Hi,
We have called for the Pizza at 8.40 PM on 26/1/2013 was assured the Pizza in 30 minutes. It is almost 85 minutes since the order placed and kids were eagerly waiting for the food. On calling nearly 5 times incomplete and fake replies were given. I am referring Bangalore Pizza Hut operations and the order details : 90000001 POST API, Chek 663.

    i had ordered one medium crown pizza,1 garlic bread spice supreme, 2 mango mousse. and the mango mousse which was served was of expired quality as it was smelling to the extent that as soon as the lid of the cup was open it smelled like that something of rotten quality has been served. and if i had consumed i could have needed medical assistance.

      Hi,

      I went to Pizza Hut on 25th January 2013(In kalyani nagar,PUNE),My bill was rs 178 (inclusive of garlic bread and lemonade)but they have charged with 12.5 % tax and then 20% tax on the total bill , which is they is said is a tax rate decided by the Maharashtra Government .As a total I paid 250 Rs.

      Can somebody let me know that whether the Maharashtra government has really imposed such rates of taxes.

          I had placed an order of pizzas at Pizza Hut at 9:15 pm which was a bulk order and was promised to be delivered by 10:15 pm, which was delayed by more than an hour. Inspite of constant follow up of the order the nearest outlet received the KOT not before the promised delivery time and also we did not get any confirmation SMS from their end.

          Pizza Hut — Delivery

          I had placed an order for 1 veg pizza and cheese garlic bread on 8 mar 09 at 840pm at the number 39883988. The order was taken with assurance of delivery time at 920pm (40 minutes). We started to follow up for the order from 930pm and were only being informed that the order is dispatched and will be delivered in next 5-10 minutes only to realize much later that the dispatch information was absolutely incorrect. In other words they were lying.

          In frustation, at 945pm I asked for the manager on duty when I called 39883988 and the call was hung up on me and this happened twice. I finally, at 950-9555pm, had to use stern words when I was first told that the delay is due to technical error and therafter this was changed to lack of staff. Further there was complete apathy shown despite the long delay.

          The calls made to 39883988 with attempts to speak to the manager were not only futile but also treated in an insulting manner when the phone was disconnected abruptly on three occassions. I had to finally call the panchpakadi branch of pizza hut and talk to the manager there to bring this apathy, carelessness, callousness shown my Pizza Hut.

          If pizza hut does not have staff, can deliver cold pizza's, shows apathy to customers, then should not be in business of food stuff anymore.
          WE ORDER A MEAL AT ROUGHLY 8.00 IM NOT SURE BUT WE RUNG UP AT 9.00 AND THEY SAID WE WOULD GET 32 FREE SIDES WE DIDNT RERCIEVE IT TILL 9.20 IM NOT SURE BUT IT WAS COLD THE SEAFFOD PIZZA WAS COLD AND SO WAS THE MEXICAN IT CAME FROM TAKANINI 5 MINUTES FROM WHERE I LIVE I COME FROM THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY AND IM APPALEED WITH THE COLDNESS THEY SAID THE FIRST TIME THEY WOULD GIVE A TWO SIDES FREE THEN WE WAITED 30 MINS FOR THE REST YOU SHOULD KNOW SEAFOOD IS VERY TOUCHY SINCE I DONT KNOW HOW LONG IT HAS BEEN SITTING IN THE CAR. AS IT ONLY TAKES 5 MINS TO MY PLACE I HAVE NO PROMBLEMS WITH TYHE SERVICE BEFORE MAYBE IT CAME FROM MANUREWA I DONT WANT TO CAUSE TROUBLE BUT IM TRYING TO GIVE ADVICE AS 8I USED TO WORK THERE FOR A SHORT WHILE P8UUNTUAlity means a lot

            hieee... i wisited pizza hut goa today along with my family it was A grade service provided.. though v had sum problems with the pasta, and crown pizza which was provided late... but had a very gud steward.. v liked the way he talked with us and appolized for d late delivery... the bill turned up to be 3742/- i paid the bill and the change was returned to me.. i gave the steward a tip of 100/- Rs and saw him giving it to d manager on duty... when i asked him why he did so? i was told tht he was not allowed to take tips.. the tips given were to be distributed to everyone in d restaurant... he also told me tht they were not happy with this rule of their manager... this kind of tiping system i saw for the first time in pizza hut... it was really bad feeling for me.. i felt tht my money was wasted... i gave him the tips for his srevice.. and he woud get only a small fraction of it.. a shamefull act by the managers...

