Today i got a call from mr. Deepak from [protected] landline number. He on starting of the call, started to reprimand me for not answering his call and also was asking as to why i didnt pickup his calls. Kindly look into the matter as he kept on arguing as he have spent 22 mins explaining me a policy and thus it was my moral duty to respond to all the gurgaon calls (Which are unknown to me) assuming that it was mr. Deepak of gurgaon office...

I insure for car policy from Bajaj Allianz thru policy bazar with reference id[protected] and twice car inspection done but both was rejected due irrevalant reason mention and I call customer care to cancel but not yet received any mail or message from policy bazar atleast there should message that I opt for cancellation which is process of every company to send details of complaint process thru customer care....

Have taken a car policy through policybazar with oriental insurance, policybazar requested for self-inspection video. We have done it twice but in vain, they rejected both, 1 they gave reason, 2nd no reason.

Now they are not cancelling my policy and refunding me, they are forfeiting the money.

Please take action immediayely.

I bought a term insurance policy - number - ref. Id[protected]. After 3 days, due to personal reason, i had to cancel the policy. As policy bazaar has a refund process too, so i raised the refund request. Now, the representative who helped me to buy the policy called me up. He spoke to me rudely stating that the payable is just 1300 per month and i cannot even afford it.
This is not the right way. He kept on saying...

Enough o[censored]r calls, if i want a policy i will do it my self. Dont harras me day i. And day out....

This is very irritating to write mail every time. I have already raised a request to cancel my one of the two wheeler insurance in which by mistake i have given wrong number.
Policy bazaar has never helped me, when ever i have asked a solution's for that. People sitting at customer care are least bothered to reply, i think they have auto generated mails which comes to the customer when asked...

On 30/06/2020, i used policy bazar website to do my two - wheeler insurance with bajaj. My account was debited with the amount of rs. 888 at 7:01 pm but the transaction somehow failed. Till this moment money is not credited back to my account. It should have happened automatically.
Apparently policy bazar used the payment gateway payu. My grievance is against both these service providers. Neither of them has acknowledged. No assurance...

While advising a policy which i have purchased, agent of policy bazaar ansu kumar, pw 20725, gave me wrong information stated that "the maturity amount will be exempted from all kind of taxes, totally free from tax and same thing you can see in policy" but i couldn't find in policy document that the maturity amount is free from all kind of taxes.

The same thing i asked from hdfc they said "5% tds will be deducted from maturity...

We booked the term plan policy with policybazaar.com on 13th april 2020 for the insurer bajaj allianz. All the documents were submitted online and we received the confirmation on mail. Further, we were daily getting calls to schedule tele-medicals, but no one called from medical team at the scheduled time and no one confirmed or taken the onus to get the medical test done. We got the mails or confirmations that all the documents submitted...

Please stop sending me promotional sms. If i am interested in buying i will buy.

I get more than 5-6 sms’s daily. I need you guys to just stop....

I applied for my new bike insurance online on 20.06.2020 around 6 pm. Even rs. 8921/- debited from my account. Neither my policy is uploaded in policy bazaar website nor the copy of it despatched to me in my email address.

I had purchased an online term plan of hdfc life from policy bazaar. The premium was paid from credit card. Thereafter, the sales executive disappeared. The customer desk call center is worst than a dead telephone line. After a hell lot of follow up & emails suddenly someone starts calling up & the moment we complete our part of story, they hang up never to come back. Again the follow up process starts from square 1. The entire organiastion...
