We visited pizza hut store at Dwaraka Nagar, visakhapatnam and placed order, they made us wait for more than 1h and finally due to miss communication the order was cancelled, so no proper manager over there, and the the staff is very rude when asked how long would it take, they answered ask the person who has taken order not me...which was very rude...

I ordered for a medium Veg momo pizza meal.
Firstly I am a pure vegetarian and the pizza served was a NON Vegetarian pizza which i accidentally tasted also. Then my order was replaced, the veg pizza they served was not properly baked.
Serving a non veg food item to a vegetarian is a big blunder in first case and the replacement was even more disappointing.
There should not be any place for such big blunder in such big brand where we blindly put our hard earned money.
Total wastage of money and mood .

I had ordered Italian Chicken feast and have received triple chicken feast.

On 29th October, I visited Pizza hut Bharuch-392012 (Sapphire Foods India LTD) where I offered Credit Card for the Payment of Invoice- Chk no. 10307. (Invoice no.: 630351- Sadab)Payment was for 649 INR but the Counter cash guy deducted it Two (2) times and I wasn't refunded there. I raised a complain but he said we will initiate request but I haven't received any refund for my double payment in HDFC credit card. Contact me on +91 [protected]

I'm compelled to share my grievance on a public platform as Pizza Hut customer care has failed me time and again. I have called the customer care 3 times and have sent 1 detailed email to [protected]@yum.com but have received no reply. I did not ask for a refund or replacement. All I asked for is accountability. I'm sharing the contents of my email below which list the problem in detail:

Hi,
I received my order on time today. The delivery boy was very polite and professional. However, there was an issue with my order that I had received a wrong pizza. I had ordered Tandoori Veg, but received regular veg pizza of some other variety with corn and tomatoes with the regular pizza sauce instead of the tandoori sauce. For this issue, I called the customer care 3 times at 10-15 min intervals and every time I got the same templated response saying they will personally look into the matter and have the store manager call me within 5 minutes.

As you can predict, I never received that call and I kept waiting for a full hour before giving up and eating the pizza I received. My late lunch was delayed by an hour waiting for this call that would never come and I finally at 4:30PM. I'm disappointed to see the lack of accountability in the chain. A simple acknowledgement of error and explaining how this mix up happened would have sufficed.

I'm asking you to kindly track this issue and improve the accountability standards when a complaint is registered. I do not want any replacement or refunds. I'm happy to provide picture proof of the pizza if it helps you investigate the issue.

Hello Pizza Hut,

I have placed order yesterday and it was not delivered but in tracking it is still showing as order confirmed. Since the order was not delivered on time I had to cancel it. And also i spoke to customer care couple of times and they said I will get a call back but I didn't got any. I request to refund back my money to my Amazon pay wallet .

Even after 2 hours Pizza is not been delivered.
Outlet Called and informed as system was shut down and they missed to see the Order so it will delay to deliver.. After 30 minutes, they called and saying, due to power issue they can't prepare Pizza and it will delay further. And no estimated time.. Order no 10400511..
Now you tell me as a customer, how long we have to Trust you.. even a power back up also not able to install..
If you want to run a outlet with some donation to buy a power back up.. let me know.. will talk to some NGO or post an add in Newspapers..

We ordered 3 unlimited pizza orders, which 2 are non veg and 1 is veg. The non-veg pizzas are the worst, they smell terrible and awful. Can't beleive they serve such disgusting food. Don't they taste before serving this kind of crap.

Today evening I ordered Margherita pizza from Pizza Hut, Visakhapatnam via Swiggy with order number[protected]. Well, I received it within due time also it was burnt. I did contact swiggy customer care and they did give a coupon. I felt responsible to raise a complaint here because this is unacceptable that Pizza Hut having a huge global name had come to this standard.

Pizza Hut Italian seasoning has a green mark to show it is vegetarian, but allergen information says it might contain traces of egg.

Then how can the seasoning be considered as vegetarian?

I was charged the money for my order but it was never delivered. This happened in Bangalore. The order was placed on the name Rohan Verma and was supposed to be delivered to the address- "Bheemanna Garden, Shanti Nagar, Bengaluru".

