I have applied for health insurance vide application no.[protected] dated 12.02.2020 of star cardiac care insurance policy for my father named mr. Tilak raj rathore through policybazaar.com and made a payment of rs. 22172/- through online mode on 12.02.2020
.
On 21.02.220 i sent signed documents of my father like pan/aadhar/reports required for policy through dtdc vide consignment no-z29302767 at plot no-110. Sec-44 gurgaon and i got acknowledgment from your side through e-mail of successfully receiving the documents.

After analyzing the reports you asked me to share the latest echo report of patient through mail dated 01.03.2020 and i shared the same on 02.03.2020 through mail and within a couple of hours got a status of "policy denied due to the echo shows significant changes". Therefore i request for my refund amount through ref id-pb20175126 on 03.03.2020.

For updating about the refund you mailed me many times and in each mail you extend the time limit of my refund. Kindly see the details below
From 03.03.2020 to 25.03.2020-ist mail
From 25.03.2020 to 03.04.2020-iind mail
From 03.04.2020 to 15.04.2020-iiird mail
From 15.04.2020 to 29.04.2020-ivth mail
During this trailing mail i spoke to your one executive named divya jain id-bpw15734. She told me policybazaar received a refund cheque from star health and allied insurance co. Ltd in favour of mr. Tilak raj rathore but due to lockdown in country policybazaar couldn't be able courier the cheque. So i requested her to transfer the refund amount through online mode because lockdown can be extended further more so she send me a mail to share a cancel cheque of policy holder and amount will be credited in account till 15.04.2020, but on 15.04.2020 you need additional time of 15 days for which a i sent a mail to policybazaar and i received no reply on that. I also spoke to one of your execuetive on 16.04.2020 named ravinder singh id pw19817 about the same but didn't received satisfactory answer.

It looks very bad to say that policybazaar need long period of time to do one online transaction. Don't spoil the goodwill of the company for such a negligence amount.

Kindly take it on a priority and issue my refund as soon as possible.

Hi, Policy Bazaar is only bulk associates selling various types of life/health/general policies of different companies
& once premium is paid to this, they will transfer with your proposal to concerned insurance company, the policy has to issued by the insurer or rejected by theme selves but not by policy bazaar which is nothing to do with refund or issuing policy. In case of policy rejected you have to approach directly for refund by furnishing all required details, then insurer will arrange refund of premium through policy bazaar. If there is any delay either by insurer or policy bazaar if refund is made to policy bazaar more than 7 days they will have to pay interest for delayed period.

    On the day of 6/04/2020 I tried renewing my car insurance policy from Sbi general insurance in the name of Bharati Mohanty for Renault Kwid model.

    The amount was deducted from the account with slow page, but transaction failed. Till now I haven't got the refund. Please refund it as soon as possible.

    Here is the transaction message details for the reference.

    Rs.2445 frm A/c X4193 to PayU Payment. Ref#IGAILAIEM6 on 06Apr20.

      I have raised multiple concerns to cancel my term insurance purchased on march 31st 2020 but no luck so far.

      Concern 1 : intentional miguidance from policy bazaar representative. He pushed me with a policy that is not suitable for me by giving false information despite knowing my requirement.

      I have taken a policy (Bajaj goal assure) through policy bazar on march 13th and the same day i have decided not to continue with the policy. As per mr. Pulkit (Mob: +91 [protected]) customer care representative - policy bazar) we can cancel the policy within 30 days of time and amount will be refunded within 10 working days. After sending the request email for cancellation and refund nothing happened till date. They just informed me officially through email they are still waiting for the cancellation from the policy provider. Its been 3 weeks after cancellation no intention from the policy bazar to refund the amount.

        Tata aia life insurance company ltd: sampoorna raksha lumpsum plan (Application number: c[protected] policy. I have purchased above said policy on 01/03/2020 through policy bazaar but they didn’t not arrange for medical test schedule hence i requested so many times for cancellation of my policy. And also didn’t response from policy bazaar service persons. It’s very harassment to me. Hence i requested to you for cancel my policy and refund my amount with interest

          I am very disappointed of your company services.
          At the time of policy issuance your company staff has told me that they will provide cashless facility across india (Any where). That’s way i have choose policy bazar for my car insurance.

          But now they are denying to provide cash less facility at amabala (Haryana) location.

          Plz see my case and do the needful on urgent basis because due non wihcle i am facing lot of problem. Plz provide cashless facility in ambala and share cashless garge location with us asap

            I regret to inform you that i had intimated my vehicle (Suzuki access gj03kf4105) claim on 03/02/2020 in the jetpur branch.

            I have co operated with all the persons and have produced all the requested documents to survoyer paresh kamani.

            Till date i have not recieved my any amount from policy bazaar or from united india insurance co ltd for my claim.

            I contacted jetpur branch office regarding my claim but i got replied that my file has been sent to delhi office and delhi office will settle the claim.

            Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

              Please delete my policybazaar account immediately. My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

              Your calls are too frequent and incessant in nature. Besides your tie ups with other banks and financial institutions results in so many calls requesting for credit card or loan. This kind of marking is unsolicited and results in customer harassment eventually.

