    First time I applied for Car insurance through policy bazaar. I was happy to find so many options available and so I went ahead with one of them. Immediately the payment was debited and then the problem started. After charging payment they asked for self video inspection and uploading of documents.

    Normally a company will carry all procedure and then charge payment. And once payment is done will issue a cover note. But here the case in opposite they charge payment but will not issue any cover note and ask you to sel[censored]pload the video through their software.

    I uploaded the video properly as per their instruction but they rejected and ask for fresh video upload. Then I consulted some of the consumers who have dealt with policy bazaar ang got to know how they function.

    The video needs to be uploaded through their software. So they ensure that incase they find any faults the customer will not have any evidence to recheck the video as the customer will not be possessing that video. So they keep harassing customers by rejecting for 3-4 times after which they will innocent customer will ask for refund or even incase the policy is issued they will possess the money for atleast 1-2 months or incase of refund request for more amount of time.

    In this way they may surely be earning interest on the consumer's money for the time they hold and I feel this is strictly illegal as they are just a broking firm and not any financial institution to earn interest on consumer's money.

    I strictly demand an inquiry of their business operations as inspite of doing cheating business the looser is the consumer and it is their hard earned money that such companies are using generate income.

    Will also tweet to PMO office and other departments to ensure such companies are closed down so in future no consumer suffers.

      I have applied for a term insurance and after all tests done and all results normal insurance policy not yet issued.
      Call centre executives of no help. Everyone is clueless. Am not allowed to speak to managers and escalate my case.

      I have paid 39000 and i consider it a fraud to sit with someones money and not deliver the goods.
      Kindly issues policy asap or return my money else will take matter to court

        Sharing data to scam call center

        Today I received a call from a person, his contact no.is [protected] who represents himself from high court, New Delhi. Told me that he have a notice regarding me of fraudulent against a company name VP associates Pvt ltd. and we are issuing a arrest notice, meanwhile when he was telling the details about my father name and address, In address section he gave the address starting from hnn.1, ...India. I checked my all services I bought...

        I am getting messages for insurance from policy bazaar. I called their customer care and asked them to stop any future messages. They assured me that they have unsubscribed me.. but today after 5 days I received the same message for insurance. That is so annoying and unprofessional.

            The customer executive from Policy bazaar.com called me from the number ([protected]) on the date [ 01/10/2020] at time :16:04.

            he asked me why you are not purchasing a policy from them, I replied that I will talk to my financial advisor and reply you, and then the customer executive from policybazaar.com started insulting me over the phone call, criticizing me harassments.. It was a very unprofessional way of talking to a customer.. unethical manner..
            and also he replied very rudely to me on the given WhatsApp no.

              I have purchased 1 corona kawach policy (Edelweiss General Insurance) from policy bazaar.com for my parent considering cashless facilities at NKH Hospital in KORBA Chhattisgarh 495677.
              Now policy bazar and Edelweiss both are saying we don't have tie up for cash less, But during policy selling they said we have cashless facilities there and it was appearing in website at attached.
              kindly take strict action against policy bazaar and Edelweiss insurance company both for cheating the people and being unsupportive to the customer.
              i am OUT OF INDIA, No one picking up my call neither from policy bazaar nor from Edelweiss General Insurance now.

                Below given is the summary of the issue. Policy bazaar is aware of the issue as i called them too for help and drop emails too, however they never responded back to my emails and not taken any action to resolve this issue

                Hello,

                I have been facing issues with a refund application on the cancellation of Term insurance as below attached.

                It has been three months since I have been following-up with your team but getting nonfavorable response on it. Every time your executive says, the refund should get processed by this week next week but to date, I'm not have received it.

                I request to kindly be responsive and help your client instead of calling for new business every time.

                While getting new business your team seems quite responsive and quick but while providing service it doesn't seem to be the same.

                Clients have to face a lot of problems due to this so kindly improve your response time on service instead of acquiring new business it will help you in long term.

                Looking forward to receive final service and help on my refund application.

                    I have purchase motor insurance policy renewal from policy bazaar & found that agent has enter wrong vehicle details when i shared my old policy copy, i have raised a request for this rectification with both policy bazar & edelweiss insurance after 2weeks of time, now they have decline my request stating no modification or cancelation possible & suggesting to purchase new policy for my car again. So iam requesting your help to get me a solution for this issue refund or edit the correct details in my policy

                              I purchased SBI general Arogya Sanjeevani policy on 18th July 2020 from Policy Bazaar and cancelled it. The refund is still pending till date. I cancelled within 15 days of the policy issued.

                              Every time I raise a query in the policy bazaar app, it sends me an sms stating my refund will be processed within 15 days. Its been more than a month now!

                                On 31.8.2020 i had tried to pay my two wheeler insurance to sbi general insurance through policy bazzar website, first msg came policy bazzr saying "your policy issued with ref. No" for ₹ 974, after few minutes message came back again saying "for re attempting and if dedicated coordinate with bank" but still now i have not refunded.

                                  I went to policy bazaar website to renew my policy as i found attractive offer here.
                                  On 31 Jul 2020 i paid Rs. 4862 for Private Car - zero dep Comprehensive insurance with 50% NCB from policy bazaar .
                                  On 31 Jul 2020 afternoon I got a call from policy bazar stating that i have to pay rs . 187 as there was NCB 35% for this year but it was shown 45 %. I paid the money as per the email received. Few days later (8th August 2020) the customer executive told me the video inspection has validity of 24 hours the session has expired I have to upload new video. I was under quarantine period (which was told to the company ) after completing the quarantine period (14 AUGUST 2020) I uploaded the video and received successful message. Later I was told the video was not being played on their end I sent another video 16th august 2020) the response was same. I changed my phone and uploaded the video on 23rd August. Today only I received a message that 90 days grace period is over you have to pay extra if you want your policy. After completion of 90 days of expiring of my policy the company now told me regarding the grace period. I have paid the money on time, even the company's error. Uploaded the video application glitch uploaded another time same thing happened. Now they ask for money at the verge of ending of 90 days grace period. They ask me to take money back at a time where my NCB is over.

                                    I have bought two covid kavach policies, it is very sad to say post receiving of policy (For reference one of booking id[protected], and there was an option from the insured side to avail hospital daily cash (Which was represented as "wise decision" in the policy).

                                    But from policy bazaar why this option was not provided while availing in this policy? Believe this is not only for me but it might also include all of them who bought it!

                                    Multiple times i have requested to provide the policy issue, but not received unless from insurer. It is a very unpleasant service since i have contacted multiple times and requested a call back from your supervisor/manager but not received yet.

                                    Noticed, policy bazaar staff will be after to sell their policies but not the same response post buying the policy. Certainly, this causes unpleasant service!

                                    Also very delay in issuing policies in need of this situation.
