I had a pathetic experience with pizza hut delivery. I ordered veg and non - veg pizzas and they delivered non veg pizza in a veg box plus pizza came after 50 minutes. Due to confusion a person who never touches non veg in his life had it, it was a big embarrassment on top of it when pizza was delivered it was not hot but the dot was showing it’s still hot. When I complaint about this nobody took my concern seriously all they did was a mere apology and disconnect the call. I really want to take this matter forward so that they do not repeat such mistakes again. Does anybody email of Pizza hut higher management.
I bought gift vouchers from PIZZA HUT. BUT this is the worst ever company i have ever experienced. The vouchers can not be used at their shops, and the vouchers got expired now. the fraud company pizza hut. I recommend every one to BEWARE of this FRAUD COMPANY PIZZA HUT. THis is a fraud company eating consumers money. They sell you gift voucher ad take money from you. But you will not be able to use these vouchers., your money and time will be spoiled once the vouchers expire.
PIZZA HUT IS THE WORST FOOD PROVIDER. THEY MUST BE BANNED. THEIR VOUCHER WILL BE EXPIRED AND OF NO USE.

I GIVE WORST RATING TO PIZZA HUT.

THese dont have proper feedback system in place

NEVER BUY ANY THING FROM PIZZA HUT.

NEVER BUY ANY GIFT VOUCHER FROM PIZZA HUT.

IT WILL BE EXPIRED AND THESE WILL EAT YOUR MONEY

    All, I am very much disappointed by the service provided by Pizza Hut Personal. On 3rd August I went Pizza Hut-Ambience Mall, Gurgaon. They brought a bill of Rs 738 and i gave my Citibank Debit Card. Person came back with a statment that is card is not working. We paid the bill via some other card and came out. Immediate after 10 minutes i saw the message for deduction of 738/- from my Citi bank account. I went back and met with all concerns. They confirmed me that amount will be credited back in 24 hours. Again after checking my account, i raised written query on 05 Aug'13. After chasing i got a mail on 8th Aug but no money. Today after more than 20 days. i did not get any response. Its not about the 738/- ruppees but its about the response to customer's problem. I am sure i will never suggest any of my known one to Pizza Hut again.         Sir,
        Today(10/8/2013), I and my friend had visited to Pizza Hut about 0135 PM which is situated at Station Road(near Bikaner Sweets), Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India to purchase Pizza for 30 people for a party, after requesting the sales man on duty (Mr. Dharamveer) so many times could not able to register my order. The man on duty was only misbehaved rudely but his activity was embarrassing, he was fully engaged with two other girls for a single pizza order for last 20 minutes. On intervening he just pointing out the finger and told' you are later first they'. I don't think he was just finalasing an order, doing something else. If you mounted with a CCTV device you can very well find the truth. As I am a valuable Costumer of Pizza Hut, felt disheartened and wanted to report you the matter. Hope not to repeat the same with other costumer.

          Non delivery even after 3 hours of waiting and umpteen no of calls to not only the Pizza Hut Delivery office in RT Nagar,[protected] and the delivery executive on [protected]; The order for Pizza for breaking fast was placed and confirmed at 5.14pm, and was confirmed to deliver pizza within 30 minutes.Last call made from my mobile to delivery boy is at 7.19 pm to track the order. Again checked with the PHD at 8.04pm, was told that they will deliver immediately, in the background, i could hear the executive telling in kannada that he was not guided properly which is not true as i have called him no of times from my mobile to give him landmarks in kannada language that he was conversing, given that we have got delivery maybe more than 3 dozen times on the same address and landmarks.
          At 8.20 pm i recieve a call from PHD RT nagar to confirm pizza, that it is on way, and that i need to pay up for the delivery, leave alone any sort of apology!! i mentioned that it was very pathetic service and no customer service followed despite repeated calls and complaint and i will not pay for such poor service. Neither anybody called back after that nor the delivery of the so called confirmation of pizza!! It will be great if such so called MNC franchisee uphold the quality of service to customers for sustained customer loyalty that they would have done in their base country of origin!! and cancel services to such poor quality service oriented franchisee!! Sincerely hope feedback helps in driving home the message that customers deserve better qualitative service, that they improvise their service standards and for all other customers in future at least;

            On 21st June Saturday night me and my family visited Pizza Hut ,HSR Layout in Bangalore.The manager was a North eastern Indian who took the order and we ordered a feast for 2.We had specifically mentioned to the manager that we are strictly vegeteraian and we wanted veg Pasta. Manager who was irresponsible in handling the order gave us a non-veg past which unfortunately we realized after a while.I deeply condemn the irresponsible behaviour of Pizzahut people and me and my family have decided to quit Pizzahut.

