Pizza hut has always been my favorite pizza ever since i was a young child. I would argue with anyone about them being the best however after last nights encounter with this company I will never waste another dollar of mines with this company. No one deserves such DISRESPECT! I called and placed an order at 9:12 pm and sat in my parking outside the store location for thirty minutes. I received my total over the phone which was $22.00. After I went in the location to pick up my order after waiting outside i was told that my order was never taken. My friend who I was with also walked in the store location as i ordered on the phone and told me that the store manager who took my order slammed the phone down after hanging up with me as if she did not want to do her job. After this store manager told me she did not take my order and that it was somewhere in the cloud of customer service, I then again called the same phone number to ensure i was not delusional and had called the same location thirty minutes before to order. AGAIN she answers the phone. At this point i leave pizza hut because I was not offered a resolution for the location dropping the ball and inconveniencing my time. After a few minutes I return to the location to place a new order and also follow up with the manager since she claimed that she could call the customer service center to find my order that she had taken. Meanwhile she is counting dollars over and over again since she is not in control of this situation and need to looks like shes doing something in er job description, I assume so that she can close her shift and head home so she is extremely disrespectful as she speaks with me. When I ask her to place my new order she tells me " well I'm not calling the customer service number now to locate your previous order" after standing in this location for another 15 mins I ask if my new order has been placed and she does not say a word i proceed to ask the next male employee behind her who also was passed the phone when I called earlier trying to find the mysterious cust. service location to locate my order. At this point the male employee is making faces of disgust and never not once opens his mouth to offer any assistance as i ask him if he can look on the screen he is standing in front of which clearly shows orders coming in and being filled. HE never answers me and just instead starts to say disrespectful things. When i ask him if he was the male on the phone who answered the phone ans passed it to MICHELLE -location manager he starts to say things like you are too loud and dismisses my every question. He becomes very vulgar and physically threatening when I say he handled the situation like a punk as a man speaking to a women in a situation like this. Pizza hut has never crossed my mind to be such a disgusting company to do business with. Your employees dropped the ball, then became blatantly disrespectful as opposed to offering any solution. I have never in life been disrespected by someone who possesses the education of a middle school child and green hair. I also have videos, because the amount of disrespect had to be seen to be believed.

We never got a call we called again an executive name shrinivasan picked up the call he was laughing at the situation and said he is getting no response on store manager such pethtic sevice from Pizza hut we waited near about 1.15 hrrs for the order reply disappointed from such a big bang pethetic service by coustomer care officers shrinivasan and rakesh

I ordered a pizza on 7sept, 2019 order no. 12699085 in the name of radhika devedi and delivery address was sector 44 noida. I ordered the pizza online and there it was showing that they will deliver the order in the area. Then i ordered it and it got accepted and i got the notification that it is being prepared. After that i got a call from pizza hut itself saying that they do not deliver in this particular area. I said cancel the order and initiate the refund. They didn't even cancel the order and it's been 10 days already i didn't got my refund. They keep on calling me and say that wait 2 days and i've wait 10 days. I need my refund because it was them who neither cancelled or delivered the order. Please help me with the issue.

Now i have left the job i want to withdraw my pf but my hr of pizza hut registered my wrong bank account so that i cant withdraw my pf amount in my bank account. But pizza hut department do not help me. Pizza hut does not have any employee portal so, kindly help me for withdraw pf balance in my bank account.

I ordered pizza and pepsi from zomato to pizza hut on 12 september at 10:07pm
Order is placed and verification code is received on my number. Made online payment through net banking. Payment done successfully but didn't delivered order.
I then called the pizza hut several times and they said order was dispatched 30 minutes ago but didn't delivered to me.
They didn't delivered and didn't refund the amount.

Hi ordered pizza from pizza hut in bhopal ...I was so disappointed by the delivery and the order ... the pizza was delivered in a spillited, cold nd in a very bad condition... I mean wat the ### ...when I asked for replacement they denied... nd the pizza hut people were rude ...is this the way to treat a customer? We had a dine out at ur pizza hut and had to wait for more than an hour to get ou4 orders that was placed, inb/w the executive gave us a complimentary drink cos of the wait time and also told us that the pizza got burnt and he has to make a new one. We had ordered for 2 medium pizzas (Every day value), but we received personal pizzas. When we question him he said that dough for medium pizzas were over and by that time the personal pizzas were on the the table and we couldn't cancel the order!! The pizza very cold and we were unable to eat them. Customer centric is more important, i will never recommend any of my friends to dine put at ur restaurant!!

In menu they are writing rs.199 classic corn pizza medium n they are billing rs. 295 their menu is tricky n they r cheater. Our advise is never visit or order from pizza hut.

