I have made two oders for pizza with amount of Rs. 764 and Rs. 733 respectively with order no 20R[protected] and 20R[protected] on January 1, 2021.

Both the pizza were not delivered to me and when I was trying to contact the number given the call was not answered. Futher, no one was contracted me.

I received a message that pizza has been dispatched and deliver soon but not delivered.

Late delivery of order- 11203423

Address:House No 668 2nd Floor, phase 3A Sector 53 Mohali, Near Hanuman mandir

I ordered my pizza at 8.30, the estimated time of delivery was 09:06 pm. It's 9:15 already I have not received my order, also when I try to track the order, it is showing will arrive in 7 minutes from past 10 minutes....

Hi I place an order in Pizza Hut India and the order number is 17673828. I didn’t receive the order instead I received a mail from Pizza Hut about delivery conformation and tried to call Pizza Hut number [protected] and the number is not working. And then I called their corporate office [protected], one of the customer care executive pick the call and said don’t call this number this corporate office number and we are not responsible...

Didn't receive my order.

I had ordered 2 offer pizzas of 599/- that is total price money was 1257.9/- from pizza hut app. The payment done using Google pay. After successfully payment through Google pay I didn't receive my order number nor the pizza hut app reflected any message o[censored]nsuccessfully transaction. I didn't recieved order too. So please kindly process my refund....

Spoiled pizza

Yesterday we ordered 2 medium pizza one was meat ball pizza & another was panner tikka pizza from your Nehru place outlet. The pizza was made with unfresh ingredients and we were 3 people we all got food poisoning.we r very disappointed with this quality served by u guys after paying so much this is how you cheat with people by serving such a bad quality food....

Denied Dine in at 9: 30 pm

We were denied dine in, in pizza hut in R mall branch, Mulund West, Mumbai on 28.12.20
We had reached the restaurant at 9:30 pm, but were denied dine in by your staff.
Reason they told is due to lockdown we are shutting early, and we stay far so we have to go home, all other restaurants were open.

Also there were less people in pizza hut and your staff wanted to wind up early.

I am still outside...

Pizza and cheesy garlic bread

The most unsatisfactory experience i ever had i ordered cheesy garlic bread and they gave me normal garlic bread.THe delivery boy did not even give me oregano and chilli flakes and pizzas are tasteless as there is not salt in the pizzas
I am not at all happy with the pizzas and garlic bread that i ordered.
Very poor service...

Money Deducted and soon after order was cancelled

On the 18th of December, I placed an order on pizza hut, I paid immediately using google pay but soon after the order was cancelled by pizza hut. the amount was successfully paid and till now I did not get any refund.
I contact pizza hut customer care fo the future update they informed us to contact google pay.
then I contacted google pay they informed me that they can't help I need to speak with the bank.
I want my money...

Incomplete order refund

I had placed an order on 11th December ([protected]) via app (nerul store, navi mumbai)the guy bought the pizza after an hour or so and that to incomplete.After 2-3 hours he bought the remaining order which I denied as it was to late (11pm) almost.
I was said my the store manager on the phone and the delivery guy that we will initiate a refund.I don't know what is happening.Make sure the refund is been given in next 24 hours, or I will...

Refund required - Money deducted but order not processed

I tried ordering a pizza from pizza hut website using Google Pay UPI transaction id[protected] on may 6th Dec 2020. Whole transaction was successful and my amount of Rs. 733.96/- got deducted from the bank. However, the order did not get placed. And now, all i can see in my Google Pay passbook those transactions are successful. So, should i consider that i've fallen prey to the fraud being done from pizza hut? Refund initiated but not received

I am supposed to receive a refund of Rs. 886.02 from Pizza Hut for order on Dec 5 from the mail id [protected]@gmail.com. When contacted I am told that it is already refunded but I haven't received any. Also, id for payment has been orally shared by your company and as confirmed with my bank, payment is not received. Please find the attachment of a screenshot of my bank statement and do the needful....

I received offer sms with link I ordered via link & it gave option to get delivery at door pay online, so I opted gpay mode made payment successful. But didn't received any confirmation so called pizza hut online no. The representative was poor in communication. They have received my payment but due to technical error store didn't receive order. I ordered for spiced paneer medium on 10Dec at 8:35pm. The pizza received had burnt paneer and onion pieces, not at all appealing, the pizza taste had also spoiled due to this. I never had such an issue with pizzahut orders till date, but was really unhappy yesterday. Made an online order yesterday (07:46 pm, 5 Dec 2020).
Money was debited from account, but i did not receive order confirmation, the store did not receive the order.

The store said that the money will be credited back to my account, and i therefore made a second payment and ordered and ate my pizza.

I know want my money back on the first, unfulfilled order.
