Yesterday we went to pizza hut in mathura (Uttar pradesh) at highway plaza... We sat there for 20 minutes and no one came for our service... We approached counter and then they sent their boy... He gave us the menu and went... We again went to counter for the service... And they sent the same boy again and we ordered 3 pizzas... We sat there for 1 hour and then also didn't get the order... On further enquiry we got to know the order was not placed... When order was finally placed we got the wrong pizza.. We ordered country feast and we got veggie feast, we went to counter and there was a huge crowd and no one was there. Then we got one more ordered pizza which was very hard and we were unable to chew. It was a ridiculous service. Kindly do the needfull

    I placed an order for pizzas and choco lava cakes on 7th may, 2019 and my order no. Was 7024267. Payment was done online through debit card. My order got cancelled and i didn't yet received any refund. Its a week now. I even tried calling in order to know the status of the same but they never receive the call. Really disappointed by your service and it seeme like you are not much concerned regarding the welfare of the customers.

      I have visited pizza hut outlet at rajkot 150ft ring road location on 27/04/2019.
      I have used only one voucher but as per store manager's review and record only one voucher of rs. 500 redeemed but as per sbi card's interaction i have used two vouchers of rs. 500. Kindly do needful asap. Details of vouchers as under.

        I reside in Powai, Mumbai. We ordered 2 medium pizzas on 12th May (evening at around 9:45pm) through the online system Pizza (order no. 7249691) with 'payment on delivery' option. We got a confirmation that the order has been accepted and that the pizza is being prepared. Our nearest pizza hut store is in 'Delphi building' located in Hiranandani Gardens. After waiting for more than an hour we tried to call this store on the phone no. given on their website[protected]. But we were informed that this is an invalid phone no. Then we called up the customer care on[protected] times. On the first call, we were told that the pizza is on the way and would reach with in 5 mts (which never happened). On the second call we were told the store has been contacted and the store will contact us in the next 10 mts. On the 3rd call, we were again told that store will call in the next few mts, which never happened. On the 4th call, we were asked if I could hold and then after holding for 10 mts, I had to hang up . On the 5th call there was a message that said the working hours were over etc.. The same thing happened on the 6th and 7th call.
        Finally, we did not get any pizza.

        This morning, I got another message from Pizza hut which said our order has been cancelled!

        This is frustrating. Can there be a bigger harassment of a customer than this? AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IT HAS HAPPENED. It has happened at least 2 times earlier also.

        I am not sure if you are going to take any action against those responsibile for this harassment. But I thought it is my duty to inform the higher ups because all this is bringing a bad name to Pizza hut. Already its reputation has gone down in our region (people like us are slowly shifting to other brands like Dominos and other local brands) and if action is not taken immediately, the situation will get worse.

          On 10th may i ordered for pizza, after half an hour i called pizza hut for my order he said the store will call you back. Then the store from andheri tandon mall, i got a call of rajendra he said ur order is take away i said i can't come can u please deliver. He was very very rude he doesn't have any sense to talk to the customers i said make it delivered he said we don't deliver in that area. Then i said give me refund he said not possible started arguing with was talking bro rudely, very bad services. He said i'll mail for complaint ull get refund mail in two days. Now it's been 3 days i haven't got any mail from pizza hut. It's so bad bro negative experience my money got wasted. Anyhow i want my refund. Why should i pay for it when i didn't consume any pizza. I wanna complaint against the services and the rude behaviour of the executive. He doesn't know what to do so shameless. I have the bill also i[censored] want i can submit. And for first time i ordered pizza from pizza hut and this is what have got so bad, pathetic and so disappointing.

            I had ordered "family fun meal" my pizza choice was veggie lover. This pizza had mushrooms. I am highly allergic to mushrooms, therefore, i had very clearly stated that i don't want any mushrooms in my pizza. The person at the call centre had confirmed this information at the end.

            When i received the pizza, not only it had mushrooms in the entire pizza, but also, it was cold. When i contacted pizza hut, the people at the call centre either put me on hold or told me that i would receive a call back which i never got. This happened thrice. Two of the three people i spoke to are : manjunath and prijwal. These guys betrayed me. Told me that i would get a call back within 5 minutes which never ever happened.

            I needed a new pizza as replacement but got nothing.

              It was a pathetic service provided by such a reputed brand.

              I ordered pizza and garlic bread THROUGH ZOMATO. The pizza delivered was cold and there were hardly any pieces of chicken and the one which were there, were scattered
              The topping was all scattered.
              The garlic bread was soggy.

              Would never recommend any one to buy from pizza hut.

              It has degraded the quality. Unfortunately i didnt saved the pictures . If would have done would have published on social media.

              PATHETIC SERVICE AND DEGRADED QUALITY FOOD SUPPLY FROM PIZZA HUT.

                  I visited the bokaro mall pizza hut today and ordered a veg red sauce pasta. I must tell you i had to find pasta in that mess of sauce. The pasta was a broken mess. It was just a red tomato sauce and nothing else. I had to find pasta in my pasta. I request you to please dont fool the customers by serving this kind of mess. The taste was damn pathetic and i was unable to eat it. If you people cannot serve proper thing you should not have it in your menu. Please just serve pizza and nothing else. Damn disappointing and waste of money. I wont ever order a pasta ever at pizza hut. Its better i get it from dominoz...

