I am residing in Gurgaon and placed an order with Order #3002704 on 19/07/2018 through pizza hut.co.in
I opted for delivery at my registered address on the website.
I made the payment online using my credit card.
Once the payment is confirmed website said Ur order is for take away from Chennai.
I called Gurgaon, Chennai and Delhi customer care of pizzahut to alter or cancel the order, but nobody confirmed the cancellation and there was no method to cancel it online.
This was highly frustrating to note that such an established and known service provider can't give the confirmation of cancellation of my order. I am not sure about the commitment made by the executive that I will get the refund back.
These kind practices must be falling under unlawful acts to cheat the customer.

    In spite of being a dine in order, we waited for nearly 54 mind for food to be delivered. The guys don't know what the order was and had to go behind them for every thing. Finally got frustrated and had to leave asking for takeaways o[censored]ndeliverable items. On reaching home, we found that three chocovalcano was missing which was billed. Trying to reach them back and unable to do so. Haven't gases such a horrible outlet of your brand where I had be upset about not getting food on time and being cheated.

      We went to Pizza Hut situated at rose garden complex, Gt road Bathinda. We have got rs 500 coupon from sbi cards which we asked them to redeem.
      But they straightaway said no cause there system is not working, which was a complete lie as they we taking orders, and this is not the first time previously also they gave the same reason.
      Both Pizza Hut and SBI cards are making there customers fool

        The quality and taste was so horrible and PATHETIC!!! My pizza had no pizza base topping. It was just a plain dough with cheese and some barely non veg topping. This is the worst pizza I ever had and add to that I had to pay 800 rupees for [censored] pizza.i really wish Pizza Hut pays my money back and value customers because when I pay and expect it to be worth the pay. I just feel annoyed that I had to pay so much. Will never eat from this joint

          Order ID #2975358 from the NOIDA Sector 50 branch. Did not receive the order until upward of 1 whole hour, that too AFTER placing 2 CALLS to customer care. Naturally, I received an order of stale pizzas and garlic bread (photos attached) after having waited for more than an hour for something that should've taken 30 minutes at most.

          The delivery boy (Vipin) simply did not ring the doorbell!! Kept making excuses afterwards and the manager (Bijay Rawat) supported him in his imbecilic argument, at one point accusing me of lying about being home. Preposterous! Why would I lie about something like this after placing a PREPAID order for my lunch?

          Hope action will be taken accordingly so nobody else faces this problem. I surely won't as I'm sure I wouldn't be ordering from Pizza Hut in the future.

            My Order number is 2842812, I had ordered on 28 may 2018 through online and order got cancelled from your side. Then I went to store paid again and took a take away and was assured by the store manger that I will receive my refund in 5 working days. I never received my refund, It is more than 1 and half month. I called up customer care number multiple time and every time I get the same response from them stating I will receive my refund in 5 working days. I think it is scripted. Associate and supervisors repeat the same scripted line every time I call them. I refund amount is just Rs 614.25 only. Is it so difficult for the pizza hut being such a brand name to refund the small amount of Rs 614.25. Hopefully this is the right site I have visited to resolve my isue

              I placed an order with Pizza hut( order reference 2969804) on 8th July 9pm online and the website said I would receive it by 9:35pm. When there was no sign of pizza till 10:15pm I called up customer care and asked them to cancel my order several times. Till now, I have not received a single SMS confirming cancellation or refund for the money I have paid. I was also told by customer care employees that the store would call me back which never happened. I have been cheated out of my money and in the process of grievance, I'm dealing with highly unprofessional and incompetent employees of Pizza hut who are unable to resolve a simple problem. They even hung up the phone in midst of a call. The whole website and customer care is pathetic and all my attempts to cancel order and seek refund through customer care have been in vain.

                Hello All,

                I had ordered Pizza for almost 2000/- rupees.

                I'm very astonished and shocked by the way the pizza was delivered, first of all the ordered and delivered items were wrong. It had no flavour whatsoever. There was not even pizza sauce on the pizza, the stuffed crust was like hard rubber, this was like pizza what you eat on a road side bakery and when I called customer care to give feedback the guy told me I've raised your complaint to the store and the manager will call back and when I was still talking he hung up on me. Again the some staff called from the store to apologise and offered me free pizza, I told him I don't want another piece like rubber, he is talking to me without even knowing what was ordered and when I asked why is the quality so bad for such a big brand name, he tells me its weekend our staff was busy so., I asked him if it was okay to play with customer's money and their time and their dinner. He says I will not repeat next time. I can give a pizza free for you. I told him if he was sincerely sorry he should refund me than giving a freebie.

                He said the store manager will call up next morning and he will talk about refunding, when I asked what if he didn't call up what would he do, he was saying "I'm giving you guarantee sir", when I asked for the number of store manager he hung up on me.

                  I Nandini had ordered online I hd asked dem to send card machine. When the delivery boy arrived d card machine wasn’t working. I planned to gv cash by he hd no change. He tried d card again n dis time it worked d bill amount was 1643.00 bt an error occurred n 16430.01 Gt deducted frm my account. The manager came and cancelled d transaction n gv me d void bill. He tld me dat I wud Gt my refund in 24hours bt I have still nt received my refund. Its a matter of concern as it’s really a big amount. Requesting u to plz do something abt this.

