Sub : company doing fraud with the innocent people of india.
I purchased a term plan after so many telephonic calls by madam karishma, representative, policy bazaar of canara hsbc oriental bank of commerce life insurance on 3rd june 2020. Madam karishma said me to pay the amount rs. 21, 585 and fillup the details on the sent links. After payment, i tried but i can't write in that link. Then she said she will write on my behalf. She started asking me my details & filling in their records. After that, she told me she will send a what's app no., i should send my legal documents when i feel free and an email will come for medical. Then i said i will never go outside for any medical please send them at home for medical in this coronavirus period. She said that i don’t need to go anywhere the medical team will come to my home.
The next day i saw that she added my name wrong (Ist fraud). I did complain of cust. Care and also write an email to correct my name.
2nd fraud happened here when i received an email where was written to go a clinic for medical and also attached google maps for direction but the address was missing. I tried to contact her, but she was not attending my phone calls. Then dishearted i decided to go for medical checkup.
3rd fraud happened when i go for a medical checkup that location was wrong in that google map. I tried for 2 days, but there was no clinic. I did complain about on cost. Care but they were just listeners, not the solution maker.
After every 2-3 days, i was trying again and again to call cust. Care. Then i received a phone call & he told me that he will help me with a medical checkup. He gave me an address, that was another place and far from that place of google map.
And when i went that clinic for medical checkup. After half an hour my number came but they told me that they did not receive any mail from policy bazaar/ canara hsbc with the name of sanjeev kumar (4th fraud). So i went back. I tried both given numbers but they didn't reply, even i waited for 2 days for a reply back from that number (5th fraud).
After that, i tried to call cust. Care but till today nothing is happening. For the last 1 month, every time they times misguide me like b
I sent an email and call to canara hsbc oriental bank of commerce life insurance. They told me my name is correct in their record, this is pending from policy bazaar they must change in their records. Although policy bazaar has my all legal documents but not interested to change my name in their records because their intention is to use innocent indian people's money for maximum time in their own business.
After so many calls and email policy bazaar’s reply is negligible. It shows they are working with malafide intentions for fraud. I shorty remember they did the same with my 4-5 years before too. I will search for that also. So it means the full company is standing on fraud and cheating.
Now policy bazaar is not picking my phones on cust. Care. Now they are showing me a new client and didn't reply back.
This is a clear case of fraud. Policy bazaar taking money from innocent people almost rs.500-600 crore every year and getting benefits as interest from their bank account to increase their income from innocent people’s pockets and after using their money 1-2 months or more than that they will refund so they are out of this fraud by law. Till then they will get the benefit of interest from their bank account. This is a good fraud trick to make fools instead, tell the truth to the people they will not get that insurance. Company showing beautiful dreams to their clients instead of telling the truth to collect their money to use for a few days. But in reality that clients come to protect their family life but they get fraud from the company. Company is wasting time and using the money of their clients. I also saw so many complaints on different websites against this company.
