I resister a spot claim for my car at policybazaar. 13/07/2020 through application. After that I received a call from PolicyBazzar executive for claim process. I given all the details as required by Policy spot claim. After that he asking me about service center at that time I preferred Audi motors, Chirawa, Jhunjhunu. After that I recived the called from executive he told me my claim is rejected. Because of he attached previous year policy...

Dear team,
I had a claim for motor accident on united india insurance limited 3 months ago.
the claim amount has not been settled still, though it has been more than 3 month since documents submitted.
There has not been a single reply to any of emails sent to either uiic or policy bazzar from whom the insurance was issued. This is creating a hesitation to go for your insurance in future since this is completely unacceptable...

I have called, emailed and still no response. This is very disappointing.

I booked a policy and made the payment of Rs 5422 as well. However, the system took incorrect phone number which I'm not aware of and booked it.
I want to cancel this policy so that I can apply for new one. Or of possible can the number be updated?

I have made a payment of 3, 260 Rs/- on 22 October 2020 for Max Bupa Corona Kavach Policy from Policybazaar but still the policy is not assigned to me & payment has already been made.
As i have made a payment on policybazaar website for Max Bupa Corona Kavach Policy through UPI & payment session was valid for 15 min. but after approving the payment from my UPI application the active payment session got terminated...

I have paid rupees 1219.00 on 27october 2020 for purchase of Two wheeler insurance for Vehicle AS04U8821 through SBI internet banking. But after deducting money, transaction failed. And I have not received refund yet. I have paid the amount again and succeeded..But yet to get refund of failed payment.No response received from policy bazaar.

Everyday i call they tell me u will get update by evening and nothing happens. Its almost one month i have made payment. No action is being taken at their end. Kindly help get my refund back now...

I wanted to browse through the policies and they wouldn't allow me to check any policy until I entered my phone number. After that day they have been calling me daily twice even after me telling them that I am not interested and to remove me from that list. This is causing a huge disturbance and I would like if they stopped contacting me....

Immediately the payment was debited and then the problem started. After charging payment they asked for self video inspection and uploading of documents.

Call centre executives of no help. Everyone is clueless. Am not allowed to speak to managers and escalate my case.

I have paid 39000 and i consider it a fraud to sit with someones money and not deliver the goods.

Today I received a call from a person, his contact no.is [protected] who represents himself from high court, New Delhi. Told me that he have a notice regarding me of fraudulent against a company name VP associates Pvt ltd. and we are issuing a arrest notice, meanwhile when he was telling the details about my father name and address, In address section he gave the address starting from hnn.1, ...India. I checked my all services I bought...

I am getting messages for insurance from policy bazaar. I called their customer care and asked them to stop any future messages. They assured me that they have unsubscribed me.. but today after 5 days I received the same message for insurance. That is so annoying and unprofessional.

Someone enters my number during inquiry and I get a call daily from policy bazaar. I want to block policy bazaar calls on my number my email my inbox....

The customer executive from Policy bazaar.com called me from the number ([protected]) on the date [ 01/10/2020] at time :16:04.

he asked me why you are not purchasing a policy from them, I replied that I will talk to my financial advisor and reply you, and then the customer executive from policybazaar.com started insulting me over the phone call, criticizing me harassments.. It was a very unprofessional way of talking to a customer.....

I have purchased 1 corona kawach policy (Edelweiss General Insurance) from policy bazaar.com for my parent considering cashless facilities at NKH Hospital in KORBA Chhattisgarh 495677.
Now policy bazar and Edelweiss both are saying we don't have tie up for cash less, But during policy selling they said we have cashless facilities there and it was appearing in website at attached.
kindly take strict action against policy bazaar...
