I didnt know that how this platefrom works however I want to raise a complain here. on 2nd march 2022, I ordered pizza online through the website. the pizza store located at Bellandur and order id is 12317741. in next one hour, I didnt get any call or sms however after 45 min, the delivery guy sms me that location is more then 10 km . I was waiting for a call from store or customer care to inform me about that however, I didnt get. I called two times in customer care and asked updates and they said that they will call me back and again I didnt get call. as a customer, its really disappointed ( waiting for my dinner and didnt get).
here, I want to raise a complain against store manager Sher and looking for solution.

I ordered Pizza from Pizza Hut through ZOMATO app on 19th Feb 2022 order number [protected] I received stale food smelling. I ate one piece. It make me sick and I got food poisoning from it. I am still on medication since 19th Feb today it is 2nd March. Food from Pizza Hut made me really really very sick. Health and financial loss incurred and Pizza Hut claims the credibility of the famous Outlet brand of pizza great

Details given by customer at the time of billing is not safe there. I have shared my contact details for billing but my contact number was shared by some one else by the staff member of pizza hut.

I am the regular customer of Pizza hut. Contact Number given at the time of payment is not save. My contact number is shared by one of the employee there. Its not safe there to give our contact details.

Pizza hut outlet in db city mall bhopal india has refused to serve friday unlimited pizza offer by giving bogus reasons like stock is not there and machine is broken this is not a one time incident has happened to me twice they arent serving unlimited offer properly

Pizza Hut, Prithvi Tower, G-167, Devi Pukhuri Road, Tinsukia-786125 announced Inaugural Offer of Flat Rs150/- (min order Rs500/-) with coupon code "HUTNEW", which was actually a fraudulent promotional stunt to draw footfalls on the inaugural day. I call it fraudulent because I could'nt find any means where this offer could have been availed on 21st Feb'22; i tried it in your toll free no([protected]) at first where i was told that the offer would be available only at the newly opened outlet; my house is in the neighbourhood locality so i visited the outlet, placed the order and asked for using the promo code that i got in the Flier circulated by your Team perhaps in the tele print media( Assam Tribune daily newspaper) where to my utter surprise the outlet manager named "Nazrul" told me that it's possible only in online bookings, so i tried it infront of the Manager but the coupon code option wasn't active and your Store Manager was absolutely clueless and showed negligible interest in attending to my queries. His attitude was so indifferent and arrogant at that point of time that i preferred to move away from your newly opened Pizza Hut outlet without any order booking. I don't know if the matter (non functionality of coupon code) even reported to the concerned authority and i wonder how come Pizza Hut even run such a fraudulent promotion in such a big way??? Also, how can Pizza Hut appoint person like Nazrul as a Store Manager, who seemed to lack customer handling basics, precisely poor behavioural ethics ??? Having said so, i expect Pizza Hut to come up with a genuine APOLOGY in the same tele print media(Assam Tribune) through which the fake inaugural coupon code promotion was carried out.

The delivery guy never delivered the garlic breadsticks.
Once I contacted the store, the person on call didn't offer a refund or ask the delivery guy to deliver them, but simply said 'ask for an extra one next time' and cut the call. Didn't even give his name.

I had ordered a pizza a few months ago which had really less toppings.
I have ordered a pizza from your site today at around 8:50pm. My order no. Is "Order #18770774" pls make sure the problem doesn't take place in this order too.
Me and my family have loved your pizzas but if this problem continues to persist we might have to order from somewhere else.

I placed an order of Rs 923. Order Number[protected] on 10th feb. As the unit wasnt operation order was cancelled.And i hadnt received any refund yet. it has been more than a week. Hope you resolve my matter.

I had ordered pizza for take away on 14th Feb 2022. I have received the confirmation mail as well. After that I was tracking my order. After 20 minutes, a message popped saying that my order is ready for pick up. But once my husband reached the Pizza Hut, they said that our order has been cancelled due to the non availability of pizza base.

