Hi Team,
I am really disappointed with your service I placed the ordered at 9pm and was delivered to me after half n hour that is almost between 10:15 to 10:20 also the delivery boy was without Pizza Hut bag and was carrying and delivering pizza from local plastic bag.I asked for ID however delivery boy was not carrying ID with him. Pizza was not fresh and hot was not good in taste.Pathetic service I ever experienced. Unsatisfied with the pizza team.Taste and service. Very bad truly very bad. Humble request to you guys please refund the amount as earliest as possible.

    I visited along with my Son at Thakur Villege centre at @10 PM
    There were many empty tables 10/12 in nos. unfortunately all of them were not cleaned even though customers finished their meals and left.
    I have even approached one staff member and requested him about providing seating place but he repeatedly ignored me even was not bothered to listen as well as respond.
    Finally I found one table and tried to occupy however Mr. Khan who was managing counter activities came forward and rudely said “ Yaha pe mat betho” don’t seat here . I was surprised and got quite disturbed and replied him why I can’t seat here . He replied me in rude tone that some hanging light cable issue and there are many tables you seat their .
    I asked him show me the single table which is clear after leftovers from previous table.
    Then he replied rudely and indecent manner.
    I called the person whom I was approaching to arrange for seat who he was ignoring my request.
    He also accepted it and apologise me however Mr. Khan was continued to be rude.
    I am surprised to see such a rude and indecent behaviour of Mr.Khan who doesn’t deserve any quality of customer centricity is working under Pizza Hut .

      I went to your outlet pizza hut DB mall Bhopal when it's come to bill we have two coupons from Bank each coupon held 500 rupees each we have 2 coupons when your service provider summit our bill to your data we give them coupons redeem and your provider apply the only 1 coupon and miss placed other coupon and aggressive route behaviour with customer

        Hi,

        I have ordered four pizzas on the offer one on one but i received only 2 pizzas. While contacting the store they said it was offer like you will get 1 pizza for less price. Even my bill was showing 4 pizzas but still they do not help. Moreover i have not asked to order mushroom toppings but it was added which was a waste for us.

        Will look into this since you are such a big global brand. We would not expect this from you.

          I am totally glad for your service .
          Agra, tajganj, pizza hut. I'm ordering for One garlic bread. Order will be delivered 30min. And without Bill for paper wrapping to be deliver. In 20meter distance. I'm totally hungry and 30min waiting for garlic bread. So. Order will be received a dolly mam. and deliver a housekeeper. What a pizza hut standard.
          First time I'm shocking they have no deliver boy. And garlic bread will be take envople. Wow. I'm told a housekeeper. It's a deliver standard. Housekeeper tell him it's a standard. OK not big issue. Open a envelope didn't seen a bill. I'm warning a housekeeper. I'll not accepting a this order. So housekeeper told him. Machine aren't working. I'm saying you have take a manual bill. Housekeeper call a mam. Housekeeper go a pizza hut and repack a garlic bread with box including a cheesey dip. Wow first of all I'm not order a chessy dip. It's take like (lollipop). Housekeeper come and again open a box. Without a bill. I'm totally shocked . What a manager. Again warning him. I'm not a pay this garlic bread. Because why should not to be take a bill. Again went to pizza hut and bill we take other person. Will we sit in pizza hut. It's a dine in bill. So it's a worst experience.

            They only telling that the tilak nager branch will call you back & with 10 min you will get your order, but again same thing i didn't get my order and any call,

            The pizza jamuntini and lemonade ordered at Phoenix mall kurta was awesome after visiting kurta and the great experience we visited Kalyan branch and had the worst taste ever the jamuntini was literally worst and so the other food.
            I want my refund of the money 732 rupees
            The food ordered at kurla was expensive but worth it and in Kalyan was worst

              Dear Sir/Madam

              This is with regards to an extremely horrible experience I had with respect to my delivery of pizza through the pizza hut app.I had placed my order around 818 pm.It's 1015 pm now and my order is still not delivered.
              The sequence of events is as follows:
              1.I had placed an order through the app
              2.I received a confirmation email and a text message with the delivery time mentioned as 848pm
              3.I checked the status again around 9 pm and the status was shown as order prepared.
              4.i waited for half an hour more and then tried searching for any contact numbers of the store
              All the numbers were unreachable or not in service.
              5.Finally I received the order after 2 hours after multiple communications with the store..
              The pizzas delivered were half baked and not at all upto the mark
              The entire experience has been utterly disappointing and frustrating I request a full refund for this inconvenience.

                    While paying for the order at pizza hut (Ambience mall gurgaon) store of amount rs 1226 my money got deducted from my account but the person standing at the counter told me that the system didn't receive the money so i paid with the different debit card. Therefore the money i paid was twice and still i did not get the refund for the money which was deducted for failed transaction.

