Iam your regular customer if any daout please check your record Iam ordering pan pizza and dip or one Pepsi botel your staff told me we did not given Pepsi botel.He offering me Merinda Botel ill tell you i don't want Merinda pls give me Pepsi botel, he told me we not given i telling you why he say Pepsi is for take away order only ok then why he offering another pet botel.

Again ill tell them give me Pepsi I can keep in my wife bag and consume out side the restaurant.

    I have ordered Pizza (Order Placed : Order no. 3356119) from Pizza hut Bangalore Kamanahalli HRBR outlet on 1st October 2018, 8 pm.

    I received the Pizza with absolute of 3rd grade quality with only Chilli Sauce and few pieces of vegetables, it was cold as it was delivered after 1 hr 30 mins (930PM)

    I have attached pictures. I want to raise to complaint ASAP

    I got a call from Pizza hut ..Krishna the outlet manager, he apologised for the error and quality of pizzas, and assured will never be repeated in future.
    He also got fresh pizzas and added complimentary soft drinks as a token of acceptance and regretted heavily for the poor service.
    I want to withdraw this complaint and close this conversation.

      Our order no is 3356117 which we ordered at 8 pm. The pizza was delivered to us at 9 pm. The quality of the pizza and garlic bread was pathetic, it waa so hard to chew it. The quality of the pizza is declining everyday. If you guys can't deliver the qulity within the time you claim for, thrn why do you people has keep the timeline to fool people.
      Moreover, when we asked the delivery boy to take it back, he denied and said we dont have such policies also after a huge argument, he told us he stopped at petrol pump to refill his petrol. Is this really a reason that we should buy

        I have ordered a pizza 22 sept 2018 and the amount has been deducted from paytm and the order has been not placed. I have asked the store and they confirmed that there is no order with my number/name. When i have called the customer service they claim that it is problem with paytm. When i call the paytm they claim that the transaction is successful from there end and pizza hut should refund the amount and if they calim that it was not sucessful ask them to send a mail. Once again when i called the pizza hut customer care they say they do not have any email id to confirm and amount will be refunded in 3 days still i have not received my amount rs-435.76..

        Typo error in the heading..Order has been not confirmed but the amount has been deducted from my PAYTM account
        V no[protected] and order no[protected]. Waiting even after 25 min but promised time after 1 min after the bill time but waited 30min + to take away. Unfortunately kids was with me at this time. This not acctable

          I placed the order no. 10581214 on 23rd june. My experience was really bad. There were multiple issues with the order.

          - i placed this order on pizza hut website, but the order was delivered by zomato. How come you share my details with zomato. This is a real privacy concern.
          - your person did not know about the pizza hut rules. Like i wanted to pay using pizza hut gift voucher but he did not know about this. This wasted around 5 minutes
          - as per my order, the amount to be paid was rs 540.76 (Rounded to rs 541). But as per the delivery boy the amount was rs 588. I refused to pay rs 588. He called up zomato and even they told me to pay rs 588. I called up pizza hut, they advised him to collect 541 but he was still adamant on collecting rs 588. This whole process wasted around half an hour.

          By the time i ate pizzas they were not fresh as it was already more than half an hour since the order was delivered.

          I see following from you
          - refund of rs 541 paid towards pizzas as the pizzas were not fresh by the time i ate and it was your fault
          - rs 2000 for wasting my time.
          - rs 1, 00, 000 for privacy breach and the harassment caused due to this incident

            I tried to redeem sbicard gift vouchers from pizza hut Mulund Nirmal lifestyle outlet and Korum Mall outlet . I went to pizza hut delivery outlet in more than 5 times and every time they gave me same excuse that there is technical issue in system.
            I tried to contact sbi card but they say the codes are avalid and they can’t take any complaint. They ask me to try on different outlets.
            Pizza Hut India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I placed order through Zomato on 25th august my order number is Dear Customer, Thank you for ordering from Pizza Hut. Your Order No is[protected] .
            This has not been delivered but they have deducted 597 rs from Paytm
            Now when I’m asking they are blaming it on Zomato and vice Versa
            Please help me with my refund

              I ordered pizza on 10th sept, 18. I didn't receive any msg or mail regarding that, after some time a called the customer care and it was informed to me that my order has been cancelled... They didn't even tell me the reason for the same. They told me that my money will be refunded within 2-3 days on the 4th day i called again but they said it takes 5-6 days... It's 16th day today still the money has not been refunded... Totally disappointed an feeling cheated... Kindly address the issue.

                I ordered from McDonalds on 19/09/2018 of amount 264.60 Rs. The amount was deducted from my bank account but the order was not placed. I call and inquired to the Customer Care Service(Call) provided by McDonalds and the Service staff ensured me that the amount will be refunded to me in 5 working days. It is about to get 10 days and the amount is not refunded to my bank account.

                Please take a look into the matter and resolve the issue.

                  I order online dated 12/09/2018, 3 Triple Chicken Feast pizza and 1 tandoori Paneer. Total amount Rs 1254.75, which was deducted from my account (canara Bank). But after few minutes my order was cancelled My order No. is 3240868. I talk with the customer care ..they told me the money get back to your account (Refund) with in 3, 4 days. But still i not recevied that amount.

