The company was not able to provide the policy on time and after asking for the refund also they are delaying the dates and not giving any proper resolution on the refund amount.

    Harassment during Medi claim

    I am having Health Companion Variant 2 policy with Niva Bupa formally known as Max Bupa from past 3 years for my parents. This policy is purchased from Policy Bazaar

      Today, 22 Feb, 2022. I have bought an insurance for a bike. During the payment the payment got cancel. I have to done it again. But the amount in Rs 828.00 has been deducted two times. So, the Policy Bazaar should have return i.e refund my amount which was incomplete transaction. The ref. no is[protected]. Time: 8:30 am. merchant upi id is policybazaar.[protected]@hdfcbank.

          I was done my policy in 16 feb 2022, vehicle no MH05R6423 and i was asking ur executive(mr.jagdish sir) in which time the policy is active in m-vahan portal because my vehicle passing date is 19 feb 2022 n i was booked a special date because till 14 April not date available he was told me ur policy will update minimum next 24 hrs n maximum 48hrs and still policy is not update..
          Please try to understand n update my police online..

            I had opted for Health Insurance from PolicyBazaar for Senior Citizen category on 23rd Jan 2022. The Provider was Neva Bupa and intermediary was Shopse.

            The official named as Jaiprakash convinced me to take a consumer loan without giving the downsides of such transaction.
            Instead he gave a false promise that the autodebit can be reverted within 14 days.

            After few days the health insurance was cancelled giving reason of pre-existing disease. However the Cardless EMI Ecom loan was not cancelled.

            Now ICICI bank is not allowing to cancel the auto debit from my account. While the merchant is not refunding the payment done.

            I have wasted many days running from pillar to post to cancel the auto debit but it does not work. Policy Bazaar is not helping in this regard.

            Policy Bazaar is fraud company and it gives false promises and it can be dangerous for your life savings

                  I bought Max Life Term Plan through Policy Bazaar on 25th January. I made the payment of Rs 33, 977 on the same day as Policy premium. PB representative Mr. Rishabh told me that Policy will be issued within 4 working days after completing all the processes including Medical test. Medical test was done on 26th January. After that I waited for about 1 week but there was no update from PB. I started following up with the PB team over phone to know the status of the policy but every time they told me that it is under review. No one provided me proper reason for the day. Finally on 5th February, I got hold of some senior person Mr. Sujeet and he said that my policy is declined and I will get refund in 3-4 working days. I sent email for refund on the same day. In this week, I sent couple of emails and talked to multiple people but still no one had an update. Every time they promised that I will get a call back but I never got a call. Finally today, I got hold of Mr. Sujeet and he finally responded to my email which was sent on 5th February but there is no firm time given on when I will be getting the refund.

                    I had made SBI General Insurance from the policy bazaar in 05/2021. Insurance has not been updated in M-privahan yet. 2 months have passed since the policy of main compliant registered in Policybazaar. The issues have not been resolved yet. When i call to DBI General insurance company they ask The insurance is not valid. Then i call the Policybazaar again, they will cut off the call. It will be done in a week. The third month of such talk has started. The issue has not been resolved yet.

                      Don't fall in any of this people trap and telephonic word. They are complete cheater it's better to give some more policy payment but go local It's complete 6 month and still no response BOOKING ID[protected] REFERENCE NO 626069 & Also so many case I'd for my issue. Also all agent complete careless after purchase policy. Personal officer is also trap. Don't fall in any of confirmation email call or any writer.

                        I live in USA and I have been submitted my policy on Jan12th but they have not issued the policy yet. This is not the worst part, I am calling them everyday from here and still not getting any reply. Email complaint to [protected]@policyBazaar get resolved in 1-2 day saying we resolved the issue.

                              I had taken card insurance ( 211200/31/2021/278309) last year and Expired on 9th Jan 2022. I tried multiple times to payment for renew policy but no luck. Engaged Customer care but no luck and policy got expired.

                              10th Jan 2022 Payment got successful for Car insurance. As per Process i made a new video of car and upload on Policy Bazar portal. Video inspection completed successfully on 13th Jan 2022 but still policy not received. daily basis i am getting call will get policy within 24 hrs but still not received. they are not providing any solution and only making fool.

                              Now saying we can cancel but who is responsible in between if something happened and they are saying pls don't use your car.

                              Pls take necessary action against policy Bazar.