                      On 27 may 2019, we have ordered pizza from pizza hut ajmer, rajasthan near miraj mall. The cheeze on it instead of mozzarella tasted like mayonnaise. I called the manager but he confirmed that in magic pizza they use mayonnaise whereas the ads online doesn't show the same. So either of them is giving misleading information. Please revert on this asap else will have to mail the main branch and authorities.

                          I am regular customer off pizza hut which is located at bhagalpur near medical college tilka mannheim chowk bihar 812001.. Some off your staffs don’t behave properly with customer.. Yesterday i on 25/5/2019 when i was dining pizza there and some pizza was left so i asked them to pack that then they refused to that.. And when i asked them why they are doing like this then their manager mr kapil and some off his staffs started abusing me.. Whereas earlier before kapil there was another manager there who was so polite but this new manager mr kapil don’t know how to behave with the customer.. When i told them that i will go to the court then they said that go wherever you want you can’t do do anything to us..
                          So i want you to take some strict action against them otherwise i will go to consumer forum.. So it’s my request you to take some action against them as soon as possible..

                          Ordered pizza for my children on 8th Jan @8:32 pmorder number 8471935. My ordered showed adelivered but it wasn't delivered. We called Pizza Hut online thrice to be misled to say our order is on the way. At 10:00 pm we called again to be told that our order is cancelled and we will get a refund in 2 days. Worst service ever.

                              Yesterday we went to pizza hut in mathura (Uttar pradesh) at highway plaza... We sat there for 20 minutes and no one came for our service... We approached counter and then they sent their boy... He gave us the menu and went... We again went to counter for the service... And they sent the same boy again and we ordered 3 pizzas... We sat there for 1 hour and then also didn't get the order... On further enquiry we got to know the order was not placed... When order was finally placed we got the wrong pizza.. We ordered country feast and we got veggie feast, we went to counter and there was a huge crowd and no one was there. Then we got one more ordered pizza which was very hard and we were unable to chew. It was a ridiculous service. Kindly do the needfull

                                I placed an order for pizzas and choco lava cakes on 7th may, 2019 and my order no. Was 7024267. Payment was done online through debit card. My order got cancelled and i didn't yet received any refund. Its a week now. I even tried calling in order to know the status of the same but they never receive the call. Really disappointed by your service and it seeme like you are not much concerned regarding the welfare of the customers.

                                    I reside in Powai, Mumbai. We ordered 2 medium pizzas on 12th May (evening at around 9:45pm) through the online system Pizza (order no. 7249691) with 'payment on delivery' option. We got a confirmation that the order has been accepted and that the pizza is being prepared. Our nearest pizza hut store is in 'Delphi building' located in Hiranandani Gardens. After waiting for more than an hour we tried to call this store on the phone no. given on their website[protected]. But we were informed that this is an invalid phone no. Then we called up the customer care on[protected] times. On the first call, we were told that the pizza is on the way and would reach with in 5 mts (which never happened). On the second call we were told the store has been contacted and the store will contact us in the next 10 mts. On the 3rd call, we were again told that store will call in the next few mts, which never happened. On the 4th call, we were asked if I could hold and then after holding for 10 mts, I had to hang up . On the 5th call there was a message that said the working hours were over etc.. The same thing happened on the 6th and 7th call.
                                    Finally, we did not get any pizza.

                                    This morning, I got another message from Pizza hut which said our order has been cancelled!

                                    This is frustrating. Can there be a bigger harassment of a customer than this? AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IT HAS HAPPENED. It has happened at least 2 times earlier also.

                                    I am not sure if you are going to take any action against those responsibile for this harassment. But I thought it is my duty to inform the higher ups because all this is bringing a bad name to Pizza hut. Already its reputation has gone down in our region (people like us are slowly shifting to other brands like Dominos and other local brands) and if action is not taken immediately, the situation will get worse.

                                      On 10th may i ordered for pizza, after half an hour i called pizza hut for my order he said the store will call you back. Then the store from andheri tandon mall, i got a call of rajendra he said ur order is take away i said i can't come can u please deliver. He was very very rude he doesn't have any sense to talk to the customers i said make it delivered he said we don't deliver in that area. Then i said give me refund he said not possible started arguing with was talking bro rudely, very bad services. He said i'll mail for complaint ull get refund mail in two days. Now it's been 3 days i haven't got any mail from pizza hut. It's so bad bro negative experience my money got wasted. Anyhow i want my refund. Why should i pay for it when i didn't consume any pizza. I wanna complaint against the services and the rude behaviour of the executive. He doesn't know what to do so shameless. I have the bill also i[censored] want i can submit. My mail id - [protected]@gmail.com, name - shikha gujar, order no - 7117689, i want the refund anyhow kindly do the needful. And for first time i ordered pizza from pizza hut and this is what have got so bad, pathetic and so disappointing.
