My name is sachin i bought a plan from policy bazaar in bajaj allianz, because of some reason i have cancelled this plan and still i did not receive my refund amount, its been more than one month and i am too much mentally harassed from you, i am going to file a police complained against policy bazaar and bajaj as well as in consumer court also, i am really fed up with you return my amount asap other wise i will do something with my own and you will be responsible for that take it seriously i am telling you, check my previous communication i am following you from the month of october for refund and today is 13 dec 2020 this is my last mail from my side after that i don't know what i will do check my documents again and refund my money asap any how, i already have sent my all document to bajaj on 8 December with my all id proof bank statement

        Hii,
        i purchased auto loan of magma hdi from policy bazaar for my car on 16th November, 2020 till today they didn't send me any policy taking so much time for inspection video there calling agents gave false information
        these calling agents are Nida Fatima (BPW13749) and Banti Singh (BPW04728)
        and at the time of insurance there sales agent falsely guided me regarding the insurance Vivek kumar (PW10527)
        they wasted my one week for the simple car insurance.
        i want you to kindly resolve my matter or i will take legal action against policy bazaar

          This is to shed light on the unethical & immoral sales practice being followed & I was deceived into the same causing monetary & intangible loss to myself & family.

          Below is the summary.
          1. My registered number is [protected]
          2. Mr. Rahul Drall reached out to me on my Porting query on 12th Oct.2020 for policy expiring on 8th Nov.2020
          3. I clearly explained my requirement on porting & other PEDs
          4. On 13th Oct., I queried for clarification & mail ID for official confirmation on trail mail on his verabal confirmation. With severe delay at his end on responses, it’s still pending since 32 days now.
          5. Meanwhile he deceived me to give a new number probably to earn his incentives so that my case is not going to other hands. I gave him my number [protected]with clear instruction that I do not want this to be my primary point of contact. I have existing Policy bazaar account with [protected] with running policies + policies to be ported. I wanted the same account to be used to link Policy Bazaar policy + communications + e insurance account + Insurance Service Provided records. He assured me of same.
          6. Now on 2nd Nov, I was asked to go with GoDigit + Max Bupa Restore policy. Later around 5th Nov I received confirmation from Policy bazaar that these 2 Service provided doesn’t entertain porting thus policy is to be rejected. Now 8th Nov being expiry date is near.
          7. All calls are coming to [protected] which was not my number thus I was unable to attend Doctors & Policy bazaar calls. I queries this to Rahul on daily basis with false commitments in return.
          8. Now he went with Star Policy & Care policy.
          9. While filling the proposal form, he asked me to give incorrect declaration in term of weight as higher weight was not allowing the policy to proceed. He made me believe that this is just a formality & proper doctor call will require correct declaration. Post making payment after 2 days I was asked to fill porting form. Again a delay here to my dismay.
          10. Now on 13th post expiry of policy to be ported policy got rejected due to higher weight & I learned that he misguided me to earn his incentives again.
          11. No all my calls to him is not being attended.
          12. Also most of his calls were from his personal number + whatsapp from same
          13. Now my mother is without any policy till date with past policy expired/lapsed.

            With ref id:[protected], Applied a car insurance policy on 18th of Oct, 2020. Since then 3 times I have uploaded the self inspection video, only to be rejected again and again. I have decided that I will not upload any more vids. I have had enough. Tried and requested several times to initiate the refund of the amount but no action has been taken in last 10 days.

                  I have purchased a policy from policybazar of TataAia, that was initially postponed from the insurance company and then being granted. Now policy bazar after getting all the benefits from my policy (as agent is named as policy bazar only in the granted policy) is stating that your policy will remain inactive on the policy bazar side and you will not get any benefit from policybazar like claim assistance etc

                    I tried to take policy for car KL58Q9542 and I paid the amount but couldn't get the policy. So I took the policy from other companies from your own site so please refund the amount which I paid for taking policy .

