I placed my order no.3086728 on 12.08.2018 @ 12.51.40 pm and i got a call at 1.45 to confirm the delivery address and till 2.21 pm i. E. Time of writing this complaint, the order is not delivered to my address.
This is really ridiculous and poor quality service from pizza hut.
The company is not at all serious about its business and should be shut down immediately for poor service.
I talked to the number provided for lodging complaint but with no active support. Number used was 39883988.
I have gone through mental harassment and face off with my guest who visited my house for lunch. I want to lodge a claim against such harassment of the customers. I want the refund of my amount of rs 291/- immediately and rs 1000/- for mental harassment.

    I ordered a pizza and chicken wings online by foodpanda. The restaurant accepted my order. This was a prepaid order. After placing the order i got a call for address confirmation and after 20 minutes i got another call by the delivery agent for address assistance. After all these the delivery boy told me that this location is not in the service zone. I unable to understand how could it be possible. If the address is not in the service zone than why the order accepted by the restaurant. I requested to delivery agent that you're on the way and my location is not too far after that he denied to me. I also requested to the manager same he also replied and behave unethically to me. I have all the call recordings for further help. Please refund my money take the action accordingly. I would also like to tell you that this order was for my dinner and i am new in patna. Now, sleeping hungry just because that kind of service. I am totally disappointed by the services. It's hard to believe that you guys are providing that kind of services to your customers.

      I ordered 2 veggie supreme + 1 pepsi through telephonic call at pizza hut, bengaluru[protected] on 11th august 2018 at 09:44 pm. The store which delivered the pizza was pizza hut, devyani, (Soul space arena mall), marathalli, bengaluru. I specifically mentioned and requested them to make sure pizza is made with as less cheese as possible and this was repeated again and again while placing the order. Also, a request for sending more oregano and chilly flakes was made. However, i received pizzas completely full of cheese and deformed in shape along with no extra oregano and chilly flakes. I could still manage without oregano but cheese was one major concern for us and i specifically repeated again and again to make it with less cheese. I called on the same number 3 times to specify this concern but the executives always placed me on unending hold. Such non-professional and non-nonsensical attitude has definitely lost my respect for pizza hut, bengaluru and i do not think i can ever think of ordering their pizza in future.

        I paid for my order online through upi. The payment was successful but i didn't get order confirmation. There still isn't any response for refund or the same. I asked the delivery man about the problem when he was delivering the second order i had to place and was told to contact customer support since their outlet only got one order from my address. It's been 2 days and there's still no response.

          Sub - standards quality of call center, received reconfirmation o order then again called & then reject of order no. 3073710.
          I ordered pizza for my family on 10th aug 2018 as usual. Due to your so called website was taking my location from the mobile. So i ordered as usual as it takes & after the i called your so called "amazing call center for assistance to re confirm it @ 91-[protected]" this guys are amazing they don't even know how to pronounce the names. I called from saudi arabia +[protected] along distance calls for more than 10 minutes just to reconfirm, they ask me to hold and hold and hold. After 10 minutes they told me my order is confirmed and the person is on his way to deliver the pizza. Unfortunately someone called my home & told they cannot take order & called the order as it is not falling in their zone. Thereafter i called again they talked me for 10 minutes but no one take the responsibilities. Is this your so called pizza hut you guys are taking people for ride... Do you guys really have any matures person who takes the responsibility. Why you guys even existed in the first place... Why you guys have an online website when u cannot take the perfect order. Shame on you entire pizza hut freaking immature, un-professional people on earth. What a shame...

            On 4th aug evening i placed an order from mobile using my browser on the pizzahut online. Once i placed the order it asked for payment and i made online payment through my hdfc bank and an amount of 476.72 rs was deducted but i never received any message for order confirmation nor any calls then i tried to go back to the website there was nowhere i could track my order thus i rushed to nearby pizza hut store and inquired there they said they did not receive the order and advised to call customer care i called customer care from the store and they said it will get refunded and then had to place a new order for 411 rs
            Today i called the customer care they say there is no transaction my bank statement shows there is with refrence # nhdf[protected] - billdkyumrestaurants transaction id:[protected]

              The order has been placed on 10th aug 2018 at 9.12 pm. But order was not delivered till 10.25 pm. When i called customer care number on[protected] the reply given first was order has been dispatched and then immediately he said to wait & will check status. The phone was kept on hold for 5 mins. And then it's been told that we are unable to trace your order & hence please disconnect the call. This happened 3 times. Then i called from another phone for 4th time again on[protected], the person first kept the call blank for 5 mins & then told your order is dispatched and you will get a call from us in 10 mins. When i asked if order is dispatched then why call is required, then he again kept the call on hold for last 15 mins then person told that order is dispatched and you will receive the order in few minutes & you will get a discount. When i said it is more than 1 hour 15 mins and you have to give to give it free. Then the call was again put on hold till 11.05 pm & then was disconnected from customer care's side. By the time my 3rd call from 1st phone was diverted to my area outlet in xperia mall when mr. Nitin over there told that they have not received the order, this is at 10.45 pm, where as we had received order number which we had told him & they said we will need some more time to prepare the order. I am still waiting for the order & kid in house is sitting without food.
              This is the 2nd time experience from pizza hut and i would like to claim to close all call centre's of pizza hut which are of no use.

