Dear team,
I have swipped on 10th dec, 18 against the pizza delivery. I have swiped my card on the machine with delivery boy twice. But due to mobile network and swipe machine error, transaction was not either successful not declined. Again i have swiped my card on pizza outlet at delphi building, hiranandani, powai, 400072. Due to this subsequently my bank is debited twice with the bill of 1, 790. Please attached herewith my bank statement. Till date i have not recieved my money back. I have made follow up with the pizza outlet at delphi with mr. Pravin but no response is received yet. This is ridiculous and harassing that i am following but no response is received.
Please resolve this and give my money back asap. Else i will go for consumer forum.
