Date of the incident : 29th November 2021
Description of the incident: I was at Pizza Hut, Mall of India, Noida- Sector 18 and I had enquired for Momomia Pizza to which I was told that it was currently unavailable. But a few moments later I notice the adjacent table being occupied by different customers and being served the same pizza I asked for. Upon complaining about this to different waiters, no action was taken. Also, they denied us empty seats to the other section of the restaurant, saying that it was currently unavailable, whereas clearly other customers were occupying the section. I am really disappointed in the service and the treatment provided at this outlet, and these acts have encouraged me to discontinue going to Pizza Hut and take further action regarding the same.
