I had given complaint also still not got my amount of rs 456.16 i had given order on 7 jun.given complaint also but not recived my amount worst service

The worst pizza and garlic bread with cheesy dip (pale yellow) had today for the 1st time from Pizza Hut. My family felt uncomfortable since the first piece of one flavoured pizza and garlic bread was not eatable, leaving the only option to throw the whole order in the dustbin. Pick up location Andheri East, Tandon Mall, Mumbai was 6 km from home had no choice left. Lastly, the bill paid INR 970/- wasted along with travel time spent for pick up.

I order today 4 pizzas and all the pizzas are burnt and has a bitter taste. We were forced to throw them in bin only.

I had ordered pizzas and other sides on this day at 8:58 pm and am receiving the delivary at 10:11 now and in between the store of Sahakarnagar had called me and saying there is no stock in Jalapano and chessy garlic bread. At 9:55 he is informing me the change it’s already late and again change in order this is very wrong from your side, I always used to order pizza from dominos, thought to see how it will be in pizza hut, very worst experience from your side

Details of order

I had ordered for pizza for the family. After 35 min, I saw a missed call and within 3-5 seconds I called them back. They said the delivery is getting delayed and at the 35th min they were asking my address. The staff also told me arrogantly that he called me several time. When I asked him why is he asking the location when the address is there, his reply was they get incorrect address from call Centre 😳😳🙄🙄. When I said as per standards provide me the pizza with some discount, with arrogance he told I will not get the discount. When I said, in that case he should not deliver the pizzas, he said ok and kept the phone.
This is the third time I am facing this issue. Your staff do not know “customer delight” at all, looks like they are full with their pockets and care damn / take the customer for granted.
After I raised the issue to your call Centre and then there was conference call, and for almost 15 minutes, it was just arguments but no solution for the delays.
I did not expect such behavior from Pizza Hut. Extremely unhappy with the treatment.

I have ordered at 6:29 but I got my order at 8:08 what type of services u have this is ### and you guys really wasted my time I DOMINOS is better than you RAMESH your service boy is ### and I have called 4 times for your CUSTOMER care they told me our store manager will call you back but I haven't received any call from your ### mangers regarding this what a nonsence people you have in your store

I am very old customer of Pizza Hut. I enjoyed a lot of tasty pizzas from this esteemed company. But lately, the branch has shifted to some other location, that's why I had to switch to Dominos. But today I noticed that a new branch of Pizza Hut has opened in my locality again. So, I ordered Super Saver Meal Combo with same high expectation as I had before. But today the pizza that I ate was the worst pizza I have ever eat. I don't think I can ever going to order again from Pizza Hut. Dominos work well for me now.

I had ordered from POS API 9000001, 12224000, Pizza Hut Ambernath on 7/6/21 as a takeaway parcel. My online order was not successful on 03/06/2021 on pizza hut website, but Rs.255.16 were deducted from my account. I have emailed pizza hut customer care team but no reply until now, I have had called them several times but no success. I request pizza hut to return my money please.

I Harshish Mallem had placed an Order of 2 box Pizza as on 30th May 2021, amount of Rs. 599 got deducted from my Bank account. Till date I did not get the delivery nor full amount refund. I raised complaint to customer care thrice till now, every time I get to hear from customer care executive that refund being processed but till date I have not got refund amount Back. I'm tired from false promises made by pizza hut to its customer. However Jubliee Hills (Hyderabad) branch store had been negligent delivering the services and not refunding even after order cancellation. Also I was given a free advice to pick the order from the Store, if had to pick the order from store then I would have ordered it online. Therefore requesting for neccesary action and get my refund Back asap. Thank you

On May 6th june i'd placed a take away order online on pizza hut app Although an amount of 135 was deducted from my account, the order was not successful. Hence, no order id was generated. I later went to the outlet and complained. They assured me that the amount will be automatically be reverted to my account in a few days which never happened. After there assurance, i'd placed another order in person at the same outlet the same day and...

While Ordering the order No 19679209 could not be completed online but Rs 492.46 were paid to you on my credit card. I shall be grateful if the amount is reversed and paid back to my card account

I have ordered for pizza online and paid through Paytm wallet and received order no. 11308233 at 8:07 pm today but didn't receive it. This is very bad experience me n my kids want to celebrate my parent's anniversary but your service provider has ruined it . I was trying to contact but contact nos.are not working, I had also try to contact through customer care number but didn't get any response, I had also forward mail through reply on the same from where I got my order confirmation but received an auto generated mail response..
In this pandemic you have spoiled an important day of mine.

I ordered 2 pizzas from the pizzahut website on 29th may 2021. After an hour or so i got a call from the store that they cannot deliver me since their store is far away causing me inconvenience, the store manager said that i will recieve my refund within 3 days.
Next day i called pizzahut on the number given on the track order page the person told me that i will be refunded in 3 days.
1 week has passed now i still havent recieved my refund. And the track order page still shows my order is confirmed and will arrive by 8.08pm

We have ordered pizza online, country feast n farmers pic with cheese max (order number 18774713 Meal combo Rs. 599). Pizza was not ho at all n it was stale. I was searching cheese all around the pizza. Seriously!!! It was very bad experience. No taste nothing. Corns were dired, yaakkkk... If you doest want to give people good pizza why do provide such offers... Even our money went in vain... please stop fooling people.

I have ordered your hut treat meal today on 3 rd June 2021 and both the pizza taste very bad and also one with the name double cheese doesn't contain any cheese in it. I ordered Pizza through Pizza.co.in on 15th May. When I completed the order and the amount got deducted, I got a message

Dear Customer, something went wrong & we are unable to fulfil your order no 13688990. Any amount deducted will be refunded.

I waited for the refund for almost 10 working days but the said amount is yet not credited

The above mentioned amount got debited and the transaction was not complete. Please reverse the amount
