Attaching the sms which i have got from pizza hut's side confirming that my refund of rs 239.40/- has been initiated on 3rd dec'19 but i have not got my money back till date.

Have also attached screenshot of my payment to pizza hut india devyani international on 3rd dec'19. Have called many times to their customer care department but they are unable to provide any info or assist me in any way. Have messaged them on their social media page as well. Need refund immediately.

    I ordered pizza from pizza hut site on 18/12/2019 at 9:15 pm & 9:20 pm in udaipur of worth rs 554.40 & 543.90.
    Money got deducted from my account which i paid through paytm.
    When i called pizza hut they said they didn’t receive any order.
    The guy named vijay came to deliver the order & i explained him the whole issue he gave me his contact number but now when i am trying to call he says that talk to my manager.
    Manager said we cant help you in this contact pizza hut but i cannot find any customer care number of pizza hut anywhere
    Its been 8 days and my money is not refunded
    Kindly help

    On 17 th of October 2020 around 11:50 PM, I orederd a pizza from pizzahut website, and opted to make payment through online process. However my consequtive payments of 670, 670 and 671 was declined by the pizza hut done through Google pay, Phone pay and Debit card respectively, though the amount was deducted from my bank account.
    Now I kindly need your support to get my money refunded ASAP.

      I recently ordered from pizzahut app but when i checkout and select the paytm for payment it redirects to paytm amount got deducted and when i open the app it got reloaded and home screen appeared... Paytm show amount has been transfered to pizzahut but i m not able to see my order nor any confirmation from them yet. I want the amount back asap.

        Hi team,
        My order was not placed even though the money was deducted from my bank on 13th dec 2019 at around 7:00 pm.

        I am looking for the refund of my amount.
        I went to the pizza hut counter in kharghar where i placed the order again and paid them and when i discussed for my issue they said that you should be getting the refund in around 4 to 5 working days but till date i have not got my refund.

        Can someone please look into this.

          On 13th december i placed 2 orders worth 3956.4 and 4486.66 rs. Via paytm upi and both times screen shows 'your request has been declined' but the money got debited from my account.

          I've attached both the successful transactions screenshots. Kindly do the need ful and refund the money as talking to your customer care number doesn't help.

          It's been 11 days now and their is no update. The guy names girish from pizza hut contacted me and keep asking me order number which i already told him that it was not generated. Are they really serious about this customer complaint? Doesn't seem so.

          Hello Pizza Hut,

          Are you guys really serious about this complain. Its been more than 15 days and yet no update. Either you need to completely upgrade your customer support service or you need to shut it down. No one is able to respond even after 15 days. Your support is the worst I have ever seen. I was contacted by Girish who's the branch head and he also doesn't have any clue what need to do.

          I have shared screenshots which clearly says the money has been credited your account. How much time it need to check in your database for 13th december 2019 transactions with reference number I've provided.

          My contact number is [protected] and mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com.

          I need immediate action. Not gonna order from Pizza Hut and will circulate the same to my friends.

            We had visited the pizza hut outlet at eat street, necklace road, hyderabad. The person at the order counter was very incompetent and could not take proper order. He said there is no choice to change the toppings on a pizza and wouldn't agree to anything we asked. We ended up ordering something that he suggested rather than what we wanted.
            It was written there that ketchup is chargeable but he did not even ask us if we wanted the ketchup and just added it in the bill and charged us for ketchup which we were forced to take, though we don't eat it.
            We request pizza hut to take action.

              I have ordered pizza online from dilshad garden branch... The delivery was 15 mintues late... Order was supposed to be delivered at 6:13 but delivery man reaches us at 6:25 and due to late delivery our relatives had also gone and didn't eat the same.. And when we claim for 30 mintues or free they said it is not possible...

              I also had a call with manager of the same branch and he said that
              They can not provide 30 mintues or free... Rather he was offering complementary on next order for which i didn't agree and had not accepted the order

              I also had the same experience earlier but i didn't react

                    On 8/10/19 i ordered pizza from pizza hut, allahabad to be delivered at my flat no.407, shri sailem height, 15-a sarojini nayadu marg, near ymca, allahabad and on delivery paid rs.550/- from sbi card voucher & rest by cash to delivery man. Initially i gave him voucher no.[protected] to redeem but the delivery man told me that this no. Is invalid so i gave him another no. [protected] which he cleared as paid.
                    Later on presuming that my voucher no. [protected] is invalid i made several query with sbi card in whose i came to know that my above mentioned voucher no.[protected] was consumed unauthorisedly by someone on 13/10/19 as i had not purchased any item from pizza hut on 13/10/19. Two copies of email letters from - [protected]@gyftr.com showing consumption of my that voucher at pizza hut on 13/10/19 is being attached.
                    So, i request you to enquire the matter to maintain reliability & integrity of pizza hut

                      Such an unpleasant experience while ordering food from pizza hut.

                      On 14th november, i ordered food from pizza hut, sector 4, gurgaon outlet with bill number[protected]. The food that we received was cold (Just mildly warm) and unbaked (Photos are attached.

                      While ordering from dominoz, we never faced this kind of situation. Thanks pizza hut for making me realize my mistake. Never ever will order from pizza hut..

                        I ordered a pizza from a delivery center which is less than 10 mins drive from home - delivery order no = 15981933 date 14-nov-2019. The delivery was scheduled at 9:04 pm - the delivery was updated as delivered at 9:30 pm. The delivery boy physically came strolling in my house after 10:00 pm. When i called the local no[protected], the person was making me understand it was a "system bug". They are not willing to accept they are doing this to avoid penalty. On top of it - the delivery boy was not at all well behaved - he said something like "i was roaming in the street - so i was late". Attached is the delivery guy and the food bill - you can have a look at the picture to understand when it was clicked.

