This is a complaint for guwahati New opened pizza Hut at Christian basti. We order one medium pizza but no one told that offer Sms today for 1 medium pizza Free. Wen we told them then the uncharge denied and refused to give and told us billing was done after showing the Sms also Why u throw the Sms wen u yourself dont Remember neither ur staff while taking the order remind us that today we are giving one Free medium. Pizza with that This is the worst service

    I had ordered 2 medium pizzas and my order number is 5025 - in Chennai today at 9:20pm and it has not reached even at 10:50pm. I called the customer care and the Anna Nagar branch 4 times and .. They kept saying it will reach in 5 mins for last 1 hour. I had a similar experience 3 years back.. And thought of giving it a try..today.. Big mistake This is the last.. Never Pizza Hut.. Their deliveries are terrible.

    I ordered pizza on [protected] number (3 big Veg Pizza) at 7.35 PM on 17th March, 2014. Full address was noted by the attendant (603 Ronit Arcade, Opposite MTNL, SV Road, Kandivali (West). I had called from [protected].

    I get a call from your Malad store after 20 Minutes, informing us, Pizza will be cold if delivered from Malad store. I had informed them " why order was directed to Malad, when there is a store in Kandivali Mahavir Nagar. No one could answer that and were told Pizza will be delivered but 10 minutes late.

    I followed up again 8 44 and then at 9 PM, i was told there will be a call back from the store, and according to the attendant, pizza is already on its way. I will still waiting for the call back and the pizza.

    I have ordered pizza on phone with PHD, Versova Layout, Kagadasapura Main Road, CV Raman Nagar, Bengaluru, India, CV Raman NagarPhone:+[protected]

    i called the above phone no and ordered chicken kadai, chicken 65 Pizza(buy 1 get 1) at 8:50 P.M
    The guy told that there is some technical problem and delivery will take 1hr
    i waited till 10:05P.M and made a call again. I got the response saying will be delivered in few minutes
    i waited till 10:35P.M and made a call again. i got the response saying order dispatched already and will get in few minutes
    i waited till 11:05 P.M and made a call again. i got the response saying order dispatched already and will be getting call with in 5 minutes
    i waited till 11:20 P.M and made a call again. asked them to connect to the store manager. they put me on hold for few minutes and then giving the phone no. i told him to connect to his no directly. he said ok. then i did not get any response and after few minutes call got disconnected.
    when i try to call again getting message saying "working hours are 10:00 A.M. - 11:30 P.M

    we(myself, wife and 2 kids) were waiting from 9:00 P.M onwards for the pizza and there is not response from these guys whethere they are delivering it or not. this is the worst response from them

    I have ordered a pizza from PIZZA HUT. But they don't delivered as par area mention on their site. I have call three times and they said your order will receive after 10 minutes. I wait for one hours but they don't deliver pizza. They told me this area is not under our delivery area after one hour when i call them. But sir i have notice many time they delivered pizza in that area. I am sending my order reference code slip with this. So kindly take effective action this.

    Hello,

    Myself Mukul Yadav.

    I ordered Pizza online yesterday ( 8th of July 2014 ) for my client who visited me from abroad.

    I got confirmation emails and an order number as well. Same are attached as images along with this comment.

    So yesterday eventually after waiting for 40 minutes i called up Pizza Hut and after placing me on hold for 10 more minutes they said that there is no order by this order number. On the contrary i received a call from them today morning at 10:32 am from #[protected] which is of Pizza Hut store ( Agent Name Raj ) and he said that he wanted to confirm my order again. I was surprised that he is talking about my order placed yesterday.

    I said I am in a meeting and asked him to call me back after 15 minutes as i wanted to give feedback about this goo[censored]p but the gentleman simply hang up the phone on my face.

    Extremely disappointing and unprofessional behavior of this chain.

    I truly want this to be incident to be investigated and the noose to be tightened so that customers are not harrased in this fashion. Afterall we as customers do not ask or are given any discounts when we order from them then why is this unprofessional and disgusting attitude towards us.

