Today I had Order 2 Medium Non-Veg Pizza(Order NO is[protected] at about 8:50pm (Wakad Branch, Pune), Using official Pizza Hut site. I got the sms from Pizza Hut, it dispatched 9:19pm.I called Pizza Hut Branch at 9:20pm, No one pick up the call. Again 9:25pm I got sms delivered your food and giving his contact details. I called that person for my order. He did not answered my call. My food delivery location is nearby Pizza Hut, it hardly takes 10mins to reach. But delivery boy reached 10pm and Pizza also got cool down. Because of this I cancelled my ordered.

But it spoil our mood and party too. Kids excitement became Zero due to hunger. I was not satisfied with the Behaviour of Pizza hut.

Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.

I went to the pizza hut store and ordered pizza and garlic bread. I felt it was unreasonably overcharged and the person at reception did not give bill. Then he vanished in the kitchen. When I again went there, a man was fighting and the person over there was very rude and arrogant

Today we ordered the veg pizza and for shocking we saw pizza hut people are using the same non veg blades to slice veg pizzas and even more shocking is they have not displayed the license plate they got from BBMP

Pizza arrived 16 minute late than the commit ted time : pizza was not very refreshing and had cooled
.store in charge and order booking staff had very customer in friend ky altitude and lacks efforts to satisfy unhappy customer.

We asked for 50% discount as courtesy towards disservice but they kept arguing and wasted another 40 minutes to make pizza rot. We could not return or cancel order because it was already too late and wr had no time to look for alternate

My Order No 13283310 of Personal Corn & Cheese and Personal Spiced Paneer Pizza along with Pepsi my estimated order time is 1:58 but on location the told now the food has arrived but actual food is not get

I have ordered pizza nd chico volcano through zomato today order no. is [protected]. I have received incomplete product from your kandivali outlet, and ur employee who was looking after this order misbehaved on phone, nd said we are not responsible if incomplete order has been received.
Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action, as such ignorance and unprofessional behavior is not expected from your end.

I had lunch at pizza hut on 23/08/21, they charged me 734/- and then said the UPI didnt work even after the money was deducted from my account. They refused to pay me back, and didnt let me cancel the order as well. They made me pay again, gave me cold pizza and the staff, customer care executive were all extremely rude and told me if the money came in 3 days well and good or else they couldnt do anything to refund my money.

I placed an order today at about 10:14pm (Dombivli branch, ) using the official Pizza Hut site. My order number was 14800458.
My order was confirmed, however, 10 minutes after placing the order, I got a call from an employee telling me that they do not deliver order to my location, and suggested that I order from Zomato or Swiggy.
If the store does not deliver to my location, why did the site show my location as deliverable? It was extremely infuriating and left a bad taste in my mouth. I ended up ordering from another Pizza place.

I did however get notified that my order was "delivered" when infact it was cancelled.

I request you that if your branch employees aren't willing to deliver at a specific location, then please do not show the location deliverable on your site/app. Regardless, I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

We have ordered pizzas from pizza hut Jamshedpur, order no 17704054 whose time of delivery from booking was 3 PM today.
photo attached for reference. its already delayed and neither their is the delivery nor any compliance call from Pizza Hut.

Hope they consider doing a fair business which is related to feelings ordering in 21 century and expecting delivery compliance from an international brand in a good communication city like Jamshedpur.

I tried to place an order on 11 August 2021, but there was no order taken later. The amount of Rs.476.70 towards the order was debited from my account through google pay but no order was placed and till date no refund for the same is done.
I have attached few documents towards it.

I was ordering from pizza hut at 8:20 pm IST on 13th August, 2021. My money was deducted but the payment failed and order was not placed. As the order was not placed, I want a full refund. I have also submitted my feedback at (https://in.pizzahut.io/landing/?id=feedback-form) and the feedback id is 116162.

I m not satisfied your food food quality is bad sach a bad product

Ordered pizza at 8:23 pm on 11 August. Waited till 9:23 pm and we have to come self to enquire about the order. No phone no. Was attended by the centre. Kids excitement became zero. Due to hunger.

Yesterday, Sun 08 Aug 2021 ordered a pizza and sides at 6:26 p.m. from PH Fort outlet Mumbai (near CST Main Rly station) thru Swiggy. Till 8:00 p.m. they did not even deliver the order to the Swiggy delivery person, nor were they contactable. The PH no. provided on the Swiggy app was giving a wrong number message. Also came to know from the Swiggy delivery person that apart from him, there were 10 other people waiting outside and no staff had come out to even address their problem. So no way to get thru. Ultimately cancelled the order.
If this type of attitude is displayed by an international chain its disastrous to the brand as people have alternatives and ultimately your business will crash. Ultimately your choice to look into the matter and pull up the branch people or not.

First time I was not satisfied with your food and services also.there was not sufficient people for servicing. Lot's of time west for the waiting for chili flakes, Oregano and Tomato catch-up. I was ordered fantastic 4 pizza and 3 choco Sundays. Your person is giving me 4 pizza at same time on the table. How can we eat 4 pizza same time. Other pizzas are cold. And there was not a proper AC cooling. To much hotness was there my friends are also said what is this.
I was given 650/- rupees but totally not satisfied.

Pls take a action regarding this and give me refund for this

I placed an order today ie. Aug 3, 2021 at 11:53 through the Pizza Hut app,
Order no 12326161 and got the confirmation of the order on my mil [protected]@gmail.com.
On tracking the order on app it was showing the the food will be delivered at 1 pm and on checking the app at around 1:05 it showing that it is being packed.
At 1:18 i tried reaching the prashant vihar centre at phone no available on your mail,[protected] but the number is no more working, also the toll free number[protected].
None of the numbers were working and then after waiting till 1:45 pm< i sent my office boy to find out the status.
it was shocking to know that order was not even placed and surprisingly neither there was any call/mail/message from your side.
we had a celebration for which around 10 people had gathered and now we are left with nothing to celebrate.
It is highly disappointing to see the services of such a well known reputed company which is liked by all doing such like blunder. I have cancelled the order and dont wish to ever order again with Pizza Hut.

Ordered a pizza from pizzahut on satuday 31st July at 1.40 pm.. was promised a delivery by 2.10 pm but it came at 2.45 pm and that too it was presented in a very unhygienic and poor condition. Considering this time of covid where all food brands are going out of their way to ensure a safe and hygienic preparation and presentation of their food, was shocked to see the unprofessional approach of pizzahut and deeply hurt being a loyal customer of the chain.

I have ordered pizza today from pizza hut but my order was not acknowledged but amount was deducted from Razor pay phone pay. I would need justification for this and i want my amount to refunded as soon as possible

I paid for a garlic dip that I never received and when I asked the driver he said he didn’t have it and to complain directly to Pizza Hut. I received all the other products except for the TX garlic dip that I paid for. I have the receipt.
I want either the product or a refund. Thank you!