              I wish to report the plight of having ordered a Pizza from your Bangalore outlet. I had ordered a Family Size Pepperoni Pizza (Bill No. 70 from POS API) from your Airport Road Branch franchisee (Dodsal Enterprises Private Limited). I made the order at 12.35 PM on December 16, 2012 and was told that the Pizza would be delivered within 40 minutes (By 1.15 PM). The person came to deliver the Pizza at 1.20 PM, which is still acceptable, considering the Bangalore traffic (though it is Sunday, still am willing to give the benefit of doubt to the deliveryman).
              When I got the Pizza, it was normal room temperature. On the top of the Pizza, it was written that if the hologram does not say “Hot”, the Pizza would be delivered free. I showed it to the deliveryman, who called his Manager. The Manager who claimed his name was Mr. Dharmender (Mobile No. +[protected] told me that “The hologram of HOT” was not meant for family size pizza’s, but was only applicable for Medium and Small size pizza’s. So I asked him why is it then written on the cover of the Family Size Pizza when it was not applicable for Family Size Pizza. I told him, under the circumstances, I am supposed to get the pizza free, as per what was written on the cover ; but still offered to pay 50% of the bill amount of Rs. 744. He told me that was not possible and that he can give maximum of 20% discount. When I did not accept, he started speaking in a very abusive tone and sarcastically told me “What sort of people you are ? Your idea is to get to eat our Pizza free. I will give you the Pizza free. I hope you will be able to digest it !!!!!”
              Based on his attitude, I told him I am not going to pay anything and that he can do whatever he wants. He then again called me after 10 minutes on my cell phone (Thats how I got the number) from the number mentioned above (at 1.29 PM) and abused me. I told him I am not a beggar on the road who is desirous of wanting free pizza’s from Pizza Hut. You guys charge a premium for the Pizza’s and I am willing to pay the premium provided it is delivered as promised. In a country where pizza’s are available at Rs. 250 onwards, why should I pay Rs. 750 for a Pizza ? It is for the service and for the quality of food served. I am sorry to say, both were horrible, apart from the false claims and abuses that I had to listen from Mr. Dharmendra. The pizza itself was cold, soggy and did not look fresh.
              When you are appointing franchisee’s who are representing your brand, it would be better for you to check their credentials. Else your own brand will take a beating. Having people serve sub-standard, cold pizza’s, beyond the promised time, and on top of it having arrogant “Managers” is not helping your cause. I am sure you would also appreciate. I am also in the Service Industry and am a Senior Vice President with an MNC Bank. Once you have promised something, ensure that it is delivered, else don’t promise. And if you are not able to keep up your promise, ensure that your client gets what is written – not have arrogant managers try to make false statements (like “Hot” is not applicable to large pizza’s) and abuse their clients.
              I am anyways reporting the matter in the Consumer Forum and few Food blogs as well, so that other people like me are not taken for a ride by your incompetent franchisee’s.
              And I have told your “Manager Dharmender” that you can send someone to my place. I will pay him Rs. 1000. He can keep the balance Rs. 250 as tips, so that Mr. Dharmender is not under the misconception that people in India are “beggars” and are ordering from Pizza Hut to get “free” pizza’s.

                This is with regards to disappointing service for home delivery from Pizza Hut Bangalore Customer Care/Airport Road Branch/Indiranagar Branch.

                I have placed an order for crown pizza at 9:03 p.m. date 12/15/2012 & it was suppose to be delivered at 9:30 p.m. but after calling so many times after the delivery time was passed by 20 minutes.
                Customer care executive end up giving lame excuses and transferring the call from one center to other, but at last order was not delivered & my last call which was done 8th time got abruptly disconnected. I have spent around 50 rupees as call charges to get the pizza delivered.

                This is very shameful for such a brand to tolerate & keep such untrained staff who could not mange to deliver one pizza after customer calling so many times.

                Request for the strict action against this & compensate my call charges. Hope i will never order pizza from pizza hut unless until I am compensated accordingly as it has turn to be embarrassing incident for me in friend of my guest. I have to request my guest to go without having dinner & I have to compromise to sleep empty stomach due to no option left out due to irresponsible pizza hut representative at 11:00 a.m. at night.

                Note: - Head office number was not reachable & website is also very slow due to problem has occurred in place.

