Dear Policy bazaar,

I am fed up & harassed by your people for my cashless claim policy No.[protected] issued in the name of Govind Ram Saklani for the year 2021-22.

Case history is that I met with an accident on 03.05.2022 & filed the claim intimation papers given by your representative Mr. Saurabh on 05.05.2022 & he ensured that all documents is ok pertaining to the claim & we are providing you a Garage name Car care Auto, Vill Anji, Distt. Solan(H.P) & they will pick up your damage car to his garage by own as it is in the radius of 20 Km & submit the estimate, video of the car, but no one came to pick the car. On 08.05.2022(Afternoon) i myself took the car & drop it in the garage,

Policy bazaar mailed me the above said garage address & also provide a number [protected](Mr. Kapil Rajput) related to vehicle care and told me that he will assist me to get the claim & i rang him from 05.05.2022 to till but always he is making fool of me as i today i confirmed from policy bazzar and checked the status of the video & estimate, Representative told me that no video & estimate is uploaded yet(11.05.2022).

I again request to handle my case properly on 11.05.2022(by mail)as I am already waiting for the repair & cashless claim to last from 11 days.

I Continuously updating your representative through E-mail but to response of any mail given nor any update for my claim by policy bazaar.

Now, finally i give my case to Policy Bazaar grievance cell to solve it, otherwise you have not left me any other option to file the grievance with IRDA.

    I bought term insurance from "Policy Bazar" with proposal number 72496733.
    I am diabetic person, I told the same to policy bazar executive so based on that she suggested me to go for Kotak life with the premium of Rs 1514 and ask me to go for medical and told me that my premium may get increased a bit.
    So I did the same, but after medical i received a mail from Kotak life and they asked me to pay extra Rs 757 this was not just a bit, this is more than 50% from the premium asked in total the amount reached close to 2300 PM excluding taxes from 1514.
    My pocket does allow this much, so I asked for a refund, Now policy bazar is saying they will not give a single penny because I didn't accept revised premium & asked to withdraw so all premium amount has been settled in medical expenses, . Why your executive didn't told this to customer that their premium would get adjusted in medical if you not accept the revised premium. My question here is how someone can withdraw the policy which is not issued yet. Why not ask customers to pay the rest of the amount that you have spent on his medical. I paid a monthly premium. You adjust that, what if anyone pays yearly premium, would you digest all his premium with the same reason?

            Hello Consumer Compliants,

            I purchased an investment plan from Policy Bazaar on 14th March 2022. Due to some mistakes in the proposal form, I decided to cancel the policy on 15th March 2022. I also immediately notified the relevant party about the same.
            Unfortunately I haven't received my refund, where as they have 1 month free cancellation policy.
            I also didn't receive any response which will confirm the credit into my bank account.
            I would like to request you for strict action against the organisation, so that no one else suffer the same issue.

                I purchased star health insurance policy from the Policy Bazaar . at premium rs. 11769 on date 27.12.2022 Amount deducted on date 31.01.2022 from account personal loan account no._[protected] but policy rejected by insurer . and policy bazaar said that we paid your refund on date 14.02.2022 and they give me UTR Number HDFCR[protected] and ARN Number[protected]. I contact to my bank bank of baroda branch ved nagar ujjain and tell about UTR Number and ARN Number . my bank check this UTR Number which is incorrect and There is not any Tracking system on behalf of ARN . so my bank Replied to policy bazaar mail.id
                But Policy Bazaar said that transation is successfull from our side . but sir Refund Amount not credited in my account till date .
                please solve this problam

                    I have request for my vehicle no hr833133 policy ownership transfer on 11th Aprilbut no one is working on it and even my ticket has been closed which i raised...without any intimation to me...i need to escalate this matter to top management that how Policy bazaar team is working on these serious issues..
                    Me and my vehicle is on complete risk as we are not covered under insurance currently.

                    I want Policy bazar team to take responsibility for any accident happen with me during this time frame of ownership transfer else complete this process by today.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I was already paid the primeum on[protected] of Bajaj policy [protected] as per attached payment slip, but Today again deducted money as per Auto debit transaction through policy bazar transaction id
                      PBSI6186589. Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.. The email sent to policy bazar, but not refunded till now. Kindly resolve and revert my money.

                          Continuous calls from Policybazaar to renew health insurance

                          I have been getting continues calls from policybaazar to renew my health insurance, i have clearly told them to stop calling me as i have taken another insurance but they call every 2 hours and keep repeating the same.
                          This time a CC executive spoke very rudely and said they she will call me again and again till i renew the insurance....

                              I've been dealing with Vishnu of sales team for my company's group health insurance policy and after making payment, their response suddenly became very sluggish. A person who used to call me many times daily become unreachable after payment is processed. I'm struggling to get invoice from last 3 days but nobody is supporting.                                 I had enrolled for a policy with Policy Bazaar and later changed my mind within free look period. I had informed about policy cancellation almost 24 hours prior to the policy issuance day by speaking to the assigned Relationship manager and she did not forward my request on time and due to which the policy got issued the other day. Later I just got a partial amount refunded and Rs. 2, 000 was deducted from that even though it was not due to my fault. I have spoken to various phone representatives a number of times and they just give a false acknowledgment and no action has been taken. I wanted to know the bifurcation of the amount deducted which was not provide to me as well. This is pathetic experience and I don't think they are reliable for enrolling to a policy which will be taken for life long. How can we trust them. I want my complete money refunded.

                                  Hi,
                                  I have filled application for a policy with Policy Bazar and paid the respective amount 10, 450/- towards premium. After knowing the terms and conditions one support guy from policy bazar called and showed interest for enrolling into a different vendor policy by making the fake commitment that i will be getting the refund of previous application with in 4-5 business days.

                                  I was supposed to enroll the new policy after getting refund amount but as per the support guy I believed him and enrolled for the new.

                                  I have emailed them many times and found no response from them.

                                  And also they are asking me to check directly with the vendor for the details.

                                  This is not the service that we can expect from Policy Bazar simply they are making fake promises to get their work done. Please help to get this resolve and get my refund back

                                      I had payment if 4790/- on 07/03/2022 to policybazaar for above IDV value. However, they issued me policy with less IDV amount of ₹2, 14, 900/-.
                                      On taking up this matter with policybazaar on calls and email on 10/03/2022, I did not receive any positive response and they kept on saying they are looking on the issue. They don't resolve the matter and keeps saying they will call back and never revert. Pls resolve

                                      They (POLICY BAZAR) are highly unprofessional MUST avoid them in future. Lets deal directly. If we join together we can teach them how to ethical in biz.
