Please help me in getting soft copy

I had purchased hdfc termlife plan from policy bazar through online, agent said max 10 days it will take to receive softcopy, but by now it is morethan 1 month, policy bazar is not taking necessary action and necessary help to customer who paid. I really had no intention to raise complaint here, i followedup manytimes with policybazar and send lot of mails to hdfclife and finally no use, no one seems bothering after paying money.

It seems policybazar person calls you i[censored] visit page immediately and followup you till payment, but once payment is done, they seems not taking care that customer received softcopy or not and seems they not even worried about customer money and service. So which means they just need money and not giving proper service to customer. I request policybazar to correct this problem from their side and send soft copy to my registered mailid as early as possible

    IHi Team,

    I opted for Star Health insurance policy through policy bazar for my mother.Afterward I made a payment of Rs 31443/- on 21/07/2020 through my Credit Card .
    I submitted documents for pre-existing disease of my mother afterwards when they asked for. But after few days star health rejected to grant policy and i got an email for refund intitiation on 31st July, 2020 that i will get amount back into CC by 16/08/2020.In the middle of it i tried reaching many employess and customer support of policybazaar and they all lack in providing genuine information and support.
    Its already ~17 days my amount has been with them.Please help me in getting my money back into my Credit Card as soon as possible.

      I had canceled the policy, but the amount has not been refunded, when try to bring the status up with customer care, they say somthing which i cant understand and they say that it will take 15 days to refund, but it has been more than 15 days, no money has been refunded

                  Today i got a call from mr. Deepak from [protected] landline number. He on starting of the call, started to reprimand me for not answering his call and also was asking as to why i didnt pickup his calls. Kindly look into the matter as he kept on arguing as he have spent 22 mins explaining me a policy and thus it was my moral duty to respond to all the gurgaon calls (Which are unknown to me) assuming that it was mr. Deepak of gurgaon office of policy bazaar and not picking up his phone call (Which he was doing from different landline numbers). He kept on arguing with me as if committed a crime on giving my genuine mob no on policy bazaar website for comparison of policy.

                    I insure for car policy from Bajaj Allianz thru policy bazar with reference id[protected] and twice car inspection done but both was rejected due irrevalant reason mention and I call customer care to cancel but not yet received any mail or message from policy bazar atleast there should message that I opt for cancellation which is process of every company to send details of complaint process thru customer care.

                      Team,

                      Have taken a car policy through policybazar with oriental insurance, policybazar requested for self-inspection video. We have done it twice but in vain, they rejected both, 1 they gave reason, 2nd no reason.

                      Now they are not cancelling my policy and refunding me, they are forfeiting the money.

                      Please take action immediayely.

                        Hi,

                        I bought a term insurance policy - number - ref. Id[protected]. After 3 days, due to personal reason, i had to cancel the policy. As policy bazaar has a refund process too, so i raised the refund request. Now, the representative who helped me to buy the policy called me up. He spoke to me rudely stating that the payable is just 1300 per month and i cannot even afford it.
                        This is not the right way. He kept on saying lot of things. I have the entire call recording with me. When i tried to raise complaint in policy bazaar website, i realized that their option of raising the complaint does not work properly.
                        This is a case of harassing customers. If the policy issuer has the policy of refund, then why am i liable to hear such disrespectful words from a representative??

                        Policy bazaar has a terrible service. Their representatives will call 100 times a day. but what needs to be done at their end, takes ages to complete. I raised a refund request, on 11 July2020, and till now waiting for refund. Even the status of the policy is not changed in their dashboard. I wrote so many emails, but they sleep when they need to work. They only call and irritate.

                            This is to inform you that i have scheduled call from policybazar but not received yet.

                            This is regarding my hdfc life click to wealth of my existing plan. I have already paid premium of rs. 5000 on 13th jul'2020 through net banking.

                            However it is deducted again from my credit card which is registered on policybazar for auto debit.

                            There was confusion on whether policy registered for auto debit or not hence i made payment through net banking.

