Incorrect billing excluding the offer

Visited PizzaHut (in PVP Mall, Vijayawada, India. around 9pm on 22th Sep 2022), with my cousin to have a pizza. We ordered an Veg supreme (1- Personal Double Paneer supreme & 1-Veg exotica) as a plan of 1PLUS1 offer which is currently on-going.

At the time of payment worker not considered the 1PLUS1 instead he generated the bill of eatery separate and charged us with 775 INR - on questioning he simply told we only take offer...

I have ordered veg pizza on 30/8/2022, but I was getting non veg pizza. So i have cancelled the ordered through customer care. I did not get refund of Rs 892. 5/- yet as it has been 25 days. I have also tried to customer care but didn't get support from there side.

Unhygienic product quality and irresponsible behaviour

I have ordered a combo today at Civil line, Prayagraj and the chilli flix container had ants in, I got to know that after I ate two slices and raise the concern to the staff but no one responded in a responsible manner... I am attaching the video with the same. Please help....

Order was not placed yet still amount deducted from account

I placed an order today and made the payment via Google Pay net banking. The amount is deducted from my account, but the order did not go through.

Unprofessional Service, Late Delivery, Stale Food, Zero Support for Hours

Dropdown on Pizza hut feedback page perfectly sums what we are feeling right now. Let me go through them one by one:

Refund problem

I placed order on 6th sept 2022, i paid via gpay and amount was deducted from my bank account. But due to some technical error order was not placed. I called pizza hut customer care acc to them within 48 hours amount would be refunded but its been 4 days i have not received refund amount....

Uncooked food and unwanted ingredient

Last night I ordered pizza form pizza Hut RT nagar banglore from swiggy and it's comes out to be worst order ever. It was uncooked .. Like eating raw maida and found hair in the pizza when I take a bit.. Order id[protected]...never ever order again from pizza Hut....

Unwanted ingredients and uncooked food

I ordered from pizza Hut RT nagar last night from swiggy and it's worst order I ever have.. The food was not cooked properly. It's like eating raw maida and I found hair in the pizza when I take a bit.. Order no[protected]....

I would like to raise a complaint against my order no 11620560.

Please note the order was placed around 8.40 pm and estimated delivery time was around 9.19 pm.

The food was not delivered until 9.30 so I made my first call to customer service number and was informed to expect a call back from service store.

Even after waiting for another 30-40 mins foods was not yet delivered nor did I get any call...
