I ordered pizzas today by pizza hut android app in gurgaon sector 38, i had a very worst experience today on my first attempt to order pizza money got deducted from my paytm wallet but the order was unsuccessful due to technical error, then after contacting customer care they told me that money will be refunded in 3 to 4 working days, so i placed my order again with cash on delivery option and paid cash to the delivery boy.
Second and important issue :
My order was delivered on time by the delivery boy, but pizzas wasn't cooked properly it was a completely tasteless pizza i ordered the cheese stuffed crust pizza, but the cheese im pizza was very hard not at all melted pizza wasn't baked at the required temperature and the garlic bread were also cold like they are baked 2 hours ago and tasteless too, i am a regular customer at ansal plaza gurgaon pizza hut store but i never had this worst experience with pizza hut before nor in this or any other store.