                            Request you to please reverse payment of rs 5000 which is paid through credit card.

                                  Sub : company doing fraud with the innocent people of india.

                                  I purchased a term plan after so many telephonic calls by madam karishma, representative, policy bazaar of canara hsbc oriental bank of commerce life insurance on 3rd june 2020. Madam karishma said me to pay the amount rs. 21, 585 and fillup the details on the sent links. After payment, i tried but i can't write in that link. Then she said she will write on my behalf. She started asking me my details & filling in their records. After that, she told me she will send a what's app no., i should send my legal documents when i feel free and an email will come for medical. Then i said i will never go outside for any medical please send them at home for medical in this coronavirus period. She said that i don’t need to go anywhere the medical team will come to my home.
                                  The next day i saw that she added my name wrong (Ist fraud). I did complain of cust. Care and also write an email to correct my name.
                                  2nd fraud happened here when i received an email where was written to go a clinic for medical and also attached google maps for direction but the address was missing. I tried to contact her, but she was not attending my phone calls. Then dishearted i decided to go for medical checkup.
                                  3rd fraud happened when i go for a medical checkup that location was wrong in that google map. I tried for 2 days, but there was no clinic. I did complain about on cost. Care but they were just listeners, not the solution maker.

                                  After every 2-3 days, i was trying again and again to call cust. Care. Then i received a phone call & he told me that he will help me with a medical checkup. He gave me an address, that was another place and far from that place of google map.
                                  And when i went that clinic for medical checkup. After half an hour my number came but they told me that they did not receive any mail from policy bazaar/ canara hsbc with the name of sanjeev kumar (4th fraud). So i went back. I tried both given numbers but they didn't reply, even i waited for 2 days for a reply back from that number (5th fraud).
                                  After that, i tried to call cust. Care but till today nothing is happening. For the last 1 month, every time they times misguide me like b
                                  I sent an email and call to canara hsbc oriental bank of commerce life insurance. They told me my name is correct in their record, this is pending from policy bazaar they must change in their records. Although policy bazaar has my all legal documents but not interested to change my name in their records because their intention is to use innocent indian people's money for maximum time in their own business.
                                  After so many calls and email policy bazaar’s reply is negligible. It shows they are working with malafide intentions for fraud. I shorty remember they did the same with my 4-5 years before too. I will search for that also. So it means the full company is standing on fraud and cheating.
                                  Now policy bazaar is not picking my phones on cust. Care. Now they are showing me a new client and didn't reply back.
                                  This is a clear case of fraud. Policy bazaar taking money from innocent people almost rs.500-600 crore every year and getting benefits as interest from their bank account to increase their income from innocent people’s pockets and after using their money 1-2 months or more than that they will refund so they are out of this fraud by law. Till then they will get the benefit of interest from their bank account. This is a good fraud trick to make fools instead, tell the truth to the people they will not get that insurance. Company showing beautiful dreams to their clients instead of telling the truth to collect their money to use for a few days. But in reality that clients come to protect their family life but they get fraud from the company. Company is wasting time and using the money of their clients. I also saw so many complaints on different websites against this company.

                                    This is very irritating to write mail every time. I have already raised a request to cancel my one of the two wheeler insurance in which by mistake i have given wrong number.
                                    Policy bazaar has never helped me, when ever i have asked a solution's for that. People sitting at customer care are least bothered to reply, i think they have auto generated mails which comes to the customer when asked about the solution.
                                    I have given all the relevant details about it but still no answer.
                                    And how long does it take to cancel and refund the money.

                                      On 30/06/2020, i used policy bazar website to do my two - wheeler insurance with bajaj. My account was debited with the amount of rs. 888 at 7:01 pm but the transaction somehow failed. Till this moment money is not credited back to my account. It should have happened automatically.
                                      Apparently policy bazar used the payment gateway payu. My grievance is against both these service providers. Neither of them has acknowledged. No assurance till now of resolution.
