My RTN on policy bazaar is [protected]

On 6th jan 2021, last evening i purchased an insurance policy for my two wheeler.
Amount got deducted and simultaneously their app got a lag/freeze.
I paid from UPI for the first time.
They showed payment pending in an email message.
Then i opened the message and again paid. This time i used debit card method.
Now policy was showing in my account.
But what about my money which got deducted in the first place.

I simply received an email and an sms that your refund has been processed after filing complaint in consumer complaints.in within 3 hours. Previously i had sent couple of emails to official mail of the company. Don't know how, they just refunded my money.

    I have purchased insurance for my new car from policy bazaar on 17 December the policy was o[censored]nited India insurance but due to some issue policy was not generated so after discussion with customer care executive I cancelled the policy on 18 December they said that as policy is not issued refund will be processed within 7 days but even after 15 days they are asking extended timelines.

      Hello,

      Sir, I'm officially registering a complaint against Policy Bazar and Bajaj Allianz have requested to cancel the policy I took from them within 30 days of activation becuase of financial reasons. The customer executive said they will give 100% cashback if I cancel it within the 30 days of activation and I made a number of email conversations and calls to make them cancel the service and they told it is under process. But they not only didn't cancel the policy but also charged my credit card again this month for the same policy of about 5112 rupees.

        I have paid Insurance Premium amounting to INR 91348 on Dec 7, 2020 towards renewal of health insurance for 3 years from Dec 11, 2020.

        However as on Jan 3, 2021, neither Insurance Policy nor refund of Premium has been granted. There has been 5-8 follow-ups been made however every time Policy Bazaar executive is requesting for extended timeline.

        Please intervene and close this matter on priority

            My complaint regarding without my concern my mobile number is misuse by someone(shibasis namdev)

            My name is abhinash dash. I don't have any issue with policybazar but issue is without my concern my mobile number is misuse by one person. His name is shibasis namdev.his mobile number([protected])He is also mentioning his mail id but misusing my mobile number. Due to that policybazar agent calling me enormous time but i dont know anything about it that calls.. Even I am sharing u the screenshot of that where he(shibasis namdev) mentioning...

            Dear sir,

            On 21 dec 2020 I have done the payment for job loss income policy from policy bazaar. After the payment additional data to fulfil to complete, but network issue web is closed. But not showing after network and not showing payment receipt also in app.

            No of times i send the complaint through mail and called to toll free no. care of policy bazaar. They are not reverting back.

            Attached the image of my transaction details also.
            Pls revert the amount to my bank account.

              I would like to bring your attention towards my refund on booking id[protected] and ticket number PB21559739. I have cancelled my policy on 20 oct 2020 its more than 2 month now but didn’t have received my refund amount. Now its irritating me to taking follow up for refund every time there is excuse.

                  On 23/12/2020, I used policy bazar website to renew my two - wheeler insurance at united India Insurance. my account was debited with the premium of Rs. 1530/- at 11.15 am and again My account was debited with the premium of Rs. 1530/- at 11.19 am used SBI credit card ending 4586 but the transaction somehow failed and amount debited two times kindly refund my debited amount back to my credit card ending 4586 as soon as possible.

                    premium debited from account but transaction failed.

                    On 22/12/2020, I used policy bazar website to renew my two - wheeler insurance (Expiring on 02/01/2021 at United India Insurance. My account was debited with the premium of Rs. 1238/- at 11.26 am used Indian Bank Net banking but the transaction somehow failed. Till this moment money is not credited back to my account. It should have happened automatically.
                    Request to return my money at the earliest.

                    As I have opted for bike insurance through policy bazar for Bharti Axa 1 Year Third Party Cover, an amount of Rs- 887/-was debited from my bank account and i got a message confirmation for the same from policy Bazar but after that there is no progress was reported and policy copy not received yet .so kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

                      I purchased a two wheeler insurance of royal sunderam from policy bazaar website. The payment wsd successful. I have got a text message for the same from policy bazaar and my bank. However, I havent received the policy. I have tried calling policy bazaar multiple times. They promise a call back but I never received a call. Kindly resolve at the earliest.

                        My name is sachin i bought a plan from policy bazaar in bajaj allianz, because of some reason i have cancelled this plan and still i did not receive my refund amount, its been more than one month and i am too much mentally harassed from you, i am going to file a police complained against policy bazaar and bajaj as well as in consumer court also, i am really fed up with you return my amount asap other wise i will do something with my own and you will be responsible for that take it seriously i am telling you, check my previous communication i am following you from the month of october for refund and today is 13 dec 2020 this is my last mail from my side after that i don't know what i will do check my documents again and refund my money asap any how, i already have sent my all document to bajaj on 8 December with my all id proof bank statement

                              Hii,
                              i purchased auto loan of magma hdi from policy bazaar for my car on 16th November, 2020 till today they didn't send me any policy taking so much time for inspection video there calling agents gave false information
                              these calling agents are Nida Fatima (BPW13749) and Banti Singh (BPW04728)
                              and at the time of insurance there sales agent falsely guided me regarding the insurance Vivek kumar (PW10527)
                              they wasted my one week for the simple car insurance.
                              i want you to kindly resolve my matter or i will take legal action against policy bazaar

                                This is to shed light on the unethical & immoral sales practice being followed & I was deceived into the same causing monetary & intangible loss to myself & family.

                                Below is the summary.
                                1. My registered number is [protected]
                                2. Mr. Rahul Drall reached out to me on my Porting query on 12th Oct.2020 for policy expiring on 8th Nov.2020
                                3. I clearly explained my requirement on porting & other PEDs
                                4. On 13th Oct., I queried for clarification & mail ID for official confirmation on trail mail on his verabal confirmation. With severe delay at his end on responses, it’s still pending since 32 days now.
                                5. Meanwhile he deceived me to give a new number probably to earn his incentives so that my case is not going to other hands. I gave him my number [protected]with clear instruction that I do not want this to be my primary point of contact. I have existing Policy bazaar account with [protected] with running policies + policies to be ported. I wanted the same account to be used to link Policy Bazaar policy + communications + e insurance account + Insurance Service Provided records. He assured me of same.
                                6. Now on 2nd Nov, I was asked to go with GoDigit + Max Bupa Restore policy. Later around 5th Nov I received confirmation from Policy bazaar that these 2 Service provided doesn’t entertain porting thus policy is to be rejected. Now 8th Nov being expiry date is near.
                                7. All calls are coming to [protected] which was not my number thus I was unable to attend Doctors & Policy bazaar calls. I queries this to Rahul on daily basis with false commitments in return.
                                8. Now he went with Star Policy & Care policy.
                                9. While filling the proposal form, he asked me to give incorrect declaration in term of weight as higher weight was not allowing the policy to proceed. He made me believe that this is just a formality & proper doctor call will require correct declaration. Post making payment after 2 days I was asked to fill porting form. Again a delay here to my dismay.
                                10. Now on 13th post expiry of policy to be ported policy got rejected due to higher weight & I learned that he misguided me to earn his incentives again.
                                11. No all my calls to him is not being attended.
                                12. Also most of his calls were from his personal number + whatsapp from same
                                13. Now my mother is without any policy till date with past policy expired/lapsed.

Since then 3 times I have uploaded the self inspection video, only to be rejected again and again. I have decided that I will not upload any more vids. I have had enough. Tried and requested several times to initiate the refund of the amount but no action has been taken in last 10 days.
