I have ordered a Pizza via online m.pizzahut.co.in and a payment of 645.75 was paid to Yum Restaurants India Pvt Ltd. The system failed to generate order number.
I connected to Pizza hut customer care and they confirmed that the amount was received and the same will be reversed in 3 to 4 days.
I have not received my money back and the customer service are not able to help.
Could you please help me resolve the issue.

    On the day of happening done on the online review section as I did not have the contact details. (Order 5825643/ 7 .16 pm and two items)

    Had taken the advantage of online WOW offer of 2 Pizzas and ordered online and payment done. All was good and the tracking was clear until order acceptance and until stage 2 and then 3order dispatched showed green tick marks. However, a call came stating that the order has gone to Bellandur area and therefore cannot be served. (With a rough tone and some argument, the person told that you can call up customer service to address. Since the order tracking list was showing dispatched, we were waiting for the same, but when got delayed, we called up again only to know that the order was unilaterally cancelled and that shocked us. The person again a routine apology to which my husband calling form his no [protected] requested for a senior to call back. He promised to get a call back within 2 minutes but did not come even as the complaint is being typed. Wondering if we are dealing with a world reputed company like PIZZA HUT with absolutely no remorse or courtesy. What we lost is a choice meal, could not get a replacement in time for dinner with old people eagerly waiting for the same and thirdly disgraceful behaviour from all customer chain people in your distribution.
    My Question is if the discounted order should be placed online and if all the formalities go through well including payment, how will a customer know at all where it is coming from and where the tracking is generated? Is this not the responsibility of the Organization to set the logistics in order and direct to the nearest outlet? If I do not get a proper answer and compensation I would surely take it up in a highest possible level and I hope that such a nasty situation would not arise as I still believe that PIZZA HUT has got a high reputation WORLD WIDE.

      I ordered chicken tikka pizza from pizza hut, and they delivered me substandard and cheaper chicken sausage pizza. Now i don't eat onion. This is like giving a veg person non-veg pizza and saying we're sorry. I went hungry that night, and was never refunded.

      I demand a refund, (₹200), and compensation asap, else i am using my voice as a social media influencer to save people from this pizza hut scam.

        I ordered an pizza and do payment through paytm, my amount get deduct but order not get placed.
        Please tell me when will i get me money back this is for the first time this was happend please resolve this issue asap, otherwise people will get very bed feedback regarding your services and pizza hut. And i personally share bad feedback for your services.

          I have vouchers of pizza hut which are not expired but they are not accepting saying reason as insufficient funds. These vouchers will be expired by 31st March but when I went and asked they are saying as no sufficient funds are available. I have 2 coupons of ₹500 each.and unable to use them.when contacted the customer care they are saying they don't have information about this and I should visit to store they are saying, when visited store they are saying insufficient funds

            It's regarding the following order placed at pizza hut -

            Amount. Inr 815.00
            Date.15th march 2019

            The order was cancelled by the pizza hut since the service was not available in the area where delivery was requested.
            Though the order was cancelled i have not received a refund so far in my bank account.
            Please resolve the issue at earliest to refund the deducted amount of inr 815.00

              Yesterday that is on 22.03.19 at around 7:40 pm I ordered 2 medium pan pizza, one panner pocket, one chicken pockets, and one spicy supreme garlic bread, total worth rupees 842 from Pizza hut official site online, but amount was deducted from my account (online banking SBI for payment) and no order was placed . I did not register on the site but ordered as guest. My email I'd for ordering was [protected]@yahoo.in and phone number I can't mention here. The above mail.can be used to contact . The order was placed for Custer name- Niharika, Rajeev Nagar Patna as location, nearest Pizza hut outlet at ashiana road, Patna Bihar. Please help me to get my refund .                 Without registering on my phone number, i recently just ordered and bought through my amazon pay a big pizza spicy chicken for 2. As the transaction was being processed and payment made, the app reloaded itself and back to the home page

                The money got deducted but no order or any confirmation was given. I'm in shock that the app is somewhat cheating or the company is.

                I want my money back asap

                  I had tried online booking of pizza from pizza hut on 9th march 2019 from powai pizza hut at around 5:35 pm.
                  After choosing pizza went for payment through net banking from union bank of india account and my account got debited woth rs 345.45.
                  However the system was not responding and after waiting on for some time it shows error of network connection failed.
                  I called up the customer care number of pizza hut and the lady confirmed receipt of money and failure of order confirmation online for some technical issues.
                  She said that the amount will be refunded in 3-4 days. I had requested her that since i want a pizza and i will go for another booking, i told her to adjust thw amount received fro another fresh booking to which she said that the amount cannot be considered for another booking but it will be refunded in 3-4 days.
                  I am still waiting for my refund.
                  O have been following up with uni okn bank of india who confirms payment has veen received ny pixza hut and has told me to take up with pizza hut only.
                  I want my refund immediately.
                  Have already waited for 6 days.

                    I placed an order on 9th March 2019 and proceeded for net banking payment.
                    Account got debited and then the system network was slow and then it says network problems.