                  Myself and my Wife had dined at above Pizz Hut Location.
                  Billing amount of 1024/- Rs was to be paid and given my HDFC Credit Card for payment.
                  Card was swiped and said they didn't received any slip for that swiping.
                  Then paid 1024/- Rs by cash.
                  After making payment by cash, i received SMS as an Amount of 1024/- RS was debited from my Credit Card account.
                  I shown the same message instantly to Pizza Hut billing Team.
                  He said that, the amount will be automatically gets refund into my same Credit Card.
                  After two weeks i called him, for my refund. He said that i should contact with my Bank.
                  Approached HDFC bank, made complaint, investigated, and said that i should approach Pizza Hut directly for refund.

                  Even i didn't signed my payment slip after card swiping.

                  I called the person(to his mobile) who said that for any issue for my refunds i can call him up at any time of after 5-months, said that he will find and revert with in 2-days, till today, no status, no response, no refund. Expecting refund from PIZZA HUT.

                    Pizza Hut means Pathetic..... Service just goes from bad to worse at the day goes... Chennai - I call 39883988, Prashanth answers the phone and takes the order at 9.15 for home delivery, confirms that the order will be delivered by 9.45... At 9.55 I call to check the status, Prashanth says the order is cancelled and they cant deliver. I speak to Suraj (Manager), he confirms that its a mistake and they will ensure the order is delivered this time... I get a call within 10mins... at 10.15 and Prashanth says that the store is refusing to deliver the order.....

                    Typical example of why Pizza Hut India is on the down side and Domino's Pizza India is doing well......

                    This is a heads-up for all those who are in queue to be cheated by Pizza Hut...
                    June 18, 2014: I ordered the Pizza Online and the nearest location to me is Sector - 27, Noida(Order No.:[protected]. I got the pizza 10 mins late and when I told this to the delivery guy, he was like its not valid. I never escalate the issue if its late by 2-3 minutes but 30 mins is your promise and you should fulfill it. Then the delivery boy gave me a number and I called up Mr. Sachin (+91-[protected]). He told me that its not valid because of rain but actually there was no rain. Then I called up[protected] and was talking to Mr. Sachin and he was resolving the issue but the line got disconnected. In the meantime, when I looked back the delivery boy wasn't there. He was gone. Is this the way you treat your customers? I called the Helpline again @ 10:58 pm and told the issue and the guy told me that the Store will call me back in 1-2 minutes but its 10 mins now and I haven't got a call back. My child is desperately looking for the Pizza but your delivery boy isn't here. Now what do I do?
                    I called again @ 11.21 and the rep told me that you 'll definitely receive a call in a minute. But I didn't receive a call. Then I called again @ 11.31 but it didn't get through as the system was closed. Now what do I do? My family was expecting a good service from Pizza Hut, is this the service you give to your customers? I am so pissed off that I can't tell you. I can't contact the Hotline or the Store. This is enough. This issue has to be escalated.
                    I want a resolution now. This is too much.
                    June 19, 2014: I am calling your hotline and they keep on telling me that you 'll receive a call back from the store but I haven't received a single call back.
                    I made order on 15th August 2014 at 8:15 PM. After confirming from their call centre I have waited for 1 hour 15 minutes then the delivery store informed that they can not deliver my order. They do not feel to inform me about this at the time they saw my order. And the call centre people still saying that your order is late but they will send my order. THEY ARE MAKING CUSTOMER FOOL NOTHING ELSE.

                    The order was placed on 22nd Nov 2014 at 7.30 PM, a follow up message was sent at 7.50 PM stating order has been dispatched. We called up 8.15 to recheck on status and we hear order was cancelled without our knowledge.

                      On 2nd September 2012, we ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut. The bill copy is available. The pizza contained a dead fly stuck to the cheeze topping. This was noticed by my nine year old daughter. The pizza was being consumed by two daughters (9 years and 3 years). I am not sure if my younger daughter consumed the fly. We had complained immediately to the Pizza Hut officials and have been regular touch but with very little action.

                        Dear Sir,

                        Me & My wife went to Pizza Hut for Dinner at 7.30 Pm tomorrow dt. 01-Sep-12. After viewing menu Card, we have ordered 1. Garlic Bread 2. Veggie Supreme PPP. It take 45 mins to serve order which is very frustrating.

