      I've been dealing with Vishnu of sales team for my company's group health insurance policy and after making payment, their response suddenly became very sluggish. A person who used to call me many times daily become unreachable after payment is processed. I'm struggling to get invoice from last 3 days but nobody is supporting. Not sure whether it's s scam or what

        I had enrolled for a policy with Policy Bazaar and later changed my mind within free look period. I had informed about policy cancellation almost 24 hours prior to the policy issuance day by speaking to the assigned Relationship manager and she did not forward my request on time and due to which the policy got issued the other day. Later I just got a partial amount refunded and Rs. 2, 000 was deducted from that even though it was not due to my fault. I have spoken to various phone representatives a number of times and they just give a false acknowledgment and no action has been taken. I wanted to know the bifurcation of the amount deducted which was not provide to me as well. This is pathetic experience and I don't think they are reliable for enrolling to a policy which will be taken for life long. How can we trust them. I want my complete money refunded.

          Hi,
          I have filled application for a policy with Policy Bazar and paid the respective amount 10, 450/- towards premium. After knowing the terms and conditions one support guy from policy bazar called and showed interest for enrolling into a different vendor policy by making the fake commitment that i will be getting the refund of previous application with in 4-5 business days.

          I was supposed to enroll the new policy after getting refund amount but as per the support guy I believed him and enrolled for the new.

          I have emailed them many times and found no response from them.

          And also they are asking me to check directly with the vendor for the details.

          This is not the service that we can expect from Policy Bazar simply they are making fake promises to get their work done. Please help to get this resolve and get my refund back

              I had purchased car insurance policy from policybazaar for IDV amount of ₹2, 50, 000/- for a premium payment of ₹4790/-.
              I had payment if 4790/- on 07/03/2022 to policybazaar for above IDV value. However, they issued me policy with less IDV amount of ₹2, 14, 900/-.
              On taking up this matter with policybazaar on calls and email on 10/03/2022, I did not receive any positive response and they kept on saying they are looking on the issue. They don't resolve the matter and keeps saying they will call back and never revert. Pls resolve

              They (POLICY BAZAR) are highly unprofessional MUST avoid them in future. Lets deal directly. If we join together we can teach them how to ethical in biz.

                Hi the customer support executive are very rude to customer, they do not have enend to end knowledge, when we ask about the clarification, she said sales team making fool and selling the policy. Issue I have purchased my policy and I offered for my wife as well she do not have pan card I clearly told them but twice over the call they confirmed it will be done on Aadhaar card and told to visit for medical, I have wasted more than 500rs to visit there and get it done. Now today again same issue a lady called and told without pancard not possible and she told she is taking cancellation request. I got pissed up with all the conversation from last 5-6days told her to cancel both the policy but she changed her words and saying she can't do that u need to send email. Hell policy bazar. Hell service. All idiots are sitting there. They don't call and just send the email they tried calling but number not reachable, where I have full network 24*7. Thank you for hell service. I need full refund including 500rs changes which I wasted in medical checkup.

                  On entering the vehicle registration number in the PolicyBazaar website, it displays the correct vehicle details. On continuing further, it does not display the insurance period. If you hastily pay for the policy immediately, you will miss out verifying if all necessary details of the new policy contains the correct details, especially the policy period.

                  Always WAIT for the Proposal email to arrive. It will display all details about the vehicle and insurance. Doublecheck and make the necessary correction. It will certainly be incorrect and YOU MUST CORRECT IT. Only then, proceed with the payment.

                  If you hastily trust PolicyBazaar and pay without checking the Proposal form, your new policy will contain incorrect information thereby making it absolutely useless. PolicyBazaar has willfully created this bait. Do not fall for it.

                  After this mishap, I now had to purchase another policy, and then initiate the cancellation of this incorrect policy.
                  I ended up with a cancellation fee of Rs.118. Also, the refund for the money I paid takes 10 to 15 days.

                      Car insurance of MH01PA6830 not updated on mparivahan

                      I have purchased car insurance policy from policy Bazzar on 21 Jan 22. But till date it is not get reflected on M Parivan portal.
                      I have to pay green tax for my car MH01PA6830 since 15 years are elapsed. But due to non availability of insurance policy online on Mparivahan, RTO doesn't go ahead.                         I have purchase a insurance with policy bazzar from SBI general insurance. Policy created and my name is wrong. I have requested for name change. I have waited for 1 month no updation happened. Everyone i have contacted asked me to wait for 5 days couple of days 1 week etc... Then i request for cancellation and refund my money. But for that also same story. Till now my money is not refunded. Please don't buy any insurance from policy bazzar. They are cheating. Simply they will speak with us ask for apologies and ask to wait for sometime. Then again and again same will happen nothing will resolve. Please please don't trust them.

                          Hello,

                          a few weeks back I enquired about a few policies from Policy bazaar.

                          After that, I am receiving countless calls from their executives at every odd time of the day. Even on Sundays!

                          I DO NOT want to receive any calls at all. This is hightly unprofessional! I WOULD NEVER take a policy from you guys or enquire about anything in the future. You get a number and start harrassing people. Highly unethical!

                          Most of the times, when I pick up a call, they just ask me my name and disconnect. I don't know for what reason do they disconnect. If this is a scam or what!

                          The calls are from different numbers in Gurugram, India and I cannot even block all of them. This is NOT how you make customers!

                            I give my car for accidental insurance After completed work I pay for that and file claim for that, after that they told your in seven days your claim amount deposited in your account, but after seven days they told me your name not match with insurance ID, for that I talk with policy bazzar but they not resolve this issue after 10 days. and my claim amount was stuck.

                              I checked details on line and then a customer care executive (Ashutosh) called me and explained the details of a policy to me. I told him clearly that right now i am exploring the options and will not buy policy immediately.
                              He called me after a couple of days today i.e. Sunday March 13 and asked me again about why i am not buying it. I repeated that i will purchase it after few days probably next month. But he insisted to which i said no. He rudely said something and then disconnected the phone just like that. This kind of behaviour is not expected. When you want a customer to come onboard you talk in a good way but when you feel that it may get delayed or may not come then you suddenly turn rude. I will definitely NOT buy my policy from Policy Bazaar now. You have lost a potential customer and will also earn their bad word of mouth for references. Thanks JB singh [protected]

                                I have booked term insurance plan of MAX Life with policy bazaar application no[protected] & Max Life Application No:[protected] and at the time of booking the policy Max life application was allowing me to proceed with the pin code 401501 but after the payment and proposal form I am getting calls and your executives are saying that this policy can't be proceed because of pin code as it is not listed but its listed on the website then only i was able to make payment and my medical was also done few days back.

                                I got the same call yesterday and today that it cant be issued as well as medical cannot be done, but today your representative stated that policy cant be issued to my pin code but medical can be done to other pin codes.

                                Now to add to my misery the advisors who were available for the whole process until payment, have stopped picking up the calls.

                                Also a few days back I called the Max Life team and told them my pin code to the representative and was told that I am eligible for the policy. I have a recording of the same.

                                Regardless of the fact, why was I able to go forward with my application with the same pin code and complete the payment which now policy bazaar has issues with.

                                Also the refund of the amount for my policy has not been initiated by the policy bazaar since 28th of feb'22. Policy bazaar wants me to cancel my policy and put up a mail regarding it, instead of them cancelling the same as they don't find my documents in order and refund the premium paid.

                                EITHER I WANT MY POLICY OR I WANT A FULL REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID
