I ordered a combo on 14th aug around 12.30 pm and 1) my order came after 65-70 mins.
2) my order was wet due to rain.
3) the garlic bread and the pizza were soggy, tastless and clearly of inferior quality not matching pizza hut standards.
4) i called customer support and raised a complaint. I was assured that i would be getting a call back from some supervisor who has the authority to initiate refund. I have called that number 4 times and got the same textbook line that someone would call me back. But no body has done it. Its been over 30hrs.
As a customer i feel cheated and severely neglected.

I have used my reward pizza hut outlet at kharghar voucher, out of two voucher only single voucher is used however to entry voucher i have given my mobile to pizza hut staff and order placed. Yesterday i had again visited the pizza hut but it is come to know that second voucher has insufficient funds. It was shocking for me we never used second voucher sharing both the voucher details. Congratulations! You have qualified to get a free pizza...

Had ordered chicken supreme pizza with garlic bread sticks in 2 orders on 31/7/2020
The pizzas were cold and of very bad quality with stale chicken pieces
We had to throw away the pizzas

And one order of garlic breadsticks was undelivered

This was ordered through zomato from pizza hut, kirti nagar, new delhi
Inspire of following up with the store nothing was done
Even the undelivered product was not sent
May be this complaint would help
It’s our hard earned money
No one likes to go it down the drain

I had ordered two pizzas from the restaurant at kalyani nagar pune. The quality of the pizzas was extremely poor. It lacked flavor and taste. I really regretted paying such an exorbitant amount for just some mozzarella on a loaf of bread. Pizza hut being in the business for so long really needs to uphold its quality as there are many other restaurants in its competition unlike earlier. This isnt the first time that i have faced a similar issue. Twice before after ordering from the restaurant i have had to face such dissatisfaction as my pizzas lacked sauce and taste. Highly disappointed in pizza hut

Third class company, third class in service delivery and no value for money and client.

It first time think for order from Pizza Hut and transaction confirmed including all kinds of charges online but later company asking to come in half rout to collect the order.

it’s was very much irritating due to westing of time and money.

This is for the Order number: 19663637 ;the order was placed at 11:45 AM on 1 AUG 2020 online through pizza hut official website in New Delhi;I recieved the confirmatory mail for order placement and money Rs 839 was deducted from my bank account.Despite calling at customer care and talking to the executive around 30 times;there was no positive response ; in telephonic conversation with Dwarka sector 20 person they told that order is not placed; We were delayed by about 3 hours .Also the policy of 30 minutes in which the pizza has to be delivered free was also not taken into consideration.They were making millions of excuses and putting the call on hold saying there manager is in meeting .They wasted lot of time and were not solving the issue .Finally we have to go to Sector 20 Dwarka, New Delhi Pizza Hut and get the pizza by ourselves at around 3PM.They didnot give any refund.Also the pizzas were not fresh and of poor quality.

I placed an order with pizza hut and had a bad experience with call centre and getting my order. Person name Ashish straight away denied to transfer my call to supervisor and I had to beg to 4 employee to get my order or refund, Bad customer experienced.

This is not expected from Pizza hut

Pizza hut is not refunding me for an unsuccessful online transaction through googlepay. What can i do?

Pizza hut has been taken my order then told us that they will not able to deliver my order, pizza hut store is at fc road pune.
And they are going to refund my money.

I have only 600 in my account n then i placed order n now pizza hut going to refund my money at will take 2 to 3 days for credit in bank so till time i have no food for eating so how i will survive please take action...

I placed an order for which amount was deducted. However the order was never placed.

I have paid for the order and my payment was successful but the order didn't places.

I ordered 2 pizzas for rs 555.46 on 18th july 2020 at 9:22pm through my upi.
The money got deducted but it reflected no order was placed. Need my money back.

Sir I have made an order on pizza hut app for 2 medium size pizza at 11 AM on 4th July 2020. The amount of 597₹ got deducted from my account but my order got cancelled please help me with the refund as I’m not able to coordinate with pizza hut.

I tried to contact them but they are saying you contact your bank I did transaction at there app so I expect help from them.

Please help me sir.

I ordered pizzas today by pizza hut android app in gurgaon sector 38, i had a very worst experience today on my first attempt to order pizza money got deducted from my paytm wallet but the order was unsuccessful due to technical error, then after contacting customer care they told me that money will be refunded in 3 to 4 working days, so i placed my order again with cash on delivery option and paid cash to the delivery boy.

Second and important issue :
My order was delivered on time by the delivery boy, but pizzas wasn't cooked properly it was a completely tasteless pizza i ordered the cheese stuffed crust pizza, but the cheese im pizza was very hard not at all melted pizza wasn't baked at the required temperature and the garlic bread were also cold like they are baked 2 hours ago and tasteless too, i am a regular customer at ansal plaza gurgaon pizza hut store but i never had this worst experience with pizza hut before nor in this or any other store.

Complaint

Stale and sparse toppings and cheese. Felt as if am eating one of those re-heated, box pizzas. Not at all fresh .
Overcooked and burnt

On 30th June 2020, we have ordered two Pizzas and creamy Garlic bread from Pizza Hut through Swiggy but when we opened the boxes we were very disappointed as instead of Creamy Garlic bread company has provided us thick bread with cheese fried in lots of oil. We absolutely couldn't eat that.

Immediately we tried to complain the same on company's complaint portal but I think that portal is only for irritating the customer and even after trying again and again, we could not submit our complaint.

I attach herewith the pic of Creamy Garlic bread which we have ordered and also the stuff which we received.

I request you to kindly look into the matter.

I, akhil narula, reside in kendriya vihar - 2, sector-82 noida.

I had placed an order through pizzahut online on 24.06.2020 (Order reference #[protected] and made the payment of rs 734/- through paytm, but it was not delivered since the nearest outlet in sector 110 market closed by the time order was forwarded to them through online. I immediately contacted the outlet and they confirmed that they have not received any such order. I shared the screenshot (Attached with the complaint) of the order as well to them.
I was told that this order was not received and that the amount will be refunded within 1-2 days time. But i have not received the refund till today.
Request the concerns to look into and arrange for the refund of rs 734/- immediately.

I am trying to log an online complaint on pizzahut site but the site is showing error.