                        Over & above, in bill Rs 10 (World Hunger donation) & Rs. 31.40 was charged for Service Charges which is unexplained by Pizza hut. As we have not used any of other services from pizza hut, its very unauthorised billed which we paid. Even after dispute,they dont agree on this & we have to pay full amount.

                        I request to take an legal action for Unfair 10% Service charges.

                        services — Service charges

                        I am getting sms on my mobile no. [protected] from 64611020 saying "Thanks for using (Subscription, TextBasedServices) on Airtel WAP. You have been charged Rs. 20." I do not remember if I have ever subscribed for any such services. Pls deactivate it immediately.
                        Its definately fair. Its written on the pamphelts on the tables about world hunger donation and service charges are put by many of world leading brands.
                        Hi This is nikhil from Mumbai.

                        I went to Pizza Hut at Inorbit mall Malad west.

                        I was Being charged Rs 10/- as a contribution towards world hunger project 2012.
                        But i was not INFORMED about it and my bill reflected that amount.
                        When i asked the manager he Manually substracted Rs 10/- from my bill
                        and asked me to pay the balance. However they refused to handover me thier
                        Complaint book and Also they refused to provide me a new proper Invoice.

                        The bill shows the charity amount which they would claim and get tax exemptions.

                        What these guys are doing is a very cruel practice to extort money on behalf of charity
                        and use it for their benefit.

                        Most of the people dont check thier bill and pay by cards
                        That means they are actually unaware of such practices followed

                        Can any one tell me where i can file a complaint ?

                          Me and my family were out to celebrate my daughters 5th Bday at district center Janakpuri. We thought of having a small get together dine in at Pizza Hut when this nightmarish and absolutely freakish experience happened to me.
                          I walked into the store to get the table booked for 8 pxn (4adults and 4 children) when the Lobby Manager (he said to be the incharge for the store but was not more than a steward, even worse than that in ettiquets of customer handling) told me that i annot have a booking as they were full.
                          I had to explain him that i am bokking the table 30 mins in advance and wated to keep the bday cake in their fridge.
                          Mr Ashok (most idiotic lobby person i have ever met in my entire life) did not bother to attend to a request of changing my loction of seating as suggested initially and went on saying you will have to wait and we have another booking for which we are waiting for the guests,
                          I was zapped on his response to another of my request of putting the order with the booking so that last min hassles and confusions are avoided, while he said it is not possible for us to take order and we cant do that. i told him about the courteous and exceptional behaviour that the Pizza hut staff had given me during my visit at Cyber park gurgaon dealer, he said these are different franchisee and we cant do anything about it.

                          While i was totally bemused at his behaviour and wanted to speak to the manager, he denied profusely of letting me speak to any other person and told me to GET OUT of the store, He literally took me out on my insistence to speak with the manager with 4-5 stewards standing by his side. They took the cake from kicthen handed over to me and said pls get out, one of the stewards literally said me to [censored] OFF.. I was totally pissed by this time and told him to shut up to which the manager told me that he is a bouncer and can do anything to me.. i walked off the store ruing the fact that i thought pizza hut is one of the better customer service oreinted organization.

                          To my utter disbelief and shameful experience i want to escalate this matter to the highest level in Pizza hut as to how can the store ppl ask any customer to get out of [censored] off.,.Customer, even if wrong has to be treated in a peaceful manner and the store is not thier fathers business that they think they are the bosses out there., This indeed was a painful experience and i wish with all my heart for the downfall of this brand now!!

                          I urge everyone to give back even the slightest of misbehaviour by any staff member of pizza hut !!

                          Today, I have the worst experience with Pizza hut. Pizza hut guys took the home delivery order from me at 9.55 PM today and its not been delivered till now. Its already 12 AM today and still I am waiting for the Pizza. I called 10 times for inquiry and I was told the delivery guy has already left the place and he never reached my place. So, definitely with this experience I'll never eat Pizza from Pizza Hut and I'll recommend every one not to order pizza from pizza hut.

                          Dont know what should i say about your worst kind of services and your redicoulous staff members..i had placed the order at 7.27 PM today[protected] and i did'nt get any confirmation call first of all, when i called up first time i was told that within 15 mins i will be getting the pizza...i waited for that, again i called up after 30 mins, again same responce by that time it was already 50 mins, again same responce i got from a person name venkatesh, again i called up, this time i asked to connect me to the store manager, but that guy (syed) was not ready to connect me and he told me that within 10 mins i will be getting call from store manager, i waited for that but no call, again i called up and this time napolian picked the call and same responce i got, its been 2 hrs now and no bidy called me even after several assurances..my question is whether can i get that pizza or any call this year or not???? for this kind of services u people are proud off?? jsut i want to say ''worst...worst...worst...'''

