Despite having accepted the order and payment, my ordered stuff has been refused to deliver. Person called me from phone no.[protected] wanted me to pick it up from outlet. Hi,

On yesterday I made an online order yesterday (04:16 pm, 19 August 2020).of amount of Rs 513.46/-

Money was debited from my Bank account, but i did not receive order confirmation, neither the store receive my order.

I did call the customer care with no avail other than suggesting it will refunded.

The store said that the money will be credited back to my account, and i therefore...

Amount not refunded as order has not generated on Pizza hut

late delivery, compromised food quality, poor customer support

I ordered a combo on 14th aug around 12.30 pm and 1) my order came after 65-70 mins.
2) my order was wet due to rain.
3) the garlic bread and the pizza were soggy, tastless and clearly of inferior quality not matching pizza hut standards.

unauthorised usage of voucher by pizza hut

I have used my reward pizza hut outlet at kharghar voucher, out of two voucher only single voucher is used however to entry voucher i have given my mobile to pizza hut staff and order placed. Yesterday i had again visited the pizza hut but it is come to know that second voucher has insufficient funds. It was shocking for me we never used second voucher sharing both the voucher details. Had ordered chicken supreme pizza with garlic bread sticks in 2 orders on 31/7/2020
The pizzas were cold and of very bad quality with stale chicken pieces
We had to throw away the pizzas

And one order of garlic breadsticks was undelivered

This was ordered through zomato from pizza hut, kirti nagar, new delhi
Inspire of following up with the store nothing was done

horrible pizza quality and taste

I had ordered two pizzas from the restaurant at kalyani nagar pune. The quality of the pizzas was extremely poor. It lacked flavor and taste. I really regretted paying such an exorbitant amount for just some mozzarella on a loaf of bread. Bad customer experience

Hi Team

I placed an order with pizza hut and had a bad experience with call centre and getting my order. Person name Ashish straight away denied to transfer my call to supervisor and I had to beg to 4 employee to get my order or refund, Bad customer experienced.

This is not expected from Pizza hut...

fraud order taken by pizza hut

Dear team,
Pizza hut has been taken my order then told us that they will not able to deliver my order, pizza hut store is at fc road pune.
And they are going to refund my money.

I have only 600 in my account n then i placed order n now pizza hut going to refund my money at will take 2 to 3 days for credit in bank so till time i have no food for eating so how i will survive please take action......

Sir I have made an order on pizza hut app for 2 medium size pizza at 11 AM on 4th July 2020. The amount of 597₹ got deducted from my account but my order got cancelled please help me with the refund as I’m not able to coordinate with pizza hut.

I tried to contact them but they are saying you contact your bank I did transaction at there app so I expect help from them.

Poor cook quality

I ordered pizzas today by pizza hut android app in gurgaon sector 38, i had a very worst experience today on my first attempt to order pizza money got deducted from my paytm wallet but the order was unsuccessful due to technical error, then after contacting customer care they told me that money will be refunded in 3 to 4 working days, so i placed my order again with cash on delivery option and paid cash to the delivery boy.