                    I have made a payment of 387.45 today but I did not get my order.i even make call to the store but they said they didn't receive any order with the name of mine.i don't know why this happened to me.i am old customer of pizza hut.
                    I made my payment by using razor pay gateway through airtel money wallet(credit card).i am attaching a picture of proof that I have already made a payment of that amount I mentioned above .Pls look into this asap otherwise I will complaint to consumer court.

                      My order was cancelled by the store and i was told that i will get the refund in 6-7 days. Its been more than a months.
                      If that is the policy of Pizza Hut, then you people are surely loosing your customers.

                      After constant calls and reminder also, every time i was told that i'll be receiving a call from the store but as expected that also never happens..
                      Kindly tell for how long should i wait more.

                          Its very shameful for pizza hut lover like me to say that the standard and quality level of pizza had gone so cheap that its much better to go road side small pizza shop rather than going to international brand pizza hut food chain and paying thousands and not getting that quality, service. I am writing this to make your services better. As in pizza hut none of the waiter will clean your table or ask for the water. They had cleaned after saying them to times.. The rates had gone soo high and the quality is going too down... I shall never visit there again because i had this bad experience two times. Both the times i am complaining. I you wish to call me between 5pm — 7pm.

                            Why pizza hut has a online order system when they can't deliver for it... It's really bad that the customer is waiting for the dinner and after waiting when he calls custcare of pizza hut, he get to connect to executive after 4 calls and 20 minutes and then he is communicated that order can not be processed due to some technical issue...

                            If this is the service given by pizza hut, I am never going to order to pizza hut.

                            I need an answer for this... Why you people guarantee 30 minute delivery

                              I placed an order 2946174 at 831 pm on your website for my family including my kid. The delivery time promised was 9:05pm. I called your call center 4 times by 9:30pm and everyone said that the pizza is on its way. And then after 9:45 they said they will escalate to store manager who didn't call for 20 mins and when he called he said he didn't receive the order and will talk to the area manager and get back. The call center representative said he will have the supervisor call me back. They didn't call either... So you all left my family without food for 2 hours and my family including kid who wanted to celebrate slept without food. Such a huge company with such pathetic website order systems and even worse customer service. When i asked the csr s to check with the see they kept promising that i will get the food in 5 minutes. Such a pathetic and disgusting experience. Changed my whole perception about your company. I will escalate to highest levels and social media

                                I visited your lucknow ashiyana store and the store was so dirty as there was dust all around and even the a/c was not working.
                                I spoke to vishal the store manager there regarding the dust he said due to walkin there is dust then i said you should get the same cleaned, he said there is shortage of manpower. Then i asked him for the customer feedback book for which he started searching the same.
                                I was shocked and surprise to see the management of such a reputated brand store.

                                  I had ordered pizza online to take away from dwarka sec 5 delhi. When i reached there they told me you didn't place any order even i had ordered number. One of the worst poor service in my life which is i have seen today and no-one want to take responsibility. Hope sowill don't come any pizza hut outlet and tell my friends also. Go to hell pizza hut.

                                    Delivery taking more than 90mins from pizza hut which is just 100mts away.
                                    Called up customer care, and everytime response was wait for 10mins.
                                    After calling 5times, customer care person took store on line, and as per him order was out for delivery 50mins backs.

                                    Finally cold and tasteless food was delivered.

                                    Since order was prepaid, so no question of any regret or apologies or refund.

                                    Thanks and good bye pizzahut.

                                    This is 2nd feedback, on same delivery... But seems this is the current style of pizzahut.

                                      I have ordered the 4 m pizza with zinger bread online - after selecting the same in the internet - choosing location detect and manually typing location - the order seems to have reached the wrong center - got a call from the manager abhijit dutta - they will coordinate and shyambazar branch and will get this delivery done and it will be late - delivery time was 8:47 - called them at 9:30 pm to follow up with abhijit dutta - he said the delivery boy is out and it will be delivered soon - called at 10:00 pm - abhijit dutta said, delivery boy met with accident and the order have to to be made again - then he told me the base for m is over and s size will be provided without my consent - 10:30 pm got a call from shyambazar manager mr gautam - he said the delivery will be done soon on inquiring about the accident case - he denied any such incident happened and started blaming on store location wrongly choose and other storied - finally pizza arrived at 11:00 pm which was suppose to get delivered at 8:47 pm - we had guest in the house and due to all this lies confirmed bu abhijit dutta and team made sure the guest went home with pizza and same did the kid - i want a complete compensation and refund of the money

                                        I m priyanka, nd i paid through card nd then cancelled the transaction nd paid through another card in pizza hut sector 15, of 680 rs.. I didnt got my money back.. I visited 8-9 times... Bt everytime they do have an another person as manager than before nd dont respond properly about issue... Its 20 days as i have not found any option ffr resolving this problem. Hope i get my money back