              I had ordered a order for two Pizza, one chicken and corn and Panner Pizza, two Coke and two Garlic Bread on 39883988. Order was taken by Call center executive Jeetendra at 8.22 PM on 1st June 2013 and the order was confirmed and promised that the delivery would happen by 9:02 PM on same day. Same was not received by 9:15 and from 9:15 PM to 10:25 PM i had called six times to the same number. On my third and fourth call i was promised that the store will call me back, however i didn't received any call from anybody. On my fifth call on my insistence i was given a number of Kandivali West Store Manager Mr Subodh - [protected] and when i called him he said that the order was not received at his store and he told me to call on 3988 3988 and Speak to Mr Suraj the Area Manager. I called the number again and i insisted on speaking to the higher authorities and after waiting for almost 20 minutes finally my call was attended by Mr Tajumul who was a team leader. After speaking to him and to my horror he was the team leader of Bangalore call center and my call was transferred to Bangalore. I was very upset and he said that he will make the mumbai call center manager to call me. But i didn't got any call. It was a very bad customer service and i felt that my complaints was completely ignored and i was taken for a huge ride for a good two hours. I am very upset as my three year daughter who was eagerly waiting for the Pizza was disappointed and it was very difficult to convince her. I was literally taken for a ride by a very reputed institution and was mentally very disturbed by this kind of service. I feel that my complaints is completely Ignored.

                PIZZA HUT- Please Please for god sake get some trained delivery boys and management for Alaknanda branch.
                Really pissed off from the incident happened on Sunday, 26th May. I ordered Pizza around 8:15 PM, got a call from delivery boy at 9 PM that he is not able to find my address. I guided him for very long but he was not willing to come at my place. He instead was arguing with me. I called to the call center again and was informed that Pizza will be delivered by 9:10 PM. Waited till 9:15 PM, called delivery boy and found that he has left without delivering. Was really pissed off, called call center again. Theys said I will get a Pizzza by 9:45 PM and manager will call me back. I didn't got any pizza later. And no one even bothered to call me back :(

                Please be informed that I am a regular customer of Dominos as well as Pizza Hut. I get the order delivered with ease. However, if they behave like this, I don't think that I will order again from same store :(

                Please take some action against all such people who cheated me.

                I placed an order for a Pizza and got a confirmation mail (attached as proof). After 45 minutes of waiting I called up on the number mentioned in the mail. And the employee from Pizza Hut says there is no entry in the database for an order.
                On top of that, they respond saying that they will call me back and inform if i will get the pizza. Very poor Service.
                I ordered Pizza on 3-5-14 at 21:14 &amp;amp; followed up till 23:05 but could not get delivery. The executive at call centre expressed sorry for non delivery &amp;amp; promised that I am entitled for free of cost of my order any time tomorrow.
                Today I re-ordered at 09:46 AM, as advised by Pizza Hut executive yesterday, FOLLOWED UP TILL 11:29 AM REGULARLY BUT DELIVERY OF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN MADE, TILL AT THE TIME OF WRITING THIS EMAIL.
                Is it the way Pizza Hut maintains its promise to deliver in 30 minutes . My order has not been delivered, even after more than 12 hrs. Your team responsible for the lapse must be punished &amp;amp; sorry expressed in writing to me &amp;amp; off course I deserve my order of pizza be sent Free of cost to me at the earliest.