    Appreciate if this can be looked upon.

      On 10th January 2014 i had ordered pizza online and paid online as well for which i received a text message from my bank saying that Rs.570 has been debited from my account to Yum Restaurant. When i went to pick my pizza from Koregaon Park, Pune outlet the manager told me that their system is showing that i haven't paid the money and forced me to swipe my debit card again and again Rs.570 ws deducted from my account. After repeated complaints i got a call from customer care on the same night around 10:45 pm saying that Rs.570 will be refunded to my account within 72 working hours which still hasn't been done and again after complaining about the delay in refunding of money the customer care is just keeping my call on hold and not responding and not even letting me to talk to the floor manager about this issue. I would request you to take the necessary action as soon as possible.

        I, along with my two friends - Mittal Gala and Donica Trivedi - visited the Pizza Hut outlet at Oberoi Mall in Goregaon, Mumbai. We placed 3 orders - veg quesidellas (without mushrooms), veg lasagne and veg so cheesy pizza (without mushrooms ). We were first served the quesidellas WITH MUSHROOMS, however we did not make a big noise about it. Post that the Lasagne was served, which after tasting and finding it weird, we enquired whether it was Vegetarian, and a staff member told us it was Chicken Lasagne. So me and both my friends beingg JAIN, consumed CHICKEN. On enquiring with the staff who served us - NEEL - he told that he was not aware and the store manager - Mr. Sachin said that since the staff was new, they cannot differentiate between veg and non veg! Besides the staff was not bothered, we were made to wait 15 minutes for the store owner's contact details. What has been done to my and my friend's beliefs cannot be undone because an apparently international brand of repute such as PIZZA HUT does not train their staff, and does not have enough people. I have already left a complaint at Pizza Hut's CRM (Reference Number 10338) but have not been contacted by the company yet.

When my order arrived the black dot was half black while the delivery boy was taking out the box and HOT wasn't visible and by the time it came into my hand it turned completely black. On complaining the same to the delivery boy named Akshay, he refused to entertain complaining that it was white only when it was handed and due to cold it turned black after 2-4 mins while it had only been 10 seconds since the box was out. When complained to the Store Manager of Janakpuri named Himanshu, also supported the delivery boy saying that the order won't be made free according to the commitment. On my refusal to pay they gave me the order but told me that no deliveries would be made at my address in the future. The manager was very rude in talking and was just not even ready to listen.

                Dear concern I would like to bring to your notice the immoral rude behaviour of your HR manager at kalyani nagar, pune. I went to pizza hut to celebrate Christmas eve with your mouth watering newlu introduced cheezy pizza ...but to my surprise, the evening was turned into the huge disappointment by the HR MANAGER (MANU). I ordered for pasta, meal combo and cheezy pizza. The cheezy pizza was not properly baked but we didn't make it a deal and ate it but in the end my husband just wanted to bring this to the managers notice with no intention to replace it or cancel the bill . In return the manager MANU spoke in very harsh manner commenting that u have already eaten 90 percent, how are you complaining now?? Is this the way the manager should address the customer at once, he didn't hear us we were not complaining, we were just bringing this to his notice for future reference of the brand. I am myself an MBA I don't think this is how HR manager should conduct customers. Moreover he asked my husband to get out of the hut and commented that he himself will pay for us, fyi we are one of the reputed MES builders of INDIA . This statement went against the honour of my husband so in return he also reacted lilltle which I believe was justifiable as ot was the outcome of HR manager's rude behaviour. I want a strict action to be taken against the HR (MANU) and would want you to do the best in action to compensate the mental agony we went this special Christmas eve . Waiting for your reply asap

