My name is prabhat naithani, order pizza from pizza hut but payment got debited from google pay and there was no order placed.
Kindly help me.

I have place an order on 24 september at 13.04 pm . The order gets placed with mohali phase 10 store after making a payment with my HDFC credit card with an amount of Rs 508. The order was not deliverable to me till date. After enquiring several times with your HO customer care and store manager of phase 10 Mr Ravinder, I came to know that the order was not received in their system. Hence they could not be able to deliver me. The order was not shown in the system of your phase 10 store. After this I tried to cancel the order with your HO neither the store nor the HO cancelled the order . Till now I have not got my refund. They have register my complaint No 624352 with the grievances I have faced. I have not received any communication regarding the same neither on my email nor on my registered mobile number [protected].

I will be highly obliged if my order gets cancelled and I get my money back as soon as possible.

I ordered two times for pizza but the service was horrible and customer care department not able to resolve issues.

Few days ago i ordered pizza hut for two pizza with cold drinks bottles.

First they deliver only two pizza and when i called they send one bottle.

When again i called they delivered second bottle.

Today again i paid for my order and after 45 minutes when i called they told me due to some technical issues order can’t delivered.

My payment refund under process and it will take 5-7 days.

I requested you please take serious action against pizza hut india for cheating and mental harassment.

I have placed online order of pizza take away through swiggy and the order no. Is #[protected] at pizza hut located opposite sterling theatre, csmt, mumbai. The order was placed at 8 pm but the food is not prepared even after 90 minutes of waiting, also i tried calling the outlet but a lady employee over there arrogantly refuses to inform about waiting period. That’s a very rude attitude on part of pizza hut and makes us review to ever put any orders for pizza again?
Please look in to it and rectify in better way so that poor pizza hut customers won’t have to suffer again like this.

Hi i have order two pizza with order no. 17195310. It was supposed to deliver by 5.35 pm as per the pizza hut app. It got delivered by 6.30 pm. One hour delay. So many times i called the delivery executive and finally send my location to his number then only it got delivered.. Too frustrating. My guests are waiting and it was a # experience. I paid twice for my pizza order at pizza hut using paytm when i ordered online on 17 sept 2020. I was told by the pizza hut store at the walk - thane that they have cancelled one order so i should be getting a refund in a couple of days. However, it has been 7 days today and there is no refund received yet.

Please give the refund for the order no. #17074252 dated 13-sep-2020 as the pizz. A was not delivered. The payment was made via paytm mobile no. [protected]

I placed an order on 14/sep/2020 at 6:30 pm, entire online order process went smooth until asked for the credit card details and money also deducted as i got the back sms immediately. But for some reason the pizza-hut site reverted back to home page without confirmation the oder-id nor any email confirmation regarding my order details.

So within 5 mins i called pizza hut on[protected] and spoke to mohit and complained about it. He said we can not see your order in our system and nothing can be done. He suggested me to wait for 7 days as the money will be reverted to your card automatically. However; i am not convinced as when i called my back they said it's a authorized online transaction and money is transferred to the merchant.

So i need help here pls. I want the money to be refunded by pizza-hut.

My order no [protected] which has 7 pizza 6 non veg one veg pizza the delivery boy didnt deliver the veg pizza.I verified it right away while taking but he said that pzza hut gave him 6 pizzas only.Even called pizza hut [protected] but not ab;e to connect the pizza hut.If you cant provide proper service and support then why did you gave this support staff.You numbers are not getting connected and alas i had to suffer a loss of not able to give the pizza to my collegues at that point of time.Pathetic service and support.

Hi, i tried to order online. Every time the money was deducted from the credit card (1 time) and the bank account (2 times) but the order was not successful. I got error message unable to process the order. There was the toll-free number in the error message - [protected]. That wasn't reachable either. I need the refund rs.4554.90 (3*1518.30).
Bank debit statements will be provided privately to pizza hut if i can get the email address to mail to.

No conformation mail or call or message received from pizza hut.
Money is gone but i didn't get order..

I ordered a pizza via online website in pizza hut, gurgaon. However, order was not successful even though money was deducted.

I did call the customer care with no avail other than suggesting it will refunded.

An amount of inr 471.46 has to be refunded which has not happened till now. I visited pizza hut but they denied very rudely.

I have ordered the pizza via Pizza Hut app. Amount got deducted from my account but order id not generated. Transaction number generated from Razor Pay is pay_FXmqtfD4h5CgB0 dated 1st Sept 2020.
When I told the same to customer care, they said I will have to pay again if I need pizza and they can't help on this. This is the height o[censored]nprofessionalism . When I asked them to transfer the call to senior, they denied. When I asked for email id to launch my experience, they denied to provide the email id as well.
I think Pizza hut don't care about the customers and their experience.
I will lose Rs.555.46 but pizza hut will now lose some associated and loyal customers.

On 23-Aug-2020 I ordered pizza through pizza hut mobile app. Order no is 19359119. Within 30 minutes I received a SMS from pizza hut that my order is delivered. I called to check with the store and they told me Pizza Hut has issues with their online order software so message was sent by mistake and my order will be delivered within half-hour. I keep on calling store for next 2 hours but store didnt pick up my calls. I called customer care call center two times and they keep on promising me that i will receive call from store within 15 minute. I never received a call. I requested refund they informed me they are not responsible for refund. Store will decide about my refund. I am being cheated by Pizza Hut. It seems pizza hut is not responsible &accotable. They cheated me and now dont want to provide refund and take action against store from where i ordered. I would like to bring this instance to consumer forum and ready to fight against Cheaters like Pizza Hut store. This is serious loophole in the system. These online stores are accountable since money is already been paid they care least about customers.

Despite having accepted the order and payment, my ordered stuff has been refused to deliver. Person called me from phone no.[protected] wanted me to pick it up from outlet. Despite request, he refused to deliver. Consequently, I had to explore other option for my dinner and my payment is still stuck up with you. I am constrained to write that it is highly unprofessional and disappointing on your part. Still you owe my money. It appears, this company is managed by incompetent team of management.

On yesterday I made an online order yesterday (04:16 pm, 19 August 2020).of amount of Rs 513.46/-

Money was debited from my Bank account, but i did not receive order confirmation, neither the store receive my order.

I did call the customer care with no avail other than suggesting it will refunded.

The store said that the money will be credited back to my account, and i therefore made a second payment and ordered and ate my pizza.

I want my money back on my account asap, unfulfilled order.

I have placed order through Pizza hut App, They have successfully debited amount from my account. But Order was not placed. I have called customer care, They told me that I will be receiving deducted amount on my ban account. Till date I have not any of them.
