Had visited policybazaar site to do a comparison on term plans, my mistake gave my number on the field, but even though i didnt accept the call me option, and i'm registered in full "do not disturb" category, im receieving 15-20 calls from policy bazaar telecallers and even after telling them i'm not interested, they just dont give up.
Trai please do something about these kind of practices who do not respect the privacy of individuals.
The unsubscription should ideally get automatically activated as i am on full "dnd". However policy bazaar has some how found a way out to repeated call, harass and not respecting my privacy.

& once premium is paid to this, they will transfer with your proposal to concerned insurance company, the policy has to issued by the insurer or rejected by theme selves but not by policy bazaar which is nothing to do with refund or issuing policy. In case of policy rejected you have to approach directly for refund by furnishing all required details, then insurer will arrange refund of premium through policy bazaar. If there is any delay either by insurer or policy bazaar if refund is made to policy bazaar more than 7 days they will have to pay interest for delayed period.
