This is the 7th time I am ordering here (Ashok Nagar, Chennai). They will not deliver the order on time and in size of pizza, they will provide 30% toppings with 70% dough.
I have already raised a complaint about this issue to the outlet and they are doing the same thing again.

I had placed an order on 30/10/2022 from their application amounting INR 403.20 and made the payment online. The amount got deducted but the order was not placed. When I called customer care, they said there was some technical issue and they will provide refund shortly. Its been 4 days and no refund have been issued. I've also checked on internet that the many other people are facing the same issue and calling customer care is not working. Please help...

I had placed an order with pizzahut on 30/10/2022 from their mobile application amounting INR 403.20 and made the payment online. The amount got deducted but the order was not placed. When I called customer care, they said there was some technical issue and they will provide refund shortly. Its been 4 days and I have not received the refund. I’ve also checked on internet that many other people are facing the same issue and not getting the money refunded. Please help…

SBI voucher not accepted by any Pizza Hut outlet.

I have Pizza Hut SBI voucher & from 17th October I have visited 3 outlets more than 10 times but they are not accepting & keep on telling we can't accept reason technical issue.

They ask me to try on different outlets which is in Kolhapur which is 60 Km from Sangli. They are simply beating around the bush fooling customers.

To start with, the delivery was almost 30min delayed than the showed time. The delivery boy assigned, not only knew any of the local locations, but also didn't use the google location i send. He called and said he had other delivery and that he will be delayed. Very impolite and frustrating behavior from the delivery boy. Once he delivered, he didn't even took an effort to apologize for the mistake. As a result, the food wasn't hot enough.

Oregano, chilli flakes and ketchup wasn't there with the pizza. I called the store and they said the stock got over. See it's the responsibility of the store to make sure the stocks would last. I have never eaten a pizza without those. And the response from the store was very rude. They are like, it's our headache whether to eat it with the sides or not. Also didn't receive any apology regarding the delivery or the sides. Never expected such a worst experience from pizza hut. Kindly look into this matter if possible.

I had ordered Pizza on 20th Oct from Vijayanagar outlet as it was my Dad's birthday and he likes Pizza. The San Francisco meal had horrible taste, the crust was very hard and smelled bad, there was hardly any cheese n toppings. this was least expected from a popular brand like Pizza Hut. I strongly feel there is no consistently in the quality and taste. It was total waste of my money and spoilt the birthday celebration. I want my complaint to be addressed immediately and want refund on my order. Hope to hear from you soon.

While billing I was told by the manager that pizza hut is not allowing vouchers as this has been told by the company.

This is not acceptable at all. Why is pizza hut providing vouchers if they are not allowing to redeem.

Please resolve the issue with the store.

Got voucher worth Rs.1000. The voucher has 16 digit number which is valid till Aug 2023. Spoke to customer care and they replied because of technical issue which is existing for almost more than a month. The voucher cannot be redeemed in either Madurai, chennai, coimbatore or in Bangalore.
Not proper input from customer care. The coupon can be redeemed only in Kerala for which I have to travel more than 500km.

Pizza Hut - Order # 13178862 on 05th Oct 2022 for INR 512.00 - Not Delivered. Even after repeated follow-up with Customer Care, Chennai - Perambur branch Delivery manager - Guru (Mobile # [protected]) confirmed that Order has not been delivered by delivery boy and they have incorrect closed the order as delivered. Even after following up with customer care for more than 10 times Guru (delivery Manager) keep on delaying refund process and provide false promise by saying that refund will be processed today or tomorrow.

While ordering pizza from pizza Hut app the amount being debited but the order not placed on 25th of October 2022.I had done upi payment ie, on Gapp. Kindly refund it ASAP.

I placed an order on 01/10/2022 and made the payment via Paytm. The amount is deducted from my account, but the order did not got delivered to me. I have raised my complaint to the Pizza hut Customer care and they promised that my amount would be credited in 7 working days. They said that the refund has been processed but till date I have not received the refund yet.

I would like to complain about the hygiene of the sunkadkatte branch Pizza Hut.

When I went buy pizza to the store I was told that the server was down and asked me to wait for 30 mins. After waiting for 30 mins i went and order the pizza and I was so shocked looking at the restaurant, it was so dirty and messed up and the person preparing pizza did not wear gloves and was so intolerant to the customer.

I had a very bad experience with this restaurant.

On 14th October 2022, I ordered pizza from pizza hut but their website got freeze while making a UPI payment and my payment was also deducted since then I am worried I call customer care they are not able to respond Earlier it used to say that payment has been returned to you but today the payment has not come for so many days now when I contact them, it does not pick up the phone nor is refunding the payment

The man taking order was too rude and arrogant. The worst experience ever at a food store.
