    I have ordered 4 pizzas on zomato from pizza hut . It was clearly written on pictures of pizza that cheezy dressing . But what I received is mayonnaise dressing instead of cheese . It tastes aweful and disgusting. Total wate of money. I ordered on 3.12.2022

      2months back I ordered zesty chicken, I liked that so once again I order it that time it wasn't 5% matching the taste to what I had earlier so I put up a feedback it didn't had cheese and only tasted bread etc. I got a replacement, but to the disguise the replacement I got had a long strand of hair again will attach a photo down, I called Akshay the store manager and was highly disappointed, he gave me another replacement of Pizza which was good...all got sorted at this point.

      On 1st Dec I ordered zesty non veg, while I went to pick up my order, an executive named some Rahil or something told me, " aap check karlo ek baar aapka hamesha order mai issue aata hai"

      My question is who gave him the audacity to talk to a customer like that. Just because my last 2 experience was bad and I got to have a free replacement and that's all because of Pizza Hut's unhygienic store condition. Does he try to mean that I purposely raise a concern to get free eatables. I as a loyal customer felt so bad and I regret spending money in pizza hut. The road side vendors are far better in their approach. How the hell he could talk to me with such disrespect. How can someone check the quality without eating if the ordered item is good or bad. And on top of it he wasn't even bothered to ask sorry for what he said and he is telling me mujhe English nahi aati, Hindi mai baat kare.

      I want the team to take action against that fellow otherwise I will make sure this feedback and compliant goes out in public on linkedin, Twitter and consumer forum channel and emails. How can a customer be made feel so low and cheap.

      What is the training department of Pizza Hut doing? Why aren't they teaching them how to handle customers...Pathetic and worst experience I ever had.

        Pizza Hut is doing fraud by taking multiple transactions from the customers even after successful amount transfers. When ask for refund, the management is asking the customers to come very next day for refund.

        I visited the outlet after 4 days for refund. Now they are asking me to come after 8 working days along with the bank statement.

            I had placed an order through Pizza hut app on 25th November 2022 in the name of Malcolm, Due to some technical error the order was not completed, but the amount was debited from my account. When I called to request the status, they said that the order was not placed and the amount will be refunded within 2 working days. I called the customer care again, and now they are saying it will be refunded within 7 working days. This was not mentioned to me before.

              I have placed an order on 19th nov in the name of Srikanth, Due to some technical error order was cancelled.when i called to confirm my order they said that order was cancelled and refund will be credited to your account in 48hrs.Regarding this none of the information was sent by your side.I followed several times but the person who attended my call told to wait for two more days.A day before yesterday i called to your tollfree number, Mr.Garuf answered my call.He told that i will raise complaint from my side and you will receive mail confirmation regarding that, please be wait for 2 days.But i didnt received any mail and there was no response from your side.How long i would wait to recieve my money.Pls do REFUND with some COMPLEMENT for my patience

                This is regarding order # 11968828.
                Ordered at 5.45 PM and as per SLA it should be delivered on 6.15 PM. Called many folllow up from customer care and registered concerns with Ticket Id : T[protected]. I received my order 7 PM overall 45 minutes late and its tasteless and not eatable.
                i called so many follow-up calls with customer care and requested for refund and every time customer care agent asked me to wait 5 more minute and if not received than calll again for refund. Between 6.30 PM and 7.00 PM IST i called 5 times to customer care and asked for refund but expect feel sorry no refund or follow-up with delivery boy. Finally, i received order 7 PM, good 45 min late so, what kind of service given by Pizza hut store.. So, is this my mistake i paid advance amount for my order? i advance paid rupee 901 for my order for which i am not satisfied with the service and order delivered since it's taste less. So please listen my concerns and refund my paid amount for said order # 11968828.

                  I have gone to one of Pizza Hut stores in Kottaramattom, Pala. and faced the worst experience. the pizza that I got was not hot because the employees in that store neglected to read the order at the time of handover only they got to know that all item was not prepared at the time of delivery. again I was forced to wait there by that time pending items got prepared hot pizza become cool pizza. The worst part is that even after raising multiple complaints I have not yet got a solution when I checked with my friends so many people have a complaint about this outlet. and customers don't have a window to raise the complaint

                    I ordered a pizza from pizza which was too bad I can’t even explain.The corn was tasting so hard and looked like it was so old, even the base used was too bad, and there was a lot of powder on pizza like it was over the limit
                    Plus the toppings was so uneven that my one slice was without any toppings

                        Hi Team Pizzahut,

                        I am here to complaint against the items ordered at a Pizzahut outlet in DLF mall of India, Noida, UP.

                        Though being a regular customer to Pizzahut I am fully aware of the taste of most of the items in Pizzahut. Yesterday, I have visited a Pizzahut outlet in DLF mall, Noida with my family and ordered the following items,
                        1. Creamy mushroom pasta
                        2. Country feast New
                        The taste and quality of mentioned items was very poor and ultimately ruined my occasion. In fact the service in the outlet was bad and the same had been conveyed to the outlet but inturn the management informed us the reason being non availability of sufficient staff.
                        Please take appropriate steps to improve the quality of food.

                          I had a worse experience in terms of billing at pizza Hut bommasandra..i ordered two personal veg pizza. They charged rs 530 incl. GST. Still i do not understand this billing. It's costing max. 400 when i added the same items in Zomato. Something looks like suspicious.

                              I am holding SBI Prime credit card for which I get pizza hut vouchers every quarter on achieving quarterly milestone.
                              Yesterday (16-Nov-2022) I visited nearest pizza hut store and they have kept a display saying they are not accepting SBI voucher. They said it is accepted / not accepted only at Devyani International outlets. How do a customer know which is Devyani International or not.???

                                I was trying to place an order for two non veg personal pizzas through Pizza hut app. Rs. 508.2 amount has been deducted but the order was not placed. It was still showing my cart. Razorpay was tge payment gateway. It was really disappointing that there is no option in the app to contact customer care. Please do the needful and refund the amount into source account.

                                  I was trying to place an order of two non veg personal pizzas through pizza hut mobile app. Rs 508.20 amount has been deducted from my amazon pay wallet but the orders was not placed. Order was still showing in my cart. The payment gateway was Razorpay. I am really disappointed as there is no customer care contact details in Pizza hut app. I was trying to Razorpay customer care but no support.
                                  Please do the needful and help me to get the refund amount credited into source account immediately.

                                      PIZZA HUT is saying that SBICARD has not cleared the dues hence we are not accepting the Sbicard Pizzahut vouchers. Inbetween both company i have to suffering a lot. I have contacted to both customer service even after they have excuses but not supported.

                                        The incidence happened at Pizza Hut store details as under Pizza Hut Kharghar Sect 35 2411
                                        Sapphire Foods India Ltd Shop no 9& 10 Gr floor Sai Miracle Plot Sector 35 E Kharghar Navi Mumbai 410210 dt 07.11.2022.

                                        The order has been accepted but while doing payment the Employed store manager is not accepting the Food Voucher of pizza hut availed through SBI card.

                                        The store manager is not in very rough language at he said he will not accept voucher since there is some issue I told at least u can try but he is denining for same and calming this store never accept the voucher issued by SBI then I told that the similar voucher was redemption done on 13.10.2022 but still he is arguing.
                                        Then we asked complain register then he is not providing.
                                        He told me that he doesn't have and asked to visit another pizza Hut store which is 5km away.
                                        We left the store and again contacted him he told that he has difficult in redemption of coupon with parent company every time he is giving some other reasons.
                                        The complain is raised to pizza hut on their portal on 07.11.2022. complain number is 132586.
                                        So we request you kindly look into it.
