While ordering pizza from pizza Hut app the amount being debited but the order not placed on 25th of October 2022.I had done upi payment ie, on Gapp. Kindly refund it ASAP.

    -date of incident[protected], 7.48pm
    -i have placing my order in pizza hut app and have paied my aomunt via GPAY 238rs .money has been debited but order not placed till now (8.50pm)so i'm rasing this complaint to refund my amount immediately .
    i was so disappointment this kind of glitches of this pizza hut apps .REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY .

      Hi,

      I placed an order on 01/10/2022 and made the payment via Paytm. The amount is deducted from my account, but the order did not got delivered to me. I have raised my complaint to the Pizza hut Customer care and they promised that my amount would be credited in 7 working days. They said that the refund has been processed but till date I have not received the refund yet.
      Attached screenshots for your reference. Please refund my money.

        Hello,
        I would like to complain about the hygiene of the sunkadkatte branch Pizza Hut.

        When I went buy pizza to the store I was told that the server was down and asked me to wait for 30 mins. After waiting for 30 mins i went and order the pizza and I was so shocked looking at the restaurant, it was so dirty and messed up and the person preparing pizza did not wear gloves and was so intolerant to the customer.

        I had a very bad experience with this restaurant.

          Hi team, I've placed an order on 16/10/2022 of amount 330.76 Rs I've made payment with phonepay UPI(Transaction Id:T2210161558184527180205) the money was deducted from my account but order was not placed then again I've made another order and made payment with same procedure the its placed but money deducted twice and order placed only once.

            On 14th October 2022, I ordered pizza from pizza hut but their website got freeze while making a UPI payment and my payment was also deducted since then I am worried I call customer care they are not able to respond Earlier it used to say that payment has been returned to you but today the payment has not come for so many days now when I contact them, it does not pick up the phone nor is refunding the payment

                I went to 2 outlets of Pizza Hut in Trivandrum and both were not accepting vouchers. The reason they say is that they have orders not to accept vouchers for 2 months. I have voucher for Rs 1000 expiring soon.

                        I paid 445 for the pizza through UPI, the cashier said the money was not shown in there account, so he said he can't give me my pizza and the amount will be shown in my bank account within 48 hours, but that didn't happen, there customer service was also worst the manager talked rudely when I asked about the refund for the amount

                            I had placed an order on 9th September via the app (Order No.[protected] and received a call shortly after informing me that the order cannot be delivered to my location - to place the order on Swiggy or Zomato as my location is about 290 meters outside the huts delivery radius.

                            The person informed me that the amount shall be refunded shortly. I wished for a written confirmation of the same since despite my request for cancellation - the status was eventually updated to delivered and no further communication was received from the Huts end. The person who contacted me on behalf of the hut was[protected] Mr. Mehul Pasi

                            I had emailed the pizza hut team on the very next day on their registered email id of [protected]@yum.com. However, no response has been received.

                                Today (06/10/2022) evening, we visited Pizza Hut store in Trivandrum and while placing order the store associate told they won’t accept SBI vouchers (unexpired). Reason told was some transaction issue with SBI. We asked to provide a written statement about the same, but the store person told they cannot do that; it’s unofficial and their manager told them in WhatsApp it seems. When we asked how can they deny accepting the official vouchers the associate arrogantly commented that we won’t accept, that’s our decision.

                                The same case with me at Visakhapatnam, SBI issues coupons and The Pizza Hut denies their validity and refused to accept them. When contacted SBI they say that no issue with coupons asking to raise a complaint through mail.

                                    I ordered pizza online and the pizzas received were of poor quality. The delivery box carried multiple orders along with resulting the pizzas were kept outside the carrying bag. The pizzas were pressed on one another and the toppings / cheese were messed up. I tried to file a complaint online but had no options available on the app. Even after the food was delivery it was showing under preparation.
                                    I tried to reach out to their customer support team but failed to get a response from them even after multiple attempts. This is a real pathetic experience from Pizza Hut!
                                    Kindly arrange for a refund.

                                      We asked for more oregano per pizza instead of just one so that guy told us that they had to cancel our order. He could have told us its chargeable, we would have bought it, but he told us cancel karna padega. Later we called the pizza hut helpline and complained about the behavior and were told that we’ll get a callback. No callback was arranged. the cancellation was not updated on app and order was shown as going in the kitchen, the getting packed. They should have updated it on the app. We again called the pizza hut helpline and then got the callback. On talking to their customer care executive he said that u cancelled and on asking why wasn’t it updated on the app he replied rudely and on being shouted back he said that you will get nothing from shouting as if i wanted a free pizza. This behavior is not acceptable. This is a case of pizza hut sanjay place. Order status still not showing cancelled.

                                        I placed order on the PizzaHut app to the nearest outlet (Brigade Orion Uptown mall, Bangalore) around 8.35pm. As per the app the order supposed to be delivered by 9.10 pm.

                                        Sharp around 9.10pm the status on the app was changed to arrived.

                                        Since I did not receive the order I escalated the same to PizzaHut help desk. The response I received from them is that “they raised it with outlet and someone from the store will contact me”. As promised someone from the outlet contacted and mentioned that the order was out for delivery.

                                        As the order was not delivered even after 9.30pm, I reached out to PizzaHut again and above process repeated.

                                        After waiting for few more minutes I escalated again.

                                        Finally I gave up and around 9.55pm I asked them to cancel my order. For which I got a response the refund will be processed in 7 working days.

                                        Eventually I ended up paying for the pizzas which I never received, wasted my energy and ended up hungry.

                                        Now I keep my fingers crossed and hoping for my money to be refunded.

                                        This is not the first time I had this experience with the outlet. Every time I place an order, ended up with spending effort in follow up and always the delivery is delayed.
