Rude behaviour of Customer Executive

I checked details on line and then a customer care executive (Ashutosh) called me and explained the details of a policy to me. I told him clearly that right now i am exploring the options and will not buy policy immediately.

Refund of amount of premium

Policy not updated

Still my motor insurance policy no 3362/02230426/000/00 as i received policy copy on 4th and still not updated in chola and because of that i could not able to claim my insurance as my car windshield was broken.
hence i request to pls talk to chola insurance team and do it as the earliest....

I, Sivaraman ganapathy had a proposal for term insurance. I paid 1 st monthly premium and also auto debit marked in my account. Later I withdrew my proposal and got refund. But the lien marked in my account not revoked from past 1 month. Kindly advise to revoke the lien marked in my account....

Harassment during Medi claim

Failed transaction

Today, 22 Feb, 2022. I have bought an insurance for a bike. During the payment the payment got cancel. I have to done it again. But the amount in Rs 828.00 has been deducted two times. So, the Policy Bazaar should have return i.e refund my amount which was incomplete transaction. The ref. no is[protected]. Time: 8:30 am. merchant upi id is policybazaar.[protected]@hdfcbank.

I was done my policy in 16 feb 2022, vehicle no MH05R6423 and i was asking ur executive(mr.jagdish sir) in which time the policy is active in m-vahan portal because my vehicle passing date is 19 feb 2022 n i was booked a special date because till 14 April not date available he was told me ur policy will update minimum next 24 hrs n maximum 48hrs and still policy is not update..

Health Insurance Cancelled but Loan EMI is not

I had opted for Health Insurance from PolicyBazaar for Senior Citizen category on 23rd Jan 2022. The Provider was Neva Bupa and intermediary was Shopse.

The official named as Jaiprakash convinced me to take a consumer loan without giving the downsides of such transaction.
Instead he gave a false promise that the autodebit can be reverted within 14 days.

After few days the health insurance was cancelled...

No update on the refund on Term plan bought through Policy Bazaar

I bought Max Life Term Plan through Policy Bazaar on 25th January. I made the payment of Rs 33, 977 on the same day as Policy premium. Policy not issued and no response

I live in USA and I have been submitted my policy on Jan12th but they have not issued the policy yet. This is not the worst part, I am calling them everyday from here and still not getting any reply. Email complaint to [protected]@policyBazaar get resolved in 1-2 day saying we resolved the issue.