                  I am a loyal customer of Dominos and thought of trying Pastas from Pizza hut as I heard a lot about it and hence, called up their phone no. The very first experience of talking to their customer service executive was hilarious. He was not understanding English then not even Hindi, I was telling him address but he was asking his own information, Anyways, despite all that, I asked about Pasta which he said that it is out of menu ( I was disappointed) then I asked what do you have apart from Pizza then he said” Sir, we have Potato Wedges and Italian Rolls”, I went ahead and placed order for two portion of Italian Rolls and Two potion of Garlic Bread & one Miranda half heartily . He hung up the phone after mentioning that order will be delivered in half an hour. The harassment didn’t stop here, I received a call from a lady from Pizza Hut nearby my place stating that they have removed Italian rolls from the menu. I said it is not done, I ordered after your executive recommendation and now you are saying g that too out of order. She misbehaved and relied so rudely which I couldn’t imagine even. I cancelled the order and also said that I will escalate this issue in public domain. She said “No problem, Go ahead”. This is my first & last experience with PIZZA HUT and the impression they left on me as a customer that I shouldn’t buy anything from them and not even recommend too. I think Pizaa Hut should change their name to PIZZA HURT, they deliver the Pizza which would hurt you. So please do not buy anything from then … I believe that their behaviour ( arrogance and attitude ) is a reflection of their origination.

                    I ordered for pizza and this was the worst experience of mine till date. Normally I have always preferred pizza hut over dominos just because your pizzas are tastier amd better quality but I am sad to say that this time around you just broke all my trust. The first issue was that the pizza arrived in more than 90 mins. I ordered at 10.25 pm expecting it to be with me around 11 pm. The deliver boy just came after mid night. In the meantime I had called up the contact no. To ask the status and the person on the phone gave me an excuse which was very different feom the excuse that the delivery boy made. Anyways my issue is around the quality of the food delivered. It was so stale and stiff thay we could barely eat and whatever we did manage to eat, my wife got sick next morning. We had to see a doctor and I am writing this feedback today because she is still sick and I am very upset. You people have to value your customers. There are so many outlets now namely dominos, neopolitan pizza, pizza on the rocks, little italy etc. And we have always preffered you but losing faith now. Do something. Dont just email me saying "thanks for your valuable feedback" hope you understand my issue.

                      My wife and I visited Pizza Hut in Dwarka (sector 5) for lunch on 10/12/2013. To our surprise, the service was appalling. We were given only menu card and even on asking for a second one, we had to remind the staff. When we wanted to place our order, most non-veg starters were not available. Finally when we placed an order from what was available, the server came back to us in 15mins to inform us that what we ordered could not be prepared. Only placing another order we had to wait for 20-30 mins to get part of our order. On reminding the server about the remaining order, we had to wait for another 15-20mins. When order finally arrived, it was wrong. The server simply shrugged his shoulders to tell us that what we ordered was not available. This was after he had confirmed to us that what we had ordered was available. He had used his own judgement to bring whatever was ready. The amount of racquet the kitchen staff were making, one would think that the customers in the kitchen would get their orders soon with minimum wait. Everyone around us seemed to be wiring forever for their orders. The shift manager wasn't happy that we wanted to lodge a complaint. He tried to persuade us not to write a complaint. Pretty sure that the complaint will not reach anyone as the complaint book was spiral bound and it is pretty easy to rip out a page from it without anyone noticing.

                        Today I had ordered dinner from pizza hut, the order was for 2 pizzas and 2 cheese garlic bread. The order was delivered by Coles road, Bangalore. However, when I received the order i got 2 pizzas and one portion of cheese garlic bread and one plain garlic bread. After lodging complaint on call center, I got a feedback that I will get call back from coles road branch. But with no luck I lodged complaint on second time, with the same feedback. After more than one hour, the person who delivered the order came up with cheese garlic bread, which i returned as I had already finished dinner. But I am extremely disappointed by the response of Pizza Hut and the way they handled the issue.We wanted to celebrate a personal milestone but ended up in a killjoy.

                        Wrong order was delivered. Order for 3 onion pizzas was placed and corn pizzas were delivered. We tried calling for an hour but the no. Was all time busy. Even we couldn't go to get it replaced due to rains.
                        i had orderd pan for all(paneer capsicum) for get together in office. we were delevered corn capsicum.
                        as the delivery was taken by other person and we had a party we called to raise the concern. we were promised a call bac from the store. nobody turned up. then at the end of day i called again n i was promoised some time to resolve the issue.

