Hello team,
I made a call to call centre and ordered my food. I ordered 12 pizzas (6 veg n 6 non veg), 14 soft drinks, 2 garlic bread and other 2 breads. Call centre passed my order to bellandur pizza hut store. I have received only 6 veg pizzas. Immediately i have contacted store person and he said that he has received only 6 pizza order from call centre and he sent the same. Immediately i have contacted customer care and they said that they have shared full order with the bellandur store. I was completely disgusted and disappointed with this. I had a conference call with store manager and customer care manager (Neelakanta) as well but there is no response from the till now. We are 15 to 20 who are suffered with hunger and everyone started scolding me as i am the one who ordered.
So please reimburse my full order amount of 4692 rupees.

      This complaint is regarding the non delivery of pizza from pizza hut though the amount was deducted from my account. This is a frustrating experience with pizza hut. The amount of rs 418 has been deducted from my account but no delivery was done. It causes a lot of inconvenience and cash on delivery is not always possible. This is the second time i had to lodge a complaint. When i called the jhansi branch of pizza hut they it may take three to four working days to get the money back. Rs 418.95 debited from a/c *1942 on 26-01-19 to vpa pizzahut. [protected]@hdfcbank (Upi ref no[protected]. Not you? Call on [protected] to report.
      The above statement is the confirmation of the amount deducted from my account.

        Hi, please unregister my number from pizza hut. They are sending me stupid survey messages daily 50 times a day every hour. I already did the survey still i get messages. I don't want any discount and would request my friends to never provide their number to pizza hut if they don't want to get disturbed every minute.           I ordered pizza online through the pizzahut website and made online payment on 21.01.2019.
          Promised delivery time was 8.15pm but it was arrived 20 minutes late and the pizza had become cold. The delivery boy told me that he will replace my order and it will be delivered within 30 minutes but again it was late delivery... Almost 40 minutes. And the same pizza was there, this time reheated which made the base very hard to eat.
          I just accepted it because it was raining and i did not want to cause more inconvenience to the delivery boy.
          But the overall experience was very bad this time. I have given my feedback and also made a complaint on their website, but nobody responded from pizzahut. Even their customer care executives put the call on hold and then didn't respond.

          On 4th February 2019, I ordered a pizza through the online website. Money was deducted but the order wasn't placed. Kindly look into the matter. It says that the resolution time is 24 hours, but no action has been taken so far.

              I have ordered pizza on 28-Dec-2018 via pizza hut Application & paid amount online but unfortunately order was cancelled but i was not received acknowledgement from pizza hut of my refund as well as my money. Follow up with on customer care number [protected] but nobody respond properly on customer care number. I am follow up with him from last 15 day about my acknowledgment of my refund but nobody was respond. Every time pizza hut customer care give me different answer like they are checking with back end team, they require 24 hours, they already initiated refund please check with your bank. But nobody give me confirmation on mail. Please give me confirmation on mail so i can check with my bank for my refund.

                I found worms in the garlic bread. They had been baked with the bread. It is pathetic, saw them in the end, must have eaten so many. When I called to complain, I was told the concerned store manager will call me within 5 minutes. It's been over 30min and no one has called yet.
                Never order from Pizza Hut you never know what Rotten you will be served!

                    I would like to share the order no. Or bill no. With the company because the gwalior pizza hut store is not appropriate with the customers. They are not good with the language.                     The customer care promised a compensation for the poor quality of pizza, and since past two weeks they are giving excuses.
                    I have called the customer care multiple times, but the store people at Hinjewadi, Pune are delaying things for every day.
                    Please look into the matter.

                        I had ordered on 28 december 2018 but the order was not placed and amount was deducted (Rs556.50). No refund was issued to my account and the pizza hut outlet is refusing to refund by saying the refund had been done on 31 december 2018 while there no such record in my bank statement and neither any updation even though i also went to thebank.
                        Please resolve the issue and refund my money.

                            Pizza quality is too bad and amount of cheese and toppings are very less and pizza is too salty and not able to eat. I can't believe that this pizza is from pizza hut and size of bread is too big and overall my money is waste to order pizza from pizza hut. It's really rediculous and one more thing is that pizza is cool and me and my family can't eat that pizza so that's why i say my money is wasted to order pizza from pizza hut

                              No clue on the delivery still (15.10 at the time of writing)
                              Store guys lying that it will be delivered in 10 mins everytime i called. They have no clue where the rider is
                              Have 6 yrs old child innocently waiting for the delivery
                              Worst experience ever that too from such an organisation

                                    Hello sir the sales girl sweety and manager of pizza hut nashik hd commmited us to provide hall fr 25 person on my daughters birthday. Bt on the day when the party was arranged just half an hour before the party the manager and the girl refused to give us the hall that spoiled our party and just because of their wrong commitment our party was cancelled and also day before the party the girl called us and said that the hall is booked for u and u will get the whole hall. And also the manager misbehaved on the phone. We had invited 25 persons and they were so shocked to hear this and they were also against this service. I request you to please look forward to this matter

                                      I had done credit card transaction on 27/12/18 at mall road shimla outlet of rs. 389/- but by some technical fault the above transaction was done twice. Your front desk executive said the second transaction will refund but after expiry of 24 hrs no refund recieved. Please look into the matter and do the needful for refund.
