I was told by your executive that i should take star health policy. I informed her i jad covid and now i am negative. It is more 30 days of me being negative. But your executive did not bother to tell me that i will not get policy before 90 days. They took the money and now star health has denied my policy.
Just for tour target achievemnet you took the money from me and did not tell me the thruth.
Now you are telling i will get refund after 10- 15days.is this some kind of joke... I will complaint aginst you in ombusdman and get you selling license cancelled if you dont refund me the amount immediately.

    DELAY in Policy

    Hi,
    Myself KAMLESH K
    My Health Insurance Policy number is : [protected], for which renewal was on 7thJune 2021 and i had made payment on 4th June 2021 as suggested by advisor, but today is 12 June 2021and still policy not received.
    After i transferred payment on policy bazar team disappeared.
    when ever i call Policy Bazar Customer care they just keep Apologizing for the delay and softly reply that we will...

    I took a new car insurance with policy bazar in United India insurance on June 6th 2021. The insurance has been generated.
    Unfortunately, car is cancelled due to dealer issue and car never went for registration. Immediately i called policy bazar and asked for cancellation, where there is no proper response. Every time i call, i get automated mails only.

    Below was my mail:
    Hi,

    I had called your customer service yesterday and informed below issue.

    My Booking ID:[protected], BALASUBRAMANIYAN United India Insurance Co Ltd.

    Insurance taken for new car Ford Ecosport 1.5 TDCI Titanium+ SE.

    NOW CAR is CANCELLED due to dealer issue. Please cancel my policy and advise further procedure.

    Attached herewith the screenshot of cancellation mail sent to dealer for your reference.
    Agent in policy bazar keeps fooling me
    That he received only email and not screenshot.
    They keep postponing this issue for 3 days. Just to take advance of 7 days of cooling period for insurance cancellation.

    Request someone to resolve this immediately.

    I have contacted more 20 times and sent various mails. But they say they need 24 hours time. But its almost 3 days now. They are not helping to resolve this issue.

      This is to imform that I, SHIKHAR PRASAD is having issue talking with your employee Mr. Amit kumar.
      He is talking in a very disrespectful manner & teasing the customer(SHIKHAR PRASAD) about his financial condition.
      Way of talking was unacceptable.
      Very EGOISTIC PERSON.
      Let me tell you this is not the first time, he spoke to me like that for SEVERAL TIMES!!
      The reputation which i had for your company was good but after the conversation that i had with that fellow person, the reputation of yours really came down for me. Please look up to it. This is not tolerable!

        I am vishal i renewal my bike policy on 8/6/21 6:35pm through google pay i paid amount of 887rs of Insurence renewal amount but amount was deducted by my account but failed by policy bazar website not yet recived payment successful message or email paperless copy also

          First of all, I was doing just a random search and I started getting their calls. I asked them not to call me and they said once I enter my number, I give them permission to call them. I said I want to revoke my permission and they said it cannot be done. Second, I did not even create an account with them.
          They have made my account with my details and I want it to be deleted permanently. They do not have the option to delete the account on their website. This is problematic.
          Please delete my account permanently and I want no sort of communication from them.

            I purchased a two wheeler insurance from policy bazar on 2/06/2021.The payment of 1491₹ is debited from my account I paid using upi phonepe but on policy bazaar Portal it shows transaction failed and phonepe customer support says its paid.I mailed policy bazaar support team but they didn't respond and also tried contacting customer service they says contact sales department but can't speak to representative to register my issue and now my money is debited and I don't get my policy

              This is prashant kotkar l had purchased term plan of aegon Protect Plus Term Plan through policy bazaar application number ALI[protected] dated 17 may 2021 of Rs.929 but unfortunately this term plan is closed by aegon insurance company. So I request so many times to policy bazaar kindly refund my money. But they are not refund amount till date.

                  I had requested for medical insurance for my mom and they offered an option through magma insurance. Policy Bazaar collected full amount of Rs 22478 on 10th April. But next day they came back saying only after medical test they could confirm the policy, after medical test the insurer declined the policy on 18th April 2021 (Ref ID[protected]. Until they they have giving promises to refund money and today they came back saying they need time may end 2021. There is no sense of accountability or ownership from policy bazaar, lacking professionalism in all forms and making the customer run for their money adding more challenges. The reference ID provided for refund is PB65071320. Once the policy has been declined, it should not have taken more than 2 business days to issue refund but all conversations with them are ending only with more pain. Please help resolve at the earliest.

                    I bought a health insurance.
                    They charged with an amount, which I paid in full on my Cr. card.
                    From next month of the payment, Policy bazaar also started the EMI on my card. Its been over a month and still no resolution.

                    I am looking for a refund.

                      An amount of Rs6731 was debited to our union Bank account on 26.04.2021 on account of renewal of car policy. The payment was made while using site of Policy Bazaar.com. This payment went to Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd. Policybazaar claimed non receipt of payment and informed that the said company was not its payment gateway. Pl inform as to how and why the payment went to the said company while using your site. Did you authorise it explicitly or implicitly to receive payments on your behalf. Is it a web fraud. Customers are harassed for no faults. Internet is flooded with such complaints. Time, peace and even money is lost due to such inefficient companies. Their help centers are totaly useless and limit help for buying their products only.Can someone advise me about legal liability of Policybazaar.com in this case please.

                        I have been getting 10-12 calls from the policy bazaar from different numbers. I have blocked most of them but I get the call from different numbers.I have requested the Customer care Executive multiple times, They just say that I will not get any call in the future but in some time I get another call in the next 5-10 minutes.I had purchased many policies from the portal in the past but now I am highly frustrated with the unwanted calls and thinking to move and I will message all of my friends and relatives for not purchasing any policy from Policy Bazaar.

                            The guys here are typical insurance agents, who will be there till they sell the thing and even lying at times to get it done.

                            Let me tell you an experience that I have had with the guys.

                            1. I brought a term life plan through their site from Tata AIA on March 2nd or 3rd on 2021. I paid the full amount and more.
                            2. I felt I had to make amends in this policy and next day I amended the policy.
                            3. After the amendment company was supposed to return to me around 10, 000 INR.
                            4. They said they will return that to me when the process with Tata AIA is completed. I said its fine.
                            5. Now the process with TATA AIA started. I submitted all paper works and finished the medical.
                            6. After that was completed. They started asking me for medical test reports, which at the time when I brought the policy, they told me they will be paying for. Now they are saying that I have to pay for it.
                            7. I said I will not pay for this long list of tests and I want my money back.
                            8. Now I am following up with them for the past 15 days and they are not responding. They are not responding to my e-mails, calls, messages(when I call them, they are putting me on hold for 30 mins on an international call ). Mind you if it was a sales call, they will call 10 to 20 times a day. I think they have the option to block your number and they have done that to me.
                            9. I tried reaching out to the Sales guys in their team. Other than promises, there is no updates on that one too.

                            Conclusion:

                            Don’t buy policies from them. Only use their site to do comparison and then buy directly.

                            I don’t know what I should do to get 15, 000 INR back. Will update if and when I get it back.

                              Amount deducted from account but not reflected on policybazaar

                              Sales person sends me link for buying policy on 14/04/2021. i have paid using credit card. amount is deducted from my side but portal says transaction is failed. i haven't received my refund yet. and sale agent says money has not come. i have waited 8 days but yet refund is not received.