                I have placed an order for Med BP Chicken Mexicano at 2:40 pm. I even received a sms at 2:51 pm stating that my pizza will be delivered shortly. It is 3:16 pm now. I called up your Nerul( Navi Mumbai) outlet only to be told that the pizza got delivered to Vashi instead of Nerul &amp;amp; that I have to give FRESH ORDER ONCE AGAIN.I then asked to speak to the Manager who did not come to the call even post 10 mins of waiting. The person then said that he would arrange to give me a call back. I am still waiting to hear from your end. Is this called CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
                This Is with reference to the order placed by me at 20.40 on 20th March 2015


                Please note that we kept waiting for our order 11.45 and still we didnt get the delivery of our order. Now the detail is as under :
                we placed the order at 8.40 p.m. on 20th March 2015 thru mobile app and got you confirmation email at 8.41 p.m.. Our address is E-79, New Saraswati Apt...Since there is no option to select New Saraswati apts, so i selected Saraswati Apt in address and in nearby place i mentioned New Saraswati...at 8.57 p.m. i called up pizza hut customer care and informed them to confirm about this address confusion and i was told not to worry as delivery man would call me if he faces any confusion...in the meantime my son was tracking the order in the mobile app and around 9.10 p.m. it stated that order was on way...when we didnt receive the order till 9.30, i called up customer care and they told that there was problem in the systems and order will reach in 10 mts. when i didnt receive in another 20 mts i called again and i was again told the same and when i insisted more they said that ok they will try to track the order..after 5 mts at 9.56 p.m. i got a call from pizzahut branch from mobile number [protected] and i was told that sorry for the delay but due to some technical fault they didnt actually get the order and he assured that he will release the order and get it delivered immediately...after 15 mts i called back on this same mobile number and he didnt recieve my calls..i tried calling him again and again but he didnt pick...i waited for 25 mts and then i called up customer care again and i was told that it has been despatched and that i will get in next 10-15 mts..and after that i kept calling after every 10 mts and i was told the same...my kids one aged 7 and second aged 2 waited till 11.45 p.m. as they were quite excited about the pizza...and finally had to eat maggie and sleep...
                it was really a very pathetic experience...i fealt as i have been harrassed unneccessary...it was least expected from such a big chain as pizza hut...our whole evening plan was spoilt...
                i really want a compensation for this harrasment caused to me and my family..and that should not just limit to giving my order the next time free of cost...please think of something more than that as i am definitely going to consumer court for whatever that has happened...

                  I visited Pizza hut on 14th May 2013 in Kandivali (West), Mumbai 400067 for the dinner. We ordered for vegetarian cesar salad but they served nonveg cesar salad without informing us and i ate a bit of it. Also we ordered for pastas and potato wadges which was never delivered. I am a pure vegetarian person follows Swaminarayan religion and never had non vegetarian food in my life and due to the carelessness from pizza hut i had to eat the nonveg food. i also send email complaint to pizza hut but they never replied me in writing.

                  I therefore request you to kindly look into this and take necessary actions against them for such negligence.

                  Pizza Hut — Disappointing Tuscani Singles

                  I tried Tuscani Singles from Pizza Hut and the new product line is a sheer disappointment ...A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.
                  The topping is not only less in quantity, but is also tasteless...few capsicums, mushrooms scattered here and there...

                  In fact, it was enough to turn a pizza freak like me into a non pizza eater.

                  I have tried thin crust pizzas before, but Tuscani Singles....................NEVER!!

                    Hi. I had placed an order with pizza hut at 8:30pm on 14th May and even while im lodging this complaint the pizza has not been delivered. I have called the customer care number thrice and was promised of call from store to update on the status of the delivery which has also not been done yet. Extremely irresponsible behaviour from pizza hut!!!! I have ordered my pizza alternatively from dominos now and will get it in sharp 30mins from now.

                      Today (10-May-2013) I ordered for 4 pan pizzas, garlic bread at around 09:30 p.m., the Pizza didn’t arrived even at 10.30 PM. After making so many calls to PHD, they assured me that the order will be delivered today and the same has been dispatched from store. And above all they assured me that I will receive a call back from the store manager in next 5 minutes.
                      Even when I have not received the order, I called them again to which your customer service executive, Mr Naveen told me that the order is cancelled, and not send to the store, to which I was shocked as your executives were telling me that the same is delivered from the store and I am going to receive the same in next 15 minutes. Mr Naveen told me that he will arrange a call back in next 3 minutes, which I am still waiting for …
                      When I called back again, since I have not received any call from Mr Naveen, this time Mr Napolean was unable to give me any status and further when I asked him to provide me the grievances email ID or contact number, he provided me with the website address and told me to find it from there and when I asked him to transfer the call to his senior, he was unable to do that and again given false commitment that I will get a call back in next 2 minutes.
                      My queries are:
                      1. If these guys were not interested in delivering the order, then why the hell they make false commitments? They should have told me earlier only so that I can place the order from some other providers in the market
                      2. If my order was not sent to the store, then why the executives told me that the same will be delivered to me by next 15 minutes? And if the same was send to store, then why Mr Naveen, the Customer care executive told me that the same is cancelled?
                      3. If these guys cannot arrange a call back for the customer(s) who is facing such issues just because of their non-sense services then why they train their executives to just make false commitments to the customers and disconnect the call?
                      4. How can you they just cancel the orders at their own wish? Without even informing the customer?

