I want to share an wonderful/exceptional and alarming that we have faced sunday night post ordering pizza with pizza hut. Order number 3407447.

Ordered online pizza [meal for two] of rs. 440/- all inclusive at around 6.20 pm ist. My daughter was checking the status of the same as we wanted to leave after having pizza.

payment issue + delivery issue

I wish to share an unprecedented and horrifying experience we have faced tonight post ordering pizza with pizza hut.

As per trail mail, our order was detailed with payment clearly marked as online and already paid by me.

The delivery boy came an hour late to our home for delivery around 9:30 pm and was when inquired, he told us that this was not his tension and we can escalate to anyone...

quality of pizza

I have ordered Pizza (Order Placed : Order no. 3356119) from Pizza hut Bangalore Kamanahalli HRBR outlet on 1st October 2018, 8 pm.

I received the Pizza with absolute of 3rd grade quality with only Chilli Sauce and few pieces of vegetables, it was cold as it was delivered after 1 hr 30 mins (930PM)

pathetic quality and delay in delivery

sbi pizza hut voucher not accepted

I tried to redeem sbicard gift vouchers from pizza hut Mulund Nirmal lifestyle outlet and Korum Mall outlet . I went to pizza hut delivery outlet in more than 5 times and every time they gave me same excuse that there is technical issue in system.
I tried to contact sbi card but they say the codes are avalid and they can’t take any complaint. They ask me to try on different outlets....

I ordered pizza on 10th sept, 18. I didn't receive any msg or mail regarding that, after some time a called the customer care and it was informed to me that my order has been cancelled... They didn't even tell me the reason for the same. They told me that my money will be refunded within 2-3 days on the 4th day i called again but they said it takes 5-6 days... It's 16th day today still the money has not been refunded... Totally disappointed...

I call and inquired to the Customer Care Service(Call) provided by McDonalds and the Service staff ensured me that the amount will be refunded to me in 5 working days. But still i not recevied that amount.
