On 20th august i placed an order twice of 376.96/- rs. I didn't get any order number or any text message confirming my order.
Amount was debited of (376.96+376.96) rs.
I have attached both transaction numbers in this mail. Waiting for the refund.

Please do the needful, i was not a registered user when i placed this order, it was on m. Pizzahut.co.in

Please check the attachments.
Contacted customer support, they have no answer.

      I made an order from the pizzahut website. Unfortunately, due to hurry, I did not log in to their website and directly placed the order by paying using my debit card. Order details are provided below,

      As per their website the order was placed and the amount was also debited. We waited for a few minutes but the order did not come to the designated store. Unfortunately, I had to make the order again. This time I made the order from their landline number.

      Since the amount for the online order was already deducted I would like to have refund for that. For that, I have been constantly getting in touch with the customer care for multiple times. They don't have any evidence of that order. Their response is always the same that the amount will be credited within 4-5 working days. I am still waiting for my refund

          Date of the incident:-15/8/2018
          I have done online order on website.I ordered pizza on 15 august 2018 5.45pm but didnt get it, but i got message at 9.35pm and email from pizza at 9.35pm that my order is cancelled i.e after 3+hours.(till that no communication from pizza with TAT time)
          After calling customer care they said reason of technical issue for not delivering .But they accepted my payment.
          They also initiated process for refund but after 5 working days still no refund.
          1)No proper communication from pizza hut of cancellation.
          2)No proper timeline for refund.
          3)No refund yet.
          4)No one for help!!!

            @pizzahutin something wrong with your online ordering service amount deducted from my @paytm wallet but online order failed.

            I have placed the order on 28th july 2018 pizza hut website i paid the amount on paytm wallet amount deducted from wallet but online order failed on the website.

            Please, @pizzahutin refund my amount rs. 2719.50

            Paytm team saying pizza hut refund the amount but pizza hut no any response for the refund

              I am writing this mail to make a complaint regarding order number 3132182 bill amount rs 469. I have placed an order for pizza in your website. After a few minutes i got a call from someone from your murugeshpalya branch stating that they will not be able to deliver the pizza and he is going to cancel the order. He told me if you need to have pizza from pizza hut you need to call your nearest pizzahut branch and place the order. Is this my responsibility, can't you guys give the order internally. Moreover i will be getting a refund after 10 days for no fault of mine just because your murugeshpalya branch cant deliver it to me. To give you an idea my place is hardly 2 to 3 km from that branch.
              After this conversation, i got a message from pizzahut stating that your pizza has been dispatched and when i checked the tracking link it has mentioning it has been delivered.
              So next i made a call to your customer care number, please note that i am still hungry and after placing the order it's almost 30 mins. The customer care guys told me he need to check with the murugeshpalya branch, he put me on hold for almost 10 mins and the call got disconnected. Not sure if he had disconnected or the call got dropped. I called them again had to explain the same thing to another guy and he told me the order has been dispatched, then i again insisted him to check again, the he told me that your order is cancelled.

              I want to bring this to your notice that your overall customer service is really really pathetic. I will never ever tell anyone to order pizza from pizza hut because i feel your entire pizza ordering process is flawed. Your customer service guys have no clue regarding the order.

              I am not sure if i will get refund or not as in tracking it is showing its been delivered.

              I am expecting a call from someone from your company with respect to this at the earliest.

              Worst experience I had.i demad my refund immediately.

              Customer service is really pathetic in Pizza hut. The arrigance they carry maybe cz they think its a big brand, but they should remember all brands survive as long as the customers are satisfied, every customer us important!

                Hello, this is ankita i've ordered pizza via online at pizza hut mobile app and pizza arrived around 2 hours late with a cash on delivery mode of payment where as payment was made successfully for an online order. After speaking to manager of the outlet got an apology with a tat for refund. We're left here with twice pay and with a burnt pizza. Plus had to wait for 2 hours to get it as is was suppose to deliver by 12 50 and i got it by 2 pm.

                  I placed an online order of amount Rs. 933. But the store did not accepted the order and the amount was deducted from the account. I placed another order, hoping that the first amount will be refunded. Inspite of making multiple customer care calls, i have not received my money back. Every time i here same story from their employees. Why it is so difficult to return their customers money. Is this the way they are earning money. It was the first time i placed order from Pizza Hut beacause Domino's is always better than them in terms of food, taste, quality, service and customer satisfaction. But these people are least bother. I want my money back. This is the last time i am writing to them. Next time i have to take a strict action.

                    mayonnaise pizza served instead of cheese in pizza hut

                    They have served us mayonnaise instead of cheese in pizza. When we asked them the reason they said this is the standard.

                    I have ordered pizza from pizza hut before also but never disappointed like this. Total wastage of my money. Dominos is better than this at least they served their customers better....

                    I placed an order 10/08/2018 with bill amount633.16. I received a message from bank that money was deducted but i didnt receive confirmation from pizzaut. This is not the first time that has happened to me. Earlier also i ordered for pizza n paid online, sorry to say i didnt receive my money back even after complaing to the pizza hut customer care. When wasting my time n money on calling upon the pizzahut people they have directed me to the store who doesn't even have any info on my order, very badly handled the request.
                    Now iam totally disappointed n would never order pizzas from pizza hut anytime.