Waited 2 hours after placing order number 16152144 and 16655400 on 4th February with pizzahut expecting the delivery and realized that no dispatched happened happened ever for above orders, only false updates were displayed on the status.

I was assured that within 72 hours refund will be processed in the original payment method.

Haven't received any refund even after 9 days, Pizzahut customer care team is not cooperating to escalate this matter neither they are refunding the money.

I have visited the store at Nacharam branch hyd on Feb 2 2022,

Pizza hut team done wrong transaction instead of 364 rs they did 3640 rs.

They are not even responding to me
Please help me out

I was visiting your outlet nearby my resident.

I am a non- veg eater, but I don't consume halal food
I asked at the service counter if they have non- halal chicken

They said they don't have other options.
I walked right way out of the outlet.
I felt segregated against my food habits.
As a food industry running in a country like India, so diverse in its nature.
You chose to please only a certain section of food habit, while being ignorant of others.

As an Indian Citizen I am deeply hurt by your Kashmir -Pakistan social media post on 5th Feb 2022.
A food industry who has 420 in India, posts such nonsense things in today's modern world is disheartening. As a Indian Citizen I demand a immediate apology and a promise to not post such sentiment hurting quotes again.

I am regular customer of piza hut..
On 6-2-22 i went to piza counter at alphaone amritsar and ordered piza...
When i placed order i said the boy that i wrongly said 4 pizza i want 2.. Til the time payment was nt done and he was just getting my order...
I said its 972... I said pls change my order to 2 pizza but he said its not our policy and if i refuse to accept then they will have to pay from their pocket or they can loose their job???
He also said tht its wrong policy of company but hes helpless...
Is that the policy of pizza hut to force customers to pay if they said something wrongly even when the order was not placed because i dint paid him???
And before my payment how the oder was placed??
So at that time just bcs the guy named parul dont loose his job i paid...
But i dont think its fair for cutomers...

Today I ordered one Pizza from pizza hut and order number is 15601693. I put my address with pincode and after filling out all the information then it took me payment gateway section there I paid 371.7 Rs. from Phone Pay and transaction was successful with Transaction ID: T2202062143170701504468. After completion of transaction I got SMS with order confirmation and then after some time I got SMS again with "order number 15601693 has been dispatched from Pizza Hut." And after some time more than 30 min they called me and due to technical issue they cancel my order and they confirmed that my amount would be credited back to my account in 2-3 days. According to my knowledge they are doing frequently with customer. If we think wisely it looks very big fraud Pizza hut doing with customer and government it looks they are holding customers money for 2-3 days and rolling customer money with other some business and making money.

So Sir my concern please do not think for only customer if they are doing with 10 lakhs or more customers how big money they are holding per day and where Pizza hut using these big amount.

I have orderedd a Garlic Bread from Pizza Hut using my Swuggy App.

What is the use Pizza Hut!!!
Why should I pay my money and eat a cold food and you do not even deliver within the time.

here in the chat it says, running behind schedule. Why dont you put a discalimer like that earlier.

2 days back the same I ordered from Dominos Pizza for the same food.
It came in just 20 mins.

Mostttt worstttt pizzzaaaa ever...i mean i feel like i wasted my money rs 300 on momo mia pizza veg...it was really disgusting and ...never going to eat here ever i means like name it doesn't has any taste...totally worthless of spending money in it...even i can make better pizza at home...worsttttt

I refer to my Pizza Hut Order No. 17511603 placed on Jan. 18, 2022 for a pizza. I paid the money in advance by online from my debit card.
The order was supposed to be delivered by 7.22 PM on Jan. 18, 2022 by the Keston Road Branch of Trivandrum.
But my order was not delivered.
And my money is also not refunded by Pizza Hut India till date (Feb. 01, 2022).
I want Pizza Hut India to refund my money without further delay.
