I purchased health insurance from Policy Bazaar in December 2020 on EMI on the credit card. Due to some technical problem, my EMI was not deducted on the 7th of August 21 and I raised a complaint against this and I was told that I will receive a payment link within 30 minutes but I did not receive any payment link, and the next day I got a mail from the insurance company that my policy is canceled due to non-payment of EMI. i enquired about the grace period for the payment of EMI they told me it is 7 days and I have already raised the request on the 13th of august. There is sufficient balance in the credit card and other EMI's are being deducted on the scheduled date. Now Policy Bazaar is saying they can not help me in this regard and this is all my fault that I have not made the payment on time. Because of the negligence of the company my policy rcanceled.     This complaint is against Policybazaar and their employees Mr Mihir Milan, who sold the corporate policy of Self, Spouse and 4 kids. Before policy, he said we can add spouses and kids once the policy is started and that can be added by the employees. Later, once we bought the policy, we were denied to add the Spouse and children and they said, it can't be added in mid term however it is a fresh policy and we were never told that we need to give them data beforehand which I could do if i was told upfront.

    Now, I have been emailing them for the last 2 months and still no response from them.

    Please help us to solve this matter.

        I clicked Policy Bazaar.com advertisement in some website suggesting to compare term plans and this was my mistake to enter their website.It asked for contact details before revealing the information(though those information will be already available in the each Life Insurance Website itself) and when I gave my Mobile Number. The Website said, Your number is listed in "Dont Disturb Category". You need to accept and allow Policy Bazaar to call you regarding policies and there was an "Accept" Button and I did not click the button and closed the website.

        Then after that I am getting hell of calls from Policy bazaar asking to buy insurance(Insurance is a Subject matter of solicitation) and how much ever times I explained I am not interested in their services. The calls continued.

        Tele calling person was very rude. Even i said them am not interested.
        But Still I am getting Two Calls daily. Policy Bazaar Telecallers or whoever they are acting like stupids and not understanding.I feel if they dont change their business strategy and plan, they will end up soon.

        I know there are many other who had experienced this and sitting quite out there.I am writing this to create awareness among other customers.

          Maxlife online policy taken through Policy bazar however when I approached them for freelook cancellation there is no support from them. Policy bazar helping only for purchase of policy through them however when their customer had an issue they totally ignoring which is not correct. They should help their customer for purchasing a policy as well as to cancel the policy which has taken through them.

          Seeking immediate action to solve the issue. Made complaint to Maxlife but due to their very worst customer service, nothing has happened to my complaint raised on 22-07-21 till today.

          Your immediate action is highly appreciated.

          Policy Bazar better not to consider Maxlife polycies because Maxlife insurance customer care is very very poor.

          Premium deducted after freelook cancellation, continuously making follow-ups but no response (only automatic reply that will contact within 3 days).

              I bought a two wheeler policy from Policy Bazar(United india insurance
              United Third Party), for which money (Rs. 1212) got deducted (through phonepe, [protected]@YBL), but the insurance didn't get processed and there is no confirmation regaring a refund.

                Sir, I payed 6 months premium to start term a insurance on July 6th 2021. But till now they are not started the insurance. But they told to fill up vivid questinare. But they are not sharing the form. I think it is doing intentionally by policy bazar along with bharati axa for delaying. Beware of these types of fraud companies while taking long term policies. Government has no regulations for taking payments from customer and intentional delays. Better go for well established honest companies policies like HDFC life or icici Lombard.

                  I had informed in advance and was given the assurance (by agent Aman Goel) that my health insurance would be issued as a port in policy ([protected]) but instead they issued my health insurance as fresh policy and have been contacting them for days now to fix the error that they have made . The relationship manager Mehtab Khan assigned to me is of no help, doesn't speak english and all he have to say is he has highlighted the issue to supervisor and he is looking into this matter .

                    The team took the money to generate term insurance policy from the past one month. They have been contacting me for test for which I have given my blood samples every time. Still I am waiting for my policy to get processed.

                    I am contacting them each time to give me an update but every time I have to call them to get an update.

                    Moreover, today the policy got rejected mentioning the reason as high thyroid. I recently got my test done just 5 days back and everything is normal as per the reputed lab results. However, the polocy bazaar team is mentioning it is not the case. Now, I need more clarity if they have a different report for which I have been asking from them. There is no response from their end - neither for my previous blood sample and nor my latest blood sample.

                    If the policy is getting rejected for this reason, atleast they should provide the report and share with the customer proactively rather than cancelling on their own.

