA HURT, they deliver the Pizza which would hurt you. So please do not buy anything from then … I believe that their behaviour ( arrogance and attitude ) is a reflection of their origination.

                                        I ordered for pizza and this was the worst experience of mine till date. Normally I have always preferred pizza hut over dominos just because your pizzas are tastier amd better quality but I am sad to say that this time around you just broke all my trust. The first issue was that the pizza arrived in more than 90 mins. I ordered at 10.25 pm expecting it to be with me around 11 pm. The deliver boy just came after mid night. In the meantime I had called up the contact no. To ask the status and the person on the phone gave me an excuse which was very different feom the excuse that the delivery boy made. Anyways my issue is around the quality of the food delivered. It was so stale and stiff thay we could barely eat and whatever we did manage to eat, my wife got sick next morning. We had to see a doctor and I am writing this feedback today because she is still sick and I am very upset. You people have to value your customers. There are so many outlets now namely dominos, neopolitan pizza, pizza on the rocks, little italy etc. And we have always preffered you but losing faith now. Do something. Dont just email me saying "thanks for your valuable feedback" hope you understand my issue.
