    Yesterday I had cal to policy bazzar employee miss Monika chintha, her Mobile no .[protected] .she quote me policy prize, but in the meantime I have confirm insurance prize from local broker, but local broker quote me best price comparitively policy bazzar, then I have done my policy from local broker, . Monika chating on what app approx late night and she said why you done policy in local market, you r waisting my time, she said you are uneducated and chutiya, pls tell me if I have confirm from policy bazzar then it's mandatory insurance policy done from policy bazzar.

        Dear Sir,

        With reference to the above mentioned subject I would like to submit that I have purchased a online term insurance policy of Rs.1.00 crs having a premium of Rs.15, 930 from TATA AIA Insurance through Policy bazaar.com in the month of February, 2021. But, irrespective of cancelling the policy on February 07, 2021, the refund of the policy has still not made by the company. The issue has been taken up with Policybazaar.com vide reference id[protected] numerous times but they have not refunded the amount and have just given assurances. It is utter harassment of the customer as the company is neither interested nor bothered about resolving the issue which has been pending for more than 45 days. This is highly discouraging for a customer to trust the online platform companies wherein the company is indulged into mismanagement of hard earned money of the public. This is a matter of grave concern that there is no mechanism in the company to address the customer grievances. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange to refund the stated amount.

          I searched Term Insurance on Policy Bazaar and immediately got a call from an executive named Archana Pandey who explained all the plans available and on 9th December 2020 I purchased the Bajaj Life TermLife Insurance and paid Rs. 2, 470 vide Application Number [protected] / Booking ID[protected]. Further I shared the required documents and was told that there will be NO MEDICAL TEST required as your age is less than 40. Afterwards, I got the tele-medical call where I answered all the questions. Thereupon, I was told that there will be a medical test done for which I agreed. I gave my 1st blood sample on 18th December'2020 to their partner "Zoylo Digihealth Pvt. Ltd." for SST, SIC, CUE, EDTA. Next day I got a call from Zoylo Digihealth asking if I am feeling better as they have found some doubts in HIV report and they asked me for a re-test. I really got tensed and immediately got agreed for a re-test which was conducted on 20th December'2020. Now, again got a call saying that 3rd time also have to give sample for different tests CBC, ESR. Why 3rd time tests (CBC and ESR) were not done at the first place? Also, nobody from Policy Bazaar, Bajaj Insurance & Zoylo Digihealth informed the status of HIV report and I was very tensed. When I called Zoylo couple of times then they told me the report is fine. On 29th December I got a counter offer from Bajaj Insurance that premium amount has been increased to Rs. 4, 322 per month. I was not at all happy with 3 times blood sample taken and delay they made and finally asked them to cancel my policy and initiate a Refund. But surprised to get a response that as the medical test expenses are higher than the premium paid, it would not be possible to Refund the amount (Rs. 2, 470) paid by me. This is utter nonsense and not acceptable because at the time of booking policy NEITHER POLICY BAZAAR NOR BAJAJ INSURANCE told me or gave anything in written that in such scenario premium will be forfeited. Now, I have been chasing Policy Bazaar who said Insurance company has decided not to Refund and when I chase Bajaj they give me same lame excuse. I want to know when they found that in the first blood sample something is wrong then they should have not proceeded or should have told me that premium will not be refunded so that I could have taken the decision to cancel the policy without wasting their & my time. Please help me getting the hard earned money back

            On 20 March, I purchased New Health Insurance from policybazaar.com, money has deducted from my bank account but policybazaar is saying transaction failed. Neither I got any email or nor I received my money back.

            Please help me to get my money back in my account

                I was renewing my car insurance for FORD FIGO on 13/03/2021 for Rs. 3801/- . I did the payment through Google pay and after payment is done, money debited from account through Google pay but this isn't reflected in policy Bazar. Since the transaction is not done on PB and my account debited, please refund the said amount ASAP. The screenshot for payment receipt is attached.

                    Policy Bazaar has been spamming me with calls and SMSs regarding credit card offers, Medical cover and such.

                    I unfortunately took my vehicle insurance from them. Since then, I have been receiving calls and SMS's.

                    Even after complaining, I am continuing to receive SMS regarding their offers.

