Without registering on my phone number, i recently just ordered and bought through my debit card a big pizza meal for 2. As the transaction was being processed and payment made, the app reloded itself and back to the home page

The money got deducted but no order or any confirmation was given. I'm in shock that the app is somewhat cheating or the company is.

I want my money back asap

    I ordered a two pizzas online from the Pizza Hut app.

    I had selected a Chicken Supreme and Chicken Triple Treat pozzas and the total bill after discount amounted to INR 656.25.

    I made the payment using Amazon Pay and the money got deducted but i did not receive any confirmation fir the order and there is no history or the order as well in the app.

    Its really frustrating and i need my money back.

      Dear sir I have purchased magic box combo at rohtak city in haryana. I did my payment via paytm. This is my pickup order. There is no chilli flakes and organo inside and one pizza is completely messed. Very bad experience. There is 2 pizza is gud.. But 2 is just like as without cheese and drying conditions.       I have visited pizza hut in Aggarwal fun city mall Delhi, where I ordered double cheese pizza and was informed that it will take 15mins and it took bloody more than half n hour

        With reference to my online order no. 3674387 dated 7/11/2018 for rs 1227.45 at 10.17 pm, it is to inform that your executive from kingsway camp outlet called me and told me that the order can not be delivered as the address mentioned does not come under ‘delivery area’. He also mentioned that the amount will be refunded in two days. Thereafter 2 hours another executive calls and asks whether i still want that order to be delivered. This is hilarious! I told him that it was no longer needed. I have already informed you about this in feedback, but till date, i have not heard from you guys. Not a single mail and message and not even cancellation information. I think 3 days are sufficient time to update your customer. Update me the status of refunding of payment at the earliest.

          I have placed an order online for takeaway at pizza hut for my kids b'party (Store location: bangalore central mall, outer ring road, bangalore - 560103) on 15th oct'18 afternoon. Paid through amazon pay and the transaction is successfull and amazon pay is debited for amount rs.1, 593.38/- (Online order no: 3474433).
          Went to collect the takeaway, store mentioned it is only dine-in and doesn't accept online orders for takeaway. I asked about my order, no response and about money refund, it was mentioned i need to take care with customer care. I found an sms that my order got cancelled. I approached customer care, it was mentioned in 4-5 working days it will refunded till now not refunded.

          I went to another pizzahut center and order for takeaway and stayed there to collect as i need to get ontime for party.

          After 1 week i followed with pizzahut customer care, it was mentioned only store has to take care, i approach the store they mentioned call to customer care as order is not received.

          I tried customer care once again, the customer care center person nothing can be done from his side. I requested to speak to his manager for couple of time, seems his manager is not interested to entertain. At the end customer care center person mentioned will respond speaking with finance team and get in 1-2 days, more than 5 days over no call is received on my phone or money is refunded yet.

          Not clear how to get my money refund.

          Two major problems:
          1. Online order takeaway order was accepted by dine-in store and money is debited, later order got cancelled. This should be take care in the system itself.

          2. Towards my money refund no way is found till now, how and whom should i approach.

          Request pizza hut customer care center will look into this and provide me the refund.

            Hi,

            I placed the order on nov 1 2:48 pm however the order was not placed properly or as i was told cancelled due to a technical error. This is the second time i had to face this issue.

            I called and was told that there was some technical glitch. I asked them to place the order again and honor the 30 min guarantee that was offered. However the rep refused and i was asked to pay. I asked why was i not informed about this and the rep said that they indeed tried to contact me however my umber was out of reach.

            I asked the same in writing however was again refused so i asked for the supervisor who also said the same things about technical glitch and tried to make some hollow and fake promises about contacting the restaurant and checking if they can offer any partial discounts. He admitted that the order id was not generated so there is no chance of call getting placed at the end he just gave me the escalation email address to end the call.

            So there was no help at all and were only attempts to fool me.

              I had ordered from pizza hut, mumbai (Andheri branch) on 21st oct'18 for rs. 1257.90 from the pizza hut app. The order did not complete but the amount got debited (Through net banking).               I karanveer singh ordered a pizza from phase 5 mohali store. The pizaa was unbaked and when i complained the manager about this the manager behaved rudely worst manager.

                My Order number is 3494005. I had ordered pizza for INR 2806.65 on 18th october, 2018 and which was cancelled automatically within 05 mins of order but the amount was not refunded to me and it's more than 10 days.
                I had called the customer care more than 7 times but they have updated me, amount will be credited within 3 - 5 Business days and told me that I will arrange a call from store manager. Neither I got any call from store manager nor my money refunded. This was repeated more than 07 times but answer given to me the same.Totally unsatisfied with the customer service provided by the pizzahut. Could you please help on this issue.

