I took a car insurance policy from their website on 14th november. They have not generated the policy and sent me soft copy of the same since 4 days. Everyday they are giving false excuses like wait for another day, technical problems are going on, etc. I am so fed up of their false promises that i am thinking of filing a case in consumer court if this does not materialize soon....

I tried to renew my policy effective 1.11.2019 with Bajaj Allianz through Policy Bazaar and made a payment of Rs.11, 717 on 20.9.2019 (Please see attached screen shot which states the amount and rejection by Bajaz Allianz and also the payment references). Had discussions for health coverage for self and family.