                      I have taken car insurance policy from Edelweiss from your site Ref[protected] as on 14/05/2019 . The insurance was in name of Company .Last month my son closed the lease and got Car tranferred to his name.
                      Change in ownership by getting new RC completed. We requested for change of name in Insurance to Edelweiss and all requested details provided.
                      We got message from PB asking for Video of car as per App .
                      Video was taken to best of my abilityand sent The same was rejected 3 Times .The third time rejection was based on Odometer is not covered. This info was available with you in first two video.
                      Even though we sent mail indicating we may not upload any further video, to avoid conflict I sent one more video which was not even acknowleged (We did not receive confirmation SMS)
                      I have been dealing with PB for last 5 years insuring 3 to 4 Vehicles and deeply disappointed by high handed behaviour of your Inspection team .Pl do understand i am not Video professional .
                      Your inspection team has taken more than 10 days for the above action which should have been completed in 3-4 days.
                      In view of your deficient service I may be compelled to take New insurance to safeguard my interest but will take this case to logical end.
                      Ask your team to review the matter and resolve the issue amicably.

                          Dear sir I have been issued 3 unit linked insurance plan by Policybazaar.com from 28 April.since then I hav been paying my due premium amount of rs[protected] respectively via Policybazaar to Bajaj Allianz hdfclife Icici Prudential life insurance in same order..last transaction was on 28 octber .a debit of 5000 happened on 4 November anonymously. On contacting Policybazaar they say it has been debit and credited to Bajaj Allianz, but Bajaj Allianz haven’t yet received it and I haven’t placed any new request. Also.the last payment was on 28 oct and unit values also allotted against that very payment only..as a concerned and duty full citizen I have the right to know the transaction details and it’s also suspicious as none of the insurance company nor the bank have any information and they are pointing towards polybazar only which is not at all answering to my emails nor satisfactory answers by customer support ..I request you sir. To provide help me get a refund of rs 5000 or adjust the sum to next premium date. I will be very much thankful and obligde to you.as I am a working and serving doctor hoping to get this issue resolve soon

                            I have called, emailed and still no response. This is very disappointing.

                            I booked a policy and made the payment. However, the system took incorrect phone number which I'm not aware of and booked it.
                            I want to cancel this policy so that I can apply for new one.

                                  I resister a spot claim for my car at policybazaar. 13/07/2020 through application. After that I received a call from PolicyBazzar executive for claim process. I given all the details as required by Policy spot claim. After that he asking me about service center at that time I preferred Audi motors, Chirawa, Jhunjhunu. After that I recived the called from executive he told me my claim is rejected. Because of he attached previous year policy so policy company rejected claim due to incomplete documents. And he register new claim with my different no. and processed. Policy Bazaar agreed for cash less process and approved the estimate of repair. Policy Bazaar executive called me and confirmed for for Vehical drop at service centre. When I reached for Vehical drop then service center compeletly denied for release the Vehical on DO base. I called to Spot claim and mentioned the issue with executive he confirmed me to resolve the issue and will go ahead to start the repair process. After wait for long time around two month. I received a call from Firoz he asked about service center. He asked me is preferred service center suggested by policy bazaar or by me. Which is very unprofessional question because this is initial process. And he disconnected the phone. He sent a mail to me to cloase the claim by him. I replied with all the issue of delay which is all occurred by policy bazaar. After that i recived a call from one of new executive and he given me clarification and suggested new service center in Gurgaon (Vipul Motors Pvt. Ltd.). And told me the process. I followed all the process and droped Vehical as suggested after 29 aug2020 on the service center and inform to surveyor or spot claim center for the same. Firoz called me and told me this process will take the time and should not droped the Vehical on service center. I called to surveyor for approval and take on the conference for the same but firoz is not responding and disconnected the phone. Still i am facing the issue against my claim and my car is not repaired till. Policy bazaar is given me inappropriately answer. I have all the email conversation

                                    Dear team,
                                    I had a claim for motor accident on united india insurance limited 3 months ago.
                                    the claim amount has not been settled still, though it has been more than 3 month since documents submitted.
                                    There has not been a single reply to any of emails sent to either uiic or policy bazzar from whom the insurance was issued. This is creating a hesitation to go for your insurance in future since this is completely unacceptable delay and worst customer support from both. Insurance was created via policy bazzar.

                                      I want to cancel this policy so that I can apply for new one. Or of possible can the number be updated?