                    Been to dombivli east outlet in thane district, maharashtra on 21st april 2019, the place esp tables were unclean, ac was not working, the lady did not wish or greet, later when the order came, the sauce bottle lid was broken and there was no sauce in it, while we were eating the lady was threatening somebody on phone, then there were some people inside the kitchen who were quarelling loudly, when i approached to talk to the manager, i was told that he is making the dough, somebody else spoke to me and he had nothing to say but sorry, such outlets are spoiling the name of pizza hut, please close them!!!

                      Yesterday i visited your pizza hut to purchase a big size veg cheese pizza.they adviced me purchase another one with of big amount after my payment of rs540 i got to know that it was a small sized pizza.i asked them to take it back or otherwise give me large size pizza but they said this is the largest size.. & it will of approx 200rs..when I reached home i googled the largest size which was of 6&1/2" of rs500 something but they gave approx 4" pizza of rs540.. i want my rest money back or otherwise i will file a case in customer care against pizza hut for a cheap thing..

                        I had ordered pizza at 8:30 pm today. The delivery executive delivered the order at 9:20 and when i refused to pay he started making excuses but after that also i paid and gave negative feedback. But now when checked the order history... The payment is still showing as pending.
                        I have paid the amount but your delivery executive have not completed the process by his phone and may be he said that i have not paid...
                        Highly dissatisfied with this kind of behaviour.
                        Now, i wil shift to dominos
                        And will tell my friends also to do the same.

                          I have ordered pizza of rs 531.30 at 7.18pm, at 8.15 pm delivery guy that to not from pizza hut, he is from zomato he came to my apartment and asking me to come to gate as he cannot deliver my order to my flat. Pizza hut delivery guys cannot deliver the order.
                          Called customer care several times, one of your representative put my call on hold for around 5 mins and then i have disconnected.
                          Tried calling customer care number many times they said that "you will receive call from store manager, but till today not a single call and no words of repayment also about the cancellation of order".
                          I was hungry i. E why i have ordered and its raining in bangalore, this is how you treat...!! And its a prepaid order.

                          We have waited for more than a hour in hunger by paying the amount for pizza hut and calling them back to back, a 60 year old lady and wife, myself waited like anything for order delivery.

                            I have placed order today 6236755 which was supposed to be delivered by 9:38PM but despite of my several follow ups with your call centre 39883988 nothing happened and finally around 10:10pm I have placed the cancellation request with call centre agent but surprisingly without delivering the pizza you are asking for a feed back on pizza. What is this nonsense? Pl immediately check my cancellation and arrange for the refund.

                              I did a payment through paytm app but the staff at the counter said he didn't get any payment so I did a payment through my atm debit card.
                              I did say that I've got a message which says "your order is confirmed, enjoy your pizza". The staff said he doesn't know what it is and asked me to do payment through card.
                              So now when I checked my paytm app it says money was deducted and payment was successful, so in short I did double...

                                I placed a order on 21st march by my app. The money got deducted but the order was not placed and when i called the customer care they told me i will have to place an order again which was disgusting coz neither i got my money back nor the order.
                                I called customer care they told be ur money will be refunded in 3-4 days but i have not received it till now.
                                Pizza Hut India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  I order pizza for RS.418 for which deduction has been made twice by Pizza hut, I tried connecting with the bank for the same but they said both the payments were successful from their end, which means I have made an extra payment to pizza hut of RS.418.

                                    I have ordered a Pizza via online m.pizzahut.co.in and a payment of 645.75 was paid to Yum Restaurants India Pvt Ltd. The system failed to generate order number.
                                    I connected to Pizza hut customer care and they confirmed that the amount was received and the same will be reversed in 3 to 4 days.
                                    I have not received my money back and the customer service are not able to help.
                                    Could you please help me resolve the issue.

                                      On the day of happening done on the online review section as I did not have the contact details. (Order 5825643/ 7 .16 pm and two items)

                                      Had taken the advantage of online WOW offer of 2 Pizzas and ordered online and payment done. All was good and the tracking was clear until order acceptance and until stage 2 and then 3order dispatched showed green tick marks. However, a call came stating that the order has gone to Bellandur area and therefore cannot be served. (With a rough tone and some argument, the person told that you can call up customer service to address. Since the order tracking list was showing dispatched, we were waiting for the same, but when got delayed, we called up again only to know that the order was unilaterally cancelled and that shocked us. The person again a routine apology to which my husband calling form his no [protected] requested for a senior to call back. He promised to get a call back within 2 minutes but did not come even as the complaint is being typed. Wondering if we are dealing with a world reputed company like PIZZA HUT with absolutely no remorse or courtesy. What we lost is a choice meal, could not get a replacement in time for dinner with old people eagerly waiting for the same and thirdly disgraceful behaviour from all customer chain people in your distribution.
                                      My Question is if the discounted order should be placed online and if all the formalities go through well including payment, how will a customer know at all where it is coming from and where the tracking is generated? Is this not the responsibility of the Organization to set the logistics in order and direct to the nearest outlet? If I do not get a proper answer and compensation I would surely take it up in a highest possible level and I hope that such a nasty situation would not arise as I still believe that PIZZA HUT has got a high reputation WORLD WIDE.
