Dear pizza hut,
I am saandeep daas resident of navi mumbai. On 17th october 2019, i ordered pizza from "pizza hut app". I paid the money through mobile upi. The total amount of order was rs 414.75. The money got deducted from my bank account but no oder id was generated from the pizza hut app and didn't recieved any message from pizza hut that my order has been placed.

I ordered combo of 2 medium pizza worth of 723 rs. What was delivered to us was a bread painted with tomato sauce and not even little bit of cheese. This is not one time experience, everytime i have ordered their will be no cheese, veg or non veg. This is the worst place to order pizza. Low quality, i should say if any survey conducted customer satisfaction will be 0. Not at all worth the money...

We ordered chicken pepperoni pizza which i usually have.. After taking a bite we were about to puke as the chicken pepperoni was smelling sooo bad and it was not chicken at all!! We even asked the waiters to taste but they didn't.. They only gave excuses as they already knew it was not chicken!! And i doubt pizza hut in its purity now!! And i am going to spread it as much as possible!!...

We never got a call we called again an executive name shrinivasan picked up the call he was laughing at the situation and said he is getting no response on store manager...

I ordered pizza and pepsi from zomato to pizza hut on 12 september at 10:07pm
Order is placed and verification code is received on my number. Made online payment through net banking. Payment done successfully but didn't delivered order.
I then called the pizza hut several times and they said order was dispatched 30 minutes ago but didn't delivered to me.

Hi ordered pizza from pizza hut in bhopal ...I was so disappointed by the delivery and the order ... the pizza was delivered in a spillited, cold nd in a very bad condition... We had a dine out at ur pizza hut and had to wait for more than an hour to get ou4 orders that was placed, inb/w the executive gave us a complimentary drink cos of the wait time and also told us that the pizza got burnt and he has to make a new one. In menu they are writing rs.199 classic corn pizza medium n they are billing rs. 295 their menu is tricky n they r cheater. Our advise is never visit or order from pizza hut.

Hi,
I thought pizza hut is the place for the a great taste of pizzas and beverages and provide the best pizzas in town for customer satisfaction to make it outstanding than other pizza joints.
But yesterday evening i got very bad experience with the food quality, overcooked pizzas were served/delivered and outlet manager not agree to accept the mistake and refuse to take a complaint.

The pizza was delivered to me after more than 1hr and that too it was cold it was not at all eatable because the quality was poor.
I don't understand why they promise to deliver and serve within 30 mins when then can't even serve in 1 hr. Why they take orders.
I am very dissatisfied with their services and will not think of any further orders.

I had ordered for a plain margherita pizza from your branch located at the Hub Mall in Goregaon East on 7th august, 2019 at 10:45 pm through Swiggy. However, I received. pepperoni pizza and my parents only realised later that it was a non veg pizza and had already had a slice. I ordered dinner (3 pizzas) today at around 8.10pm. The order was supposed to be delivered from the Banjara Hills road no. 12, Hyderabad outlet. It is over 2hours now and I have made several calls to check if the order was accepted and is being delivered. The call center confirmed that the order was on the way and they will get the concerned outlet to call but nothing! I am surprised at the lack of professionalism and apathy towards a customer....

1. On 03 aug 19, around 2100hrs, i purchased food to go from pizza hut. New bel road, bangalore.

I had paid my bill through phonepe and the amount was deducted from my bank account but the pizza hut employees refused about the payment and i had to pay through cash the amount was deducted from my bank the amount was rs 1151/- i had to pay this amount through casg although it was successful through phonepe.