                    When I asked Policy Bazaar to delete my account and personal information, they were reluctant in doing so.

                    I need my information removed from Policy Bazaar's systems at the earliest.

                      I have recently bought a policy from Policy Bazar on 23rd Feb 2021 for my vehicle UP15BW6465 but the policy has not been updated on mParivahan.It has been more than 3 weaks but the Same has not been updated yet..I have been calling the help line number again and again but my issue has not been resolved yet..

                        Now policy was made against one payment. But one of the payment i.e. ₹ 898 should return to the either source (Means to HDFC credit card or Amazon Pay) is not refunded. Please take the incentive to refund the amount ₹ 898.00.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          This is to inform you that more than 25 lakhs Insurance Agents who are solely dependent on Insurance Business Income.

                          The way Policy Bazaar is promoting on TV for buying Insurance online and get Discounts this is creating a gap and hence customers started buying insurance from the WEB Aggregator.

                          This will create an issue for Individual Agents who are solely dependent on Insurance commission. Who will buy policy from them.

                          Financial Planning is considered as Respected career in other Countries and they promote the distributor model as well.

                          Don't understand why Policy Bazaar is given the same commission structure which individual agents are given. They have created an online platform and has team of Tele caller. They give more than 200 plus advertisements daily on multiple channels. If i take cost of 5 lakhs for per 10 second Spot then it comes to 10 crores cost daily on advertisement. Plus they give Online discount to customers.

                          Insurance commission should be different for WEB AGGREGATORS as they don't need to go to customers house in SUN, RAIN, WINTER just like Individual Agent does.
                          They don't need to visit 3 to 4 times and chase for policy closure, just like Individual Agent does.

                          If the way Policy Bazaar is promoting and earning hefty commission. slowly all the Individual agents will be jobless who are solely dependent on Insurance commission income and wants to create career in financial planning.

                          My humble request is to think on this.

                              Today at 1:38pm, I got call from policy bazar from this number [protected]. They suggested me plan of 5507/- for car insurance. They sent me a link and I followed the procedure and made 5507/- using their link. They I got message from bank saying that money is transferred to Policy bazaar. But this people are saying that they have not received the payment. As proof I provided them my bank statement and message from bank. Yet they have not issued my policy for car. Please help. I need policy today itself.

                                Dear Bank Bazar, I wanna unsubscribe/Close Account from Promotional Email & SMS as soon as possible. My account is linked with the email [protected]@ymail.com and mobile [protected]. I don't want my credit score checked. Please deactivate my Bank Bazaar profile and account details including my pan. And please confirm the deactivation! I want the process to be completed very soon. And confirm me via my phone number. I am forced to do this because i cannot find any deactivation option in your app! Otherwise i would have done it myself!

                                    I am in a mess. I tried to buy policy online after speaking to sales agent. First time, it failed. Then I tried again it went through. Now their portal says transactions failed twice. I called sales agent and she say on their end money has not come. Called up bank, they say money has been sent. So I am in a mess. There is no way to complain on PB. If I call PB they connect me back to the sales agent and she cannot do anything expect say, we did not get the money. I call up my bank support and they say, money has been sent. I am just banging my head now.

                                    Wonder why this was marked as resolved. I paid for this yesterday. 1st March 2021. Not sure if PB looked at an old policy refund form Aug 18, 2020 (PB[protected] and marked this as resolved.

                                    I am referring to failed Transaction ID PG30133855 and Transaction ID PG30133452. Please clarify.
                                    I purchased a Two wheeler policy from policy bazar on 2/06/2021 and paid through upi phonepe, but payment status on policy bazaar shows me failed and my money of 1491₹ is debited from my account and Phonepe customer says money is successful received. And after calling customer care of policy bazaar they said to contact service department and on service department can't speak to representative, and also raise issue on portal but they don't answer ans even on email they don't answer now I'm messed up what to do

                                        I initiated the renewal of my two wheeler insurance both third party and personal accident cover on 13 and 14/02/2021 respectively. I contacted Mr. Shivharinarayan through your chatbot PBee, who confirmed that the soft copy of both the policies were sent to my registered email id. But even after a lapse one whole day still there is no soft copy on my registered email id. How long should I still wait?
