    These bunch o[censored]nprofessionals, made me pay premium for the GPA endorsment, to an incorrect account number belonging to NIVA BUPA.

    Now they are not refunding my amount and denying any explanation or response. Its been a month now and still this useless bunch has not responded.

      Hi Team,
      I have sent a request to delete the data of mine in the name of Chakravarthi T. But the policy bazaar denied to delete my data. Could anyone please help me on this? Why the policy bazaar is against my data protection regulation? Where is GDPR? Please correct me if I am wrong.
      The customer service called me and informed that they won't delete, instead block the communication. Please find the reference number of recorded call: PB83913864.

        I have made payment for porting my health insurance policy from Universal Sompo to Royal Sundaram Arogya sanjeevani health insurance. I paid Rs.9267 on 15th June. Still waiting for update on my policy. Everyday when I reach them, they say tomorrow or 2 to 3 days issue will be resolved but till date it is pending and I have not received the policy. Please help.           Hope you guys are fine in this pandemic era. Today sadly I'm here for one of my concern which really make me very upset because of your representative behavior (sales as well as service).
          Here I’m elaborating, please go through it.
          Your sales executive Mr. Adil Hasan (PW28289) did my two car policy in which first one creta 1.5Ex diesel is mine and another one swift vxi is for my father in law(Gopal Prasad). Mine policy was perfectly fine, I don’t have any issue in that. But for my father in law policy which I've done by the help of Mr. Adil Hasan(PW28289), he did so many mistakes for example mobile number updated wrongly, insurer Name written wrongly and Insurer address too. I already told to Adil I've old soft copy of insurance please fill from that softcopy but he is very much confident. After mistakes done by him he said I as Adil will correct / fix this issue. Then i send to him in their WhatsApp number “[protected] “ of old insurance soft copy. You can also find the WhatsApp snapshot time was also mentioned. All this happened around 11:00Am, 13th June 2022. After this incident Mr. Adil disappeared. I called him so many times as well as your customer care number. That snaps also I'm attaching here please look into those snaps. Infact your senior customer executive given me wrong statements.
          This is the first day what I'm getting your response from you guys. How anybody can trust on you guys for upcoming 365 days

            I had made the mistake of applying for a credit card on your site and after that I am every day getting calls on my mobile and my parents mobile asking me to apply for credit cards. If you harass customers like this do you think any one will ever apply or be interested in your products.               I keep getting the calls from the call center. I have been telling that not interested in getting any policy. Still, they call and harass.They are bombarding with lot of calls. I requested many times to not to call. But, this is really get out of hands and crossing all limits.

                I want to file a complaint against Nitin (AM) policy bazaar plot no 95, of insurances and Komal Shukla (motor chat team) his so called girlfriend they both have harrased my husband i want some strict actions to be taken against them ASAP!!! otherwise if I visit that company they will face consequences...they says to my husband if he wants to be in the team have to work according to them and if he picks any lead of his so called ### girlfriend then this ### Nitin will move him to the another department if no actions were taken i will surely visit this company and this will be worse for them both...i want reply on this complaint.

                      On 21 May, I was trying to renew my two wheeler insurance of National Insurance Company from policy bazaar web portal.After submitting the details of my policy when I completed the payment from my UPI app, It did not show payment done on webpage but money is debited from my account.So kindly i request you to refund my money.

                        My registered mobile number is [protected]
                        I want to cancel my aditya birla helth insurance policy
                        Due to many negligence from end of policy bazaar
                        During buying the policy Mr atul(customer executive)
                        Told that if you complete daily 10000 steps than Helth return points will reflect in your active app
                        But it's not reflecting and I had told him that my last year HR Points also not reflecting than he told I will resolve all the issue but he didn't

                        Again I told about my issues to satyam Tiwari my relationship manager he told I will resolve but still no any response.
                        So it's my gentle request I have buy this policy for two years (02) please cancel my insurance and refund amount except 03 month which I availed. I am not happy with policy bazaar and aditya birla helth insurance team too

                          I am fed up & harassed by your people for my cashless claim policy No.[protected] issued in the name of Govind Ram Saklani for the year 2021-22.

                          Case history is that I met with an accident on 03.05.2022 & filed the claim intimation papers given by your representative Mr. Saurabh on 05.05.2022 & he ensured that all documents is ok pertaining to the claim & we are providing you a Garage name Car care Auto, Vill Anji, Distt. Solan(H.P) & they will pick up your damage car to his garage by own as it is in the radius of 20 Km & submit the estimate, video of the car, but no one came to pick the car. On 08.05.2022(Afternoon) i myself took the car & drop it in the garage,

                          Policy bazaar mailed me the above said garage address & also provide a number [protected](Mr. Kapil Rajput) related to vehicle care and told me that he will assist me to get the claim & i rang him from 05.05.2022 to till but always he is making fool of me as i today i confirmed from policy bazzar and checked the status of the video & estimate, Representative told me that no video & estimate is uploaded yet(11.05.2022).

                          I again request to handle my case properly on 11.05.2022(by mail)as I am already waiting for the repair & cashless claim to last from 11 days.

                          I Continuously updating your representative through E-mail but to response of any mail given nor any update for my claim by policy bazaar.

                          Now, finally i give my case to Policy Bazaar grievance cell to solve it, otherwise you have not left me any other option to file the grievance with IRDA.

                          Looking for your positive response.

                            I bought term insurance from "Policy Bazar" with proposal number 72496733.
                            I am diabetic person, I told the same to policy bazar executive so based on that she suggested me to go for Kotak life with the premium of Rs 1514 and ask me to go for medical and told me that my premium may get increased a bit.
                            So I did the same, but after medical i received a mail from Kotak life and they asked me to pay extra Rs 757 this was not just a bit, this is more than 50% from the premium asked in total the amount reached close to 2300 PM excluding taxes from 1514.
                            My pocket does allow this much, so I asked for a refund, Now policy bazar is saying they will not give a single penny because I didn't accept revised premium & asked to withdraw so all premium amount has been settled in medical expenses, . Why your executive didn't told this to customer that their premium would get adjusted in medical if you not accept the revised premium. My question here is how someone can withdraw the policy which is not issued yet. Why not ask customers to pay the rest of the amount that you have spent on his medical. I paid a monthly premium. You adjust that, what if anyone pays yearly premium, would you digest all his premium with the same reason?

                                    Hello Consumer Compliants,

                                    I purchased an investment plan from Policy Bazaar on 14th March 2022. Due to some mistakes in the proposal form, I decided to cancel the policy on 15th March 2022. I also immediately notified the relevant party about the same.
                                    Unfortunately I haven't received my refund, where as they have 1 month free cancellation policy.
                                    I also didn't receive any response which will confirm the credit into my bank account.
                                    I would like to request you for strict action against the organisation, so that no one else suffer the same issue.

                                        I purchased star health insurance policy from the Policy Bazaar . at premium rs. 11769 on date 27.12.2022 Amount deducted on date 31.01.2022 from account personal loan account no._[protected] but policy rejected by insurer . and policy bazaar said that we paid your refund on date 14.02.2022 and they give me UTR Number HDFCR[protected] and ARN Number[protected]. I contact to my bank bank of baroda branch ved nagar ujjain and tell about UTR Number and ARN Number . my bank check this UTR Number which is incorrect and There is not any Tracking system on behalf of ARN . so my bank Replied to policy bazaar mail.id
                                        But Policy Bazaar said that transation is successfull from our side . but sir Refund Amount not credited in my account till date .
                                        please solve this problam
