I received offer sms with link I ordered via link & it gave option to get delivery at door pay online, so I opted gpay mode made payment successful. But didn't received any confirmation so called pizza hut online no. The representative was poor in communication. They have received my payment but due to technical error store didn't receive order. So, I asked to do the needful. But he said we will refund in 7-8 days. Whereas I asked for delivery. I ordered because I was having guest at my place. Due to Pizza Hut's technical error I didn't receive my delivery & even my payment is with them for 7-8 days.
Full process is at their favor, not at all customer centric.
Highly disappointed!

I ordered for spiced paneer medium on 10Dec at 8:35pm. The pizza received had burnt paneer and onion pieces, not at all appealing, the pizza taste had also spoiled due to this. I never had such an issue with pizzahut orders till date, but was really unhappy yesterday. Also had ordered tomato pasta which was highly acidic, it did not have tomato, onion, capsicum pieces, it only had penne pasta with a lot of sauce, I could not eat much as it was very acidic and sour.

Made an online order yesterday (07:46 pm, 5 Dec 2020).
Money was debited from account, but i did not receive order confirmation, the store did not receive the order.

The store said that the money will be credited back to my account, and i therefore made a second payment and ordered and ate my pizza.

I know want my money back on the first, unfulfilled order.

I had submitted a complaint on 7th November and received a response from Pizza Hut on 9th November to tell them details about my problem. After that, I received no further communication from their side and even after my query on that portal asking them about any updates, I didn't get any response.
The guy who took my order after 3 hours had assured me that the order would be free from their side but not only was the money not returned,...

I visited to pizza store in Banaswadi Dhakle, Hobli, Rammurthy Nagar, 560016 bangalore, Major concern is staff person (parveen and other person)told me do not bring outside drink and do not have it here, I told pizza has already ready please allow me to have it here today, next time I will not bring . He was talking rudely and he said yesterday also it was a matter of this u bought from outside because I visited to have pizza one day before too and bought outside drink, my question is if it has not allowed he should have told me that day itself, once I came to know its not allowed I simply said ok . and I do not think its good to allow your customer to go and I came out too with my pizzas and have it at home and he charged 20 rupees for small paper bag. will it be good gesture for pizza hut . I will not prefer to go pizza hut anymore I will get pizza most of the places too. Please take appropriate action .
And do u think the pizza was same warm when I reached home obviously no, so all messed up. Morever parveen was like offending
And its not because of all this, I am telling seriously the half chicken wings were not tendered.
And one strange question I never had experienced before today that in the counter table pizza person first open pizza box, showed the pizza and ask the customer is it fine and then gave. Unfortunately he opened only pizza box not the chicken wings one other wise I have complained about that time itself. And yes they not having onion in stock so they told sorry next time i can give Compliment

It’s highly disgusting that Pizza Hut is using mayonnaise instead of cheese and it tastes awfully salty and I’m absolutely gobsmacked the way Pizza Hut is degrading its standards by using cheap products instead of actual one’s.

Instead of giving a downloadable soft copy (pdf), the bill only appears as a body of the email.
This makes it tough to claim from company who only accept downloadable soft copies.

I had a worst experience with pizzahut today. I ordered pizza online they cancelled my order but deducted my money, they did not even mention a message that my order has been cancelled . After that I called customer service and they told me your order has been cancelled due to technical issue and you will receive money in 7 to 8 days, now you book again your order and give money again . why I will give money again . Their service is very dirty, when my order can be cancelled due to technical issue, then why my payment was not cancelled .
I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE... This will be my last experience from PIZZA HUT

I just ordered today 2 pizzas through NetBanking payment mode. As the transaction was being processed and payment made, the app reloded itself and back to the home page.

Money got deducted, but no order or any confirmation was given. I'm in shock that my money got deducted without the expected order processed.

I want my money back asap

Order was booked online for a take away at Pizza Hut outlet at Park Street Kolkata. However when I reached at the shop for collection I was asked a additional amount of Rs 105. Cost of menu ordered by me was Rs 839 as per receipt received by me through email. However Pizza Hut outlet manager refused to handover my food items till I pay them Rs 944.

Customer care was also contacted twice from the outlet and I even made the outlet manager speak from my phone. This resulted in delay of more than 60 min for collection. Food was completely cold due to delay in delivery of my takeaway. Itmes like cheese garlic bread had to be thrown since they were no longer palatable. Pizzas also become cold.

Further during the Covid pandemic I had to be exposed standing in pizza hut outlet for more than 45 min. The very purpose of contact less delivery and booking online was defeated.

My overall experience has been disappointing.

I ordered for pizza at 8.10 for takeaway and I got assured I will get my puzza with in 15 minutes from your sector 50 outlet, I reached there after 20 minutes and when I reached there the person standing on counter told me I will get my order after 30 minutes I called your customer care and they give me assurance that my order will be arrange with in 5 minutes I waited there for 10 minutes but no call back and no order recived from them and I waited there for almost 45 minutes but the person over there was saying it will be deliver soon but when I ask him for the time he was saying he can't confirm. And when I asked him to confirm he talked very rudly and told me its up to you to take your order or not . I came back from there without getting my order even waiting for 45 to 50 minutes which I think is not acceptable to brand like pizza hut. The place was very crowded lots of people over there without mask even the person taking the ordered was also without mask. I hope you will take appropriate action against it otherwise you will loose your valuable customer.

I had ordered at 8pm yesterday and it was supposed to arrive by 8:30pm. I called the store but they were not picking up. I called the customer care 3 times but they were of no help. After 2 hours, around 10pm, I received a call from Pizza Hut Stellar IT outlet and they finally delivered my order at 10:30pm.
This is very poor service provided by Pizza Hut.

I ordered Pizza from MG Road, Lucknow . It was a take away order . The value of the order was 571 . The Manager took my vouchers of 250 and 100 and he wrongly entered it and then duped us . He illegally took my my money and said that the voucher cannot be entered for more than Rs 100 which was illegal and he forced us to pay extra amount from my credit Card . I have the bill and all details documented . The worst part was he kept us delaying for more than 20 mins at the store on his fault and Pizza was not fresh I reached home . Who is responsible for Rs 350 vouchers that was not actually duped by Pizza hut Manager . Who is responsible for the food I had which was not fresh and I had to throw it . I am taking this to all platform . Let people how Pizza Hut people deal with customers . How arrogantly they deal and dupe customers illegally . Now I am afraid that they might have used by Digital Transcation also illegally . When in front of our eyes he used my coupon wrongly . The Manager can do anything .

Cancelation of order and refund of amount order number 13357768
I had placed an order from nagpur but it was diverted to Kolkata.
I had a conversation with one of your customer care executives who assured cancelation of the order and refund of the amount.

MRP of Mirinda 600 ml bottle is Rs. 35 where has Pizza hut is charging Rs.57 for the same. As per weights and measurement law products cant be sold above MRP.

Ordered on 21st October 2020..
Rs 1592 were deducted from my account and not yet refunded.. Inspite of calling them n reminding them for my refund 2, 4 times...

I paid through UPI but my order didn't get accepted and I got no refund