                    On making online call customer care said that it was technical glitch and the amount will be refunded in 3 to 4 days. I said I need another pizza and told her to adjust with amount deducted rather than refund. She said no amount will be refunded as the order transaction has failed. So I ordered pizza again with cash on delivery.

                    It's been 5 days but I have yet to receive any refund. I am following up with bank.

                          I want to inform you that i was abused by a pizza hut manager located at gs road, christian basti, guwahati. I was alone at 10pm today with my 3 kids. He tried to snatch away my phone when i tried to call police and closed the door and blocked me from going out. Somehow managed to call police who rescued me. I have lodged an fir against him. I want his misconduct to be known to the highest authorities in the pizza hut organization as it is menacing and unsafe especially for female customers who are alone. If the stakeholders of pizza hut have an iota of concern and respect for the customers i would urge you to take punitive action against this staff md imran.

                          Really a pathetic service from Pizza Hut - Pizza was delivered after 1 hour and 10 minutes of ordering and I made at least 15 calls to their customer care and they were telling me that no guarantee of online order whether it will be delivered or not

                            Just not worth of trusting your online ordering system. I placed an order yesterday night and without any intimation the order was cancelled. My order no is 5101221. Paid rs. 827.
                            Just check the status. It is still showing that the food is getting prepared. Its a sheer face loss infront of the guest. Order cancelled without any intimation or subsequent plan to rectify. A company that has no plan to handle their system failures cant be trusted for foods. I want the refund immediately.

                              I placed on order on saturday, 02 march 2019 07:17:04 and order number 5093109 and with promise to deliver (Your order will be delivered approximately on 07:47:04).

                              But i made three to four call at your call center to inquire but every time with promise of delivering in 10 to 15 minutes. And finally at around 8.50 told me the order can deliver due to technical glitch and your money will be returned in 4 to 5 working days.
                              I did not receive any alert that they can not deliver order.
                              Disappointed with the unprofessional approach and will think multiple times to deliver and will never pay advance.

                              Not delivered in 30 minutes in mail showing delivery time is 9.03 pm and after several call pizza delivered at 9.30 pm and it's cold.

                                We had ordered food from pizza hut (Order number : 5090093) on saturday, 02 march 2019 at 06:22:09.

                                One of the items we had ordered was creamy garlic bread stix worth rs. 129 which was not delivered and we were wrongfully charged for it.

                                We aren't used to scams like these but it would be of great help if this issue could be solved with a refund of the money.

                                  The closing time of pizza hut is 11 am to 11 pm and we reached at 10:50 pm before 10 minutes the manager tell us we are unable to dine inn due to once u order the order will take time to prepare and the it will exceeds the closing time to go home. So i tell what is the closing time he said 11 pm so why should i not be dine inn there were many customers who were in happy with the manager behaviour also we have taken a photos and videos so we can open the eyes from this time of non sense behaviours of pizza hut employees, this franchise should be boycott and remove from the city.

                                    I had ordered unlimited non veg pizza at one of your outlet - pizza hut, tandon mall, andheri east mumbai 400093 india.
                                    In the initial phase of order i was told that i cannot share or do anything which i did accepted it.
                                    Whilst i was done eating. There were 3 slices of pizza which were left and i had asked him politely that kindly do a take away as it was not possible for me to finish it to which it was declined and said that we cannot give and you have to eat it here whether you are full or no.

                                    Where is the customer service gone? How can you ask a customer that eat there whether he or she is done or not!!

                                    I asked that what you will do with the remaining slices and the response was we will throw it. As a good customer i was said that i will pay 200rs more but get that packed atleast

                                    The manager name umesh patil intervened and was very very rude. He straightaway said that he will either throw the food or warm the same pizza and serve to the other customers.

                                    Is this the thing going in pizza hut?

                                    I have removed the video where he is arguing with me and said that he will throw the food?

                                    Also while leaving from the outlet he was rude and told me take a photo for reference or details.
                                    Which was really insulting!!

                                    I need to speak with the regional head of pizza hut and want that employee to be removed from the organisation and with a written apology.

                                      Placed an order online. Since it crossed the delivery time. Store keeper cancelled it saying driver had an accident hence cancelling. However no way for god shake he sounded like any kind of accident would have happened. It was just to escape from on time not delivering reputation.
                                      Pizza hut is horribly declining in its delivery service. Its shame.

                                        This is with reference to my online order placed with pizza hut, order no: 4743435 dated 14th february 2019 for rs. 490.35 and payment was made by my credit card. Sms send to me by pizza hut that order will be delivered to me by 7.50 pm. After few minutes i got a call from nearest pizza hut shop that, 'they could not delivered the order at my place, after that i was continuously call on there call center no.: 39883988 for next 1 hour and every time customer care executive gave me fake promises that somebody will call me from there pizza hut shop, but till date no one calls me bake and payments also not refunded back. Requesting you to take action against them.

                                        I was online order pizza & my payment is deducted from my account but order is failed .but amount is not refund .its all fraud .if my amount is not return in my account .then i will complaint in consumer form.i am shocked to see this.its all are cheating to consumers.