                        I had placed on online order on 8th july[protected] and made full payment pizza hut nirmal lifestyle mulund west, after confirming order, they informed oven is not working you will get your refund in next five days.                           I placed my order no.3086728 on 12.08.2018 @ 12.51.40 pm and i got a call at 1.45 to confirm the delivery address and till 2.21 pm i. E. Time of writing this complaint, the order is not delivered to my address.
                          This is really ridiculous and poor quality service from pizza hut.
                          The company is not at all serious about its business and should be shut down immediately for poor service.
                          I talked to the number provided for lodging complaint but with no active support. Number used was 39883988.
                          I have gone through mental harassment and face off with my guest who visited my house for lunch. I want to lodge a claim against such harassment of the customers. I want the refund of my amount of rs 291/- immediately and rs 1000/- for mental harassment.

                            I ordered a pizza and chicken wings online by foodpanda. The restaurant accepted my order. This was a prepaid order. After placing the order i got a call for address confirmation and after 20 minutes i got another call by the delivery agent for address assistance. After all these the delivery boy told me that this location is not in the service zone. I unable to understand how could it be possible. If the address is not in the service zone than why the order accepted by the restaurant. I requested to delivery agent that you're on the way and my location is not too far after that he denied to me. I also requested to the manager same he also replied and behave unethically to me. I have all the call recordings for further help. Please refund my money take the action accordingly. I would also like to tell you that this order was for my dinner and i am new in patna. Now, sleeping hungry just because that kind of service. I am totally disappointed by the services. It's hard to believe that you guys are providing that kind of services to your customers.

                              I ordered 2 veggie supreme + 1 pepsi through telephonic call at pizza hut, bengaluru[protected] on 11th august 2018 at 09:44 pm. The store which delivered the pizza was pizza hut, devyani, (Soul space arena mall), marathalli, bengaluru. I specifically mentioned and requested them to make sure pizza is made with as less cheese as possible and this was repeated again and again while placing the order. Also, a request for sending more oregano and chilly flakes was made. However, i received pizzas completely full of cheese and deformed in shape along with no extra oregano and chilly flakes. I could still manage without oregano but cheese was one major concern for us and i specifically repeated again and again to make it with less cheese. I called on the same number 3 times to specify this concern but the executives always placed me on unending hold. Such non-professional and non-nonsensical attitude has definitely lost my respect for pizza hut, bengaluru and i do not think i can ever think of ordering their pizza in future.

                                I paid for my order online through upi. The payment was successful but i didn't get order confirmation. There still isn't any response for refund or the same. I asked the delivery man about the problem when he was delivering the second order i had to place and was told to contact customer support since their outlet only got one order from my address. It's been 2 days and there's still no response.

                                  Sub - standards quality of call center, received reconfirmation o order then again called & then reject of order no. 3073710.
                                  I ordered pizza for my family on 10th aug 2018 as usual. Due to your so called website was taking my location from the mobile. So i ordered as usual as it takes & after the i called your so called "amazing call center for assistance to re confirm it @ 91-[protected]" this guys are amazing they don't even know how to pronounce the names. I called from saudi arabia +[protected] along distance calls for more than 10 minutes just to reconfirm, they ask me to hold and hold and hold. After 10 minutes they told me my order is confirmed and the person is on his way to deliver the pizza. Unfortunately someone called my home & told they cannot take order & called the order as it is not falling in their zone. Thereafter i called again they talked me for 10 minutes but no one take the responsibilities. Is this your so called pizza hut you guys are taking people for ride... Do you guys really have any matures person who takes the responsibility. Why you guys even existed in the first place... Why you guys have an online website when u cannot take the perfect order. Shame on you entire pizza hut freaking immature, un-professional people on earth. What a shame...

                                    On 4th aug evening i placed an order from mobile using my browser on the pizzahut online. Once i placed the order it asked for payment and i made online payment through my hdfc bank and an amount of 476.72 rs was deducted but i never received any message for order confirmation nor any calls then i tried to go back to the website there was nowhere i could track my order thus i rushed to nearby pizza hut store and inquired there they said they did not receive the order and advised to call customer care i called customer care from the store and they said it will get refunded and then had to place a new order for 411 rs
                                    Today i called the customer care they say there is no transaction my bank statement shows there is with refrence # nhdf[protected] - billdkyumrestaurants transaction id:[protected]

                                      The order has been placed on 10th aug 2018 at 9.12 pm. But order was not delivered till 10.25 pm. When i called customer care number on[protected] the reply given first was order has been dispatched and then immediately he said to wait & will check status. The phone was kept on hold for 5 mins. And then it's been told that we are unable to trace your order & hence please disconnect the call. This happened 3 times. Then i called from another phone for 4th time again on[protected], the person first kept the call blank for 5 mins & then told your order is dispatched and you will get a call from us in 10 mins. When i asked if order is dispatched then why call is required, then he again kept the call on hold for last 15 mins then person told that order is dispatched and you will receive the order in few minutes & you will get a discount. When i said it is more than 1 hour 15 mins and you have to give to give it free. Then the call was again put on hold till 11.05 pm & then was disconnected from customer care's side. By the time my 3rd call from 1st phone was diverted to my area outlet in xperia mall when mr. Nitin over there told that they have not received the order, this is at 10.45 pm, where as we had received order number which we had told him & they said we will need some more time to prepare the order. I am still waiting for the order & kid in house is sitting without food.
                                      This is the 2nd time experience from pizza hut and i would like to claim to close all call centre's of pizza hut which are of no use.
                                      Pizza Hut India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
