Pizza Hut — Late delivery

My Pizza hut order no.[protected]. Mobile no. registered [protected]. I had placed an order online on 13th May 2014 of which I made the payment also online in advance. Acording to their policy of delivery within 30 minutes or its free the pizza was delivered after 45 minutes when I called the customer care on[protected] I was told I will get a call back for the same which I never got. I called them twice on 13th and also on 14th may but same responce of call back which I still havent recieved.

Kindly get a solution to this and get me my refund.

the guy came at 9:43pm and denied us free pizza. He was suppose to come at 9:25. He was rude and asked us to call the call centre. The guy at call centre first asked me to let it go and when i didnt agree he said we can't do anything call store and hung up the phone very rudely.The guys in store didnot pickup our calls and the delivery person forced us to pay.We also have the message sent on mobile phone from pizza hut guys at the time of placing the order.This was the worst treatment i got and am very unhappy with it. I will also ask my friends and family to not to boycott pizza hut for future

Such a horrible delivery management.

Order placed on 13/05/15 time 08:55 PM delivery done by 10 PM. more than 30 min. delivery time.

still they have charged the money. not acceptable. no proper service form Pizza hut nigdi pradhikran area pune maharashtra.

I ordered two pizzas today (12/07/2015) at 9.21 and it took more than an hour to be delivered, it was all cold and displaced from its position, a slice on top of the other and 30min delivery rule wasnt applied either, it was charged full of cost.
Even though it was a Sunday, the PHE01 offer could not be availed online, when asked from the representatives, there was a lot of confusion, they once said they would provide the offer on the call as well, then they said it cant be done on a call and there are some technical issues, keep trying online and then later they said that the offer is not valid today. After all this confusion and delay, the pizza ordered took more than an hour to be delivered.

I HAVE PLACE ORDER 7.53 PM N DELIVERY TIME UR PIZZA BOY 8.27. N UR PROMISE IN 30 MIN DELIVERY. MY GUEST TOLD ME VERY BAD SERVICE GWALIOR CITY.

i had ordered one medium size veggie supreme with no mushroom and 1 garlic cheese bread order number[protected] on 17th Feb 2016. My pizza was delivered in time but not hot, it became soggy as a result. Also there were pieces of mushrooms on the pizza . Cheese on garlic bread was sitting like rubber as it was also delivered cold.When i called to complaint them they said they can deliver the garlic cheese bread again. By then i already had dinner so i told him not to bring, the guy kept on insisting that he can send it again... That irritated me so much seriously. We were waiting for a good dinner ended up getting pissed of. Never should one call any pizza from these outlets