                          Late home delivery

                          It was promised that the pizza will reach after half n hour of the order have been placed. It's now one hour over, pizza yet not reached. I ordered for one chicken n tomato pasta and medium pan chicken n spice pizza only.

                            We have ordered 2 Pan4all pizzas from Pizza hut delivery .But the quality of the pizzas were very bad .
                            The cheese and ingredients were not properly applied on the pizza . The cutting was not done properly . It was also not that much good taste .There is a loss of 633 rupees for the irresponsibility of pizza hut delivery .Kindly consider the complaint and need the resolution for the same on urgent basis .

                              I have gone to Pizza Hut, City Centre, Salt Lake branch on 23.05.12 in the evening. My bill was 467/- Rs. While I tried to pay it by my HSBC debit card, the server girl returned with the card and said that, when she was trying to swipe the card, it was not getting validated. So I withdrawn the amount from the nearest ATM, and paid it by cash. But after 2 days, I found that the amount was also deducted from my account. So I complained to HSBC, for any technical problem, and claimed the refund. But today HSBC called me and said that the concerned bank (whose swipe machine the outlet is using), when asked about that, showed HSBC the signed copy of the receipt of mine. But, I didn't sign any receipt. It is a clear fraud and false sign from Pizza Hut. I immediately want the action and punishment of those fraud involved in this, with a compensation.

                                I visited Pizza Hut Sector 20 Panchakula today 05-May-2012 I ordered 2 boxes of IPAN Veg Solo for Takeaway, firstly I was charged with Delivery rate i.e. Ra 140 per box on raising issue after 10 min my takeaway priced bill was reissued, i ws told it will take 14 min to provide the pizza, after time on my visit I was again told to wait for 15 min saying pizza against your order are delivered against some other order, so i asked them to then deliver to my place as i was getting late, which they refused to do, on this only option left was to cancel the order and leave.
                                Now question is is this the service quality which PHD ensures to customer???

                                    Pizza Hut will NEVER be getting my business, my friends business or anyone in my jobs business (Music industry). I have traveled around the world, have ate at NUMEROUS Pizza Huts all over the place, and low and behold, where I happen to be "Stationed" for my job at the moment in the USA is the WORST service, attitudes and food I have ever gotten from ANY Pizza Hut. The store number is "4320".

                                    It was on the night of 17, January 2012 around 20hr ( 8PM ). My other half called the only Pizza Hut in this area that will deliver to my house. We have had a Horrible experience once before from this store, but had a bread stick craving and ended up wanting to place an order of just bread sticks (which we did in the past) and we had no issue at all, even though it was just one order. I probably did this order 3-4 times without ever getting any hassle even though the order was under the $10.00 delivery minimum, and we live close to the store.

                                    The second time we ever ordered from this store, we had a massive issue from this store. It took them 3x delivering and 2 1/2 hours later to get an order of a "P. Zone" (Stromboli) and an order of bread sticks. The original time they came to the door to give us an order, the food was cold and under-cooked. The dough was cold and raw, the ingredients were cold and the bread sticks also under cooked and cold. We waited over an hour to get this kind of slop. We had to call the store where they said that they would re-do the order then send it back out. The second time that the food came to the house, it was still the SAME problem. So, we called the store, once again, and had to wait to get our food.....again. This time, we just had them send a Pizza and the bread sticks. 2 1/2 hours after placing the order, we FINALLY got an "alright" pizza and bread sticks that were nothing to talk about. But, at this point, I was starving (it was also around 22.30 by this time) so I just sucked it up and ate the little bit that I could....mainly ignoring the quality of what I was eating.

                                    On 17, January 2012, I had another bread stick craving, so thought that as a little side-treat, I would order myself some. We had a younger female answer the phone that had the typical teenage/early 20s attitude of todays society. Short, rude, inconsiderate, etc.....typical teen attitude. It got so bad, we just asked to speak to the manager on duty. Well, this really did not do the trick at all. The manager happened to be yet another one of these (maybe) in the early 20s attitude. He was insisting that I either get over the $10.00 minimum charge or else, especially with the tone he used,,,(which I will not and do not accept or take at all)...I do not get my order. After arguing with him for around 10 minutes or so, I had to order 2x orders of bread sticks.