I thought pizza hut is the place for the a great taste of pizzas and beverages and provide the best pizzas in town for customer satisfaction to make it outstanding than other pizza joints.
But yesterday evening i got very bad experience with the food quality, overcooked pizzas were served/delivered and outlet manager not agree to accept the mistake and refuse to take a complaint.

The pizza was delivered to me after more than 1hr and that too it was cold it was not at all eatable because the quality was poor.
I don't understand why they promise to deliver and serve within 30 mins when then can't even serve in 1 hr. Why they take orders.
I am very dissatisfied with their services and will not think of any further orders.

I had ordered for a plain margherita pizza from your branch located at the Hub Mall in Goregaon East on 7th august, 2019 at 10:45 pm through Swiggy. However, I received. pepperoni pizza and my parents only realised later that it was a non veg pizza and had already had a slice. This kind of a mistake on your end is not acceptable and I would really appreciate if you look into this matter and take corrective measures immediately.

I ordered dinner (3 pizzas) today at around 8.10pm. The order was supposed to be delivered from the Banjara Hills road no. 12, Hyderabad outlet. It is over 2hours now and I have made several calls to check if the order was accepted and is being delivered. The call center confirmed that the order was on the way and they will get the concerned outlet to call but nothing! I am surprised at the lack of professionalism and apathy towards a customer. 1. On 03 aug 19, around 2100hrs, i purchased food to go from pizza hut. New bel road, bangalore.

2. They were charging rs7 for carry bags which carried name of the company along with logo.

3. Even on informing the employee, they refused to provide me with a normal bag or waive off the fee.

4. I would like to place a complaint for:
A. Charging unfairly for carry bags.
B. Exorbitant charges for carry bag.

5. A reference can be taken to chandigarh high court's decision in dinesh prasad raturi vs bata.

I had paid my bill through phonepe and the amount was deducted from my bank account but the pizza hut employees refused about the payment and i had to pay through cash the amount was deducted from my bank the amount was rs 1151/- i had to pay this amount through casg although it was successful through phonepe. I showed the payment was successful to the employee there but they refused to agreee that the payment was successful. Please help me out i had to pay double

Order No 11009133 placed at 2;46 pm on[protected] at Bengaluru through the pizzahut online website for Triple treat Veg combo with specific instruction to not put Mushroom in the Pizza.
Delivery completed at 3:46 pm on account of outsourced delivery service ( Zomato ) who called me at 3:15 pm to check on location as wrong location ( Kaggadaspura ) has been given to them. After I sent correct location on the messenger whatsapp number, the person came by 3:46 pm and received Stone cold soggy Pizzas with mushrooms in the Pizza to boot. Also no bill was provided only the attached delivery receipt
Your customer complaint through call center is useless . They keep on parroting the same line that the store would call and check with you .

We ordered 4 pizza and order number is 10982985. We receoved order confirmation and showing preparing the order now. But after few minutes we received acall from pizza outlet that they will not deliver here on my address. A few days back i ordered pizza on the same address and delivered on the same time.

The petson who called me were arguing with me on thisand said cancel your order we will not deliver your order. I got anther confirmation after few minutes that your order will deliver arround 7:44 but still at 8:15 I am waiting for tge pizza

I Haven't Got Any Call From Store Side So I called Back To Customer Care Again I repeat Whole Story To Another Executive. And He Make Surprise With His Sentence That " Sir Banda Already Apki Garlic Bread leke Nikal Chuka Hai, Woh 15 Min. Me Apke Paas Pahocj Jayega. " so I Asked Him " Sir Mera Address Usko Pata Hai Kya, Address Bina Woh Kese Or Kaha Delivery Karega ". Then He Turn The Story That " Woh Apko Call Karega So n So" . Since Last Night To Till Now One Came To Me Or My Place And Haven't Got Call From Your Side. This Very Poor And ridiculous Service Of Pizza Hut . I ordered 28 nos. Veg & non veg pizza from pizza hut, forum mall, koramangala, bangalore on 24th july @ 3.40 p. M. Worth rs.10010/. I have received sms from pizza hut as "order no.1206" and bill amount rs.10010/- on 24.07.2019. But the pizza boxes were delivered without any identification of veg & non-veg on the boxes and everything was mixed while delivering. The boxes did not have colour coding for veg & non veg. Since it was a huge quantity and for a important conference, the pizzas got wasted. I have not got invoice. But invoice no. 009603 is mentioned on the payment slip. Ordered on shop manager mr. I have visited pizza hut (V3s mall) on saturday (20th july 2019) have ordered pizza with 2 drinks. I have got a bill of 413/ inr but when i have paid bill by card i have seen 906/ inr has been deducted from my account. I am very much disappointed with the payment system. If customer will not check they will charge any amount, can not trust on staffs.
