Hello,
I have been ordering home delivery services from pizza hut.
From last two times i face a problem where they don't provide the beverages, instead they tell you to remove the amount and pay for the balance bill, which is fair. But the second time we had ordered a "meal for 4" hence the amount of the beverages were not included in the bill.

The meal costed around 733 including taxes and the delivery boy asked...

I placed the order, order number 4749477, dwarka, got confirmation by email. Not delivered. Gave ring on 3988 3988 and also on mobile number [protected]. Was assured for delivery immediately from sector-5 pizza hut. Kept waiting again for over one hour. Total mood spoiled. Copy of confirmation of order is as under.

I found worms in the garlic bread. They had been baked with the bread. It is pathetic, saw them in the end, must have eaten so many. When I called to complain, I was told the concerned store manager will call me within 5 minutes. It's been over 30min and no one has called yet.
Never order from Pizza Hut you never know what Rotten you will be served!...

I would like to share the order no. Or bill no. With the company because the gwalior pizza hut store is not appropriate with the customers. They are not good with the language. Stop doing this 30 min delivery promises because my delivery tooks 50 mins and pizza got cold as well. Please look after my complaint. My order no. #4253855. They also said do whatever you do. I also gave the feedback and no one reply on that either....

Ordered pizza on 12 jan 2019, 11:21 am from the pizza hut website and paid by sbi net banking. The payment was deducted from my account but the website did not redirect and the order was not placed. Tried calling the phone number of the pizza hut nearby but no one picked up. Requesting a refund as soon as possible.

I had ordered on 28 december 2018 but the order was not placed and amount was deducted (Rs556.50). No refund was issued to my account and the pizza hut outlet is refusing to refund by saying the refund had been done on 31 december 2018 while there no such record in my bank statement and neither any updation even though i also went to thebank.

Pizza quality is too bad and amount of cheese and toppings are very less and pizza is too salty and not able to eat. I can't believe that this pizza is from pizza hut and size of bread is too big and overall my money is waste to order pizza from pizza hut. It's really rediculous and one more thing is that pizza is cool and me and my family can't eat that pizza so that's why i say my money is wasted to order pizza from pizza hut...

I am very very old customer of pizza hut and my first choice is white gravy musroom pizza but... Yesterday i was there in malviya nagar, jaipur. It was very very bad experience they bring pizza in kind of plate and looks like it was burned although i have complaint once but...
