Ordered pizza, but they did not delivered the pizza with in 40 min so that I was cancelled the pizza but I didnt receive any message against cancellation and no body is giving correct information against cancellation.

    We were denied dine in, in pizza hut in R mall branch, Mulund West, Mumbai on 28.12.20
    We had reached the restaurant at 9:30 pm, but were denied dine in by your staff.
    Reason they told is due to lockdown we are shutting early, and we stay far so we have to go home, all other restaurants were open.

    Also there were less people in pizza hut and your staff wanted to wind up early.

    I am still outside pizza hut, they have not yet closed it, but not allowing anyone for dine in.

    Please look into the matter.
    This type of behavior is not acceptable.

        The most unsatisfactory experience i ever had i ordered cheesy garlic bread and they gave me normal garlic bread.THe delivery boy did not even give me oregano and chilli flakes and pizzas are tasteless as there is not salt in the pizzas
        I am not at all happy with the pizzas and garlic bread that i ordered.
        Very poor service

          On the 18th of December, I placed an order on pizza hut, I paid immediately using google pay but soon after the order was cancelled by pizza hut. the amount was successfully paid and till now I did not get any refund.
          I contact pizza hut customer care fo the future update they informed us to contact google pay.
          then I contacted google pay they informed me that they can't help I need to speak with the bank.
          I want my money back. kindly help

            I had placed an order on 11th December ([protected]) via app (nerul store, navi mumbai)the guy bought the pizza after an hour or so and that to incomplete.After 2-3 hours he bought the remaining order which I denied as it was to late (11pm) almost.
            I was said my the store manager on the phone and the delivery guy that we will initiate a refund.I don't know what is happening.Make sure the refund is been given in next 24 hours, or I will just escalate further for the service and false commitments.

              I tried ordering a pizza from pizza hut website using Google Pay UPI transaction id[protected] on may 6th Dec 2020. Whole transaction was successful and my amount of Rs. 733.96/- got deducted from the bank. However, the order did not get placed. And now, all i can see in my Google Pay passbook those transactions are successful. So, should i consider that i've fallen prey to the fraud being done from pizza hut? Since i have neither received any response either from pizza hut or my bank even after 12 days of the failed transaction made. Please let me know if the failed transaction or Rs. 733.96 is going to be refunded or not

                  I am supposed to receive a refund of Rs. 886.02 from Pizza Hut for order on Dec 5 from the mail id [protected]@gmail.com. When contacted I am told that it is already refunded but I haven't received any. Also, id for payment has been orally shared by your company and as confirmed with my bank, payment is not received. Please find the attachment of a screenshot of my bank statement and do the needful.

                      I received offer sms with link I ordered via link & it gave option to get delivery at door pay online, so I opted gpay mode made payment successful. But didn't received any confirmation so called pizza hut online no. The representative was poor in communication. They have received my payment but due to technical error store didn't receive order. So, I asked to do the needful. But he said we will refund in 7-8 days. Whereas I asked for delivery. I ordered because I was having guest at my place. Due to Pizza Hut's technical error I didn't receive my delivery & even my payment is with them for 7-8 days.
                      Full process is at their favor, not at all customer centric.
                      Highly disappointed!

                      No refund
                      No professionalism
                      Worst services.

                        I ordered for spiced paneer medium on 10Dec at 8:35pm. The pizza received had burnt paneer and onion pieces, not at all appealing, the pizza taste had also spoiled due to this. I never had such an issue with pizzahut orders till date, but was really unhappy yesterday. Also had ordered tomato pasta which was highly acidic, it did not have tomato, onion, capsicum pieces, it only had penne pasta with a lot of sauce, I could not eat much as it was very acidic and sour.

                          Made an online order yesterday (07:46 pm, 5 Dec 2020).
                          Money was debited from account, but i did not receive order confirmation, the store did not receive the order.

                          The store said that the money will be credited back to my account, and i therefore made a second payment and ordered and ate my pizza.

                          I know want my money back on the first, unfulfilled order.

After that, I received no further communication from their side and even after my query on that portal asking them about any updates, I didn't get any response.

                            I visited to pizza store in Banaswadi Dhakle, Hobli, Rammurthy Nagar, 560016 bangalore, Major concern is staff person (parveen and other person)told me do not bring outside drink and do not have it here, I told pizza has already ready please allow me to have it here today, next time I will not bring . He was talking rudely and he said yesterday also it was a matter of this u bought from outside because I visited to have pizza one day before too and bought outside drink, my question is if it has not allowed he should have told me that day itself, once I came to know its not allowed I simply said ok . and I do not think its good to allow your customer to go and I came out too with my pizzas and have it at home and he charged 20 rupees for small paper bag. will it be good gesture for pizza hut . I will not prefer to go pizza hut anymore I will get pizza most of the places too. Please take appropriate action .
                            And do u think the pizza was same warm when I reached home obviously no, so all messed up. Morever parveen was like offending
                            And its not because of all this, I am telling seriously the half chicken wings were not tendered.
                            And one strange question I never had experienced before today that in the counter table pizza person first open pizza box, showed the pizza and ask the customer is it fine and then gave. Unfortunately he opened only pizza box not the chicken wings one other wise I have complained about that time itself. And yes they not having onion in stock so they told sorry next time i can give Compliment

                              It’s highly disgusting that Pizza Hut is using mayonnaise instead of cheese and it tastes awfully salty and I’m absolutely gobsmacked the way Pizza Hut is degrading its standards by using cheap products instead of actual one’s.

                                  Instead of giving a downloadable soft copy (pdf), the bill only appears as a body of the email.
                                  This makes it tough to claim from company who only accept downloadable soft copies.

                                    I had a worst experience with pizzahut today. I ordered pizza online they cancelled my order but deducted my money, they did not even mention a message that my order has been cancelled . After that I called customer service and they told me your order has been cancelled due to technical issue and you will receive money in 7 to 8 days, now you book again your order and give money again . why I will give money again . Their service is very dirty, when my order can be cancelled due to technical issue, then why my payment was not cancelled .
                                    I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE... This will be my last experience from PIZZA HUT

                                      I just ordered today 2 pizzas through NetBanking payment mode. As the transaction was being processed and payment made, the app reloded itself and back to the home page.

                                      Money got deducted, but no order or any confirmation was given. I'm in shock that my money got deducted without the expected order processed.