                        after two days i called agai to phd to get the update of my concern still no help!!!

                        this is not the first bad experience from PHD

                        It was Horrified experience since from last 6 years i am continuously eating Pizza Hut .
                        Today i arranged my birthday party and ordered two pizzas one is non veg another is veg but recd. both without any discrimination.
                        Some veterinarian friends eat Non-Veg pizza and when they come to know about that they went off very embarrassed and left the party unfinished.
                        It is very shameful for me and i regret very much for that.
                        Please verify and revert.

                          I ordered pizza with pizza-hut dated 08-dec-2013 timing 8:45pm. Ordering was smooth[protected], I ordered 4 magic pan pizza, and pizza was promised to be delivered at 9:15 from Noida sector 110 store. Till 9:30pm pizza was not delivered I inquired and I was promised a call back from store within 2 min, no call. I again call at 9:45 and inquired, the same answer, I asked the tele caller to cancel the order which he was keen to do. (Mr Ashu.) and I threaten him to give a feedback for this he said its ok give it. I finally cancelled the order . But at 10:00 pm bell rang and pizza was delivered and that too stale and cold.I didn't pay for it and throw it away. It was my last call and this might be last word with Pizza hut. I really liked Pizza but poor service and bad staff is really hurting image of Pizza hut.

                            I called 2 times to pizza hut once in the number 33773300 and once in 39883988 back to back at 1.30pm on 8th dec, 2013 to order for pizzas.They received my call both the times and said they are transferring my call and I was on hold for 5 mins each time(hoping eagerly for my pizza which i planned to have for lunch today) but they disconnected the call each time.I am an avid Pizza lover and a huge fan of Pizza hut(usually I dine -in but today was the 1st time I had thought of ordering via phone).But today I am really disappointed at their HORRIBLE customer service.

                              Dear Concerned I believe the services of pizza hut are just getting worse day by day. I have ordered the food at 1.15 pm at[protected] and I was confirmed that the order will be delivered within 40 minutes, which never happened. Address given was Gati Ltd, Plot No 268-Udyog Vihar, Phase-4, Gurgaon. I am sure you can always trace the phone number by address, as I am not sure whether I should leave the number at this portal. I received the call from the delivery boy at 1.42 pm from the number [protected] and confirmed that the order will be delivered within next 10 minutes, which did not happen. Later on I called up at[protected] to check the order status at 2.15pm, 2.24 pm and then at 2.32 pm; each time I was told that please wait for 5 minutes and the concerned store manager will call back for the complaint redress. Surprised, that nobody bothered to call back, instead the delivery boy created so much ruckus at the office reception regarding the payment of the delayed delivery, that the girl sitting at the reception did not had any other option except making the payment of Rs 935 to the delivery person. I fail to understand, that does someone really control the deliveries at Pizza Hut? Are you guys even bothered to understand the customer experience? Please understand, that there are many chains in the similar industry and if it continues, it's not going to take long for you guys to be out of this market. Anyway the food inflation is so high that if you don't concentrate on the service, it will be tough for anyone to survive in this market. I do hope that someone really reads the post and revert.

                                I placed an order with pizza hut around 9:50 PM on [protected], at 10:30 i rechecked at 10:30 PM to check the status, I got info that will it another 30 minutes and store manager will call me up on that. At 11 I recheck, I am told the order has not been placed so I am supposed to sleep hungry because they tell me NO ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.