                      Let me tell you, instead to spending money on advertisements, these guys should also spend some money to train the executives and make some robust systems or else at least have some trained and committed staffs.

                      Really ridiculous service, I will not recommend anybody for PHD now because they treat the customers very badly.
                      I waited 2 12 hours for them to deliver a cold piazza. Slack piazza hut no more business from me.

                        We visited the joint of Pizza Hut in the name of M/s.Devyani International Ltd.Sonia Theatre,Vikaspuri,Delhi.We bought Fun Meal Pizza by order no.[protected] Dt.24.04.13.After taking the delivery of Pizza we found that there was NO Ketchup/Sauce available in the whole store.On demanding they refused to provide us the same.It was so embarssing with the family that we could not even eat a small pc.without the sauce.The staffs were so arrogant that they even refused to sign on the bill or mention that they do not provide Ketch up.They treated as if we hv come to Pizza Hut for first time.They said the Co. has stopped providing this.What can they do.We asked them is it not worth for a co.like Pizza Hut to announce boldly in Ads that they DO NOT PROVIDE SAUCE OR KETCHUP TO CUSTOMERS IN PIZZA.It was horrible to intake Dry Hot Pizza without sauces.The biggest claim is that on asking the customer care mail id they gave us a wrong email address [protected]@yum.com.Since 24th & on 2nd May the claim mail sent got bounced back on this id.Is this the way Pizza Hut wants to operate & satisfy the Indian customers.We want our full money refunded of this bill of Rs.704/- & a apologise from the Co. why the services are not upto the mark of Indian Taste.Why the informations are not given in Print media & Ads.Why do customers are not entertained in a proper way.Why such small cost cutting methods.We need urgent reply & action taken,with the refund of our payments.

                          This is a Complaint against Pizza Hut, locate in Mantri Square mall , Malleswaram, Bangalore.

                          On top of the regular food charges- we were charged for service - at 10% of total food cost.
                          Service tax at 4.9% on top of the service charge was levied on our bill.
                          The 4.9% was on the entire bill , not the service charge.

                          It is my understanding that, as per govt rules- even though they had A/C, since they didn't serve us alcohol in the restaurant - they shouldn't have charged us service charge/tax.

                          Hence I'd like to raise a complaint against them.
                          On confronting the manager- he said it was because of the A/C and wasnt ready to remove the charge.

                          Pizza delivery took about an hr and the busy recieved was of very poor quality...hard base and crust, very less toppings, and overall experience was very poor...

                            SIR,THIS IS SHASHI KANT ROY. PIZZA HUT IS ONE OF THE BAD SERVICE PROVIDER. WE ORDER THE PIZZA ON 9.04.13 AT AROUND 7 PM BUT IT WAS DELIVERED AT 9.00 PM. THE PIZZA I GOT WAS NOT HOT AT ALL.BUT ACCORDING TO RULE THEY SHOULD PRODUCE PIZZA HOT.I TALK TO MR SACHIN THE MANAGER AT KARISHMA COLONY KOTHRUD PUNE BUT HE RESPONDED ME RUDELY.HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD LEFT THE JOB 2 MONTHS AGO AND IS NOT AVAILABLE THERE.HIS CONTACT NO. IS [protected] I GOT THIS NO. FROM DELIVERY BOY.SO PLZ TAKE STRICT ACTION.AND TODAY I ORDER THE PIZZA BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL NOT DELIVER THE PIZZA.

