I had ordered for pizza for the family. After 35 min, I saw a missed call and within 3-5 seconds I called them back. They said the delivery is getting delayed and at the 35th min they were asking my address. The staff also told me arrogantly that he called me several time. When I asked him why is he asking the location when the address is there, his reply was they get incorrect address from call Centre 😳😳🙄🙄. When I said as per standards provide me the pizza with some discount, with arrogance he told I will not get the discount. When I said, in that case he should not deliver the pizzas, he said ok and kept the phone.
This is the third time I am facing this issue. Your staff do not know “customer delight” at all, looks like they are full with their pockets and care damn / take the customer for granted.
After I raised the issue to your call Centre and then there was conference call, and for almost 15 minutes, it was just arguments but no solution for the delays.
I did not expect such behavior from Pizza Hut. Extremely unhappy with the treatment.