                                It should Pizza hut store didnt make any call to inform if the delivery will not be made even on the second call at 10:30, and its really tough to get any food delivery in Bangalore after 11 so one has to fast that night due Pizza hut.
                                I had ordered pizza for delivery at Oculus pizza hut store adajan. i got the confirmation mail for the order but waiting 2 hours for the order i din recieve it. by that time i had called 3 times to the customer care but for the 1st 2 times i didnot recieve any proper response. if i had not called then i would have been waiting for it without any other option. had i been in a remote place, how would i have been geting access to other outlet at night time. its very unproffesional of the store not to have informed earlier or not to have mentioned in the site about the closure of the store
                                i placed an order on 6:42 and the delivery time was which supposed to arrive with in half an hour .it was never delivered to me . i called there customer care number several times and a call was made to my phone saying that you will be receiving your pizza soon . but when i called back the store they refused to give me pizza .My order number is[protected]
                                Why does pizza hut not deliver at home? after all if it did many people would order from here. My address is

                                Money got deducted from bank but order dint processed

                                I placed an order from pizza hut app on 5th June around 9PM and money got deducted from my account but order dint processed so i place an order again with COD . So i was expecting to get that money back to my account but its been 3 days and i am still wondering when i will get back .

                                  Yesterday i.e 19th oct 2013 was my son's b'day celebration at your pizza hut mindspace, malad west, mumbai branch...what a horrible experience i should say... Right from the beginning to the end a very disorganised team...had no host to the party as promised...a very rude and arrogant floor manager, the decor that was provided by me, was happening alongwith the guests coming in...and the cleaning with a dirty mop kept to welcome the guests...not to miss that some of the decor went missing and i had to even help the team to put up the final thing... To top it the billing and the package discrepancies...the floor manager Sunpreet had the courage to tell my husband that if he continues to get upset on their arrangements the party could further be spoiled.. The guests were already invited...had no other option but to pull it on at such a place where nothing went as promised..the kids were suppose to be given 7 inch four slices pizza packs but were served individual slices...i had some 13 kids, counting to a higher amount each could have had two slices each, so this amounts to 26 slices, where is the account to the remaining 26 slices...why were'nt the kids given a take away... I was told that the minimum commitment is of 15 kids...then also i was charged for 20...no answers and no reasons given...could not make a scene in front of the guests else would have not settled the bill at all... My only queries to who so ever is the incharge is that why the kids were not given packed boxes as committed and if they were not given why am i being charged for something that has not been consumed. The same letter would be posted in TIMES OF INDIA and other web review portals, , , if after reading all this ...i dont get an answer from someone who is responsible enough to clear away discrepancies at your end... Pizza Hut is a brand that till yesterday spoke for itself...but today i cannot even suggest anyone unknown even to sit n dine forget about hosting a party. I need the extra cash paid to you refunded else i would proceed further...Also i do not feel the floor charges i.e rs 1500 charged to me were genuine as i was given a filthy place to begin my party with...                                     Very poor service and dont value the customer. We went to Pizza hut at Kandivali thakur village with the offer pamphlet received us. We were standing to give our order for almost 20 minutes and when we gave our order with the offer mentioned in pamphlet they told us that this offer is not available with us and told us to call at 39883988 to avail that order. The company is making huge advertisement of the offer and they don't even coordinate with their branches. The people at the restaurant are giving stupid excuses for not having that particular offer. Very disappointing service.

                                      Hi, this is one of the worst experience I have ever had. I placed an order for delivery on 1st of oct 2013 at 8:15 P.M., but I didn't the delivery until 9:15 P.M...Later I called up the guys and came to know that my oder is not yet out for delivery...the guy then said that the Store Manager would call me in another 2 mins...Unfortunately no soul called me... Later in anther 15 mins I received the Pizzas.. Now, the pathetic thing is, the pizzas were almost cold, the vegetables were all discolored and charred . Apart from that I got HAIR in the base of the pizza...very nauseating ... STAFF...
                                      Apart from that I had to pay full for that

                                      I had placed an order on 7th June order no[protected]. The approximate time of delivery was 21:18 . The order was not delivered even after an hour passed.

                                        HI, i had ordered pizza - tomatino - personal size, garlic bread spicy supreme and a pet bottle of pepsi on 2nd oct, 2013 at 8:20 PM from telephone no[protected] in vadodra even after repeated calls and assurances i am yet stranded hungry after 10 PM is this the rate of service that you provide to customers?