                I tried ordering online on your website pizzahut.co.in but for two consecutive times amount got debited from my bank account but payment failed. The transaction narration for both the transactions are: ATOM-PAZORPAY SOFTWARE [protected]@567521 and ATOM-PAZORPAY SOFTWARE [protected]@567479. Look into the issue and refund my the amounts. The transaction took place on07.08.2018. I could not even find a place to raise the issue on your website. Atleast on your website you should have a place where customers can raise any complaint if any

                  I ordered a pizza from pizzahut they didn't"t deliver and and also not give back refund... After waiting too much time i thought to call them but they said it is received i don"t know to whom they give but it was cancelled because i also got the message that it is cancelled... And second thing that they didn't"t send me a mail also about cancellation or received or about refund... They just send a message of order confirmation then no one message cames to me...

                        My name is Anushka and I m very dissatisfied from the service of Pizza hut Sanjay place, I have purchased the Pizza worth RS. 499 and I request for Extra Origano but Wonder not given Even the Basic Origano ... They give the Pizzas without Adding the Origano & Chilli Fliks .Very pathatic Services.

                        And it's not the first time that this is Happening, if you are claiming for best services pls do the Same Customer is asking for Extra Origano and you people not given Even the Basic Origano . Domino's is very good at their services, I will Never Purchase Pizza Again from Pizza hut and Also not recommend other people to purchase.

                          I was placing pizzahut online order on 28th Jul 2018.
                          During payment, money got deducted from Paytm team, but order was not placed. I contacted Paytm. Paytm team replied that transaction has been credited to Pizzahut account. When I contacted Pizza hut, they don't have any record of that transaction.
                          Can you look into the issue.

                            i am complaining regarding the prices for mineral, water bottle @50 rupees. i. e too high

                            Today, i went to pizza hut located in mohan nagar ghaziabad. I have placed the order for my pizza which includes water bottle also. The price of normal water bottle is around 20 rupees but they charges me 50 rupees for it. I doesnt understand what type of taxes they are charging with their coustmers. The mineral water bittle name is aquavess of aquafina company. It is of 1 litre.in market it is less and they are charging more than double...

                            We ordered 2 pizzas 1 veggie supreme and 1 tandoori pizza and 2 veggie supreme garlic breads. And what we # got after 1 hour was 2 veggie lovers and garlic bread sticks. And you know what not only this one of the pizza was whole stuck to the top box and when we called up the manager, he was so rude.
                            Not even this they didn't give us spicy supreme but they still added it to the bill.
                            Cheer up pizza hut, you're going really well in maintaining your standards. This is the second time i'm experiencing this, we get cold pizzas with some errors in it. Idk how you guys hire your men at work and what are their profiles. I just know now that you are not any multinational brand as you guys say but a mere street vendor, i might correct even worse than them. Claps to your delivery guys, you're doing great, i'll suggest all my friends that i received a hair on my pizza, no time delivery and rudeness.

                              I ordered pizza through website on 13 july and payment of rs 540.76 was done through paytm at 9:38 pm. No message or mail was sent for order confirmation. When i contacted pizza hut after around 30 minutes, it was confirmed that order couldn't qualify due to some technical issue.
                              Till now payment is not received in paytm wallet.

                                Now, if the customer is not available at his/her place. How will he/she will recieve the order. Beacuse of thje delivery delay if the customer is unable to recieve, is it the mistake of the company or the customer. After that have ordered like 1000 times and applied for cod but after 2-3 days when i tracked the order was canceled without any information how can the comany even cancel? After that when i am ordering by debit card still not processing. Whats wrong with the company???

                                  I had called the call center of pizza hut today i. E. 22nd july 2018 for home delivery order. After i placed the order, i was told that the pizza will reach in 40 mins and my order number was 6181.
                                  Even after 1 hour i called again at least 3 more time at the same call centre but there was no proper response.
                                  I was put on hold every time i called and then i was told that i will get the call from the store but i did not get the call from the store.
                                  After 1 hr and 20 mins, the delivery person reached my home and when i asked him the reason, he very rudely told me that being sunday the store is busy and this will happen, if i order on any sunday. When i told him to give me the number of the store or store manager, he said that he will not give and i can go to the store for discussion if i want to talk to manager.
                                  Now, when i gave him rs. 500 cash, against the bill of rs. 340. He took rs. 10 extra as tip and gave me back rs. 150.
                                  When i asked, he said that he does not have the change and this is just a small amount anyways.
                                  I told him that i want my full balance money back, he said that he does not have change and he will come back in 10 mins to return the money.
                                  But he never came back to return the money.
                                  The over all experience was very bad and it is not about the money but the unethical behavior of people that is disturbing.
                                  I demand explanation and satisfactory action from pizza hut.

                                    Today I ordered two medium roasted paneer pizza at pizza hut online website without login, my money was deducted, but there is no confirmation from the pizza hut, after money was deducted website automatically Came to home page, without any confirmation. we called near by pizza hut stores many times, they are saying, no order was placed with my number, , , , how will I get my money back, , ,

                                      I ordered two pizza at 7:39pm order no 6615 contact no [protected] expected time of delivery is 8:10pm but it was late, when i complaint against this, the behaviour of store manager is pathetic .firstly he agreed to send a new fresh pizza but then he boycott from his words and he said do not order again to pizza hut and he will not delivered any pizza to me again.i will never order any thing from pizzahut and i switched to dominos .
