I booked a pizza in line and paid the money online. It was to be delivered at a scheduled time. Behen it was delivered i called on the customer care, they said they will connect me with the store manager. One mr deepak identifies himself as store manager at janakpuri store and kept saysing that the order came in when i was speaking with him. Instead of apologising they kept saying that it insist on the order they will cancel the order and i shall get refund. This is outrageous, insensitive and rude if the whol company. I have the bill that was punched after the delivery time. I tried complainininline but the store is not registered. Later when i call the order also does not reflect with customer care. I feel cheated and insulted. If someone can help i would like to take this complaint against company and manager mr deepak dutt to a legitimate end.

    Order number 3972357 has been placed at 2.47pm on december 2018 but did not deliever till 4. When i called themat [protected], i spoke to atulya and sonali. They told me that it will be delievered at 4.40. When i asked the reason of delay and old them that i will submit this feedback then it got cancelled at 4.30
    Request you to pls provide the reason of it and solution

    I ordered pizza form zomato on dated 08.12.2018 delivery boy calls and says your area is out of delivery so we cant delivered this item at your address amount is deducted from my account and i have not received any item but in zomato app show item is delivered so refund my amount contact No-[protected]
    After taking and delivering the order through the app they send sms you to a.m amount numbering to 200 to fill in a feedback survey..

      May i know the reason for such a disgraceful behavior from the store guy? You refused to deliver the order 1 hour post the order being placed. It was a birthday present for my father and i'm really badly dissapointed.
      Give me a valid reason for this unexpected behavior from your end.
      If the address is not within your delivery zone, you should not allow the customer to place the order.
      I would like to say it a very unprofessional act from pizza hut website as well as the store.
      I have no option else to cancel my order. So, do return and revert my payment amount asap and stop servicing with such poor infrastructures.

        Dear team,

        I have swipped on 10th dec, 18 against the pizza delivery. I have swiped my card on the machine with delivery boy twice. But due to mobile network and swipe machine error, transaction was not either successful not declined. Again i have swiped my card on pizza outlet at delphi building, hiranandani, powai, 400072. Due to this subsequently my bank is debited twice with the bill of 1, 790. Please attached herewith my bank statement. Till date i have not recieved my money back. I have made follow up with the pizza outlet at delphi with mr. Pravin but no response is received yet. This is ridiculous and harassing that i am following but no response is received.

        Please resolve this and give my money back asap. Else i will go for consumer forum.

          I visited pizza hut cst on 6 december 2018 around 5. P. M. It was my very bad first experience of the pizza hut itself.

          First off, the first lady who was at counter didn't know how to punch an phonepe payment mode order, so she go in get the lady who knows (Harshada-name according to the bill). That took almost 10 minutes.

          After i gave order (Takeaway) i sat on seat near the entrance. Then one lady who took my order first time was started cleaning. She was splashing cleaning water on the floor with her bare hands and mopping. While mopping her mop hit my leg twice but she didn't even bother to say "sorry sir". It show her no respect towards customers.

          When my order which was simple paneer and capsicum single pizza after half hour. I ask her about carry bag. She said 10 inr extra. She was supposed to tell me that ask if i want carry bag or not. Its not like there was lot of rush in the restaurant. Its barely 4-5 patrons including me.in other restaurants of yum india brands they ask me every time whether i want carry bag or not.
          Now pizza, pizza had less paneer than capsicum. Also felt uncooked base.

          For all above deficiency in services, i want refund as very first experience was not the worth the money i paid.

          I had ordered country feast yesterday with more items. Instead of country feast I got something rlse and very very spicy which my kids couldn’t eat. Plz revert asap.             i would like to suggest you. Please stop your 30 minutes delivery .You guys are just playing with precious time of customers and making us fool.

            Ordered triple treat box veg of rupees 699/- at 7:40:13 pm and i was suppose to get it at 08:10:13 pm according to your 30 minutes service.. but i get it at 8:30 pm. and i was late for my scheduled train .Only because of your 30 minutes delivery package offer.
            when you guys are not able to fulfilled your terms and condition .please stay away from saying "man of words".

            Its a request please do cashback at lest.

              My self sachin from bangalore residing in basaveshwar nagar. I have place the pizza and garlic bread order from your customer care number, i have placed the order at 11.40 as per your commitment pizza should delivery within 30-40 mint but i have received the pizza at 2.03pm.
              Almost 2hours i have waited to get pizza and also called to your customer care from their side also i got fake commitment like i’ll get pizza at 10mint for your reference i have attached the pizza bill with sign of delivery boy with timing he has self assisted the same and sign in copy.
              You guys troubling to customer for this kind of fake advertisement and fake delivery timing.
              I had very bad experience with pizza hut so i’ll post this my bill and i’ll expose your fake delivery advertising time and fake false.
              I refer my all friends and colleagues don’t buy pizza from pizza hut:
              Pizza hut is being reputed organisation but you guys failed to deliver the food as per your commitment so kindly don’t make fool to customers to giving such advertising in media and making customer as fool so kindly take action on pizza hut

