[Resolved]  Pizza Hut — Late delivery of pizza order placed on 23.2.2014 at 8.25 from Anupama Joshi Pune contact no [protected]

I have placed order on 23.2, 2014 at 8.25 pm but inspite of calling multiple times to call centre kept getting answer that i will receive it in next five min. Finally pizza arrived at 10 pm ' the pizzas were not hot at all and tasteless. Delivery boy said there was a problem and oven was not working, , , , , If so why we were not informed this problem and made us wait for 1 hour 35 min? we faced lot of embarrassment as we had to make guests and small kids wait for food so long, , , , , , couple of times we experienced this kind of service from pizza hut...Felt very sorry about pizza hut's attitude and service.
