We ordered today 24.7.21 I the evening Magic pan pizza box.and the cheese that they put over it is if very bad quality

I ordered Pizzas and garlic bread on 22nd July worth Rs. 1113 in Navi Mumbai, my swiggy order I.d is[protected].
I was anyways not happy with the charges as it looked too high to me for my order, I still went ahead to place the order for the brand name, but the worst part of it was still awaiting, when I got the delivery, all the items were badly stuck in the cover lid, leaving all the cheese stuck to the lid of the boxes, I still went ahead to taste the food, it tasted horrible, worst than any local pizza. I am highly disappointed and annoyed with the food quality that I received. Very shameful for a brand like Pizza hut.

I had order Pizza online on 18 Jul 21 at 20;30 hrs for an amount of Rs. 445. My order number is 19330187. I wait till 11:15 pm but not received the Pizza till date, however status is showing that pizza dispatch . i asked for cancel but not get msz fro pizza hut that ur refund is initiat.

2. It is very sad to know that Pizza Hut is involved in such fraudulent activities, ie showing the status as delivering.This is my first and very bad experience with Pizza Hut.

3. In view of the above it is requested to refund the ordered amount of Rs. 445 at the earliest

1. I had order Pizza online on 18 Jul 21 at 0853 hrs for an amount of Rs. 1230. My order number is 15297896. I have not received the Pizza till date, however status is showing as delivered. On contacting the delivery boy ( mob no. [protected]), he told me that pizza is being delivered by other personnel. The other personnel was non contactable as he stopped picking up the call.

2. It is very sad to know that Pizza Hut is involved in such fraudulent activities, ie showing the status as delivered without delivering the item.This is my first and very bad experience with Pizza Hut.

3. In view of the above it is requested to refund the ordered amount of Rs. 1230 at the earliest

I did order from web page in 15/07/2021 and did payment through Google pay.. amount of 1041.59 at 12.54 ist with UPI ID[protected].

Order got stuck but payment completed as per above. So can you please initiate refund?

My transaction number is[protected]. Phonepe money was deducted but order was not placed from pizza hut. Amount was 472.50 rs

On June 5th, 2021, I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut(Order number:[protected] for Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad location and due to some technical error in the app, order was redirected to a wrong outlet Noida - Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza location, I got a call from the outlet that the order shall be cancelled and I have to place a new order as only Crossings Republik Ghaziabad outlet would take the order. Even after a month I haven't got my refund and when I discuss this customer care, either they have some lame excuse every time, they don't entertain my problem or they come up with a copy paste response that they have coordinated with the outlet and the store manager will call me back in 10 mins, which never happened by the way. Please let me know how can I escalate this matter in order to get my redund.

Not able to apply my gift voucher or gift coupons to the order online

The food was late, cold and the wrong order!! The outlet is screwing around. Could not return the pizza as the kids were hungry!! Had to settle for substandard stuff.

I ordered a pizza yesterday from pizza hut amount was deducted but order was not placed. No information where is my money and no refund details.

Just want to bring your attention on hygien and cleaning related issue on your outlate.

After multiple reminder staff did not take it seriously.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and didnt receive my order. Asked for refund for more than 200 times to the store manager but i haven't received any refund. Mr. Tinkal is the store manger of noida sec 27 pizza hut and he is very arrogant and is not refuding my money. Kindly take a strict action against him else i will make sure to file a strict action against pizza hut.

3 days ago I have ordered the pizza online. Do you do some technical conditions My order got canceled.
But I didn't got my money back yet.
I don't know anything when it's going to be back.

The worst pizza and garlic bread with cheesy dip (pale yellow) had today for the 1st time from Pizza Hut. My family felt uncomfortable since the first piece of one flavoured pizza and garlic bread was not eatable, leaving the only option to throw the whole order in the dustbin. Pick up location Andheri East, Tandon Mall, Mumbai was 6 km from home had no choice left. Lastly, the bill paid INR 970/- wasted along with travel time spent for pick up.

I had ordered pizzas and other sides on this day at 8:58 pm and am receiving the delivary at 10:11 now and in between the store of Sahakarnagar had called me and saying there is no stock in Jalapano and chessy garlic bread. At 9:55 he is informing me the change it’s already late and again change in order this is very wrong from your side, I always used to order pizza from dominos, thought to see how it will be in pizza hut, very worst experience from your side

Details of order

I had ordered for pizza for the family. After 35 min, I saw a missed call and within 3-5 seconds I called them back. They said the delivery is getting delayed and at the 35th min they were asking my address. The staff also told me arrogantly that he called me several time. When I asked him why is he asking the location when the address is there, his reply was they get incorrect address from call Centre 😳😳🙄🙄. When I said as per standards provide me the pizza with some discount, with arrogance he told I will not get the discount. When I said, in that case he should not deliver the pizzas, he said ok and kept the phone.
This is the third time I am facing this issue. Your staff do not know “customer delight” at all, looks like they are full with their pockets and care damn / take the customer for granted.
After I raised the issue to your call Centre and then there was conference call, and for almost 15 minutes, it was just arguments but no solution for the delays.
I did not expect such behavior from Pizza Hut. Extremely unhappy with the treatment.