                              Ordered pizza at 9:05 pm at the call Center number who confirmed that my address was within delivery area. Got a call from the local shop asking for my address confirmation at 9:50 pm. Once again called to confirm address at 9:55 pm. Then received a call from the delivery boy asking for confirmation of my address once again. Called up shop and they said that they will deliver though it was outside their delivery area. (Their delivery area ends 200 m from my place!) then the boy finally arrived at 10:10 pm with one out of the three pizzas that I had ordered. I returned it in frustration. 15 minutes later another joker arrives with the remaining two pizzas. Have sent it back as well and ordered from dominos.

                              Today ordered pizza from pizza hut at 9:13 p.m. Despite of repeated reminders and follow up i have not received pizza till now at 10:30 p.m. The order is at sec 52, gurgaon, india. I have to say that since they don, t have any time commitment it's a sheer waste to order pizza from pizza hut.

                              Always order to Dominoz.

                                On 29-03-13 I placed an order at 8:30 pm. My order was confirmed and I was informed that delivery will be done by 9:00 pm. Till 9:30 when there was no delivery I called up again and was told that they will check and get back to me. Finally at 9:35 pm I had to call again only to know that my order has been rejected!!!
                                Pizza Hut didn't even bother to inform me!
                                I was put in a very embarrassing situation with guests at home.
                                A sheer mental torture!
                                There is something seriously wrong with Pizza Hut!!!

                                  On 17th Mar, 2013 Sunday night I called up Pizzahut number[protected] to place an order for the entire family. I called up at 8pm and the guy who attended the call asked if I'm a new caller and collected all my details including address, landmark, etc and took the order and said it will be delivered by 8.45pm the same day.
                                  Before confirming the order the guy asked me which is my nearby pizzahut store and I said the forum or shanthinagar branch. The guy said he will pass the order to the shanthinagar branch and will be delivered by 8.45pm the same day. I waited till 8.50pm and called the same number again to check the status of my order. Another guy picks up and says he is not able to identify any orders from my contact number and no order has been placed. He said he'll transfer to the shanthinagar store to check the order status and another guy answers the call and had to explain him the entire scenario. He said his store manager will call in next 10min and never got any call.

                                  I again called up pizzahut at 9.15pm and said I wanted to speak to the manager and somebody called "Floor Manager" spoke and again explained the entire scenario. He also said he'll call me for sure in next 10min and hung my call.

                                  Ultimately, I never got any solution.

                                  This is the kind of service I received from Pizzahut and it's so shameful that they still exist. Thanks for making my family including my 2 year old son wait and starve for pizza.

                                    My daughter ordered pizzaz for dinner today ( 09/03/2013) at 8.40PM the Pizza didnt arrive even at 10.35PM even after making more than half a dozen calls to Pizza Hut call centres and Vijaynagar (bangalore) pizza hut. This is the sad state of Pizza Hut which does not understand what is customer support or service. Every time we called they kept lying saying that the Pizza had left from their place for delivery. Once I was told that there is a server problem but they did not have the curtousey to call back to tell us if they can or cannot supply the Pizza. If anyone would depend on Pizza hut for Dinner then they are sure to sleep hungry.
                                    I am not putting up this comment just because I am frustrated but I want to inform the community that the nice talk on the phone is only a pretence but they are not really serious about their customers as they feel they would get their business anyways as people who are hungry will call them.
                                    This is reiduculous. I will ensure these kinds of incidents are put up on the Internet so that everyone knows how customers are treated by Pizza Hut.

                                        We seen an advertisement saying " Pizza hut' crown pizza " delivery anywhere in mumbai call us for free home delivery & the number is 39883988
                                        We want to place an order for Crown pizza from Pizza hut but they keep us on hold for around half an hour as saying they don't know where Ghatkopar located? which was itself a big joke & then they keep our line on hold for around 15-20 minutes
                                        We call them second time, finally we placed an order for 4 crown pizzas they have taken our address details & registered the order after around 15-20 minutes we received a call from Pizza hut saying we can not deliver pizza in ghatkopar & hence the order got cancelled

                                        This is not the way to treat customer
                                        Reduculous experience with Pizza hut call centre

                                        Kindly show us some way out to make them understand the way of customer service & also let us know how to order Crown pizza from pizza hut for Ghatkopar location