                                    After we finally waited 55-60 minutes for bread sticks, and for someone to drive under 2 miles to get to my place, who had a nasty attitude and was mainly 1 step away from brain-death... (mind you, this is Des Moines, Iowa. This town is DEAD. No traffic, nothing ever gets that busy etc.) I take a bite into the first bread stick to find it cold and raw on the inside but rock hard on the outside. The sauce that I got may have been red dyed, water with mild flavour. Of course, we immediately called back to tell them what was going on regarding the issue. A younger man answered the phone and had a decent attitude. He told us that he would get another order out to us A.S.A.P.

                                    We got our order in around 25 minutes. We had a different driver, who was polite, and had warm bread sticks, that were cooked, and sauce that actually tasted like Pizza Hut sauce.

                                    The problems do not end there.

                                    We tried to call corporate, but they were closed for the evening. I ended up on the Pizza Hut corporate website and wrote them an e-mail explaining what was going on about this issue and that we had had other issues with this store in the past. I, of course, explained the situation in full with as many details as possible. I gave them 2 mobile numbers for them to call along with 2 e-mail addresses for them to contact myself and household through. What did we get back.......Nothing.

                                    I wrote to them again and again (ended up to be 5x-6x over) and never any response, negative or positive. Come today, we finally got hold of someone via phone. This "customer service" rep. right away was trying to get personal information asking for name and phone number associated with the complaint. He asked if he could have a moment to look up in their computer systems about the past complaints that had happened. Then, he asked if he could put on hold. The answer immediately was "No". (Getting put on hold with these companies is a great way to make you sit and wait, get brushed off, and to just sit there with dead air until you get cut off. They TRY to get rid of people and issues, but it does not work with us). He asked if we could just sit while he put the phone down but no longer get put on hold. So we waited for him to look up the information and pick up the phone once again. He left me sitting on the phone around 10 minutes of what sounded like "Dead air". We called the reps name in a louder voice to get his attention to see what was going on. That is when he came back to us and told us that he saw the other complaints that we had made regarding the complaint for 17, January. He then proceeded to tell us what "alleged" action was taken on the complaint, and we had to stop him half way through, since we noticed we were getting told one HUGE lie. I was told that an attempt to contact me had been made and a message left on the voice mail when I supposedly did not pick up the phone. We explained to him that we had never gotten any phone call or contact of any kind. If they had called, it would not of only shown up on the mobile that there was a missed call, but also that a voice mail was left. Plus, our voice mail gets checked numerous times a day. They never called. Best part is, a MANAGER supposedly called. The "customer service" guy says that he believed what we were telling him and that he is going to forward my complaint (If it happens, we will be completely shocked) further up the Pizza Hut management food chain.

                                    If we actually get this call or not (I am guessing not), only time will tell. We will NOT give up on this matter. This is not "customer service". This is NOT how you handle an issue in ANY field. This will NOT be left until proper measures get taken. ( I would love to see at least the girl who originally picked up the phone fired....doubt it will happen). More than likely, we will be offered free food (which I do not want. Especially since 99% of the time, I only eat health foods. This was my one little treat to myself that I take once-in-awhile).

                                    If anyone has to come, or lives in this state of Iowa (Unfortunately), STAY AWAY from most Pizza Hut stores. Issues happen in most stores in the mid-west than I have ever heard of anywhere else on the globe. This now seems to be the sickening "norm" for people who happen to be in these type of jobs / positions. More people need to call, and keep calling, about these issues that go on, and do not stop until the complaint is acknowledged and taken care of the best and fullest way it can be. It would be nice if it would teach the companies and the employees that bad service, bad food and nasty attitude employees are NOT acceptable nor will be tolerated in any form or fashion. Good, true and real customer service is a thing of the past and highly needs to come back. Unfortunately, with what is out in the World today, I do not see this happening any time soon.

                                      The quality of Pizza Hut's PAN FOR ALL is very poor. The delivery of Pizza we got yesterday was the height of poor quality. The Pizzas did not have any sauce on it. Only dry bread with cheese and some toppings (small quantity) was delivered.
                                      Day by day the quality of this particular outlet on CMH road has gone down and nothing is being done by the organization. We are made to pay the bill amount even though they deliver pathetic Pizzas.
