Hi..
On Jan 7th, Order was placed at Bengaluru - Hebbel Kempapura Pizza Hut with order number 13144690. Delivery time was 8:04pm but pizza was delivery around 8:25pm, on top of that pizza was not hot. I tried calling to Hebbal Kempapura Pizza Hut it was not reachable (multiple attempts were made). Next I called customer number and same issue was raised, a complaint was documented and informed that they will revert back, till data I did not receive neither call nor mail. Kindly consider and do the needful.

    I placed order no. 13647252 on Jan 1, 2022 at Pizza Hut, Rani Bagh, Pitampura, Delhi outlet. My order was cancelled but it showed it was delivered and no refund has yet been received despite multiple complaints.

        I tried to order from the pizza hut app on 31st December 2021 and selected the online payment option in the app and then proceeded to pay through UPI. I made the payment of Rs.3, 226.66 in Paytm app and then when I went to the Pizza Hut app the order didn't get placed and the cart was empty. Then I went to the nearest Pizza Hut outlet to ask about the order but they said they haven't received any and if there has been a transaction the money will be refunded in a few days but since then it has been 3 days and the money hasn't been refunded till now. There is no option in the app to raise a complain . It has been the worst experience of ordering food online. I request Pizza Hut to immediately look into this matter. I have the payment details as well and can send them as well. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

              So we visited this pizza hut dwarakanagar branch at Visakhapatnam today @ 7.10 pm. the place was pretty empty only 2-3tables filled. We asked for menu n we got it n were ready to give the order by 7.15. however no one was seen to tak order. 2waiters were roaming here n there we started calling them. No response. Slowly all the tables started filling still no one visible. Time 8pm. One waiter started taking orders from some tables of his choice who even came after us. We still kept calling still no response. Time 8.25. Now we were really frustrated n started to leave. Went to the waiter n told him we r waiting since last one hour n he rudely replied every one is waiting. Seriously?? R u ppl giving pizza for free or for charity.. finally we left the place immediately. this kind of behaviour not expected from a reputed food chain like pizza hut.. our mistake that we chose to go to pizza hut to spend some quality time in the new year.. ruined our evening completely.

                I placed an order on December 25, 2021 at Kharar pizza hut. My order never got delivered. When i called pizza hut delivery person he said that i will receive refund in 2 business days. Nothing has happened so far. Order no : 10907059

                I called pizza hut customer care and they also said that order was not delivered and i would recieve refund. But again no refund has happened so far.

                This is a case of fraud. I want to refund to be processed and compensated accordingly for wasting my time, not to mention sleeping hungry.

                        I have placed an order. It's been more than an hour and still order status showing preparing. Pizza hut, ansal plaza, palam vihar, gurgaon branch. Their number is not reachable. Their staff are misbehaving with the delivery guy even not informing the order delay reasons. Such a pathetic service pizza hut. Customer care not reachable. Poor service.

                              I had placed an order through your mobile app on 22nd December 2021 (order ID[protected] and an amount of Rs. 466 was deducted. Since the order had failed, I was told that my amount would be refunded within 2-3 working days. It’s been 5 days and I haven’t heard once regarding the status of the refund. I had reached out through both email and your customer care and didn’t receive a proper response through either channel. I would like my amount to be returned at the earliest.

                                Hello Pizza Hut,

                                I had placed an order of Rs.594 on 25th Dec.2021 from sector 12 Dwarka using PizzaHut website but in tracking it is still showing as order confirmed. Since the order was not delivered on time I called customer support for canceling my order but he did not responded positively. I spoke to customer care couple of times and they said I will get a call back for canceling order but I didn't got any.

                                  I placed order today 25th December 2021 at 07.10 pm to be delivered to me at 08.30 pm. the pizzas were ordered without onion toppings. They came late, delivered the pizza with onion toppings.
                                  Upon raising a complaint with the delivery person, they took the pizza promised for resolution but nothing happened.

                                      I has placed order online on Saturday (18th Dec 2021) :
                                      Magic Pizza Box - Rs. 395/- and Double Paneer Supreme - Rs. 569/-. while i was making my UPI transaction for Rs. 1038 (Incl. of tax) my amount got deducted from my account and transaction was failed. So, dialed up to the pizza hut toll free number[protected], the rep asked me to place the order now and can pay cash during delivery (i paid cash on delivery Rs. 1012 for the same order) and the debited amount (Rs. 1038) will get refunded automatically within 48hrs. Still this amount is not refunded.
                                      Pizza Hut India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I had placed an order of Rs.1400 on 9th Dec.2021 from Dominos app. Order was not confined by restaurant, this it failed . I received the message of the same. Money was deducted but even after more than 10 days it is not refunded.
                                        Pizza Hut India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