                  I would like to inform you that i have placed an online order no. 3904291 at 7.52pm today. I placed multiple calls at [protected] and every time call centre guys made me fool by saying your order has just now been placed and you will get an order within 10 min, few said, i will arrange a call with store manager. After one and half an hr, i got a call from store manager, the walk, hiranandani estate patlipada piza hut store that sorry sir you please cancel this order because due to server issue we couldn't get this or else i will note it down now and deliver you within 30 min and now one hour has been over. No updates, no calls and being a poor customer i even couldn't cancel my order online because there is no option as such. I donate my payment to you so that at least you should not repeat the same with another customer.

                    I placed order at pizzahut on 21st of august. However due to reasons not known to me, the mentioned order was cancelled.
                    It was informed to me over a text message the mentioned order is cancelled and refunds will be initiated very shortly.
                    However, i am very surprised that no refund happened even after 3 months. Meanwhile i raised the issue with my bank and they confirmed that payment was authorised by pizzahut and no refund initiated from pizzahut. (Attaching email from bank)

                      delayed delivery refund not made as promised

                      Pizza hut delayed delivery more than an hour, that too two times.
                      When reported the issue, I was told that amount will be refunded to my account in 2 days.

                          pizza hut cancelled the order themselves after I made the payment and yet the refund has not been made. the customer service number provided on the official website says to be either switched off or not reachable. This type of service is not expected from them. Kindly make the refund at the earliest.

                            This order was confirmed and payment also been received by pizzahut but surprisengly i got a call from pizzahut panchkula that order cannot be delivered
                            How you can refuse the delivery after confiming the order and also getting the payment

                              Without registering on my phone number, i recently just ordered and bought through my debit card a big pizza meal for 2. As the transaction was being processed and payment made, the app reloded itself and back to the home page

                              The money got deducted but no order or any confirmation was given. I'm in shock that the app is somewhat cheating or the company is.

                                I ordered a two pizzas online from the Pizza Hut app.

                                I had selected a Chicken Supreme and Chicken Triple Treat pozzas and the total bill after discount amounted to INR 656.25.

                                I made the payment using Amazon Pay and the money got deducted but i did not receive any confirmation fir the order and there is no history or the order as well in the app.

                                Its really frustrating and i need my money back.

There is no chilli flakes and organo inside and one pizza is completely messed. Very bad experience. There is 2 pizza is gud.. But 2 is just like as without cheese and drying conditions. Not feel as fresh one... This happens to me 2nd time after 2 yrs.. I did my payment from this no [protected] date 12/11/2018. Plz see the image

                                    With reference to my online order no. 3674387 dated 7/11/2018 for rs 1227.45 at 10.17 pm, it is to inform that your executive from kingsway camp outlet called me and told me that the order can not be delivered as the address mentioned does not come under ‘delivery area’. He also mentioned that the amount will be refunded in two days. Thereafter 2 hours another executive calls and asks whether i still want that order to be delivered. This is hilarious! I told him that it was no longer needed. I have already informed you about this in feedback, but till date, i have not heard from you guys. Not a single mail and message and not even cancellation information. I think 3 days are sufficient time to update your customer. Update me the status of refunding of payment at the earliest.

                                      I have placed an order online for takeaway at pizza hut for my kids b'party (Store location: bangalore central mall, outer ring road, bangalore - 560103) on 15th oct'18 afternoon. Paid through amazon pay and the transaction is successfull and amazon pay is debited for amount rs.1, 593.38/- (Online order no: 3474433).
                                      Went to collect the takeaway, store mentioned it is only dine-in and doesn't accept online orders for takeaway. I asked about my order, no response and about money refund, it was mentioned i need to take care with customer care. I found an sms that my order got cancelled. I approached customer care, it was mentioned in 4-5 working days it will refunded till now not refunded.

                                      I went to another pizzahut center and order for takeaway and stayed there to collect as i need to get ontime for party.

                                      After 1 week i followed with pizzahut customer care, it was mentioned only store has to take care, i approach the store they mentioned call to customer care as order is not received.

                                      I tried customer care once again, the customer care center person nothing can be done from his side. I requested to speak to his manager for couple of time, seems his manager is not interested to entertain. At the end customer care center person mentioned will respond speaking with finance team and get in 1-2 days, more than 5 days over no call is received on my phone or money is refunded yet.

                                      Not clear how to get my money refund.

                                      Two major problems:
                                      1. Online order takeaway order was accepted by dine-in store and money is debited, later order got cancelled. This should be take care in the system itself.

                                      2. Towards my money refund no way is found till now, how and whom should i approach.

                                      Request pizza hut customer care center will look into this and provide me the refund.