                  Today i went to pizza hut located in kalyan shop no. 91011 dist. Thane maharashtra. After i finished my pizza order, i have placed the order for “mirinda” & they charged me rs.60 for 500 ml (As per attached invoice no. : 20m[protected] dated 28th oct.2018 time 9.29.01. Pm), when i checked the bottled i got shocked by seeing the mrp on bottle which was mention 60 rs. (As per attached bottle snap of mrp).

                  To cross the check the market price i brought the same “mirinda” bottle which me cost at rs. 38 for 600 ml. While comparing both bottles ingredients & nutritional information are same (As per attached both bottles labels),

                  I think it’s big loot of consumer, if it’s happen entire pan india pizza hut outlets then it’s horrible. If this is an offence needs to be a take a strong action against this.

                    Ordered time was 05:18 pm and the delivery time promised was 05:48 pm but the it was delivered after 05:55 pm.
                    As the order was not a bulk one, so expected an on-time delivery.
                    How can you promise to deliver in 30 mins if you cannot

                    I had ordered pizza for Rs292 and which was cancelled automatically within 30mins of order but the amount was not refunded to and it's almost 20 days. I had called the customer care many times but they have updated me that amount will be credited within 3days but dint get my amount back this was repeated for more than 3times but answer given to me that amount will be refunded. Can you please let me know the escalation matrix for this issue. They are not ready create any compliant on this issue. Totally unsatisfied with the customer service provided by the pizzahut.

                        I placed two order on 5-oct-2018 with pizza hut. The details of orders are :-

                        Order number - 3389267
                        Amount :- inr 541.00

                        Order number - 3389431
                        Amount :- inr 541.00

                        For both the orders the amount was deducted from my amazon pay wallet and soon after the order was cancelled by pizza hut saying they were not able to confirm the order to the store.

                        I waited for 2-3 days to received the refund but did not get any. Since then, i have called customer care at[protected] multiple times to inquire about my refund of inr 1082 (For both the cancelled orders) but every time i am being told that the amount will be refunded in 2-4 days. It is more than 15 days already and i am yet to receive my money back. I do not understand if they can deduct money immediately before even knowing if they can deliver the order or not, what is holding them from refunding the money.

                          Poor service i ever had since i loved PIZZA.Why PIZZA HUT can't give service like Dominos&Others?Specially staffs are very rude & poor response in PHOENIX MARKET CITY CHENNAI.Poor maintenance + unprofessional staffs.There is a uncountable complain in this shop where people walk in are more & hope all walk in were served badly in this shop.

                              The complain regarding misbehavior and not giving the proper result, in 16/9/2017 i purchased the two pan pizza in takeaway, which i need now the bill for claim in my office. I went to pmc chennai pizza hut store to collect the bill. First mistake done by manager mr selva gave me the wrong bill and said you claim it sir, but i need my same bill for claim, selva reply sir 20 days backup for the bill. I ask him for manual bill in same date no manual bill provide, then i ask for customer care no he said we dont, have. This is the manager which is not giving to customer issues resolved.                                   I ordered pizza on 16 oct 2018. I paid online and after 30 min i got a call from the pizza store saying they don't deliver at my location. How come their website accepted the address i provided? How did they realize after 30 mins that they don't deliver at my location? When i argued how their website accepted the order, he asked me to go half way to collect my order. Pathetic services pizza hut. Now i know why people prefer domino's always.

                                    This is with respect to my Dine in at Pizza hut at Vasant Square Mall in New Delhi on[protected], as per the msg Received from Pizza Hut (Attached for Ref), there was a 30% off on Dine in, But as per my Bill (Inv No P[protected], Source P341) No discount was given. So request you to look into the matter and refund the amount to my paytm account [protected].

                                    Look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                                      Hello team,

                                      I have ordered a pizza on 08-oct-18 from pizza hut online by the name of manju rawat for delhi location as i am from delhi. I have paid the amount online which is of 404.25. The balance has been deducted but my order did not place. I have confirmed from the pizza store regarding the same the concern person told me that your order has been cancelled and further she added that the order is placed for mumbai india location not for delhi. So your order has been cancelled and you will receive the amount in your account within 5 working days. Now as its more than a week i did not receive any kind of refund regarding that order.

                                      Kindly give me an update on that as they are not picking up my call.