                        no update on such after the compalint on site or any other forum .
                        today some guy called Ahsan called - was saying he was the manager of the outlet - but did not say anything conclusive - I have lodged complaint no 1738073 in NCDRC . Pizza hut looks least bothered and continue looting .

                          I ordered on 3rd november 2019 at 7.30 pm and got my orders delivery at 9.45 pm.. While it is supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes... Pizzas were also very tasteless. And not hot.. Very bad service by pizzaa hut. On contacting the customer care helpline they gave reply that our area pizza hut store manager will call.. Nobody contacted.
                          . Then i tried to call delivery boy was he was not receiving call purposefully..

                            I ordered the pizza from elements mall, bangalore at 12:20 pm.
                            The pizza was supposed to be delivered at 12:50 pm. The store executive calls up and says that the pizza delivery would be late by another hour and on being asked about the 30 minutes or free - says that she's it's not possible.
                            I call their customer service twice and the person on the phone assures me that i'd get a call from their store manager.
                            This has happened earlier and i've not complained by they should not make promises when they can't stand by it

                              I ordered pizza on 6 July 2019 from shanti nagar banglor but they didn't delivered pizza and didn't receive refund till yet. I also called on customer care but they didn't give respond. I spend more than 4 months on pizza Hut customer service. My order was all
                              about 2000. And yes, the shanti nagar pizza Hut store's person made us fun and phone put down on hold, told me wait for 5 minutes or 30 minutes or send you message...i didn't receive any call back and messages even mail also. Don't know what we do.

                              I ordered for two medium pizzas on the official online website of pizza hut. The payment was made using net banking. Once the payment was made and amount being deducted i was redirected to the home page with no order being placed. Tried calling the customer care number Bangalore but that too was out of service. How do I get the money back.

                                Today i placed my order at 8:47pm and got it at 10:40pm. Where is the 30mins commitment. I paid online i want my money refund. This is no way. I called the costumer care five times. They kept me on hold everytime for 20mins. Its so sad i never expected this from pizza hut. I clearly lost my patience today. It is understandable if there is a delay of 10-15mins but this late. It is unexpectable.

                                  I am saandeep daas resident of navi mumbai. On 17th october 2019, i ordered pizza from "pizza hut app". I paid the money through mobile upi. The total amount of order was rs 414.75. The money got deducted from my bank account but no oder id was generated from the pizza hut app and didn't recieved any message from pizza hut that my order has been placed.
                                  Please find the banking transaction for your reference " upi/dr/[protected]/yum rest/hdfc/pizzahut. R/pizza. Please refund the amount back to my bank account.

                                    I ordered combo of 2 medium pizza worth of 723 rs. What was delivered to us was a bread painted with tomato sauce and not even little bit of cheese. This is not one time experience, everytime i have ordered their will be no cheese, veg or non veg. This is the worst place to order pizza. Low quality, i should say if any survey conducted customer satisfaction will be 0. Not at all worth the money

                                      We ordered chicken pepperoni pizza which i usually have.. After taking a bite we were about to puke as the chicken pepperoni was smelling sooo bad and it was not chicken at all!! We even asked the waiters to taste but they didn't.. They only gave excuses as they already knew it was not chicken!! And i doubt pizza hut in its purity now!! And i am going to spread it as much as possible!!

                                        I called and placed an order at 9:12 pm and sat in my parking outside the store location for thirty minutes. I received my total over the phone which was $22.00. After I went in the location to pick up my order after waiting outside i was told that my order was never taken. My friend who I was with also walked in the store location as i ordered on the phone and told me that the store manager who took my order slammed the phone down after hanging up with me as if she did not want to do her job. After this store manager told me she did not take my order and that it was somewhere in the cloud of customer service, I then again called the same phone number to ensure i was not delusional and had called the same location thirty minutes before to order. AGAIN she answers the phone. At this point i leave pizza hut because I was not offered a resolution for the location dropping the ball and inconveniencing my time. After a few minutes I return to the location to place a new order and also follow up with the manager since she claimed that she could call the customer service center to find my order that she had taken. Meanwhile she is counting dollars over and over again since she is not in control of this situation and need to looks like shes doing something in er job description, I assume so that she can close her shift and head home so she is extremely disrespectful as she speaks with me. When I ask her to place my new order she tells me " well I'm not calling the customer service number now to locate your previous order" after standing in this location for another 15 mins I ask if my new order has been placed and she does not say a word i proceed to ask the next male employee behind her who also was passed the phone when I called earlier trying to find the mysterious cust. service location to locate my order. At this point the male employee is making faces of disgust and never not once opens his mouth to offer any assistance as i ask him if he can look on the screen he is standing in front of which clearly shows orders coming in and being filled. HE never answers me and just instead starts to say disrespectful things. When i ask him if he was the male on the phone who answered the phone ans passed it to MICHELLE -location manager he starts to say things like you are too loud and dismisses my every question. He becomes very vulgar and physically threatening when I say he handled the situation like a punk as a man speaking to a women in a situation like this. Pizza hut has never crossed my mind to be such a disgusting company to do business with. Your employees dropped the ball, then became blatantly disrespectful as opposed to offering any solution. I have never in life been disrespected by someone who possesses the education of a middle school child and green hair. I also have videos, because the amount of disrespect had to be seen to be believed.