                      I purchased a policy on May 31, 2021. And today is July 31, 2021, and my policy hasn't been processed yet.
                      As instructed by Policy Bazaar, I completed my medical check-up from the center assigned to me. Here's a screenshot of the message I got from Policy Bazaar via WhatsApp. I completed my medical checkup on June 5, 2021, as mentioned in the message
                      After completing the checkup, I had many bad experiences from the Policy Bazaar service. My application's status hasn't changed yet. It's still the same.

                      I talked to these executives from Policy Bazaar. Every time I enquire about my application, they all say the same thing. These executives make fake promises and assure me that my application will be processed in two days and it's been two ### months now. I am writing this on July 31, 2021, and still, my policy hasn't been processed.

                          I've purchased thirty party car policy via policy bazaar on dated[protected] and policy bazaar not provide the policy on dated 06-07/2021 due to some technical error, after 4-5 days I have cancelled the policy on dated 06/07/2021. The payment was done during the policy purchase time. But still now, i ve not received any refund details regarding the cancelation.

                                  One of the Policy Bazzaar agent - Kartik Sarma (Mob no[protected] has told me lies about the Max life Term insurance features and its plan Exit clause at 65 yrs with premium back option and convinced be to buy the 1 Crore Max life term insurance and when i didn't find the clause in the Max Life policy bond copy and requested Kartik to confirm, he told he was not aware about this feature not available for my Term insurance plan.. He halso assured to return back any premium that is deducted by max life and now he has started avoiding me and my phone calls and didn't provide any help to cancel the Term insurance during free look period.

                                  Kartik had assured me that i can trust him and policy bazaar as he will be there for any support or cancellation and no money/ premium will be deducted if i am not satisfied post review of Policy bond guidelines and its features..

                                  Please register my complaint against Kartik and Policy Bazaar agent as they don't have clear knowledge about insurance features and are fooling customers by telling lies to buy the insurance plans.

                                  I am not satisfied with the time taken to cancel the policy during the free look cancellation period by policy bazaar as I had requested for policy cancellation on July 6th (the very Next day when I had received the soft copy of policy document on July 5th). Their was no support provided by policy bazaar or Kartik Or [protected]@policybazaar.com to whom this case was assigned, no proper mail communication from any agent or executive or manager.

                                  It took 14 days to send the cancellation email acknowledgement from Max life where i had to initiate the cancellation in absence of policy bazaar support.

                                  I had to write more than 10 to 15 emails to Policy Bazaar and Max life Nodal officers and till date I have not received any satisfactory response from Max life or Policy Bazaar Managers..

                                  Do note Max life policy document issued to me was not as per the discussion i had with the Policy Bazaar customer executive as Term insurance Policy bond did not capture the Exit option @ 65 Years with premium back option which was discussed and promised by Policy Bazaar Agent Kartik Sarma (Mobile no[protected], Hence i had to cancel the policy as i had taken the policy due to this exit feature premium back option else i was never interested in Term insurance and was planning to take Max life SWP plan for 60 Lakhs (12 Yrs premium of 5 lakhs) as what was shown to me on Max lifer website and Policy bazaar website by kartik Sarma during selling the Term insurance policy was not mentioned in the Max life Policy bond copy and Max life had not sent me any interim draft bond copy for my review before issuing the final copy, Hence charging the Stamp duty and Medical charges (which i had not requested) to me is completely unacceptable / illegal as i was told utter lie before selling the Term insurance policy...and Now I have decided to file complaint / Harassment case with Consumer court if Max life or Policy Bazaar doesn't settle the complete dues to my bank account through NEFT within next 3 business days.

                                  I have all the proofs, Phone recordings and mail proofs to support my case... Do let me know if Policy bazaar Grievance officers final decision by tomorrow end of day for me to decide on my next steps or do you want me to reach out to [protected]@cioins.co.in & bimalokpal.[protected]@cioins.co.in from Council for Insurance Ombudsmen.

                                  Do note i will be forced to share negative feedback about Policy Bazaar and Max Life on Facebook, twitter and in various internet review forums across whatsapp / Other apps to my Corporate friends so other customers are not cheated by Policy Bazaar agents if my 1st premium is not 100% reimbursed in next 3 Business days.

                                    I purchased a Personal Accidental cover and Car Insurance policy online on June 22, 2021. I had received the PA policy details, and still did not get my car insurance policy details.

                                    I am frustrated with calling customer service many times and raising concerns in the portal also, everything gone to waste and no solution for the past 26 days.

                                    Please take action on this issue, and they should compensate this after purchasing a policy could not use it for almost month.

                                      THis is worst thing and support from Policy Bazar that i have to cancel my policy, as They took money four months back but not issued the policy, everytime coming up with new requirments, which were not shared by their executive while selling the policy. now they are asking for more money for the same sum assured or there will be reduction in the sum assured.
                                      have been asking their executives to refund my money but they are not doing the needful
