Sales person sends me link for buying policy on 14/04/2021. i have paid using credit card. amount is deducted from my side but portal says transaction is failed. i haven't received my refund yet. and sale agent says money has not come. i have waited 8 days but yet refund is not received.

Received unsolicited sms from unknowns...

I need NCB confirmation for claim in respect of my veh no HR 20 AE 9548, I have been continuously talking and mailing policy bazaar for past more than a month with no positive response from them.
Kindly help resolve the issue . I am getting financial loss because of them

I have made a payment of Rs 10231 on 11.04.2005 at 8.00 AM from my PNB Debit card for buying policy of Bazaz allianz for my Car insurance having No. UK07BR0399. Amout debited from my a/c but at policy bazaar, it is shown that payment failed. please either issue policy or transfer my money in my a/c. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com....

As i hav bought above star health insurance dated 04/04/2021 Rs.14523/- Actually I am an exiting member of star health policy.
The policy is not renewed from your side so kindly cancel my policy immediately. As i want to renew my earlier policy.
As adviser told me it renewal but actually policy not renewed yet so cancel the same policy...

Hi, On 1st April I purchased a Health recharge policy of Max from policy bazaar, the agent told me payment is confirmed and that I will get the details in email in few hours. It's been 3 days I haven't received any information. The customer service team is also not responding to me. I have tried to reach out to them numerous times.

Also I am not alone who is affected by such scam from Policy bazaar....

Monika chating on what app approx late night and she said why you done policy in local market, you r waisting my time, she said you are uneducated...

I was renewing my car insurance for FORD FIGO on 13/03/2021 for Rs. 3801/- . I did the payment through Google pay and after payment is done, money debited from account through Google pay but this isn't reflected in policy Bazar.
