Refund for order placed on 21.05.2021

I placed an order over webpage on pizza hut account after waiting for 2 hr got a call from pizza hut person said over the phone we are unable to deliver the order due to unavailability in your location. and said cancel your order and you will get your refund within 5-7 days . till date i am not getting my refund. when I connect with customer care he said payment already initiate on 25.05.2021. but when i cross check there is no such payment...

Pizza not delivered

My order ID 15015849. I HAD placed a order and estimate time for arrival of pizza @9pm . But it is not delivered yet . I had talk to the store they deliverd the message of dispatch but pizza delivery boy said i havnot got the order yet its 9:27pm...

Poor quality of food

We ordered Pizza today... the delivered food was of very poor quality, bad taste & foul smell. Health Hazard.

On contacting customer care, they arranged a call back from store manager, who was very rude & arrogant...

Poor quality food

We ordered Pizza ... the delivered Pizza was having a bad smell and equally bad in taste... very bad quality and eating made like vomiting...

when we call customer care... they said store manager will call... when store manger called he was rude and not ready to listen anything... according to him this is what they make...

Yesterday I had ordered pizza in your pizza hut app worth rs.915 through debit card, estimated delivery time was displayed and then after few minutes, the track order option disappeared...tried calling your waste unresponsive toll free number...no response at alll...I need a refund immediately!!...

I am complaining about the Pizzas's Quality

Last month, I had ordered two pizzas from the nearby pizzahut. I observed that the pizza contained around 3 to 4 small cubes of paneer only, while the other pizza must contain both corn and cheese, but there were no corns in it. What kind of service is this, in their advertisement they assure us the good service but they give us a bad service....

Bad Taste and stale quality

I ordered my pizza at 5:30 pm and got it at 6 pm . When I ate it, it tasted bad and was stale.
I was disgusted by it as this was a thing which never happened to me .
When I tried to call and complain to pizza hut people.
They didn't respond.
I even gave feedback.
Please help.
I want a replacement or money back....

Hi, i submitted an order no [protected] to Pizza Hut Sec 35 Crown plaza faridabad branch through Zomatao.

My order was accepted by Pizza hut and my Zomatao voilet was also reached at the resturant on time but my order was not prepared and due to curfew zomatao cancelled my order after waiting till 1.30 hours outside the resturant. Also no one is providing any details about order to zomato person...

Poor service and incomplete delivery!

I ordered home delivery from pizza hut using zomato last night from outlet located at DB mall, Gwalior M.P. Order no. [protected] worth almost Rs.1700, the screenshot of order is attached. Pizza hut did not provide any seasoning along with the 2 pizzas ordered. I feel very disappointed as an old regular customer of pizza hut. My family could not enjoy the pizza and it was an awful unsatisfactory experience like never before from pizza hut....

I have placed the order through toll free number of pizza hut, which is not the first time . I ordered with the number many times, but today I got a call from Rajouri Garden Outlet Manager whose no. is [protected] that this area is not in our delivery. told me to cancel your order . Burnt and dry pizza with very less toppings

We are regular pizza customer of pizzahut. But our today's order ( Order no.13599783 From: Baroda - Race Course Rd - [protected]) was unsatisfactory. All the 4 pizzas were burnt and toppings were very dry and less in quantity unlike other days. The photographic evidences are shared.
You would like to make necessary amends so that customers like us don't feel fleeced in these testing times. Hope you will take necessary actions to redress...

Poor customer service

I had ordered pizza from Pizza Hut outlet at stellar mall, hubli
After 2 hours of placing order, the store manager calls and informs that, there are no bikes to deliver the pizza

I had to cance the order..
I made online payment of Rs.620

I want my refund and make sure strict action is taken on store manager...

Took the order and saying can't delivery order I'd:-13712784

I ordered the pizza for delivery and paid online payment, I got the call from pizza boy said we can't delivery come n pick the pizza, after I called customer care they said raised the complaint store person will call n delivery, wait more than 45 min, still not get response, again called customers care they saying store cancelled the delivery, I waited 1 hours .
I need proper answer for this, if they can't delivery why they allowing...
