I ordered pizzas today by pizza hut android app in gurgaon sector 38, i had a very worst experience today on my first attempt to order pizza money got deducted from my paytm wallet but the order was unsuccessful due to technical error, then after contacting customer care they told me that money will be refunded in 3 to 4 working days, so i placed my order again with cash on delivery option and paid cash to the delivery boy.

Second and important issue :
My order was delivered on time by the delivery boy, but pizzas wasn't cooked properly it was a completely tasteless pizza i ordered the cheese stuffed crust pizza, but the cheese im pizza was very hard not at all melted pizza wasn't baked at the required temperature and the garlic bread were also cold like they are baked 2 hours ago and tasteless too, i am a regular customer at ansal plaza gurgaon pizza hut store but i never had this worst experience with pizza hut before nor in this or any other store.

Complaint

Stale and sparse toppings and cheese. Felt as if am eating one of those re-heated, box pizzas. Not at all fresh .
Overcooked and burnt

On 30th June 2020, we have ordered two Pizzas and creamy Garlic bread from Pizza Hut through Swiggy but when we opened the boxes we were very disappointed as instead of Creamy Garlic bread company has provided us thick bread with cheese fried in lots of oil. We absolutely couldn't eat that.

Immediately we tried to complain the same on company's complaint portal but I think that portal is only for irritating the customer and even after trying again and again, we could not submit our complaint.

I attach herewith the pic of Creamy Garlic bread which we have ordered and also the stuff which we received.

I request you to kindly look into the matter.

I had placed an order through pizzahut online on 24.06.2020 (Order reference #[protected] and made the payment of rs 734/- through paytm, but it was not delivered since the nearest outlet in sector 110 market closed by the time order was forwarded to them through online. I immediately contacted the outlet and they confirmed that they have not received any such order. I shared the screenshot (Attached with the complaint) of the order as well to them.
I was told that this order was not received and that the amount will be refunded within 1-2 days time. But i have not received the refund till today.
Request the concerns to look into and arrange for the refund of rs 734/- immediately.

I am trying to log an online complaint on pizzahut site but the site is showing error.

I ordered a pizza via online website in pizza hut, nallagandla, hyderabad. However, order was not successful even though money was deducted.

I did call the customer care with no avail other than suggesting it will refunded.

An amount of inr 576.46 has to be refunded which has not happened till now.

Please provide the invoice copy of my order dated 14 feb 2020 at around 9:36 pm. The location ordered form is food court, wordmark 1, aerocity, new delhi - 110037.

I ordered triple treat box on 20th june with order#14004156. Firstly, delivery boy forgot to bring garlic bread which was the part of order. Delivered pizza was not maintained by correct temperature and delivery boy agreed with that. As he had to deliver pending garlic bread, he asked us to wait and he will bring a new pizza. New pizza was with correct temperature but cheese was raw and unbaked (In all supplied pizzas). Attaching images too. Crust for both pizza and garlic bread was super dry and we had to leave the corners too. Now while submitting the complaints on company's website, error is coming repeatedly, seems company doesn't want to listen customer's complaints. Pathetic food quality and service.

I had ordered 4 pizzas of which 2 personal pizza were upgraded to cheese burst but i was cheated even though the site was kept to veg only and the order given for vegetarian pizzas i was delivered sausages (Cow meat, beef) and my religion was exploited. After consuming a bite we noticed this is not the cheese burst we eat and when saw inside discovered we were cheated by pizza hut. We were not even returned the amount charged from us for hurting the sentiments of our own religion via pizza hut.

Even on bill it displays my order is veg, make a note of this as this seems to be a direct attack on my religion.

I ordered online pizza hut on 21st may 2020, for this I paid already. But they mailed me couldn't deliver and assured me to refund paid amnt with in 1st June 2020.But I didn't receive amnt till now.

On 14 june i placed an order of pizza from website costing rs. 260.39. The payment was made through google pay. After ordering i didn't recieve any message or mail regarding order. But the online payment amount was deducted. I want my amount to be refunded as soon as possible. There is no information on your website's contact us page.

I placed an order#13155603 on 30th may 2020 from kasarvadavali, thane west, 400615, and order got placed for navi mumbai. I received the confirmation call from navi mumbai that order will be cancelled. Instead i got message for order out for delivery and also feedback message. I never received any order, and when i confirmed the person he said it will be cancelled but the is the process. We have to mark it out for delivery and then only we can cancel. This i never expected from a joint like pizza hut..

I ordered Pizza from Pizza hut as a part of its 45% discount scheme. I chose ASAP scheme, however its been more than 30 hours, i have not heard back from Pizza hut neither got the delivery. I havent yet received an acknowledgement as well.

I tried calling customer care number but to no avail.

The payment INR 733.96 was made to Pizzahut.[protected]@axisbank (UPI Ref[protected].

Its so surprising that Pizza Hut doesnt have a customer care that works. Can you please look into this at the earliest.

Yesterday at 4:30 pm i placed an order of pizza and a garlic bread for me, i paid the required amount and got mail from my bank of money deduction but did not received any order confirmation mail.
I was patient and waited 2 hours and i realized that it was more than 6 in the evening and then i tried calling them. Their application 'pizza hut india' has no navigation button to check or trace the order you have placed and none of their customer service numbers are working. Its so frustrating.
When pizza hut cant handle bulk orders they should not accept the orders.
I am never going to order from them, i need my money back.

Money was not taken up by pizzahut and the store is closed

So i request you to refund my money back..

On tue, may 19, i book 2 pizzas from the online site to deliver to my premises. But while confirming the booking and while processing payments, the payment got deducted and the order booking failed. I found no place to lodge the complain in pizza hut site. Only what i done is lodge the complaint to the payment processing site and a ticket is raised with no : 2982248 which was expected to resolve with 8 hours. But i got no response from them. I want an immediate solution and get my money back to my account.

The order (No.:[protected] was placed on 8th may 2020. The total was rs. 660.
The amount was debited but the order was cancelled by pizzahut shortly after deducting the money saying that the facility is not available in our area.

No information has been provided as to when the money will be refunded. Kindly provide details as to when the amount will be returned.

Hi. We ordered delivery from the pizzahut store in sahakara nagar, bangalore. Here is my order detail:

By far the worst we've ever had - cold pizzas - the stuffed crust felt it was stuffed with dough. Spicy garlic bread - not spicy even by a child's standards, hard, cold, hardly any chillies on it - pathetic. And pizza hut garlic bread was one of the best at one time! Beverages; not cold. Try having an aerated at room temp, its lousy.
Post eating this meal; we ordered dominoes since no one left happy! Dominoes was hot and fresh and sumptuous!