                  Please do the needful and refund the amount Rs 1254.75

                  Yesterday, I went to the pizza hut at malhar mall near vijay nagar Indore.
                  Pizza Hut denied my gift voucher. As this is a valid gift voucher which I got from the "My perks". Moreover, the staff's behavior is very rude. This is very bad experience for me. I never go to Pizza Hut and also advised to my friends same.

                    I have ordered pizza through online website on 21-sep-2018. I have done payment through paytm. My money has been deducted but i didn't get any confirmation from pizza hut regarding order. I called pizza hut outlet but they told me that no order has been placed with this mobile no. But paytm sent me msg of confirmation of payment and also they provide me reference no. I made complaint two times on pizza hut site but nobody responding on my mail. My 572 rs has been deducted but they don't care about this. I have attached below paytm order reference no.

                      This is the second time, i am complaining against pizza hut. I ordered a triple meal box with pizza hut on 22nd september with order no.[protected]. Food was completely chilled without any taste. The service that sector 4, gurgaon is offering is totally pathetic. This could be my last order with pizza hut as they have not changed even a little bit. Lasy time also, we faced this situation. Domino's service and products are far better than yours.

When i spoke to zomato they confirmed that pizza hut is known for his nonsense behaviour for not refunding customer money. So i called pizza hut today 20th september 2018 at 10 pm and 10.30pm. Spoke to vinayaka. But he was of no use. Pls listen the audio recording. I have decided to cancel all my 500. Pizza orders from reliance hence fore. If the money is not returned within 5 days now.                           I online booked order #3276963 dated 20/09/2018 and put the prefererred delivery time at 6.30p.m, after waiting till 6.40p.m I called the help desk, from there I came to know that my order has been cancelled, it was so embarrassing for me as my guest and kids were waiting for the pizza and all of a sudden we came to know that order has been cancelled without our knowledge. I am really sorry to inform you that this kind o[censored]nprofessional approach of pizza hut had made me to think of breaking relations with pizza hut and no order to pizza hut in future.

                            I ordered pizza through pizza hut application. My order got confirmed then even got dispatched but then the pizza hut guy called and told me that we do not deliver to your area. How it can be possible when your application self detect my location and even i got access to tracking. I even got messages on the update of my order. He said application has some problem in it. Really!! I don’t think so. That such a big food chain application having some issues in it application. This is not the first time that this happened. Thank god my payment mode was cod. Very disappointed!!! Also when i told them that cancel the order if i need i will come and take it buy my self they prepared the order without my confirmation. Since when pizza hut became so unprofessional. Kindly do something about it

                              One day i go to pizza hut shop to redeem voucher they said now this is not possible our company stoped the voucher redemption. So i wait for 1 month then also they are saying same thing.

                              I ordered 2 medium pan pizza today which was on offer 50% off on delivery, , pizza toppings were good but the pizza was not hot as it was quite cold. So, I couldn’t find it crunchy and delicious 😋

                                Yesterday i. E. 15.09.18 i ordered pizza at around 7.24pm and select the delivery slot 8.15pm but till 9.10pm i hadn't received my order... I called customer care 4-5 times but they provided false promises..1 time a conference call was made with outlet executive.. He also didn't know about the reason for delay... I told the customer care executive to cancel the order and refund the amount i paid online... He informed that refund is processed and and will be credited to credit card account within 4-5 days..

                                Let's see.. Do they respect their words or not? But i want my money back.. As the order came in a dire condition.. Which was not eatable..

                                    I had the worst experience with pizza hut tonight, firstly the order was sent to the wrong address which delayed the order by 20 minutes, then the delivery boy did not have card machine which was requested by me while i was placing the order. Thirdly the pizzas were just pathetic! The veggies were all burned and it felt like having cheese on bread!

                                    I called your complaint centre too, but the guy said that the store is closed now and he has taken a complaint, what the hell man! I paid Rs881 for stupid cheese on bread? And that guy had the audacity to cut the call on my face by saying "apki awaz nahi aa rhi hai" ...wow pizza hut just wow! Pathetic pizzas and even worse customer service.
                                    On 17th Aug 2018, first order was not placed but amount was debited from my SBI credit card.
                                    We placed the order again second time and had to pay the amount again. This time my colleague used his HDFC credit card. I have not received refund of amount debited from my SBI credit card as the first order was never delivered.

                                      Ordered online pizza last friday. Payment get deducted from debit card. They first confirm the order and after 2 minutes they cancelled order. When i asked customer care they said within 3-4 days money gets credited to your account. But still not credited. Due to your irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour yourself giving chance to your competitors being top of you. I just want to say you if my money is not credited within short time i will lodge complaint against you. Don't take it lightly.

When I called customer care they said amount is initiate to your bank. and when I asked to bank about it they denied it. I think we need to take some legal action against you. Actually you are stolen people hard earning money by using this way.

                                      Henceforth i never ever want to go pizza hut. Pathatic service. And you took customers very lightly and lose them.
                                      Still money is not refunded. Worst service ever i have seen.

                                        Hi,
                                        I have done a online order of rs.733.95 on dt. 06.09.2018 through pizza hut online and payment was made through my debit card but order was cancelled by pizza hut and payment was deducted from my hdfc bank account with reference number[[protected]]. When i talked to the local store they said that the order was cancelled and if the amount is deducted that will be refunded to my account. I have submitted the complaint on 6/9/2018 with complaint id id: 2069411 but i did not receive a single reply regarding the refund till date. Is this expected from pizza hut service. Kindly refund the deducted amount asap.