                Hi -

                I’ve been receiving over 5 calls from policy bazar telecallers on a daily basis. I’ve registered for dnd but this has been useless as they keep calling me from new numbers despite me clearing indicating my lac of interest in their products. I’m not sure how they received my data but this is a violation of my privacy and downright harassment. I would urge you to please look into this, as a quick google search will reveal that this is a complaint that is not unique to me. These guys are like leeches, literally suck out the peace in your life.

                  I once visited policy bazaar website to know about health insurance, thereafter i have been regularly receiving calls from policy bazaar. So much so that i started feeling irritated and in spite of telling them that i don't need any such policy so stop calling me. But they are so insensitive that they started calling me from different nos, this is extreme of insensitiveness and extreme of my irritation. I urge again and again that stop calling me and sending me messages from now onwards please

                    You are not letting me complete my proposal form nor are you cancelling the policy. I am mot able to put my correspondence addresa it. Ia mandatorily asking me to put address as in adhaar caes. Why is there this compulsion. I can provide proof of correspondence adress. Not just are you not allowing me to put my correspondence adress, the option of edit is also not coming. What kind of service is this. I want my complete refund. If i dont have a contract with the insurance company, how can they not allow me to cancel the proposal. This is ridiculous service from policy bazar. They promise to service everything but when the time comes they put everything on the insurance company and do nothing about it

                      At very biggining when purchasing policy i did mention my mother has bp and thyroid problem, why your advisor did not tell the very first day this policy will not go through, then you forced us to medical test and now deducting 1000 rs from premium amount, thats ridiculous, you played game with customer, i need my complete premium back without any deduction, why did you ask to go for pre medical check up when you knew this policy will not go through, as the reason mentioned for rejection i told already the advisor at very first day still he asked to go further and assured me for everything.
                      Your one advisor told to purchase aditya birla policy on 28th feb and i called today on 17/03/2020 and your advisor said dnt buy aditya birla polciy they are fake they do this and that, i have call recordings every email you have sent what i said to you and what you have done, i will take this to consumer court. I need my full premium back without any deductions.

                          In car insurance policy i got wrong car model. I had talked with more than 10 customer care persons of policybazaar n given all documents. Id no.[protected]. Funny thing is my 2018-19 policy is from same "united india" and now they are saying we have to confirm car details. They told me to wait till 05-mar-2020 then 10 then 14 and now 19-mar-2020. Never buy policy from policybazaar.com

                            Sir,
                            My hdfc life click 2 protect 3d plus policy was booked on 28-nov-2019 with booking id[protected] & application no[protected] from hdfc life through policy bazaar with a premium of ₹25538 (Yearly), the payment was made though policy bazaar gateway and rejected the policy later on december 27th 2019, later waited for a period of 10-15 days for the refund, where i found no refund was initiated from neither of the companies, later started calling the policy bazaar customer care where they stated that we are in touch with hdfc life for your refund, seeing the repetitive answers which are baseless, i started calling hdfc life and also found the same message that the refund is issued to policy bazaar and when contacted vijay nayak of hdfc life he gave a mail (Attached below) stating that refund was made to policy bazaar and they have to revert back to you with the refund. The same was conveyed to policy bazaar but they are not responding to the mails and while discussions on phone calls they are repeating the same dialogue that it is pending with hdfc life, the triangular blame game is going on since december 28th, the repeated discussions with policy bazaar has become an endless chapter, they don’t respond nor clear the issue of refund, in-fact they are disconnecting the calls repeatedly after me explaining the total summary, which is highly objectionable to me..
                            Seeking help from the authorities to resolve the issue at the earliest and also make the insurer understand the causes of delaying the refund.

                            Mail transaction is being done but the policy bazaar says we are in contact with the insurer for the refund.

                              I logged in to the policy bazar portal some time last week to check on some insurance plans and from that moment i have been continuously getting calls. Its seriously annoying. These guys call themselves as financial advisor and dont even have the basic manners when they talk. I have told them not to call and have asked them to make a note in their system to not call. But till this moment i have been getting calls.
                              This website is really irritating people in the name of insurance advisors.

                              Some one for god sake take some action against this company.

                              I dont know if logging a complaint will do any good. If it does. Thank god.

                              Do some thing to stop these guys torchuring people in the name of financial advisors.

                                Hi, i got a salary account in hdfc 1 year back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -7000 balance.
                                The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 7000 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
                                I approach branch, they said come to the branch and close here.
                                Please so justice to me. 7000 is huge amount. What is the solution?
                                What is the action will take against this bank.

                                This company doesn't seems to know what DND means. I did browsed policybazaar once to check car insurance and now they keep calling. I have warn them many times, however same call again. Delete my phone number from your directory. [protected]

                                  This is my second complaint via email with regards to the above matter.
                                  Had purchased a Health Insurance Policy from PolicyBazaar Dated: 10-Feb-2020, Booking ID:[protected]
                                  After multiple calls to customer care all I get is assurance that says ''Sir kindly be patient, the policy will be issued in another 2-3 days'' but it has been more than 3 weeks now and there is no soft copy of policy issued.
                                  My concern is that in case of an unfortunate event if I wish to make claims during this period, I will have to pay all the expenses from my pocket. On sharing this concern with the so called customer care I was assured that in such a case I can keep the Bills safe and will be reimbursed later, although there is no written proof if this in any email whatsoever!
                                  Very irresponsible attitude from the support team.
                                  I am very disappointed with this purchase!