This is wrt order no 14370653 placed on 24.10.2021 for a pan pizza. The order was confirmed by pizza hut omaxe cp, beta 2, greater noida and i have received the message that your order has been dispatched.
This is to bring to your notice that i didn't received my order and when i tried to contact the restaurant no one responded even your toll free customer care number was also not reachable.
I haven't seen such a pathetic service of pizza hut.
I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible else i will escalate it to higher authorities and social media and consumer forum.

Ref order 16337785, waited for 2 hrs, cancelled the order, it was not delivered and told amount will be refunded. it's more than 9 days mo refind made.

We ordered from pizza hut and it showed order will be delivered by 10.27pm. Later after it showed that the order is out for delivery a person from the store called and said that please cancel the order as it is raining. When we said we can wait but please do deliver the order as it is already past 10pm he said the store was opened newly and there are no delivery boys to deliver the order. I had put Pizza orders on 26th September 2021 evening. It wasn't delivered even after 2 hours. I had put a complaint on Pizza Hut customer care. The representative told me that complaint has been taken and you will get refund within 7 working days. It is almost 1 month now; but still I didn't get my refund yet. My order number is 19046030.
I had called 2 days before also to customer care, and the representative told me that respective store owner will call you in next 10min; but nobody called me back. I am not able over phone to Pizza hut customer care now.
Let me know, when can i expect my refund? Also, I need a call back from Pizza hut as soon as possible.

Hi,

I've ordered pizza from the Kiri Nagar branch last Friday (15th Oct 2021) around 9: 30 PM with the contact number registered as [protected].

I just want to give you honest feedback as my wife always told me to go for Dominos but as I'm living in the UK from the last 10 years and my favorite is always Pizza hut or Pizza express.

All, I want to convey is that I should have trusted my wife and stick to Dominos. At least, they are far better than Pizzahut as the pizza we had received from Pizza hut was uncooked, with hardly any veggies on the pizza. It was more like an uncooked margarita pizza. The staff at Kirti Nagar was too busy with the order as compared to Domino's next-door branch at Kirti nagar where they have a couple of guys at the till to take the order.

I personally believe that local vendors are selling better food than Pizzahut.

I Mahesh Povil had ordered pizza through your pizza hut app my number is [protected] and amount was 1299.90, payment mode was selected as UPI.

So I received notification and I tried paying through Gpay. First it showed processing and then within 15 seconds it showed paid and the amount was debited from my account.
And as I switched to your pizza hut app there it was showing some options to be choosen like payment notification not received, payment cancelled, payment processing amt debited etc. I selected payment processing amt debited and it showed me payment cancelled and took again me into check-out page for payment.

The amount debited from my account and and I received sms and email for the same. I called your customer care number and the person told me that I have placed order but they have not received any payment yet. It must be stuck between payment gateway he said and it will get refunded within 24 to 48 hours.

I have payment receipt from Gpay and screenshot of which I have attached to this email and I even have the call recording with your customer care executive. I have even raised complaint with my bank so I request you to please look into this matter and do the needful as early as possible.

I have also mailed pizza hut

Today through Zomato order No [protected] Pizza Hut Uttarahalli Bangalore made to delivery of order which was missing one of the paid item. We ordered double treat Pizza box along with add on of Garlic bread paying Rs80/-. Since it was a combo pack, we thought it is packed with pizza. But, garlic bread was missing and even if reported to Zomato or Pizza Hut customer care, no response. Pizza Hut customer care said to arrange a call back from serving outlet, but they didn't call back us.

I ordered pasta from pizza Hut sodepur branch on 16.10.21. That was the biggest mistake in my life. I ordered through zometo. Pizza hut accepted the order and kept showing message that the order will be delivered within 5 minutes. But the wait was forever as my order didn't turn up even after waiting for more than 1 hour. If it was impossible to deliver order why you guys took the order. You should know your capability and should not harras your customer. Pizza Hut has really worst customer service. Such a awful experience. It has ruined my mood and the entire evening.
